Tldr: 10/10, would recommend.
We used Fly-Rides to get guests too and from a wedding venue that was about 30 minutes outside of town. Everything went even more smoothly than we expected. On time, great communication, what else can you ask for? Also our driver (Nolan I think) was a great driver and super friendly. -

If you are looking for post-wedding transportation (or really any group transportation) and are a fun person you HAVE TO use FlyRides. I'm so serious when I say this bus ride was one of the highlights of our weekend - our guests couldn't get over how fun the bus was, to the point where we didn't even want to go to the after party and just wanted to stay on and keep circling the block. Scott is a dream to work with and so is his team. 10/10 recommend. -

Fly-Rides were fantastic in planning and executing travel for our wedding guests. We had a somewhat complex itinerary with multiple hotels, a 30-min trip to the venue, and an afterparty at a bar. We also had some last minute scheduling changes because of weather. Scott and the team were very communicative and on top of things to make sure everything went smoothly. -

Peace of Mind + Party
I used Fly Rides to bus guests to and from Dripping Springs (started from downtown) and can’t speak highly enough of my experience. I am so grateful I was able to have peace of mind my guests would arrive to the venue on time and get home safely after the party. The owner, Scott, is incredibly responsive, helpful, and extremely kind. The booking process was easy and quick and they made sure to factor in enough time for our timeline. He made it known their priority was for me to not have to think about it at all. Our bus driver, Phil, was incredibly responsive and communicative with my points of contact in the days leading up to the wedding and on the day of. My husband and I rode the bus back to our hotel after the reception and had so much fun continuing the party and it was so nice not to have to worry about driving back ourselves. -

Fly Rides is AWESOME! Our guests had so many wonderful things to say about them. These buses kept the party going when the wedding was over! We also used them to pick up the wedding party. For the bridal party, we had a strict schedule for hair and makeup that we needed to be at our venue by noon and Fly Rides made that happen. They picked up all our guests before the ceremony and got everyone home safely by the end of the night. Our drivers were so friendly and Scott did great organizing everything for us. 100% would recommend again! -

We had such a great experience with Fly Rides! Scott was super responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions throughout our wedding planning process. We got such a great value out of all the transportation options we looked into for our wedding, and Fly Rides made planning and booking super easy. On our wedding day, our Fly Rides drivers were so friendly, reliable, and timely. We felt so confident that Fly Rides would get everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and they did a great job so we didn't have to worry about a thing! In addition to being reliable, our buses were FUN! Fly Rides was also so flexible when we had a last minute venue change due to an ice storm, and we are SO grateful to all the hard work they put into our wedding! We HIGHLY recommend Fly Rides! -

Was kinda sceptical booking this company since it's somewhat new and there weren't many reviews but after calling every bus company in the Austin area, this was my only option.
Without any hesitation I can say this was one of the best days I've ever had and this company made my wedding day seamless and easy. Staff was friendly, fun, energetic, professional and my friends and I had a great day (even when we got a little wild). Five star experience, five star company. -

My husband and I used Fly Rides for our wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding day to shuttle ourselves and our wedding party (~30 people) back and forth from the house we rented for the weekend, and they did a fantastic job! They were always early to every pick up, super friendly and even helped us bring our alcohol to and from the venue. The bus was also really clean and so fun at the end of the night when we were all heading back to our rental - to be honest we wish we could’ve spent more time on it! I definitely recommend Fly Rides to anyone for basically any occasion where you need to transport a big group! -

We used Fly-Rides to shuttle people to and from our wedding in October 2020. They were great! They came earlier and made sure everyone was comfortable.
We also used them the next day to take us downtown and back. Flexible and personal.

We love Flyrides so much. The ride back for our guests from our wedding was the talk of the town, everyone had SO much fun! The benches around the outside facing inwards are great for getting to know your fellow guests, love the setup, makes for a fun ride! We filled up coolers for our guests so that they were able to have a drink on the bus on the way to the venue which is a great perk! We were also able to load up excess alcohol from the wedding onto the bus for them to take back! -

It was key to provide our guests an option for transportation to our wedding in Fredericksburg, TX. Being it’s the hill county and having an open bar, we wanted to make sure our guests had a safe option to get to and from the hotels. We provided coolers of beer/water on the way to the wedding and I cannot say how many times our guests have all told us since the wedding how much fun they had on Fly-Riders. As an added bonus and being the bride, my husband and I took the bus back with our guests and it was a BLAST! Communication was fast, easy and was best decision I made for transportation. If you’re looking for a fun way to take guests to a wedding this is the way to go!! -

From the moment I reached out to Fly-rides, they took care of everything. We booked them for two consecutive days - Friday to Lake Travis and back and Saturday to our wedding venue and back. We had to change our date due to unforeseen circumstances and the Fly-Rides team was so understanding. Throughout the booking process and leading up to the big day, communication was quick and clear. Day of (both times!) the bus drivers were always early, fun and kind. The parties started and ended on the buses - we had an amazing time! My husband and I are SO glad we used them, it was the best decision! BOOK THEM! -

Fly-rides did an awesome job providing transportation to and from our wedding venue for our guests! The post wedding ride was so much fun—with good music, and great party bus vibes. Scott was very responsive when figuring out the schedule of timing, and the bus driver was very prompt and flexible on our drop off location. The price was also much better than every competing company I looked into. Highly recommend this company for all your transportation needs! -

We were very pleased with Fly-Rides as our shuttle choice to take wedding guests from Downtown Austin to our wedding site about 25 minutes outside of the city.
They were a very reasonably priced option and our guests loved the fun atmosphere on the bus, including letting the bride control the music on the way back at the end of the night. It was truly a party!
The team was also extremely communicative and on-time in the week leading up to the event and on the day itself. The owner even kept us informed about some maintenance tasks going on with the bus during the week to keep us at ease with it being ready on the wedding day. He clearly cared to make sure our day would go off without at hitch.

Fly Rides was really easy to work with. We got a great deal for booking in advance and for paying in full ahead of time. When we needed to make some last minute adjustments to our time schedule, they were very accommodating. The driver was courteous and the bus was well maintained and clean. Their fleet consists of converted school buses, so while I would highly recommend Fly Rides for any general transportation needs, it is not quite as comfortable as other more standard chartered bus lines. -

Fly Rides was a great option to transport our friends to the reception venue and back downtown afterwards. Limited ubers in the area so this made it really easy.
They offered us a deal to book the day that we contacted them.
Note: tip required on top of fee is stated in the contract at $100-200. Strict time limits, if you go over it's $200 per hour.
