MY DAUGHTER HIRED PRISCILLA FOR HER WEDDING! IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER!!! SHE IS TALENTED, PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS SUPERB, VERY ACCESIBLE, HARD WORKING, KIND HEARTED AND IS WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! HER STAFF IS JUST AS AMAZING AS SHE IS. (STAFF IS SUPER NICE & KIND). MY DAUGHTER LIVES IN CALIFORNIA SO THE WHOLE PROCESS OF GETTING MARRIED IN MIAMI WAS VERY SMOOTH SHE WAS FLEXIBLE IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE DIFFERENT TIME ZONES AND HELPED US WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS. Amazing, compassionate, professional!
Priscilla and her team were amazing! I would highly recommend them and tell you to take the chance, you will not regret it. Priscilla went above and beyond helping with the last couple of details and executing my vision. Amanda is absolutely fantastic! As a fellow event industry professional, I find it very difficult to find someone to take my shoes when it is my turn to be on the front end of the event. No regrets here! She is professional, very detail oriented, and cares about her work, which is very difficult to find nowadays. Easy to talk to, extremely flexible to work with, truly a gem in the making in this industry. Is it evident Priscilla is a wonderful planner, and has trained her team flawlessly. Priscilla was the most amazing and helpful wedding planner I could have asked for. I booked her for day-of but she started working with me 6 weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was good to go. She made everything so easy and was my favorite person (besides my husband) on my wedding day. She kept me calm and organized everything for me. She’s also just an amazingly sweet person. 10/10 recommend!!! -

Where do I begin? We first started working with Priscilla in October of 2019. Since then... she has worked tirelessly on making our dream destination wedding a reality. She found our out-of-state vendors who were AMAZING, she helped us organize/understand our budget, she calmed us down in times of stress, she was ALWAYS just a text away, she was our champion when dealing with the venue and vendors, and she was always so transparent and confident. Wow! I'm so thankful we had her with us throughout this entire process. It's amazing how she's able to make you feel like you're her only client! As my now husband Gabe :) mentioned below ... we had quite the change to deal with the day of our wedding. We were expecting a spring wedding in Northern Georgia... instead, we woke up to a FREEZE warning! Although the SNOW was incredibly magical and unforgettable... our outside reception had to be moved to a ballroom. As sad as I was....(because I had pictured something for 18 months) I had NO doubt in my mind Priscilla had it all under control. She was so calm and confident in her team... it's admirable. And boy did they have it all under control.... IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. I know they "moved mountains" that day for us ... and I also know, they would do the same for all their clients. Every couple will be happier with a Priscilla in their lives. From the initial meeting to minutes before our wedding, Priscilla was always - calm, engaged and proactive. After planning a wedding for almost 18 months, Mother Nature changed those plans hours before our wedding. Priscilla and her team quickly pivoted and worked with the vendors and venue to make our dream wedding a reality. I never saw her stressed, worried, upset, annoyed or overwhelmed. I cannot recommend hiring Priscilla enough — whether you're a type A bride who has her dream wedding fully planned or you're a bride who needs all the help they can get, Priscilla will truly be your right hand woman every step of the way. We hired Priscilla as our day-of coordinator, but she consistently went above and beyond by staying in communication with us and even attending some of our appointments. We also hired her to help connect us with florists and a furniture rental company, and we even got a discount from the latter vendor because we were working with Priscilla!
I loved planning our wedding so I did most of the research and legwork, but Priscilla always made herself available to be our sounding board if we needed to consult her on something. She made it so easy for us to enjoy not only our wedding day, but also the weeks leading up to the wedding. I barely heard from our vendors during the last 2-3 weeks because Priscilla was organizing everyone behind the scenes and making sure all our vendors were aligned on our timeline and aware of any last-minute changes. I really appreciated this because as an out-of-state couple planning a destination wedding, there were so many other little things we had to deal with leading up to our big day.
In the end, Priscilla and her team helped make our vision come true and pulled off the best night of our lives. We've had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, which was largely thanks to the team. No detail went unnoticed and no job was too small — she made a groomsman button up his suit before walking out for our ceremony, she superglued someone's broken shoe, and when we had to make a last-minute change to our reception timeline all she needed was an "OK" from us and she figured everything out with the DJ so it seemed like it was the plan all along.
If you're getting married in the Miami / South Florida area, you'd be missing out on a rockstar planner who goes above and beyond for her couples if you don't work with Priscilla! -

Where do I even start, Priscilla is the best planner in the entire bridal industry. Priscilla was our day of coordinator but she went above and beyond than day of coordinator. She was there to offer recommendations, advice, and whatever I needed to help me plan my big day. She has such an eye for detail. I felt super confident letting her take the reins in helping me make decisions. She knows everyone and everything about planning and made working with all my vendors so easy. Will Recommend Over and Over Again
Working with Priscilla was nothing short of amazing. Priscilla and her team helped make our wedding day so special, so easy, and most importantly so fun!
I was a COVID bride and we had to reschedule our wedding a year out after postponement. Priscilla went above and beyond to help us navigate the unexpected and was completely supportive when I decided to update some of my original selections - we needed to have a proper party after waiting an extra year!
We even upgraded our planning package from day-of coordination to wedding management package after having worked with her through the first wedding plans. We were so impressed with her and we could see her commitment - not a single detail was overlooked and we fully trusted her!!
Priscilla treated us like friends and made us feel like we could be so real with her throughout the entire planning process. She truly is the nicest person and will patiently answer any and all of your questions, giving you good advice, and great ideas to make your day special. She is a true professional who is also well liked and esteemed by her peers in the industry. I would blindly (and have already) recommended Priscilla to any bride looking for an excellent planner. -

I hired Priscilla as my Day Of Coordinator to help me execute a smooth and seamless wedding day. Priscilla was extremely professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and reliable. She helped set up the reception and ceremony decor while I got ready, boxed it up so well and organized after, helped keep everything running smoothly on the day of, and even was so nice and willing to stay an extra hour when we decided to extend our event! I am probably not the easiest bride to work with, as I have 10,000 questions and threw several curveballs, but Priscilla (and Amanda) managed it all so seamlessly. Thank you Priscilla! -

We hired Priscilla for day of coordination, and our day would not have ran as smooth as it did without her and her team! She came with 2 other coordinators, they were with my husband and I while getting ready and making sure we were on top of our timeline, while Priscilla was at the venue making sure everything was running smoothly there!
She stayed the whole night and helped make sure we had everything.
Priscilla was hired for day of, which started a couple weeks out but she was there and willing to help with vendors and answer any questions before our time actually started!

Words cannot describe how helpful and amazing Priscilla is! Leading up to the wedding Priscilla was organized, quick to respond to emails and texts, and personable. She took care of all the little details and had great ideas to bring my wedding vision to life! The weekend of the wedding my husband and I were worried about possible rain at our outdoor ceremony and Priscilla eased all of our stress by finding the tent vendor and handling the contract. The day of the wedding Priscilla continued to excel at her job by coordinating every vendor and and every detail of the wedding production. My husband and I didn't have to worry about anything and got to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding because of Priscilla. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we're so thankful to have had her with us on our big day! Also, her assistant Vanessa was so incredible too - she looked after me personally that day, always making sure my dress, hair, and veil looked great as well as making sure we always had food or a drink in our hand. She even had a personal fan to cool us down during the pictures outside in the FL heat! Bottom line, you need Priscilla on your big day!! -

Our wedding day was PERFECT! We could not have been happier and would not have changed a thing. It would not have been as beautiful and magical as it was if it were not for Priscilla. The close our wedding day came the more anxious I got because I was worried about missing details and logistics of our large bridal party and timeline. Priscilla and her team were just what we needed to tie everything together. Priscilla was always available, organized and had a plan for everything. Priscilla’s attention to detail is unmatched. I would like to start with I thought throughout my entire process I thought that I did not need a wedding planner. I love to plan and am very organized. I plan events all the time, have done it for work and even throughout college. I also love the wedding industry and knew more or less everything I needed. However, in truth I didn't.
Hiring a Month of Wedding planner was the best decision I made. Priscilla is an absolute professional. She made me feel comfortable every single moment. She was fully connected with everyone of my vendors. She even uncovered a few issues with my initial timeline that I was unaware of. She was able to fix all my "issues" to make sure that my vision was flawless.
Hiring a Month of Wedding planner is essential to have a fully relaxed and enjoyable wedding. I was not worried about one thing the day of my wedding and the weeks leading up to it. I can say I was fully able to enjoy every single moment. Priscilla and her team had everything fully under control. I was just doing my thing and she would guide me to the next step making sure that everything was in order. From making sure hair and make up was done on time to giving the vendors their tips at the end of the night. I didn't look at the time not once throughout out day. Her team even cleaned up the getting ready room and took all my personal items to my suite.
Because of Priscilla and her team my wedding was 100% stress free and one of the most enjoyable days of my life. I am type A and high anxiety, so that means a lot coming from me. Every single moment was truly perfect and this was fully because Priscilla and her team. I can say hiring Priscilla and her team was one of the best decisions that I made. Even my mother who was initially against me hiring a planner even said at the end that hiring Priscilla and her team was absolutely essential and that she made the wedding perfect. -

The Events by Priscilla team is definitely who you want by your side on the most important day of your life. Priscilla is a great listener and goes above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom's requests are fulfilled to best of all of her team and all of the vendor team's abilities. Priscilla was amazing from start to finish. Although we had most of our vendors booked, she made sure everything was streamlined and notified us of any potentials issues. Priscilla was the BEST decision my fiancé and I made in our entire wedding planning process. We happened to run into her at our venue and it was like fate brought us together. She helped me plan the entire wedding and every single one of her recommendations exceeded our expectations. She knows the wedding industry inside and out and we trusted her blindly. She was the head of our vendor team and I can say we had the best team in Miami. I didn’t stress for one second with her by my side. When I would start to get nervous and she would call it was like instant therapy. Her attention to detail was like nothing I’ve ever seen. She had us on a timeline the day of our wedding and everyone kept telling me there’s no way you’ll stick to it. Not only did we stick to it, which is insane, but we actually had time to just live in every moment and not rush. She had everything you could ever need. Her assistant was with me the entire day making sure I ate, had everything I needed and even helped me get into my dress. She fixed my hair before every picture and had water with her to keep me hydrated. Priscilla was the glue that held the entire wedding together. During family pictures she would run up to my fiancé and I and make sure we were drinking and eating and staying picture perfect. Words cannot express the royal treatment that my fiancé and I received. I can honestly say I could not have done it without her. She’s the sweetest most amazing woman on the planet and now a very good friend to both my fiancé and I. She’s at the top of her game and I will recommend her to absolutely everyone! -

Hiring Priscilla as my day-of-coordinator was hands down the best choice I made for my wedding, second only to marrying my husband. Priscilla became more than a wedding planner to me, she became a friend, she listened to me vent, and helped me make difficult choices. She gave me words of advice that I still carry with me (“it is what you make it!”) and while not everything went perfectly on my wedding day, everything that was within her control did. Her professionalism and experience were obvious from the moment we met via zoom to the wedding day, and I was completely calm the entire day knowing that she was taking care of everything with attention to detail and love. I just got married last week and Priscilla was a complete professional during our wedding day and in the months leading up.
She was patient, compassionate, and so very helpful in helping us re-plan our wedding on multiple occasions due to Covid. She went above and beyond to help us with everything.
On the day of the wedding she was level headed and crafted a seamless experience for us and our small group of guests.
My sister-in-law also used Priscilla for her non-COVID, 120 person wedding - she can really do it all — and with a smile the entire time!

Priscilla is AMAZING!
Working with Priscilla for our wedding was a great experience from day 1. She has such a calming and chill vibe that made what can usually be a very stressful process feel very organized and relaxed. Her packages are 100% based on the services you need from her, so you won't feel like you're paying for something you don't need and she is going to go above and beyond what you are asking for because that is just who she is. Her prices are super affordable (especially compared to other event planners in Miami).
We loved her and knew we made the right decision before the actual wedding day, but she blew us away on the day of. We actually had guests coming up to us saying "whoever is running the show here is amazing and invisible" which is exactly what you want from a wedding planner. She has a way of executing everything perfectly without you even noticing her that she is there. We really felt throughout the entire day that we did not have to worry about a single thing. Her work ethic and customer service is unmatched and we are so lucky we got to work with her for our big day.
We 1000000% recommend Priscilla for anyone who wants to make their wedding process feel effortless and stress free. She is reliable & someone you can trust for the biggest day of your life. Can't wait to work with her again! -

I will start of by saying my "wedding" wasn't typical. My now husband and I decided to elope in a small ceremony just the two of us, invite guests to an engagement party, and show up as Mr. & Mrs. to said party. Priscilla was fully bought in from our first call and so was I! Honestly, I didn't talk to a single other planner. Priscilla was there with every question I had, even if it was to ping some ideas off of her. Come the day of our wedding, we ended up having to use our back up plan due to heavy wind on South Beach. The party came out even more spectacular! It was everything I dreamed of and more. Priscilla took care of EVERYTHING on the day of. All I needed to worry about was get ready, get married, and wait for Priscilla's instructions at the best time to walk into the party to surprise our guests! She made sure all of our items we brought to the party were back in our room at the end of the night, we had full plates of food waiting for us at our sweet heart table, and my glass was never empty thanks to Priscilla and her assistant. I could go on and on. All I can say is Priscilla is every bride's dream and you absolutely need her on your wedding day! Thank you SO much for everything, Priscilla! -

I will start this review by saying Thank You. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude my husband and I and our families have for Priscilla. Priscilla is more than just a planner, she is your right hand girl, organizer, confidant, and bride’s best friend. She texted, called and emailed me at all hours of the day- no matter how small the need was. She went to Kinkos (multiple times) to minimize my trips upon arrival (for our destination wedding). She reassured me that the working parts of my wedding were, well, working- and ensured that every last detail was accounted for. I could write pages about her generosity and kind demeanor but I’ll end by saying that I hired Priscilla for a day and have ended with a friend for life. Brides- if you’re on the fence, make the best decision for your day and hire Priscilla- she is truly one of a kind. -

I will start this review by saying Thank You. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude my husband and I and our families have for Priscilla. Priscilla is more than just a planner, she is your right hand girl, organizer, confidant, and bride’s best friend. She texted, called and emailed me at all hours of the day- no matter how small the need was. She went to Kinkos (multiple times) to minimize my trips upon arrival (for our destination wedding). She reassured me that the working parts of my wedding were, well, working- and ensured that every last detail was accounted for. Working with Priscilla was a complete blessing. She truly made all our wedding dreams come true. Priscilla is professional and confident. The best wedding planner you could have!
Priscilla was my day of coordinator and she did such an amazing job on my entire wedding. I had my ceremony, cocktail and reception all at the Coral Gables Country Club and everything turned out so beautiful!! She was able to work with the coordinator at the club with me to get everything I wanted so that my event was perfect and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!! She was professional, polite and friendly. She literally was magical and just made everything look beautiful without me having to tell her specific instructions. She really saw my vision and was able to make it a reality. Also her organization skills were perfect and the timeline she sent me for my wedding made it so easy to keep track of everything. I can’t say enough good things about Priscilla and her team and I would use her again and again for any event! -

We hired Priscilla as our wedding coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made. We booked most of our vendors ourself and thought we had things under control, but after booking Priscilla for wedding management we realized there were small details we were missing. Priscilla was able to step in and book final vendors and make our vision come to life. She is extremely professional but also very genuine. My favorite thing about Priscilla is how calm and organized she is. Whenever we felt any sort of stress she was the person to calm us down and handle situations. Her and her assistant were with us ALL day to make sure we were enjoying every moment and had everything we need. From sneaking us food from cocktail hour to going up to my hotel room to grab my sandals- anything we needed Priscilla was there! The day was perfect thanks to Priscilla!!!! Xox -

Priscilla is amazing at her job! She was able to coordinate with me long distance with no issues, and when it came to the week of the wedding she took everything in stride. The day of the actual wedding we had some hurdles with the weather and she made it all go so smoothly I didn't even notice the changes! 100% would hire this amazing lady every single time. -

Priscilla is THE BEST! We could not have done it without her. She made the whole day so incredibly stress free! She went above and beyond for every detail. She and her assistant made sure the whole day ran smoothly and made sure my husband and I just focus on our special day. She was the primary contact for all offer vendors! She was always timely with her responses and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend Priscilla for any and all weddings, she is amazing! -

She was always responding to my emails and texts extremely fast, there was not one time that she was unavailable or forgot to respond to me. There was no way I would have gotten through my wedding day without her, it went so smoothly that it was unbelievable. Priscilla thought about every single detail!! Things that I would have never thought about in a million years, she even had an emergency kit for myself & bridal party at the venue just in case we needed anything. From the music to the catering Priscilla was on top of it. She was so flexible and offered so many different types of packages to accommodate our needs. If you have a thought in your mind that you can get through your wedding day without a planner please think again it is a huge necessity. With Priscilla we never looked at the time, nor were worried about the vendors finishing on time. She had everything under control and if there were any mishaps we never even found out, we actually had fun and were relaxed, we were able to enjoy every moment to the fullest. Book her, she is exactly who you need to entrust the most important day of your life to.

Rolando Sent on 05/23/2018I hired Priscilla to coordinate the wedding of my daughter that took place on May 12, 2018. We were completely satisfied with the services she provided. She dealt with all vendors, including the reception venue, caterer, florist, cake baker, D.J., photographer, limousine service, etc. She even drove to Cooper City in Broward County to bring to the baker flowers provided by the florist to decorate the cake in a matching way with the table centerpieces. The floor plans for the cocktail hour venue and the ballroom were perfect and in full respect of bride and groom's desires. The timeline she developed for preparation, religious ceremony, cocktail hour and reception worked very well and very much helped the participants and the service providers. She provided valuable support during the rehearsal and the religious ceremony. During the event her staff provided physical custody for the gifts and cards that some guests brought to the reception and at the end she had everything conveniently packed and delivered to our car. She was always punctual, polite, friendly, and sensitive to the emotions of all participants. She provided the calm that neutralized the stress that weddings generate. We are very grateful.
