Only One Regret

My only regret is I wish I hired Alexis for more than the month/day of coordination. Having Alexis coordinate all my vendors during the weeks leading up to our wedding (for 250+ guests) and on the day of was such a huge mental workload lifted. I didn't worry about a thing. She worked well with all our vendors, and kept me updated on everything I *needed* to know and took care of everything else. If I had to do it all over again, I would have hired Alexis from the start!

Allison and Flawless Fete are nothing short of tremendous!

I am currently living in Missouri and due to both my and my now husbands family living in Florida we planned our wedding in St. Pete. I thought it was going to be the most stressful experience planning a wedding from states away but having Allison as our month of coordinator saved my life. Our vendor was unresponsive and she was champion on staying on them and making sure our wedding was perfect. She made a timeline that was solid and every one of my vendors complemented, stating she must be a fantastic planner. She responded immediately to all of my questions and was flexible when I messed up our meeting due to the time difference. If you are looking into a wedding planner and are on the fence, she is so worth it, I promise. I did not have a second to think on my wedding day and believe it or not I did not have too. She was my brain and she had everything perfected down to passing out my wedding favors I forgot about. Trust me when I say she was the best money I spent on my wedding and she will be for yours!

Best Wedding Coordinator Ever

Fun fact; Planning a wedding is stressful. You never realize everything that goes into it or how many things stack and stack and stack. Before you know it. You’re buried under tons of things needing doing with no direction how or where to go to do them. When all seems lost, enter Allie and Flawless Fetes. Like a superhero she swooped in, moved mountains, took control and helped us achieve the wedding of our dreams! Words alone cannot describe how lucky we were to have Allie guiding us through this process, like a skilled captain at sea. The end result was a day of pure perfection, one we will cherish and remember always! There is no one better.

Best Decision We Made!

Our wedding was on 05/6/2023 but I had booked FF two years prior! They had a change in ownership early on so we were a bit worried but Allison exceeded our expectations and more. She was so responsive to all of my questions, was patient with all my crazy ideas, and made sure the wedding I envisioned became a reality. We are both working moms so it was refreshing to be able to connect with her later in the night and not limited to 8-5. I could go on and on about my experience but long story short, book FF as your wedding planner! My Pinterest wedding became a realty and I had minimal stress on my wedding day.

Wonderful Experience!

I spoke to quite a few companies while looking for a day of coordinator and knew I found my people when I spoke to Allison. Of all your vendors, I highly recommend going with your gut vibe when it comes to your coordinator. On our very first phone call, Allison made me feel comfortable, at ease, calm, heard, reassured, etc. I reached out once or twice in the months leading up to the wedding to see if she had preferred vendors on one or two things and she always replied quickly. About 1-2 weeks before the wedding, Allison finalized our vendor list with me a take the ball and ran with it making sure my vendors had timelines, confirmations, everything they needed and that they knew to reach out to her day of. A couple days before, I passed over the decor we requested she set up and everything was perfect when I arrived. From the minute I arrived until the wedding ended, Allison was right there to help calm my nerves, was incredibly organized and personable, and always had an answer or solution. I honestly could not have asked for a better person in this role. She even helped bustle my dress! At the end of the night, she had everything packed up and organized for us to just load out and take home. Everything that we entrusted Allison with on our wedding day went, well, flawlessly! Simply Flawless

We recently worked with Alexis from Flawless Fetes as our Day of Planner for our wedding at Armature Works in Tampa, FL and could not be happier with her and her services!
At first we were reluctant to even consider wedding planning/coordination, but our venue - Armature Works required on site coordination with a minimum of a day of planner. However we couldn't be more thankful that they did because in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding Alexis was a crucial element in making it all happen seamlessly and stress free.

From the minute we reached out to the Flawless Fetes team to inquire on Wedding planning services we felt at ease. Alexis was amazing throughout the whole process and was an awesome value for what we paid and received in return. She was professional, courteous, prompt, and simply on top of everything. She helped with planning our day of timeline down to the minute and was vital in the coordination, setup and breakdown of our wedding on the day of. She was with us from start to finish and through more than a couple of hurdles and hoops on the day of made sure that it all went down without a hitch.

For those looking at wedding planning / coordination I couldn't say enough positive things about Alexis, and would highly recommend working with her. Do yourself a favor and stop reading any more reviews and hire Flawless Fetes, you will thank me later! :)

Hire a coordinator and hire Flawless Fetes - you'll be glad you did!

Hiring a day of coordinator was one of the first things we did after selecting a venue for our wedding and choosing Flawless Fetes was the best decision we made. We received thorough and excellent communication from the very beginning, and even received resources that helped guide my planning in the early stages. As we got closer to our date, we were paired with Alexis as our coordinator, and she reached out to set up a video call to get to know us and our vision for our wedding. I cannot overstate how essential Alexis was to helping our event run smoothly. I am an organized person and Alexis still thought of so many important details I would have missed. I could tell she really cared about making sure the event was what *we* wanted, and she was incredibly patient and kind, both with us and some of our less responsive vendors. She answered my million questions leading up to the event, made really great suggestions, and truly helped the night go off without a hitch (at least as far as I know!). If you think you don't need a coordinator... think again!

When planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted a simple and intimate back yard wedding. This meant that during the initial stages of planning we didn't think that we needed a professional. Oh how wrong we were! At the behest of my mom, the one stipulation for allowing us to use her backyard as our venue was if she could actually enjoy the day with out being concerned about every little detail. This is where Allison at Flawless Fetes our Day Of Coordinator came in! Allison was organized, efficient, assertive (in the exact way you need when planning a wedding), and pleasant to work with. She helped us organize our timeline and ensured the day went off without a hitch. Her assistant Gabby did a particularly incredible job of styling the place settings and tables that I had been meticulously curating for 6 months. Flawless Fetes was definitely the reason both my mother and I were able to enjoy the day with hardly an ounce of stress!

Wonderful and Seamless!

Flawless Event

I’m an older bride so using an event planner wasn’t around for my first wedding. However, the venue required a day of planner and I could not have been more pleased. Allison was so great. She had champagne waiting for my husband and I after ceremony so we could have an intimate moment together. She fixed my dress when I was dancing, she made sure I always had a drink, food, or anything I needed. It was like having another best friend right there looking out for you. She had a great vibe and knew exactly what she was doing. Would highly recommend Allison and her company to anyone for weddings or any event you are in need of professional planning services. Incredible Experience Start to Finish

Our experience with Flawless Fêtes, Alexis S. specifically, was exceptional! My wife and I had heard through the grapevine that a wedding coordinator was worth it but we could not anticipate the magnitude of positive impact that she provided both in preparation for the event and execution on the big day. Alexis was the glue that held our big day together!

We worked with Alexis from Flawless Fetes for our wedding and had an amazing experience!

As a company, we found Flawless Fetes to have reasonable rates and great services. As our day-of coordinator we found Alexis to be professional, upbeat, and extremely well organized.

Prior to our wedding day we communicated with Alexis several times either over video call or email to refine our timeline. With her guidance we were able to create a roadmap that addressed all questions. We were then able to use this timeline to keep our friends and family on track, and Alexis was able to wrangle all of our vendors and get them on the same page prior to our wedding day.

Alexis arrived early and ready to go for our rehearsal and on the wedding day she blew us away as she helped bring our vision to life.

Once guests began to arrive Alexis was on it to keep the night running smoothly with announcements and music cues, all the way through the final items getting loaded up as we drove away from the venue.

Hiring Kristen was one of the best decisions we made. I HIGHLY recommend all brides hire a day-of coordinator. It made the day so much more enjoyable, and definitely reduced my stress levels. It's worth every penny! We had several vendors... Caterer, florist, dj, cake baker, etc., and it was great to NOT be the go-to person for all of these people on the day-of. Flawless Wedding by Flawless Fetes!

My venue required me to have a day-of coordinator and even if they didn’t, I would have never survived the months leading up to my wedding or my wedding day without Kristen!

I found her company Flawless Fetes during my search through WeddingWire and felt they offered a package that was exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I spoke with Kristen on the phone and immediately felt confident that she would make sure my day would be perfect.

We hired her for partial planning which was one of the best decisions I could have made; the months leading up to my wedding, she answered so many of my questions (day or night, it didn’t matter the time!) and offered me some great vendor recommendations.

The week of our wedding when we realized what the weather was looking like, she kept me calm despite the massive change in plans we had to do and kept me organized.

But the day of our wedding is when she really blew me away with her expertise. I basically gave her a list of my personal items/decor and said “have at it” with only a few guidelines of where things would go. She has such an eye for detail and how to take something and just bring it to the next level. I honestly felt like she brought my Pinterest board to life when I walked in and saw how she transformed the room.

Even when the power went out during the ceremony, she kept things running smoothly and had everyone in the right place at the right time. I would recommend Kristen with Flawless Fetes over and over again!

Day Of Wedding Coordination

We hired Flawless Fetes because we needed someone to just run the show the day of the wedding only. We had everything already planned and done. There were so many wedding planners that were expensive and included way more than we needed. Flawless had the perfect day of wedding coordination package that gave us exactly what we needed. Alexis was our coordinator and she was awesome!!! 1000% recommend hiring them. She took the time to understand our vision and make it happen. She was so responsive and very detail oriented, as well as, knowledgeable on all things wedding. She brought up things we hadn’t previously thought about to make sure nothing was left out or overlooked. Our guests even raved about her! Also, this was a destination wedding, so everything was planned virtually and still happened exactly how we envisioned it!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing Kristen is and that hiring her as our day of coordinator was BY FAR the BEST decision that we made! Even though she was technically only our day of coordinator, she began her duties weeks in advance and was so helpful! She reminded me of so many details that I otherwise would have forgotten, continued to check in to see how things were going, and just made the overall process that much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to postpone our wedding at the last minute. Upon Kristen hearing of the news, she took it upon herself to contact all of the vendors and relay the message, so that we did not have to do anything. I am so so thankful for her. She was amazing in helping us replan the wedding a couple of months later, and made sure the day was perfect. I cannot imagine having gone through this whole process without her. She was unbelievably organized, on top of everything the day of the wedding, and made sure there was no stress on us so we could fully enjoy the day. The perfect coordinator!

Allison was amazing from the very beginning. She helped us so much leading up to the wedding and was a life saver on the day of. When we had to reschedule because of covid she was there for us throughout the entire ordeal. Even when a few things didn’t go according to plan, through no fault of hers, she kept everything running smoothly and fixed any issue that came up. She made sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves throughout the day and even wrangled our rowdy wedding party with ease. Having a day-of coordinator is absolutely worth it!

I'm so glad we hired Flawless Fetes for our wedding! Allison was our day-of coordinator, and she was awesome. Leading up to the wedding day, she was incredibly fast to respond to any inquiries and was super helpful in deciding on how things should go. It's tough planning a wedding, and you don't always know what you should be doing, so I really appreciated how Allison brought things to my attention that I hadn't yet considered. Fast forward to the wedding day, and it was definitely a more difficult one to help coordinate, as a storm came through shortly before our outdoor ceremony was to take place, and everything had to be moved indoors. Allison handled this without issue. In addition to that, our venue lost many reception items the day before the wedding, so Allison quickly ordered replacements to be delivered to the venue. She did this, of course, without me even knowing that night, and made sure to not add any additional stress on my end. I am so thankful Allison was there to make sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible, and I would definitely recommend her and Flawless Fetes for day-of coordination services. Thank you so much!

Hiring Kristin for my Day of Wedding planning was the BEST decision ever. I've heard plenty of horror stories about planners not being helpful, present, on time, etc.
She did my Brother/Sister-In-Law's wedding and came highly recommended.
She traveled all the way to Hawks Cay Resort the day before to be present for the rehearsal (thank goodness, because our pastor didn't make it) and ran us all through the coordination of the day.
She worked seamlessly with my venue, photographer, and other vendors to make my day go incredibly smooth. She was super attentive to things I needed or things I wasn't even thinking about (i.e. getting my marriage license signed and immediately placing it back in our room).
My family has quite a few "alpha" type personalities which are difficult to deal with sometimes and she handled them with such professionalism and perfection.
I received sooooo many compliments during and after our wedding.
I will say it again, you need to hire Kristin for your wedding. Trust me on that. You will not regret it!!

(a note to add: the next day I saw there was another wedding being held and the poor bride was all dressed/ready to walk and had to keep peeking out of the door to see when she could walk. Kristin was our literal gate keeper at the door and was in communication with the DJ so our timing was perfect and nothing was left to question.)

Do yourself a favor, and hire flawless fetes!

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen and Allison throughout my wedding planning experience. To say these hardworking women love their job, is an understatement. Not only do they love what they do, but you can tell it is their true passion. They were so passionate about helping me throughout my planning. I chose the partial planning package so I had them as my day of coordination as well as to help assist with vendors, answer questions, provide recommendations, and stay on track; and boy am I glad I did! Kristen and Allison were so helpful in providing good recommendations of vendors, staying on track leading up to the wedding, and making me feel at ease each time I was having a "bride moment". Allison was my day of - the level of detail she put into that day was absolutely incredible. Her attention to detail and set up of our reception room was everything and more I envisioned. Her relationships with the vendors was impressive, and her ability to take a cocktail hour and an after party from outside to inside in an hour was nothing short of miraculous! She helped make our wedding day so special! All of these little details that you don't think of as a bride - she had covered. The day goes by so fast and she was able to help me live in the moment and soak up each second of the day. I can't say enough amazing things about flawless fetes. Allison was Awesome

If you're thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, do it. It's the best money you'll spend in your budget. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing. Allison made sure the room was set up, the bridal party was good to go, the night ran smoothly, and had everything packed up at the end of the night for my parents to take home. I'm so appreciative of her and would recommend her to anyone still looking.

Stress Free Wedding with Flawless Fetes!

Flawless Fetes really made my big day a breeze! It was so nice to just focus on getting ready and not have to worry about anything. I used the day of services and am so happy I did. Kristen, the owner, and Allison, my coordinator, were so helpful and they really thought of everything! In addition to the day of coordination, they contacted all of my vendors to ensure that delivery and set up was a smooth process. Best investment

Having Kristen as a day of coordinator was easily the best decision we made when wedding planning. Being able to fully relax and enjoy the day knowing Kristen had everything taken care of was priceless. Professional, Supportive, and All Around Great

They are very professional and so nice! About a month and a half to our wedding, our original Day Of Coordinator completely disappeared and left us hanging with no way to contact them. Turns out they closed their business without letting anyone know. In a scramble to find a new one, I reached out to Flawless Fetes. They responded to all of our inquiries within minutes and were able to provide us all the month of planning services in a week’s turnaround time once we hired them. This was the reassurance I needed at the time given the circumstances and the fear of getting dropped, again. We did end up cancelling our wedding reception due to covid, so we never got to officially work with them for our day of coordination. But I would definitely re-hire them if we ever decide to have a wedding reception.

Best decision I've made!!

Hired Flawless Fetes for partial planning services for my wedding and I'm so glad I did! Kristen was very responsive and helpful as I planned remotely. The best “wedding planning” I made!

I will be completely candid. I did not think I needed a wedding coordinator. I had lined up all of my vendors and (thought) I had everything under control. Around the one month mark, I began my search for a day-of-coordinator partly to appease my venue. It is an understatement to say finding Kristen at Flawless Fetes was the best “wedding planning” decision I EVER made. I quickly realized that I absolutely needed a coordinator like Kristen because I did not have everything under control. Although Kristen was hired for “day of” coordination, she began working weeks in advance. She immediately dove right in, asked all of the right questions, and got us organized. The little details that I would have never thought about ended up tying everything together the day-of. Kristen facilitated communication with all of our vendors and set up a seamless timeline. She even made sure that our officiant, a family member and first timer, knew the proper cues to ensure the ceremony ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about one thing. Kristen handled it all from deliveries, to set up, to break down, and even returning rentals! She was genuine, organized, and extremely helpful. Our wedding day was exactly what we envisioned, and more, thanks to Kristen. I can honestly say I do not know what we would have done without her! I have total confidence recommending Flawless Fetes/Kristen to any bride and groom!

Blisfully float through your wedding day!

From the moment we met with Allison about six months before our wedding, we felt a weight lift off of our shoulders. Her kindness and no-nonsense on your wedding day type of attitude immediately put us at ease. She was exteremly patient with us and really understood what it was we needed her for. We had done most of the planning ourselves but wanted to hand the reigns over to someone more capable on our wedding day so that we could truly enjoy it - and that's exactly what she did for us. Allison made it so that we could blissfully drift through our wedding - without having to worry about the million tiny details that go into a wedding day. Best Wedding Decision!

Hiring Kristen and Flawless Fetes was the best thing I did during wedding planning! Kristen is the most patient and kind person. Whenever I had worries, she made me feel calm. Kristen was always extremely responsive and available whenever I needed her. She gave great advice, helped me to maintain my budget and was a great second opinion and advice giver. She knows so much about this market and helped me to find awesome vendors like my photographer. Day of, she was so calm and relaxed when we had to make decisions based on weather. Kristen did a fantastic job as my day-of coordinator! After seeing how well she executed my friend’s wedding, I knew I had to hire her for my own. Throughout the entire process, Kristen was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails and questions. She sent me detailed questionnaires to keep us organized and brought up things I hadn’t even thought of. I really appreciate how she took the extra time to do a venue walk-through with me a couple months before the wedding and ran our rehearsal. Amazing DOC!

Hiring Kristen was THE BEST decision I made during my wedding planning process! Even though our wedding was very intimate, I still wanted to hire someone to help on the day of so I could relax and enjoy the day without being stressed. Embraced an unconventional wedding!

Allison was able to match my energy as a DOC to our wedding! She quickly understood what was important to me and supported that vision! My husband and I wanted to officiate our own wedding and Allison was happy to witness and provide notary services. She went above and beyond we I asked her to setup the dessert table and she did a full blown decoration that really added to the evening. Perfection!!

Kristen was absolutely amazing for our day of wedding planning! She literally did everything and I’m still in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. Our wedding was a lot of DIY and nothing was provided at the venue itself, so she went in set everything out and organized the entire day. I didn’t think the wedding space we had could look so good! Leading up to the day of she had me fill out a questionnaire and that honestly helped me understand all the things I didn’t even think about! Everyone thought we spent so much money on our wedding which was not even the case! It has everything to do with how she set up the venue. Next Level Wedding Planning

I don't know how I would have planned my wedding without Kristen. We were doing everything from NYC, which proved very difficult, and Kristen was always there to help with any questions or obstacles that I encountered via email. She'd even respond on weekends and was never anything but patient and informative and helpful. Allison was my day-of planner and she kept things running amazingly and set-up everything (there was a LOT) wonderfully. Both Kristen and Allison provided us with several things that we needed decor-wise at no additional charge, which was SUCH a huge help. Best decision for our wedding day

My wife and I could not have been more happy we made the decision for Flawless Fetes to be our Day Of Planner. Kristen and Allison absolutely crushed it. After our initial consultation and completing their questionnaire, we truly felt there was no rock left unturned. From creating our timeline, to contacting all of our vendors, Flawless Fetes were on top of everything. If not for them our night would have been a disaster. Our venue, who was also supplying tables, chairs, food, and the bar, had our wedding beginning 2 hours after its actual start time. Vendors would have been arriving at the time the ceremony was supposed to begin. This potential nightmare was identified and corrected before it was even brought to our attention. We even had 2 wedding crashers that were immediately spotted, and escorted out. Reasons like these are why were so grateful to have worked with the detail oriented Flawless Fetes team, who made our night stress-free, seamless, and memorable.

Amazing vendor

Allison with Flawless Fetes was so perfect in helping our day of planning with creating organized lists/spreadsheets and was very responsive with texts/emails/phone calls. She was so helpful day of when we had an issue with our wedding cake (and we had no idea because she handled it perfectly)! She was even the one who helped me organize my shoes/bags with the getaway car so I had nothing to worry about all day!

Best choice we made in planning!

Can not say enough about how happy we were to have decided to go with Flawless Fetes for our Day of Coordination. Kristen was AMAZING to work with. She reached out a few times leading up to the wedding, but really started constant communication a few weeks before. She had me fill out some documents then put together a timeline, coordinated with all of my vendors, and made sure nothing was missed. It was so great to have someone else handling those logistics so that I could focus on family and last minute planning. Kristen came to my rehearsal at the venue to make sure that everyone was on the same page, and also to talk through any outstanding questions. Day of, she totally killed it. I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING happening at the venue while we were having fun getting ready. She met us when we arrived and went over a couple things, but mostly let us do our own thing taking photos and doing first looks. Kristen found me when any questions came up, but otherwise she didn’t need much from me at all! She assisted with keeping us on schedule and overall was a calming presence throughout the day. Literally anything I thought of, she had already taken care of. I was able to relax (as much as possible on your wedding day) and enjoy the party rather than stressing about who was going to gather all of our things and pack them up, pay the vendors, etc. Overall, Flawless Fetes was the BEST money we spent/decision we made for our wedding day.

Perfect from Start to Finish

Let me start by saying I was against getting an Event Coordinator for our wedding.
With that being said, We could not be more happy or grateful with the choice we made to use Flawless Fetes for our Wedding at Armature Works in December 2018. From start to finish, Allison from Flawless Fetes made the whole stressful process easy and the communication was key. Allison was very detailed in preparing everything to have it exactly the way we wanted it. She coordinated with all our other vendors (Florist, DJ, Photographer, Catering) to make sure we did not have to worry about one thing on the day of our wedding. We literally did not have to deal with any of the vendors that day. That included set up and removal of our personal items. Allison took care of all of it.
She did an amazing job coordinating and moving all the 130 guest from the Ceremony, to the Cocktail Hour and then to the Reception. If you have been to Armature Works, you will know this cannot be easy if the place was empty. But it wasnt. They were actually doing their public Christmas Tree lighting that same evening. Place was packed. I think even more impressive is that she was able to do this and to stick to the timeline we had created for that day (announcements,dances,eating). From what I hear, it is unheard of to hit all your timelines on time at a Wedding.
It ended up being an unbelievable Wedding. Flawless Fetes and Allison was a big reason for that. We still have so many people telling us they have never been to a wedding where everything was on time and there where no dramas with set ups or seating or anything.
We cannot thank Flawless Fetes and Allison enough for helping make our special day a very memorable one. If you want to make sure your Wedding Day is perfect, we highly recommend Flawless Fetes for helping plan your wedding. You will not regret it.

Without Flawless Fetes We Would Have Been Lost

Two weeks after getting engaged and researching a few venues, I realized I would never be able to work full time, be a good fiance and mom, take care of myself, enjoy my engagement, and pull off a wedding that I would feel great about, if I didn't have help from professionals. From the first call I had with Kristen, her down to earth attitude and detailed explanation of the types of services offered let me know I had found the right planner. I hired Flawless Fetes for Full Planning services later that day and it was the best decision I could have made. Kristen's responsiveness was the first thing I was impressed by, I would have answers to emails sometimes within minutes of pressing send. Kristen figured out a timeline for the wedding day early on and it was amazing how much stress dissolved with just that piece done. There were so many details within a timeline that I never thought of and her expertise was invaluable. When we fretted over budget, she was able to help guide us towards what made sense to put more of the money into and what didn't. We had some out of the box ideas and Kristen was able to give perspective on how we could make them work and matched us with vendors who could deliver great results. In the final few weeks before the wedding, Kristen's calm yet assertive, level headed approach kept us sane. The day of, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The entire wedding team that Flawless Fetes helped assemble (florist, caterer, DJ, videographer, desserts, rentals) worked so well together and produced an event that our guests are still raving about. I can say without a doubt that if we had not used Flawless Fetes, we would not have had such a beautiful, fun, pretty-much-perfect-for-us wedding. I am beyond grateful that the Flawless Fetes team came into our lives!

Wedding March 1

Kristen was my part time wedding planner for my wedding March 1st. She answered all my questions and helped make sure I got the most bang for my buck. She was great on the day of and handled everything so we didn’t have to! It was so comforting to have her there and I know I could trust her.

Highly recommend Flawless Fetes!

Kristen was amazing to work with! We hired Flawless Fetes for day of coordination, and also rehearsal coordination. Starting a month out she really helped me organize my timeline and kept me organized! I made a lot of the decorations myself and did my own flowers, so she set up all the décor and centerpieces at the venue and really brought my vision to life! Whenever I had questions Kristen was extremely responsive and helpful. My wedding day went so smoothly and everything was on schedule and I was able to just enjoy myself and not stress! Professional and Necessary!

Flawless Fetes really helped us out on our wedding day. We had several small to-dos and Allison was able to make sure all of them were taken care of while we were getting ready and taking photos. Best Day-Of-Coordinator!

Kristen from Flawless Fetes did an amazing job coordinating our rehearsal and wedding day! My husband and I hired her for day-of-coordination only. I met her for the first time at my wedding rehearsal, but we had talked for weeks leading up to the big day. I was nervous because we were explaining how we wanted all of our set up done for the wedding the day before, but Kristen nailed it the day of our wedding. All of the decor looked perfect and more than we could have ever imagined. She made my vision for the big day come to life. She even took charge when our caterers could not fold the napkins on our tables and set them up by herself. She made the tables look beautiful! Not only did everything go so smoothly on our wedding day, I was stress free leading up to the big day! She talked to each vendor and made sure everything was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about! If I could give any advice, hire Kristen and Flawless Fetes for your wedding. It will be the best decision you make while planning your wedding!

Kristen brought everything together wonderfully!

Kristen was an absolute dream to work with! We hired Flawless Fetes for Day of Coordination services, and it was one of the best decisions we made. We finally got to meet the day before the wedding, and Kristen had all of the details organized, all of the vendors on the same page, helped us work out some last minute changes, and put any worries we had at ease! I also made just about all of our decor and florals, and Kristen set up everything even more beautiful then I could have imagined. On top of all of that, she kept our entire wedding day running smooth and on schedule, AND brought us a drink immediately after the ceremony ;) Being able to relax and fully enjoy everything was the biggest blessing, and we can't thank Flawless Fetes enough for making it happen! I can’t say enough good things about Flawless Fetes. Kristen was our day-of coordinator and she really made our wedding day flawless. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, she ensured everything went exactly as I planned with very little direction or preparation from me before the big day. We had the wedding of our dreams all thanks to Flawless Fetes!

Stop looking for a Wedding Planner or Day-of-Coordinator because you won’t find anyone better than Kristen at Flawless Fetes. If it wasn’t for the groom, Kristen would have been the most important person at my wedding! We got the Full Planning package and had the privilege of working with Kristen for over a year. I wanted a beautiful wedding but (being a bit of a perfectionist) didn’t have time to spend hours upon hours finding the right vendors to make my wedding vision come true. From the florist to the make up artist to the photographer to the DJ, Kristen’s recommendations were spot-on. When picking a photographer, I showed Kristen a vendor whose style I liked and she found me someone with an equivalent style for half the price! She had our back the whole time... when one of our vendors was being unresponsive, Kristen gave them a piece of her mind (politely and professionally of course). She dealt with all the drama so I could continue working my full time job without worrying whether everything would fall into place come wedding day. On wedding day I didn’t have to do anything and it all came together better than we could have ever imagined or planned on our own. Working with Kristen was effortless. She was so friendly and easy to get along with and we felt like friends from the very first meeting. I felt comfortable enough to send her emails at 4 AM (pre-wedding jitters made for some sleepless nights) and to ask for her feedback on my vows! Kristen is a wonderful wedding planner- she is very proactive, flexible, and super quick with responses. She is experienced and skilled in wedding planning, and that made our family confident in the whole process.

Meeting with Kristen and Allison was super easy and convenient, and one of the reasons why I chose flawless fetes is because of the quick responsiveness. We were able to meet at a coffee shop within just a few days after my planner search and discuss all they have to offer. If you’re ready to get the ball rolling, like now, Kristen will get it going.

One of our biggest challenges was moving the date to a week later when she was already committed to another wedding. She was able to still manage the process, and have her assistant take care of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception just fine. Her flexibility and creativity helped us a lot.

During the engagement time frame, I didn’t have a lot of extra time, wanted to plan a wedding within 5 months, and didn’t know anything about ceremony planning. I learned so much about both the fun and necessary parts of getting married, and I am so glad I chose Flawless Fetes to guide me through the process! Our wedding was flawless, and I am impressed at how we planned such a perfect day within a relatively short time frame.

Kristen was amazing from the moment I contacted her. She was so incredibly organized professional and knowledgeable. I think I used every vendor she recommended and I couldn't be happier with the way my wedding turned out. She was able to answer every question I had during planning, and there were many, and took care of everything the day of. I didn't have to worry about anything except getting ready that day. Even when the person who was supposed to take everything home for us after the wedding left without our stuff, Kristen took care of everything. I found Flawless Fetes about four months before our wedding after realizing that there would be way too much to accomplish on the wedding morning for me and the wedding party, family and friends to handle. Kristen was very responsive and quickly set up a meeting for us at a local coffee shop. After talking with her for just a few minutes I knew she would be the perfect addition to our vendor team and she immediately calmed my bridal nerves about the logistics for our wedding day. We hired Kristen as our day-of-coordinator but she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to our day as well, responding to phone calls and e-mails ranging from timeline questions to bustle melt downs. Kristen helped our rehearsal run smoothly and was there for any questions or requests on our wedding day. She even took all of our personal decor items after the rehearsal so we did not have to worry about them on wedding day. She ensured our day ran smoothly and that everything was perfect, including helping bustle my dress! We were so happy to have Kristen as part of our vendor team and would highly recommend her and her team for your day of coordination needs!

Kristen with Flawless Fetes was wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about how great Allison and Kristen were in helping my wedding go just as planned. Allison was my day-of-coordinator as well as helped my rehearsal move along. I was able to communicate with Kristen a few weeks prior to the wedding day and provide all of the specifics for the big day. She responded quick to emails and made sure she asked all of the most detailed questions. Allison was prompt and organized. She quickly saw my vision for how I wanted everything and helped all of the vendors execute accordingly. She made sure I wasn't bothered with problems the morning of and improvised along with my Maid of Honor. Kristen was a God send! She was my rock the day of the wedding and even the days leading up. I used her day of coordinator services, and I got way more than that. She was easy to contact, answered all of my questions, gave recommendations and even met with the hotel event coordinator in the weeks before the wedding. I did a lot of research before choosing Flawless Fetes, and after reading her reviews and speaking with her, I knew she was the one for the job! Simply put, Kristen Hansen is an excellent wedding planner. If I had to plan my wedding over again, I would absolutely choose her as my planner. She is meticulous, level headed and organized, all of which keeps you on track so that everything is completed before the wedding and you don't have to stress on the big day. Most importantly, she worked with us and our vision to make our wedding reception absolutely beautiful.

Her recommendations for top-notch vendors took off a lot of stress and saved us time in planning the wedding. With our hectic schedules, we wanted to pick great vendors quickly without having to schedule multiple meetings. Relying on Kristen's recommendations allowed us to do that. She also let us know when some of our ideas might have negative secondary effects, but was very supportive of making the big day exactly as we wanted it. We could look to her whenever we weren't sure if we needed to do something as hosts. She would tell us what was or wasn't expected for wedding etiquette. She was always available to us to answer questions and give advice.

On the day of the wedding, she helped pull it all together. I had total confidence that she had everything more than handled and it allowed me to really enjoy the party. She personally handled the decorations and setup for the whole reception room with the candles and flowers we had picked out. It looked exactly as I had imagined it would look, absolutely beautiful and romantic. Throughout the night, she kept us on track and was nearby to provide help with whatever we needed. At the end of the night, she made sure all of our stuff was back to our room which allowed us to party with our friends and not worry that anything might get lost.

We could not be happier with Kristen and recommend her completely, she is the best.

Kristen from flawless fetes is AMAZING!! She is truly a hero. I don't know how I would have planned such a perfect wedding without her. My family does not have anyone that was able to step in and help me plan a wedding and it had been 20 years since the last person in my family was married. I had no idea where to start. I knew I needed a wedding planner. Kristen met my fiance (now husband) and me for dinner where she assessed our needs and told us that she would be able to make our visions come true. I met with several wedding planners prior to Kristen, but when I met her I knew that she was perfect for us and our wedding vision! Kristen was able to keep me on track wedding planning and was able to provide the direction that I needed. I was planning a wedding in Tampa, FL from Ohio and had no idea of any vendors in Florida. Kristen saved me tons of time that would have been spent sifting through vendors online. She was able to give me excellent recommendations for vendors based on what I wanted my wedding to be like. I live out of state, work full time nights, and am in school for my master's, so every minute saved really meant a lot to me. I really cannot sing enough praises to Kristen for all of her help. She was able to calm my nerves every time I called freaking out about a small detail. She was extremely receptive and I never had to wait long for a response. I felt like a priority to Kristen throughout the whole planning process. I can't even begin to thank her enough for her presence the day of the wedding. Everything was perfect. It flowed seamlessly. She coordinated with everyone and made sure that everything flowed smoothly. I was so caught up in the day that I directed all questions to Kristen and she handled everything perfectly. Kristen is wonderful! I hired her as a day of coordinator for my wedding - she certainly did more than just day of. In the two weeks leading up to the wedding she took over, contacted all my vendors, sent everyone a day of schedule and did a walk through of my venue with me. On the day of, she was at my venue all day ensuring everything was being set up properly, kept the night flowing according to schedule, and even stayed to collect all of the florists rentals at the end of the night. My favorite thing about her has to be that she answers emails SUPER fast. It was amazing to have such instant answers in the weeks leading up. I have a very type A personality and was very worried about handing my wedding over after spending months planning every detail - but Kristen made it easy. I felt really confident going into the wedding day. The wedding day was great and everything ran smoothly! Thank you Kristen!!

At the reception, my mother said to me, "Thank you for hiring Kristen."

I contacted Kristen a month before my wedding. She didn't balk at the tight timeline, and went right to work making things happen. I was planning the event long-distance (hence my mother's role as on-site point person), very rushed, and, obviously, had never done this before. It was great to have Kristen handling the details.

Kristen was the most essential and incredibly flawless component to our wedding. It went off without a hitch... But only because Kristen was there to save the day. She thought of things that I never could've imagined needed coordinating and executed the entire evening with poise, attention to detail, and love that filled the room. There is a reason they are called Flawless Fetes...because Kristen helps create a flawless wedding. My husband and I couldn't be happier and cannot imagine our wedding without her help! Kristen did an AMAZING job as my day of coordinator for my wedding. She was also quick to respond to emails, had great suggestions and made sure my day went as smoothly as possible. I am so glad that I hired her and would do it again in a heartbeat, i will make sure to refer to all my bride to be friends. Thanks again Kristen! You were awesome!!

Absolutley FLAWLESS experience. Kristen was there when we needed her, handled any small snags quickly and calmly and made sure we didn't have to stress the day of. Her assistant Allison helped SO much since we had two separate locations. She was attentive to guest and bridal party needs and handled everything quickly and professionally. Would reccomend them again and again and again!

Will not be disppointed!! Kristen was beyond amazing and I'm truly grateful that she was available for our day. We decided to do Day of coordination about 1-2 months before the wedding. She was able to take down all my details and work her magic. If you think that you, your mom, family, bridesmaids can handle managing everything Day of, think again. Having Kristen gave everyone a chance to relax and really enjoy the day. Communicated with all my vendors and made sure the church and reception space was set up exactly how I envisioned. My wedding was an absolute dream and I doubt any of that would of been possible without her. Thank you times a million.<333

My groom already wrote a review, but I'm going to double down and sing Kristen's praises. She traveled from Tampa to Cooperstown, NY to support us on our big day. The moment she was on board, a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders, because she took care of everything. She made sure we weren't forgetting anything, and was the most calming presence during the chaos of wedding planning and the wedding day. I asked if we could donate all of our flowers to the local hospital, and she said absolutely. She stayed late into the night, transferring flowers into containers, and then hand delivered them to the ward the next day. She took care of literally everything the day of our wedding; I did not have to worry about a single thing- just the dress on my body, the veil on my head, and my groom on my arm. She placed my change of shoes under our sweetheart table and then returned the dress shoes to our suite. She organized and returned all of our photos from the memory table. She delivered everything back to our suite, organized everything, brought us extra wedding cake, etc. She oversaw the set up of the room and the ceremony, organized place cards and table numbers, made sure everything was where it was supposed to be, all... flawlessly (see what I did there? ;-) These are just a few examples of all the work she did throughout the day/evening. I am sure she did infinitely more than I even realized, but that's why she's wonderful. It just gets done; you don't know how, you don't know when, but everything is taken care of during the wedding and you're free to enjoy yourself, thanks to Kristen.

The ladies at Flawless Fetes are amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Kristen, Lindsay, and Allison and can't say enough great things! Kristen kept me sane during the whole planning process when I'd realize I had no idea how to decide on random things like ceremony start time or the processional order. She was quick in her email responses and always had great advice and suggestions. She had us fill out an extremely detailed questionnaire which was used to create our wedding day timeline. The questionnaire covers everything (even things we hadn't even thought of yet!) and I'm such a visual person so having worked through that and then seeing the timeline it helped me see the whole day come together. It was so obvious that she and her team knew what they were doing and have tons of industry knowledge which is super helpful to a clueless bride like me! They kept my wedding day woes at bay and I never had to stress because I knew they had everything handled. And bonus that that also meant that my mom and bridesmaids could enjoy themselves as well because these ladies kept our day moving right along. Having professional help is so crucial to your big day so you can take a step back and enjoy the day you've spent so long planning. Thanks to Flawless Fetes I was able to do just that. These ladies are all wonderful and I can't recommend them enough to any bride and groom!

I had the absolute amazing opportunity to have Kristen as my Wedding Day Coordinator and I couldn't be happier. She was absolutely amazing!!! After some long search for professional and punctual wedding planners, I came across Flawless Fetes and I am so glad we did! She was always there for me when I had questions, even the smallest question she had no problem in getting back to me with her most professional and most honest advice. My wedding day went by so smoothly because of Kristen and I know that without her it would have been a disaster! She coordinated with all the vendors, communicated with everyone that needed instructions and dealt with even the smallest details. Brides, please please please.... do not try to do everything on your wedding day and absolutely do not let a family member/friend coordinate it... you will regret it! It is your day and you should be able to fully enjoy it to the max because the day will fly by before you even know it. Cherish the moments and truly experience your wedding.
