Best Wedding Planner EVER!
Fortuna Events Miami did not disappoint! Bobbie and her team are THE BEST! My husband & I were so scared when we started to plan our wedding given that it will be a destination wedding. From living 6 hours away from Miami to having both of our entire families living in Massachusetts, we were skeptical about everything. Bobbie made the process so easy and flawless. We’re so grateful that we found Bobbie because not only is she professional, she is also very personal. From handling all of our questions, to reminding us on vendor payments and the all in between, she had it covered. She gave us so many ideas and also incorporated our own and made our dreams a reality. Our big day would not have been possible if it wasn’t for Bobbie. Best wedding vow renewal ever.
We just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and vow renewal, and it was nothing short of magical — all thanks to our incredible wedding planner Bobbie and her team. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and creativity. We got legally married only three weeks after we met, so we felt it was time to celebrate our actual wedding ceremony.
They took our vision and elevated it beyond anything we imagined. The décor, timing, coordination, and personal touches were absolutely flawless. Our family and guests were blown away, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing everything was in expert hands.
What impressed us most was the team’s warmth and genuine dedication. They treated our celebration as if it were their own family’s event, and it showed in every detail.
Thanks to them, our 30-year vow renewal became a memory we will cherish forever. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend their services to anyone who wants an unforgettable, beautifully executed event.

A wonderful experience!!
Bobbie ran my brother’s wedding like the navy. No detail was forgotten, no deadline or vendor was missed. She and her team stayed on top of everything with flawless execution. I worked with her primarily the day of the wedding and she was a lighthouse in a sea of coordinated chaos. Such a wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend! -

The best wedding planner in the world! Stop looking and book!
I have no idea where to begin. Bobbi and her team were amazing! Bobbi saved me because the first wedding planner we selected (which was recommended from our venue) was horrific. Thank God we found Bobbi and she saved the wedding and the day. My son and daughter-in-law had no words to express how beautiful their wedding came out. Bobbi holds your hand the entire time. She connected with all of the vendors to make sure they were there on time and provided excellent service. Her team was wonderful. They worked so hard getting the entire wedding prepared. It was a big wedding of 180 guests with over 10 vendors and it was perfect. From the dance floor, to the flowers, to the DJ, to the food, to the ceremony, to the paletas and coffee bar, and the Hora Loca - everything was perfectly timed and all of our wedding guests were fascinated! I can't thank Bobbi enough. Also check out Molina Catering and Belk Flowers and the Secret Garden as the venue. Truly, thank you Bobbi!-

Amazing Wedding Giveaway
We met Bobbie through a bridal expo where she was having a wedding giveaway. We were fortunate enough to win a fabulous wedding. She was helpful and resourceful. Through her wedding vendor connections, she was able to give us the wedding of our dreams.

Fantastic Wedding Planner
Bobbie and her team did a fantastic job planning our wedding. We had a very “untraditional” wedding and not once did we feel pushed or persuaded to do anything we didn’t want to do. In fact, Bobbie was always excited and encouraging. Our phone calls were always positive and her professionalism always had us feeling confident. A fairytale experience
Bobbie was extremely helpful as we prepared for our destination wedding in Miami. She was very personable throughout our entire wedding journey which allowed us to have a great working relationship. She suggested our dream team of vendors who could supply us with quality, kindness, and listening ears as we explained the vision for our wedding day. As a couple who was traveling for our wedding day this was extremely important as we did not have personal contacts in the area. We trusted Bobbie’s recommendations and every vendor she suggested was remarkable! Moreover, Bobbie checked in with us monthly and in between as needed to keep us on track for the wedding day, to review our setup for the ceremony and reception, and so much more. In addition to her relationship with others her previous experience with graphic design was extremely helpful as she created our wedding invitation which was in the format of a magazine! The wedding day was truly memorable and magical due to Bobbie’s expertise and execution. We were grateful to have the experience to work with her and definitely recommend her to other couples! -

Weekend of a lifetime destination wedding
Bobbie was great! We used Fortuna for the month before our wedding and she made sure everything was as we wanted it. We had a destination wedding and couldn't have done it without her! She also had many wonderful suggestions that we implemented to create our "look". -

Having Bobbie coordinate my wedding allowed me to rest easy that things would be well taken care of! She really covered everything and helped guide us through the process. Like a fairy god mother!!
WOW I didn’t realize how much I needed Bobbie until I hired her, one of the best decisions I made for our wedding!! I hired her for the month of, and thank goodness I did because there were so many small details to figure and some I hadn’t even thought of until Bobbie pointed them out. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. We got married at Secret Gardens Miami, and it was especially valuable to have a planner who knows all the ins and outs of that venue since she does weddings there all the time. Thank goodness we went with someone who knew our venue so well, she knew just how to plan everything out from the timeline to the placement of, well everything! It was insanely helpful to create a vision-board and timeline with her. She also had many great recommendations for props and where to buy or rent them. Bobbie made herself very available especially the month of and was always just a text or call away. Another that I liked about Bobbie is that she would give it to me straight and tell me her honest opinion when I needed it, rather than just sitting back and just following what I said. The day of our wedding was pretty hectic as we had a lot of rain come through. Bobbie kept it all together and communicated well with all vendors to make sure everything went smoothly, and let me just say she did a fantastic job. I don’t know what we would have done without her, so many things could have gone wrong but didn’t. Thank you Bobbie and team for making our day magical!! -

Planning a wedding is stressful enough but gosh Bobbie was so kind, helpful and extremely patient with us throughout the whole process. From text messages to zoom calls Bobbie was there for Jaz and I.
On the day of her team was AMAZING! We stayed on timeline the whole day. As a bride you forget to eat and they made sure to feed me and change out of my heels into my flats, literal angels. Thank you Bobbie, Xiomara & Vicky!

Worth the money
It you are looking for a wedding planning company then look no further! Fortuna Events Miami exceeded my expectations when it came to planning my wedding! Bobbie was very responsive, effective, and gave me great tips for my wedding. She is so sweet and even helped me last minute by making place cards for me! They took off so much stress/hassle of dealing with vendors, knowing what the next step is, etc. I also loved how organized they are.
Xiomara and Daffi were the event coordinators for the day of my wedding and they did an amazing job! They coordinated with the venue to handle the setup, made sure my needs were met, and fixed any issues that I had. They even brought up all of the wedding items to my hotel room once the wedding was finished. I was so happy by the end of the night. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for making my wedding vision come to life!!

Wedding planners save you time and effort
Bobby did a great job With the vision board she creates and helping with the process. She made my day less stressful. Even with the rain and last minute change, it was all perfect. I feel that for certain things, I had to be behind her and reminding her or things due to the workload she takes on. But Over all I was happy. Bobby definitely helped us out a lot and hustles.-

You DEFINITELY need Bobbie on your wedding team
Our dream wedding came true and it wouldn’t have been possible without Bobbie! If you need a planner who will make sure you everything goes off without a hitch, then Bobbie is your person. From start to finish, she was organized with her planning & notes, scheduled Zoom meetings to go over every detail, and toured our venue with us and our DJ (Dave Trakz Entertainment) to ensure that all final details and preparation would be set for the wedding. Not only did she drive over 4 hours to be present for the venue walkthrough, wedding rehearsal, and wedding day, but she was also participated in Zoom meetings with our venue and catering contact. She went over everything I needed to have prepared and how it should be organized, such as having our decor and items listed in marked storage bins. As someone who usually stresses over everything, I can say with certainty that my wedding day was one of the most stress-free days of my life thanks to Bobbie. For the rehearsal, Bobbie walked us through the order of events and ceremony in a timely fashion at our venue. On the day of our wedding, she and her assistant arrived early to the venue to check in with me as I was getting ready in the on-site cottage. They collected the bins and started transforming venue as soon as they were able to. Additionally, Bobbie had our welcome sign, seating chart, & menus designed and printed. While we had an early evening ceremony, it began to rain before Bobbie and our venue began to set up the outdoor seating. Bobbie called me, explained what happened and how she would be able to transform the ball room (where the reception would later take place) into a ceremony area. She sent me photos of the ball room; it was absolutely gorgeous and even more elegant than we had originally planned. Following a beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour, we were preparing for the entrance into the reception when it became apparent that the shop which had done my wedding dress alterations only completed half of the bustle. With her emergency box close by and safety pins in hand, she and our amazing photographer (Joy Grace Photography) went out of their way to transform my long train into a fully complete bustle. No one could tell anything was wrong with my dress. So when I tell you Bobbie is a miracle worker, that’s the God’s honest truth. I would recommend Bobbie and her amazing team at Fortuna Events to anyone who wants to feel taken care of, work with someone who has a passion in all that they do, and wants to help make their dream wedding come true! -

What can I say?
I honestly didn’t know where to start. We hired Bobbie for the month of wedding, and she was so kind to guide me and advise me with her professional option A MONTH BEFORE! Who does that?! Bobbies was fabulous, experienced, and very affordable. She did a great job, and the few items that were different than planned she made sure to fix immediately. I can't recommend her enough! -

This was the absolute best service I could have asked for during a pandemic. She made the event beautiful and everything happened effortlessly. I felt as though she was my fairy godmother. Fenomenal fairy tale wedding
Ever since forever I always dreamed of the perfect wedding planner for my wedding. When I started planning my wedding I thought I didn’t need a wedding planner and all of a sudden I came across Bobbie. We spoke literally about an hour or so and the connection was just there. I just knew I had found my wedding planner just by talking to her. I had a very detailed beauty and the beast sparkled with a little bit of Cinderella wedding. Bobbie heard every single detail that I had we went over everything and on our special day everything was just magical. Having Xiomara and her assistant helping us out throughout the night was the most amazing thing ever. I didn’t even have to hold my tail because they were there helping me. I got married in the middle of a Pandemic with a very tight budget and Fortuna Wedding’s not only made my dream come true but it was better than I could have even dreamt it. Bobbie has such a special heart she went above and beyond for me to make sure my day was absolutely perfect. Organized but like OCD with a sparkle ✨ I was calm and enjoyed every minute because she definitely took care of me. My big day
First, I will like to take the time out to thank Bobbie our wedding planner for an amazing outcome. The stress that comes with planning a wedding is a lot. For this to be my first wedding, I did not want to spend more money on a wedding planner. I thought my bridesmaid and I had it. No, that did not work. I was very Skeptical about having someone to put all my ideals together. I came across Bobbie and spoke with her briefly on the phone regarding her package deals and she made me feel so comfortable. After speaking with fiancé he told me to give a shot. I must say that was the best advice EVER. I hired Bobbie as my planner. Bobbie wasn’t just a planner. She has amazing ideals and brought it to life. At this point I was stress free of everything. In my head I had my whole ideal wedding planned out and wanted that way I imagine. I was able to call Bobbie about anything. Bobbie took care of all the phone calls to the vendors. When I say I did not have to worry about anything, no worries.To make a long story short when I arrived to my venue I was Anxious to see how everything came out. The moment I walk through the doors my eyes started to tear up. It was so beautiful 🤩. My ideal wedding in my head came to life ten times better then what I expected. I highly recommend Bobbie because of what she has to offer beyond planner. Not only that! She has amazing assistance that work a long side of her. Not just a Bobbie, but THE one and only Barbara Corzo!
I am a very organized person and I had not planned to hire a wedding planner, let me tell you, you can be as organized and OCD as you want, trust me when I tell you you NEED BOBBIE.
Being a 2020 Bride sucked terribly! And I am so thankful I had Bobbie holding my hand through the COVID 19 restrictions nightmares.
She was there for me 24/7, always had my back and was always able to calm me down during the ups and downs of this planning process.
She was always so positive, always fought for us and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out ok and that we had our dream wedding.
Despite all the restrictions and me accepting that things wouldn't be what I had initially imagined, thanks to Bobbie and all our wonderful vendors our special day turned out event better than what I had prayed for.
Bobbie was a TRUE BLESSING, and I have no idea what would have happened if we didn't have her.
After everything we went through to plan our wedding, we were hit with a heavy tropical storm on our day. Half of the festivities were planned outside and Bobbie did such an amazing job at redesigning the entire layout of the set ups in few hours.
With Covid I kept loosing guests, adding guests last minute (even the night before). Bobbie was wonderful at bouncing back and forth and accommodating everyone and everything.
She was like my wedding mom, so compassionate, genuine, responsive, loving with so much positive energy.
Bobbie also booked our honeymoon and got us the most AMAZING deals. She is a 2 in 1: She is a wedding planner and a travel agent.
We had accepted we weren't going to have the honeymoon we wanted. Thanks to Bobbie we are having something even better than what we originally wanted and for a lot cheaper!
I cannot thank you enough for everything you did and for making our day so beautiful, filled with so much joy, laughter, love and fun & memorable times.
Nothing ruined our day, not covid, not the rain, not the delays, not the mean church lady that kept yelling at you and almost tackled me! and all of that because YOU TRULY ARE THE BEST.

Bobbie was a doll
Let me start by saying that my husband and I were blessed to have won an all inclusive micro-wedding where Bobbie with Fortuna Events was my planner.
She was an absolute doll from the very beginning to the very end. Always willing to answer my questions and listen to my ideas.
Originally both my ceremony and reception was set to be outside. Thankfully Bobbie arrived the day before to receive all of the furniture and called to asked me what I thought of moving the reception inside to the air-conditioned farmhouse because she was worried about me and my guests in the heat. Miami heat in the middle of August is no joke and her simple suggestion made my wedding 100% better than it would have been! She set up the barn house beautifully and added all the little touches I had brought along that I had asked her to use.
She was also the main contact with all of the vendors to make sure everything and everyone arrived on time and was as it should be.
She was also there to save me from walking down the aisle without my bouquet! In all of the hype I literally left the bridal suite without my flowers and was about 1 minute from walking down the aisle without them. She immediately told the DJ to hold off an extra minute on my song while my son hauled butt to go get them for me.
I hope to work with her in the near future for any other events I may have!-

Get yourself this wedding planner!
I always heard different opinions about hiring a wedding planner, but in the end I'm so glad I went with my gut feeling. There is no way I could have done this wedding without the help of Bobbie. I called her endless amount of times asking for advice or random questions because I had no idea what I was doing. Bobbie went above and beyond to help my vision become a reality. I had a 1920's Gatsby theme and it was far from a traditional wedding. I wanted something different and she helped me make that possible. She provided amazing vendor recommendations, gave her advice when needed, and helped me make decisions when I was indecisive. I like to be in control, however the day of the wedding I let Bobbie take the wheel and she did not disappoint! Everything ran smoothly and the wedding was spectacular! If something went wrong that day we didn't even notice. That's how amazing Bobbie is! -

Great communication and professionalism

I was introduced to Bobbie through and a friend and instantly after our first meeting I knew I'd hire her. Bobbie went above and beyond for me. It's important to hire a planner who will have your back and Bobbie really did. I had some problems with my venue and Bobbie ALWAYS made sure I got what I paid for. Absolutely Perfect!
When it came to wedding planning I was so overwhelmed, I knew I needed someone to guide me and point me in the right direction – Bobbie did just that and so much more. She provided various recommendations for vendors, including our amazing florist (A Creation by Mario!!), and was there with me every step of the way ensuring that we were on track with everything. She meticulously put together an extremely detailed timeline for our day, which made me so much more relaxed on the day of as I was aware of exactly what was occurring at what time. She went above and beyond in so many aspects of our wedding and it was all absolutely perfect – even better than what we imagined. My mom even had a panic attack in our bridal suite right before walking down the aisle, and Bobbie was there calming her down and distracting her. I seriously can’t thank her enough for such a perfect day – all of our guests have said it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to. I can’t recommend Bobbie enough – she’ll make your wedding day absolutely spectacular! -

My husband and I hire Fortuna Event Management for full planning for our wedding. Bobbie from fortuna event was phenomenal. She made sure everything was correct from the beginning till the end. I mean she went wayyyy above and beyond. My parents were from out of town and I didn't have them or my siblings around to help but Bobbie was there helping me finding the right dress to finding the right venue and the right baker, and make up artist. She made sure that I get exactly what I ask for and wanted from the vendors. Even the people from the venue told me how on tract she kept them from the planning until the day of the wedding. I felt no stress on the day of the wedding because she shielded both my husband and I. I couldn't have pick the right person for this. She is the best wedding Planner ever. Bobbie from Fortuna Events did an amazing job. I had ideas and she was able to make a dream come true. She is very helpful filled with ideas. She is very positive. I had a garden theme that after brainstorming we came up with a beautiful theme. She customized paper flowers as a favor and did all my prep and decoration for the day of the bridal shower. One thing I can assured you about Fortuna Events is that her whole team is very professional. She is always available and responds to all your questions. she is in this business because she loves what she does which you can not find to many people out there that will go above and beyond to help you out. When I first met Bobbie at a bridal show, I immediately felt connected to her. She is smart, resourceful, compassionate and most importantly, assertive -- a perfect combination of qualities for an event planner. Even though I had no money in the budget for a coordinator, I knew that I needed Bobbie in order to create and complete my dream wedding. I dug deep in my pockets to make it happen, and Bobbie was worth every last penny. As an obsessive and controlling DIY bride who is almost impossible to impress, Bobbie was everything I could have ever wanted and so much more.
Let's rewind to February, when the onsite coordinator at my venue quit. The planning process quickly became chaotic and unmanageable, but Bobbie was there with me through every step. I should be clear that I hired Bobbie as my DAY OF coordinator, yet she still went out of her way to keep the planning process seamless months and months in advance. This is the kind of coordinator that Bobbie is -- one who will do anything to make her couples happy above and beyond expectations and execute a flawless event.
Bobbie also paired me with an incredible florist and has a large network of talented and professional vendors that love to work with her. And rather than simply making recommendations, she arranged and attended countless meetings with me to learn and translate my vision. She also respected and accommodated my tight budget, getting me the best prices for everything. When it came time for my wedding weekend, Bobbie went above and beyond yet again by attending and organizing my rehearsal with her assistant. The two of them were like wedding angels on the day of, working tirelessly in a million places at once.
There are not enough positive words in the English language to capture my praise and gratitude for Bobbie and her team. She is an exceptional planner and an even better person and my best advice to brides is this: book Bobbie asap if you want a PERFECT wedding. -

One word to describe Barbara’s work: SPECTACULAR!!!
Our wedding was beyond perfect and we are so happy to have hired Barbara as our wedding planner!!! She is such a pleasure to work with and assisted us with everything that we needed. She helped me with all my questions (and boy did I have a lot) and more importantly reassured me throughout the process that everything would come out perfect and we would have all the details we wanted plus more!!! She is extremely professional and very meticulous about all the small details, which made our day even more special. You can tell how passionate she is about her job. She took care of our wedding as if it was her own which was very important to us, since we are living in San Francisco and our wedding was in Miami. I arrived to Miami only a month before the wedding and by then Barbara was already up to date in everything we were doing.
We had hired Barbara as our “Day of Coordinator” but she did MUCH more than that for us. She helped us to create our menus, she created our sitting chart, went with us to all of our meetings with the venue owner the month previous to the wedding. She went to my rehearsal the day before and since she realized my court was not taking it very serious, she stepped in and coordinated everyone to make sure we were all in the same page; she even attended my wedding ceremony and served as the coordinator. She also contacted all of our vendors two weeks before the wedding to coordinate arrival times, locations and any issues previously to the wedding. I didn't have to worry at any point in time, which is priceless for any bride!
As I walked into the ballroom I had to catch my breath; it was BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL! I have never seen something so spectacular! The flowers, cake, the buffet, the centerpieces, the decoration. WOW everything was AMAZING!!!

I have been using Creative Events by Bobbie for the last 11 years. My very first event with them was for my son's Baby Shower. I was about to become a first time mom. Bobbie new how important this was to me. She was attentive, professional and very kind... She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.
A few months ago I hired her for my daughter's 5 yr old Mermaid Party. Everything was fabulous. She even went as far as improvising a decoration out of beer bottles and embellishing them with ribbons and sea shells into the most beach perfect vases. Trully Amazing. -

Since I started planning my wedding, I had a a picture of what I wanted it to be and Events by Bobbi made it happen. I had the pleasure of planning and working with Bobbi along my side. Bobbi took on mutliple tasks and handled every aspect of wedding planning for us, which made the entire process more relaxed and enjoyable for us. With Events by Bobbi, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Bobbi is extremely talented and full of charisma. From the day we picked our venue to the day of our wedding, she was there every step of the way making sure my day was everything I ever wanted it to be. The guests had great things to say and most importantly, we really enjoyed ourselves (which not many brides and grooms can say)! I loved everything about my wedding from my color scheme, to the favors, the cake, I loved it all! My husband and I are very content with the outcome. If you are planning a wedding, I would recommend Events by Bobbi, you will not regret it. -

Our experience with Fortuna Events, and specifically, our wedding planner Bobbie Outerino, was wonderful. Being able to marry each other on the beach was incredible in itself, but Bobbie made it even more magical with her irreplaceable support.
She was a treasure trove of local knowledge, and went to each of the locations to 'scout them out,' i.e. she took pictures - many pictures - and sent them to us for approval. She was open to all of our ideas and helped us to identify the most important parts of our wedding, as well as helping us to pare things down or come up with compromises to stay within our budget. Since ours was a destination wedding, it definitely came with its own interesting and unique challenges. Bobbie was creative in handling each of the challenges as they cropped up, and helped to keep the brides happy!
Our gorgeous and perfect wedding took almost a year to come to fruition, and a lot of work went on behind the scenes in order to pull it off. Although she was not the only one involved, Bobbie was integral to making that happen. In fact, she was seriously injured a matter of days before our event, but still managed to meet with us when we arrived in Florida, to give us a tour of all of our vendors and local stops (as well as providing us with lots of other insider info that proved to be true!), and to provide impeccable service - through the help of her teammates - the day of the wedding itself.
We would definitely recommend Bobbie and Fortuna Events to anyone wanting to get married in Florida. We don't regret a thing! -

I hired Bobbie from Fortuna Events for as our wedding planner who helped me from beginning to end. Not knowing what I was doing and trying to do too much she was the perfect person to help me get all of my thoughts and my ideas together.
I could not have done this without her and her team are excellent , they made my wedding day perfect. If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Fortuna Events they are the best. -

Wonderful & Flexible
Fortuna Events Miami did a beautiful job setting up my wedding and working with my mother and I . Bobbie took her time to hear every detail I wanted and would come over to look over different things my mom bough for the event to make sure it fit the vision (sometimes you need that). The day of the wedding it rained and I didn't even find out until after the wedding because the team did such an excellent job of problem solving. -

Bobbie went above and beyond our expectations. She put in a lot of time and she was available for us 24/7. The wedding came out amazing. We received a great deal of compliments from the guests and couldn't have done it without Bobbie. -

Disappointed
I was really looking forward to working with Bobbie and her team, back in November but unfortunately, I was left disappointed.
I originally booked Bobbie after seeing her coordinate my friend’s wedding a year ago at Secret Gardens. I loved how smoothly everything ran, so I immediately felt confident booking her for my own wedding.
From the beginning, communication with the team was delayed. I understand that weddings are busy, but as a paying client, I was promised consistent communication. When I began making payments six months prior to my wedding, communication became even more limited. I emailed Bobbie’s assistant because I like to keep records of my payments, and the Planning Pod was not updated. All I requested was documentation, which I did not feel was unreasonable. Unfortunately, the response I received felt dismissive and had an attitude, stating that communication would improve closer to my wedding date. While I tried to remain understanding of their busy schedule, being told every month that they were “busy” became frustrating, especially while I was actively paying and planning.
Two months before my wedding, Bobbie informed me that she had moved to Texas due to an emergency. I sympathize with her situation; however, I wish I had been informed earlier so I could have considered canceling and booking another coordinator. I was extremely stressed knowing that the coordinator I originally hired would not be present. Many things that were promised to me and my family at the time of booking were changed closer and closer towards the wedding.
For context, my wedding was not at Secret Gardens it was at Loveland. This made me feel as though my wedding was not a priority since it was not at their sponsored venue. While the venue was a bit difficult to work with, the coordination team did not make the process easier either. I often found myself in the middle communicating between the venue and Bobbie because I was told the venue was hard to deal with. I hired a coordination team specifically so I wouldn’t have to do this legwork myself. I hired a team to help relieve my stress, but I was overwhelmingly stressed, and so was my partner as well.
I was also promised two planners on the day of my wedding, but only ONE showed up. It was clear that another wedding at Secret Gardens took priority that day which that shouldn't have happened. If it weren’t for my family and the venue coordinator stepping in to help, the wedding could have easily become chaotic. With only one planner present, it was difficult for her to manage everything. Guests were wandering in the ceremony area while immediate family pictures were going on since the assistant was no where to be found and the photographers had to get involved, kicking everyone out since I, the bride, got SUPER UPSET. No bride should ever get upset during her wedding day. No guidance was given to the guests where they needed to go. My husband and I were standing for about 15 minutes doing nothing, not getting told what to do. We wasted a lot of time. Despite clearly labeled decor boxes, I and my family still had to oversee several details ourselves. IF we had the two planners like we were promised to have, as per our timeline, the outcome would've been different.
Overall, I was genuinely disappointed in the money we spent. My wedding was the last one they planned, and it felt like it was not a priority, sad to say. Things could've been different, but this is my honest opinion of the outcome. -
