Nicky right from the start was incredible. Although I had a general idea of what I liked, Nicky really helped direct me and bring my vision to life. Since she has worked with my venue often, she also made helpful suggestions on what works best for the reception! She communicated with both my mom and I promptly and allowed us the opportunity to tour her studio and make selections in person. Whenever we wanted to change or add floral arrangements, Nicky went above and beyond to make it happen. Our wedding venue was absolutely perfect and it’s all thanks to Nicky! 10/10 recommend.

Nicky was so amazing! She truly brought my vision to life! I wanted everything white and green and asked for very specific details and she just exceeded my expectations! Working with her was so easy… very responsive and extremely professional. I changed things a couple times and even the day before i was making changed and her answer was always: “dont worry love”. Nicky is such an amazingly talented florist! My wedding planner recommended her and when I looked at her Instagram I was BLOWN away. Her taste is impeccable and it's so easy to trust her instincts because everything she does is so beautiful. Our session with her was also very efficient, and she gave lots of guidance and recommendations and got to know my taste very quickly and easily. She has a great space where she can show you different candles, vases, chuppah structures, etc so that you can see them in person before making a decision. She 100% NAILED the vision that I wanted. It was better than I could have even imagined. The florals were absolutely perfect, classy, elegant and exactly what we asked for and even more. She was also very fair with her quote and we felt it was a great value for the level of talent and the quality of flowers that we received. Would HIGHLY recommend using Nicky for your wedding, she is top notch! I can't imagine my flowers being better than they were.

Could not recommend Nicky for both floral and wedding planning highly enough! Seriously, her designs/taste were truly stunning, and EVERYBODY commented on our flower arrangements which frankly were not over the top expensive at all as we were definitely had a budget in mind. Behind the scenes, she made sure everything ran smoothly and we didn’t have a worry in the world on the big day (and probably more importantly leading up to it), and was constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Her husband is awesome too, they really will make you feel like family and the attention to detail is exactly what you need to feel at ease. Absolutely Stunning Florals & Decor
Nicky is simply incredible! She took my vision and made it an even better reality. When I walked into the ceremony space and I witnessed the floral arch, I wanted to just shout in excitement!! I was absolutely giddy with joy! The flowers were full, open and simply gorgeous. The candles throughout made the space intimate and warm. Moving to the reception space, we were floored to see all of dreams come to life. It was unreal to experience and to take in! Where do we even start to mention how amazing Nicky is! We hired Nicky as the month-of-coordinator in which we highly recommend. She made sure every detail we envisioned happened. Throughout the planning process, Nicky was very responsive & reliable at any time via email or phone. She communicated with all our vendors and created a very detailed timeline of our big day. Nicky even helped us find a last-minute flower wall (10pm before the wedding day) as ours cancelled. Amazing & Detailed Coordinator/Florist!
I got married on 8/8/2020 after already postponing my original wedding date from April. Well the week prior to 8/8 we were told that our original wedding venue was not allowed to host our wedding. We had to figure out a new venue in a weeks time! Let me tell you Nicky def made me feel like eveything was going to work out and not to worry about a thing. Well we made it happen and Nicky and her assistant Jessica made the venue look like a dream! Such a stressful position to be in and she made sure to handle it with such grace. Where do I begin? One year ago, I was in tears over having to make the decision to cancel our wedding in Italy because of the pandemic. First off, she completely nailed the look I was going for just based on a short conversation about my color scheme and ideas. Simply the BEST wedding planner/coordinator! We couldn’t of asked for a better job! We hired Nicky 3 weeks before our wedding date November 7, 2020, after a horrible experience with another wedding planner. This was easily the best investment we made for our special day. Within a few days Nicky was able to review all our contracts, coordinate with vendors, provide a timeline, and provide input for all the final details. Her knowledge throughout the entire process was reassuring, and definitely made me sleep better at night. It winded up raining on our wedding day and Nicky and her assistant Jessica saved the day! During all the craziness Nicky was able to coordinate everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Nicky was extremely responsive throughout the process and very organized. It was very clear that we were dealing with a true professional. The fact that she is also a floral designer winded up being a huge plus. Although we had already hired another floral company, Nicky was able to consult and help my wife finalize the floral contract and make sure my wife was getting exactly what she imagined. When my wife received her bouquet it wasn’t exactly what she envisioned, Nicky was able to rearrange and alter it on the spot and make it just perfect. Throughout the wedding planning process all the recommendations Nicky made we’re extremely thoughtful, and it was clear that they came from true experience. The entire day was seamless and absolutely perfect, rain and all. We can’t even begin to explain the amount of things she did behind the scenes for my wife and I, all with a smile and positive attitude nonetheless. Nicky is the absolute best!! Nicky was our month-of wedding planner and she was fantastic. We got married on November 14, 2020 and one month to the day before the wedding date she reached out and got right to it! She communicated with all of the vendors, created a very detailed wedding day schedule (which was super helpful - I could send it to my family and the bridal party so everyone knew what was going on), and was very responsive via text/email/call anytime of the day. Her experience and insight were invaluable during that month leading up to our wedding. She knew exactly what to do and if anything came up, she was creative in coming up with a solution.
On the wedding day, Nicky and her assistant Rob were superstars. The day went on without a hitch because they were working so hard behind the scenes to get everything coordinated. They were truly amazing and I would recommend Events by Nicky to anyone who wants a perfect wedding experience!

AMAZING! highly recommend
After having a bad experience with another wedding planner Nicky was my savior!!! My only regret is not hiring her earlier!!! She is a wedding planner extraordinaire and helped make my vision come to life and even helped me create a better version of my vision. It was supposed to rain the day of my wedding so of course, as a bride, I went into panic mode but Nicky was able to organize the day perfectly and iron out any detail that may have been impacted by rain. She can predict a problem before it even happens ad prevents it in the first place- that is the kind of planner you want at your wedding! Communication was easy and I would recommend her to everyone. All my bridesmaids said "wow your planner is amazing!! She is on top of everything" and they were RIGHT. She also made the perfect flower arrangements to meet my budget. LOVE her, if you're reading this just hire her!!

Wedding Florist/Coordinator
When planning my daughters wedding we were going to do the flowers ourself but our family was hit with some pretty bad news and plans changed. We met with Nicky and she also offered the wedding coordinator package. Well let me say not only did the flowers turn out gorgeous Nicky went ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected. She was always available to answer any questions even the day of when we were told our DJ cancelled she was on it and had a replacement in less than an hour. She was there to make sure the day went as planned. She even stood in front of a broken water line to protect the DJ and photographers equipment and the party never even knew it happened. Thank you Nicky for helping to make this day perfect. It meant so much to our family in so many ways to celebrate this day. You were awesome.

Nicky= Best Wedding Planner
I could write a book about Nicky! She is by far the best investment I made for my wedding day. I have no idea what I would have done without her. I hires her for month of wedding and I wish I would have had her the entire process.
She took care of EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING! My entire wedding party (bridesmaid and Groomsmen) couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was the entire day. Every unexpected problem we had, Nicky solved! I think by the end of the night she was part of the family! She is so organized, detailed, and professional! She was running around all day, she made sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met the entire met, and at the end of the night I didnt have to worry about a thing, she had packed up everything and placed it safely in my room. She even helped me dress my 7 year old
Son! There aren’t enough words to describe Nicky, she is just perfect and I was so blessed to have her by my side that day! I love her!

Nicky was amazing from day one. Communication and professionalism is very important to me and Nicky surpassed all expectations. She was there exactly when I needed her the day of our wedding. Her assistant, AMAZING! We all need a Robbie in our life lol they both work amazing together and just get it (another important factor for me) Thank you for making our day run smoothly, even though we came across a few bumps but you handled them so well. I hired Events by Nicky for both wedding florals and month of planning, and it was the BEST decision. I met with Nicky to discuss my inspiration and vision and she truly brought my dream wedding into existence. She was so attentive to detail, met with me multiple times, and really made sure that I was getting what I envisioned. She was extremely helpful, professional, and trustworthy. As I am the type of person who can be a perfectionist and want to have control over everything, she made it very comfortable for me to let go of that control and trust her fully to finalize all last minute details and relieve me of the stress. She made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of without any hiccups, and ensured a perfect wedding day. Our ring boy’s shoe broke before the ceremony, and she very quickly found a way to fix it so he could walk down the aisle. Her assistant, Rob, was also my life saver and favorite person that day. He made sure everything was on time, he kept me calm and de-stressed, and really catered to us. He refilled my drink within seconds of asking, changed my shoes for me, fixed my hair, and even drove all the way to the bus company to get my husband’s boot (he sprained his ankle) that was left on the bus and bring it back to him. Thank you, Events by Nicky for making my wedding and day an absolute dream come true!!!

Day-of coordinator was a must for us
We had been planning our wedding for nearly 6 months or so when a friend of ours referred Nicky. Being as though we had already gotten most of the planning under way, we contracted for Events By Nicky to work with us as our day-of coordinator. And we are so happy we did. Our goal was to enjoy our special day without having to worry about all the little details. Nicky and her team were responsive and played a key role in helping our wedding day vision come true.

Fairy tail wedding dream come true
I cannot put into words just how perfect my wedding day experience was. Nicky and her team brought my vision into life and made our special day extra memorable with close attention to detail. I can honestly say I was able to relax and enjoy getting ready and seeing it all come together right from my bridal suite. Nicky was super attentive and checked in with me a few times through the day to ensure everything turned out perfect. Events by Nicky is an excellent choice when searching for an event planner and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! The best planner in town!
My wedding was exactly a month ago today on October 10th, 2019. I first heard about Nicky by a former bride that couldn't stop raving about her and boy was she not wrong... When my now husband and I first met Nicky we were impressed by her kind soul and directness (a good thing when you're a stressed out bride). From the moment of our first meeting until the very last day (our wedding day) she kept us involved and assured us that everything would be alright. She made sure that our vision was executed to perfection.

THE BEST Planner and Florals!
Nicky is amazing at her job! She made the wedding planning process a breeze. I honestly can't thank her enough for everything. She was always only a quick text away. We even had a threat of a hurricane hitting on our wedding day but she ensured she was going to do everything in her power to make our day awesome, and she really did! We even had the pleasure of meeting with one of her staff members Jessica and she was great as well! On the big day, I swear she has 1000 arms..from constantly fixing my dress/hair, make sure we were drinking and happy, to taking care of all the vendors. There is no other choice when it comes to trusting someone to take care of your special day!

I got married May 26, 2019 at the gorgeous Villa Woodbine, and prior to my big day, I was in desperate need of someone passionate, talented, hardworking, attentive and trustworthy to make my vision come to life. Top Notch! Truly Amazing!
Nicky was my florist and month of wedding planner. From the beginning she was always very responsive and made me feel super comfortable with her abilities. Leading up to the wedding she took care of all the final details and made us feel like everything was taken care of and everything actually was! The day of the wedding: ring bearer needs a bandaid because his shoes are giving him a blister. GOT IT. groomsman forgot to shave before showing up to the ceremony. THERE’s AN EMERGENCY KIT TO TAKE CARE OF THAT. Officiant is running late and bridal party is stuck in a room for 30 minutes waiting. SHE MADE SNACKS AND REFRESHMENTS APPEAR.
Long story short she is absolutely amazing! Trust me you won’t go wrong here. When you ask yourself “do I even need a wedding planner? I probably have enough family members to help me out.” The answer is NO. Let your guests be guests and leave it all to Nicky. OMG and the florals, so beautiful!

Amazing Planner
We hired Nicky for her month of planning package. Even though she was only "month of," she was available to answer several questions we had along the planning process. From our first actual meeting together, she instantly made me feel more relaxed just by assuring me she would take care of everything I was worried about (how all of our items would get the the venue, making sure everything ran smoothly, etc). She was affordable, she came to our final venue walk through and our rehearsal walk through, she answered all questions in a timely manner, and on the actual wedding day she was like super woman, running around making sure everything got taken care of and was on schedule. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing last minute help with making sure their wedding day runs smoothly.

As the mother of the bride you want your daughter to have her dream wedding. I look back at my daughter’s wedding and I get a smile on my face. Nicky helped bring that smile to my face. We initially hired another wedding planner without doing our homework. What a mistake! Three months before the wedding we were searching for a new wedding planner! We interviewed various recommended planners and we chose NIcky. What made our decision easy was the instant chemistry we had with her. She was professional yet down to earth. She immediately took charge and got to work. In addition to her wedding planning services we hired her to do the flowers. Leading up to the wedding we began to feel so much more at ease because things were actually getting done and my daughter’s vision was coming to life. The day of the wedding we knew Nicky was taking care of everything. The morning and afternoon of the wedding it was literally a monsoon of continued rain causing everything to be delayed. Nicky knew how worried I was and she assured me everything would be perfect. My daughter and I were able to experience a special day together with the bridesmaids knowing Nicky was hard at work making everything spectacular. The wedding was perfectly planned from the ceremony to the reception. Nicky and her team worked tirelessly to make it happen. Her flowers were beautiful and exactly what we asked for. It was a spectacular wedding and best of all everyone had an AMAZING time. We received so many compliments from our guests letting us know that everything was so beautiful. Best of all was that my daughter and her new husband had their dream wedding. I highly recommend Events by Nicky for your dream wedding.

A sweet wedding Goddess gave me my happily ever after !
I cannot even begin to summarize my amazing experience with eventsbynicky. I hired Nicky a year before my wedding as my month of coordinator. She was with me throughout the entire process recommending vendors to use and answering all my lengthy texts. I forgot to mention that I was finishing graduate school in Atlanta during this process and she was always available of me. I also hired her to do my flowers which was the best decision I could have made. Nicky goes above and beyond for all her clients and she is very attentive to details which is important when planning a wedding those are the things most brides forget. The day of my wedding she showed up and coordinated everything I didnt need to give her any instructions she kept my vision in mind and made sure my big day was exactly what I wanted. My bouquet was very important to me especially making sure I had flowers that reminded me of my grandmother that recently passed she did everything possible to get the bouquet exactly how I wanted not to mention the flowers were not in season. This level of detail and always making sure to address my concerns made the entire month before my wedding less stressful and I really mean that. Please if your looking for a wedding planner or thinking you may need a planner for the month of I strongly recommend you contact Nicky you won't regret it and trust me you need a planner !! I am very organized and have a type A personality and still needed Nicky to keep me grounded and stress free throughout this hectic and beautiful time in my life. A dream come true 🥰❤️
I really don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have Nicky holding my hand throughout all my wedding planning. I booked her for “month/day of” coordinating but really she was there the whole time, helped keep track of everything and helped me make sure my vision came to reality. I also booked her for my personal flowers, and they were exactly what I wanted! I have her a little creative freedom when it came to my bouquet and it was exactly what I envisioned! Day of came and she was there for me as I was freaking out about to start walking down the aisle and even dealt with last minute issues I didn’t even know could happen. Nicky really knows her stuff and is really there for her brides even the mother of the bride and the groom. She’s so awesome all my bridesmaids are booking her for their weddings! Lol

My husband and I got married on October 13, 2018 and we were engaged for a year. Nicky was the second vendor that I booked for our special day and I’m so glad that I did. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with every aspect of the wedding preparation. Everyone that spoke to her the day of our wedding said that she was ON POINT!! Nicky was also the florist and I have to say, the florals were amazing! The garlands on our tables were better than I had hoped for. She helped everything run smoothly and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. If there is one thing I do not regret, it’s hiring Nicky. She’s amazing!

Nicky had an Indian wedding the same day as my wedding but promised me Jessica would handle the day of coordination. I came to Nicky after a GF referred me to her. I was planning my wedding in 3 months and had most vendors locked down but had no idea at the little details we would need sorted out. Nicky knows her stuff. She is quick to respond to my long texts, would call me and refer to my text or email to make sure to answered all my concerns. Her flowers are incredible. I gave her a Pinterest picture and gave me the exact bouquet but BETTER. I loved my bouquet so much I wish it was a permanent arrangement on my house.

Nicky came to my rescue!
I had originally booked Nicky for my wedding that would have taken place next year (11.10.2019), to both of our surprise - we had to get everything done in just 66 days! My wedding was moved up to this year, 11.10.2018, the first thing I did was call Nicky and she reassured me that everything would be okay, and it was! Not only did she help with trying to find new locations, she was able to make my floral arrangements happen for my new date. Nicky was booked with another wedding for my new date but that didn't stop her, she was able to send her husband and her assistant that set up my reception dinner BEAUTIFULLY! She went out of her way to delivery my bouquet early that morning, she worked with me to ensure that everything would work out and I wouldn't have to stress about a thing on my wedding day and I didn't! Nicky was great to work with! She met with me a month before the wedding to go over every detail. She clued me in on things I had not even thought of without her! Nicky attended and coordinated the wedding rehearsal, collected all of the wedding items 2 days in advance, and made sure everything was ready to go with all of the vendors. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was ready at the venue, drove to our getting ready hotel to bring our bouquets, and did an amazing job of making sure the event ran smoothly. The day was magical! Out most grateful moment was when our 2 year old and 4 year old daughters fell asleep at the wedding reception and Nicky made them a bed out of chair cushions and tablecloths. It was the cutest thing -- and a save! Nicky will do anything to keep the day running smoothly! :)

My wedding was this past weekend (June 9th) and I am still obsessing over how beautiful everything came out. Nicky was my florist and my month-of planner. She was an absolute delight to work with. Easy to talk to, prompt responses and always on top of everything. She took care of calling all the vendors for me and organized every last detail. I can truly say that I got to enjoy the last month leading up to my wedding and my wedding day! Her floral work is jaw dropping as well! I have yet to receive all the pictures of the wedding details but I attached a few. She captured my “romantic” theme quite flawlessly. I’ve heard from other couples that they wouldn’t want to plan another wedding again but after having Nicky’s help, I definitely wouldn’t mind doing it all over again! I couldn't have asked for a better planner than Nicky! I engaged her about 6 months from my wedding when I was starting to feel a bit overwhelmed with the overall design and coordination of the wedding. She jumped right in and created a special package for me to help with the design execution as well as the month of details. She was always quick to respond, professional, positive and attentive! Nicky is amazing! I work with her in weddings, me as a photographer and her as coordinator. I never knew her as a florist but I hired her as my florist and coordinator for my wedding and I was blown away by her work and passion! Her floral arrangements were amazing and I’m so happy we trusted her with our wedding she did an amazing job hustling like I know she does when I see her on our work days together. I have previously had my wedding last February, and had the honor of having Nicky as my planner. She had her phone always on ring and was available when I needed her, even through her busy schedule. She went with me to pick everything out even my wedding dress. She helped me make decisions (which I'm a Libra and very indecisive) and made me feel confident in my decisions. She provided all of my venders and they all were amazing venders. She helped me make so many decisions from table clothes to photo booth picture layouts. There were just so many tasks but she helped me figure them all out. She was very personal and even helped me with some issues that I had been going through and was very non-judgmental and SUPER positive, which I needed. All I can say is that I am so GRATEFUL I chose Nicky during my wedding season because it was definitely a season I will never forget!!

I waited a long time to have the wedding of my dreams . So when I got engaged I knew I needed to find someone to help bring my vision to life. Being able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest was our top priority but because I’m very creative myself and can definitely an A type I knew there was no way I was going to be able to feel comfortable letting someone else do all the work if they were not the absolute best. I have known Nicky for a long time and although we hadn’t been in touch through the years I still followed her work on social media so of course she was the first person I thought of and once we got together I knew I needed to look no further. I had so many ideas and I could visualize in my mind what I wanted but it was so hard to find someone who is able to see that vision as well and make it come to life . There weren’t exact photos of things I wanted just similar ideas but with a frenzy of ideas I threw at Nicky she was able to perfectly put everything together every detail I mentioned wanting she made it happen. I threw so many small tasks at her and so many small details that had to be perfect and she executed them all my flowers were of the utmost quality. She was there to answer all my calls to make sure my texts with stupid questions were answered when we had some personal family matters to attend to she made sure every person was comfortable she was in 100 places at once I don’t know how she did it but she managed to set up everything immaculately , she managed to come to my hotel while I was getting ready she handled the first look with the Photographer she kept the boys in check and still made it to the church and then to the reception before I got there I mean I would swear she had a twin. Nicky is not only wonderful at her job but she does everything with heart and soul she makes you feel like you’re talking to a best friend but keeping the professionalism it takes to run a great business. My wedding was perfect Thanks to Nicky ❤️

Hiring Nicky as a month of planner, was really last minute, but she jumped right in there as if she had been there all along! She is the reason I was even able to enjoy my wedding! She made sure I was calm and had everything I needed, while worrying about all the behind the scene things going on that I honestly forgot about EVERYTHING and just enjoyed every single second! I got stuck behind a horrible traffic accident the day of my wedding rehearsal and I missed it so I was totally clueless as to what to do, but she was there communicating with me and making me feel ok for not being there. Due to being so busy and doing a million and one other things I was unable to finish my place cards, and the day of the wedding she took charge and did it all for me, so super thankful for that. During the ceremony and reception she was very hands on and taking care of things that I would have never even imagined to think about. Nicky was a great wedding planner/coordinator, and I would totally recommend her, because not only was she great but also very affordable! Wedding planners are necessary but Nicky is a must!!

I searched a lot for Day of Wedding Coordinators but it only took one conversation with her to know that she was perfect. She listened to my ideas and concerns and on the wedding day, everything looked so much better than I had ever imagined.
During the wedding, Nicky was on top of all details, from making sure I got my wedding bouquet on time... to having to fix the train of my dress that tore in the dance floor... you name it, she handled it.
After the wedding, I had guests tell me how great she was and how much she helped them. Thanks to her, I had nothing to worry about and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day!!

From the very moment we communicated with her she was providing us with well thought of ideas, venues, options and leads to work with. Nicky is someone who not only will achieve your expectations for a wedding planner but she also goes out of her way for you. My husband and I both resided in Salt lake City which made it difficult for us to handle certain logistics in Miami, things like signing our contracts for the venue. Nicky without any hesitation offered to take on this task and help by going to the venue on a multiple occasions to finish our paperwork etc. During our wedding day my husband somehow forgot a few much needed items for the bar and Nicky handled it herself by going to the store to purchase these items. I swear its little efforts like that which makes her the absolute best! Also, Nicky has many great contacts within the business which can be crucial when you're trying to find the right vendor for the right price. In addition to this Nicky is able to work under the most stressful of situations without even breaking a sweat. During preparations she was not afraid to get her hands dirty. We had a minor issue with our catering and she was right there in the line of fire to have our backs so that we could enjoy our most memorable evening. Words could not describe how grateful I was for Nicky throughout the wedding process! I hired Nicky two months out from my wedding date and she was a breeze to work with. She was beyond willing to handle any request I threw her way and always had a great attitude. At one point, I even professed my love to her :) On my wedding day, I was able to enjoy and not worry about a thing. I had so many guests say wonderful things about her and she kept my champagne glass filled throughout the whole evening (extra brownie points for that.) As soon as I got engaged, I contemplated whether a wedding planner was necessary or not. After speaking with different vendors and attending a few wedding workshops, I realized that I had no idea about the first thing that I needed to do and having a wedding planner was the right thing for me.
The day I met with Nicky for our consultation, I was feeling extremely overwhelmed; however, she figured out a way to calm me down, and I immediately felt like I could trust her, I just knew that she would ensure that my wedding day would be the best day of my life. She had so much knowledge about all the little details that go into a wedding. As soon as I would bring up an idea, she would figure out a way to make work. I was blown away and extremely impressed with her professionalism and accessibility. She was always a simple call or text away. She contacted all my vendors and immediately took charge of everything, I never had to worry about anything else. Having her I knew that my only job was to show up to the wedding, marry the man of my dreams, and dance the night away with my loved ones. There were a few different mishaps that took place the day of my wedding, like any other wedding, but I only heard about them after they were resolved, she ensures that we were stress free so we could enjoy the day we took so long to plan. Words cannot express how thankful my husband and I are to Nicky and her amazing team. We loved every minute of our wedding and we loved working with somebody that was just as excited as us about it. She truly loves what she does and her excitement radiates of her every step of the way. Absolutely amazing! Nicky did such a wonderful job on my wedding. I hired Nicky to do my florals and to be my Day-of-Coordinator and it honestly felt like she was my wedding planner instead. Meaning that she was there for me from the moment I booked her months in advance. She helped me think of everything I could need and offered so many options and solutions to make my wedding dreams come true. She was always available and whenever she said she would do something and get back to you, she kept her word. She is excellent at her job and you can tell that she really loves what she does. In addition, she has such an amazing personality and is extremely positive. I really couldn't have done this wedding without Nicky's help and all of my bridesmaids have raved to me about how organized she was on the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend Nicky to do your wedding if you plan on having it in South Florida.

First off Nicky is the best! Definitely book her! I had her for one month prior to wedding day. So worth it! So helpful! I should've probably done two months because I'm crazy, but 1 month was more than enough for her and sure enough, she did more than an amazing job and made the day amazing for myself as well as everyone in attendance. I met Nicky through my cousin, who also had her as her wedding planner. Our wedding was October 1st, at Villa Woodbine. She managed to handle everything to a T. She coordinated the church, the venue, and all the vendors. All we had to do was supply her with the vendor information. She was always very responsive on text, extremely responsive. Very helpful! Full of great ideas. And best of all always honest. For example, my hair was brassy and she was honest enough to tell me and on top of that booked me an appointment with her her sister who was able to take me in at last minute and fix it before the wedding. If something wasn't going to be right, or not look good, she told you. I couldn't of been happier. Thank you again for everything Nicky.

Nicky was our wedding planner for our wedding on December 4,2016 at the Thalatta estate and she was absolutely wonderful. We came to her at the last minute and she was able to coordinate and plan our wedding in less than 6 months. She was extremely helpful and full of great ideas, she was available at all times via call or text. She provided us with a detailed checklist of step by step coordination and what to expect as well as a very organized wedding timeline .Nicky worked wonderfully and made our dream wedding a reality,she provided us with the best .The day of the wedding she was amazing and the best part was that as the bride I was stress free , she took care of everything from the decoration , communicating with the vendor, Welcoming guest and making sure my lipstick was always perfect. Everything she did was perfect, table setting,Floral arrangements and set up.She excessed our expectation and made the wedding of my dreams come to life .Hiring Nicky was a wonderful decision and we are so happy we chose her as our wedding planner.

I hired Events by Nicky after just one phone conversation with Nicky, and that is all it took. Below are some qualities of the company that stood out to my husband and me.
Flexibility:Nicky and her employees were always very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Leading up to our wedding day, we were very busy with work and other obligations. Nicky always made it easy for us to find a time to meet. She took all of my wedding supplies off my hands weeks prior to the wedding so that I had one less thing to worry about, and nothing was ever too much for her to take from me (our favors were 200+ mason jars and she happily took these from us to bring to the reception!). She was always flexible to meet in a location that was convenient for me.
Timeliness and communication: These both are KEY elements to a successful business, especially in the wedding industry. Speaking from personal experience, I truly appreciated the prompt communication and timeliness of Nicky. I never had to worry about her not getting back to me because she always emailed/texted/called when needed and kept open communication. Nicky was amazing at getting in touch with all of our other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page.
Professionalism:Events by Nicky’s professionalism and attention to detail is one of the best qualities of this company. When we first met in person, I appreciated that she wrote down all of the specific details and memos so that she will remember everything for the wedding day. And on the day of the wedding, all of the décor, table numbers, placecards, etc. were as envisioned. The planners for my actual wedding day were 2 of Nicky’s planners Jessica and Brittney, and they did not disappoint. I am not usually one to write reviews, but exceptional service and business should always be recognized! I happily recommend EventsByNicky to anyone!

Nicky was extremely patient and responsive which is just what I needed as planning can get really overwhelming! She offered suggestions and ideas that worked great. My flowers were beautiful and just what I wanted to match the theme on my wedding day. She ran around all day the day of the wedding making sure everything was running smoothly and going above and beyond to make sure I was calm and enjoying the night. We are very happy we found Nicky to help us out.

I bought a month of coordinator package from Nicky because I was overwhelmed with planning my own wedding and was afraid I wasn't going to have the time to do all the things I needed and boy I am glad I did that because she took a huge load off my back and I was able to enjoy just being a bride while she took care of all the details. She worked with my vendors and made sure everything was ready for the day of our wedding. When our wedding day came she was a rockstar, she took care of everything without me knowing so I wouldnt be stressed out! She really is the best, I recommend her to all brides who want some help!!!

From the moment I met Nicky, I really liked her and instantly trusted her. She was very helpful with ideas and recommendations through out the wedding planning process. She was always quick to respond which I really appreciated. She did a great job at our rehearsal and wedding day. My husband and I got so many compliments from our wedding party about how good of a job they felt she did. She was on top of everything and made sure everything I wanted and envisioned was done perfect. We got married at the Westin Colonnade and it was so helpful that she knew the venue so well. She was able to give advise to our photographer as for good photos spots. I truly enjoyed working with Nicky and felt she did a great job with making my wedding day beautiful! Highly recommend her!

We all NEED a wedding planner or at the very least a day of planner for our big day, whether its a trusted friend/family member or someone hired. This day, WILL be the most stressful day of your life which is why you need someone like Nicky. She makes sure you stay within your budget, she is honest about what you definitely need and absolutely do not need. She provides PHENOMENAL vendors who will also make sure to provide you with quality work.
In addition to planning, she did ALL of my florals and centerpieces. I had a vision of modern simplicity that she pulled off IMPECCABLY. You will not spend a million dollars but you will get a million dollar outcome. I would 100% recommend Either of Nicky's services. Not only is she professional but she has become family to me!

Where do I even start with Nicky, talk about exercising patience with me...having changed my wedding date twice and my venue three times she didn't kindly give me my money back and run the other way! She kept her enthusiasm with every change, answered all my calls and texts (and there were tons) and made sure to keep me within budget! She is AMAZING and completely brought to life our cozy vintage wedding! Even the hubby was blown away and he was a skeptic of the whole wedding thing. If you are looking for someone reliable, responsible, hard working and responsive Nicky is your go to girl!

We hired Nicky to be our day-of wedding coordinator and she was AWESOME!
She was so helpful with everything, she coordinated all of our vendors and handled all the small details! She was running around all night, non stop working. She handled all the small hiccups that we didn't even find out about until the next day! She hot glue-gunned our feather pen that broke, she coordinated with the venue because a seat was missing, she passed out all of our hora loca masks and even kicked out a few wedding crashers that were trying to sneak into the party! She is fantastic, loves what she does and is great at it!
I HIGHLY recommend Nicky- she is perfect and does everything with such enthusiasm and dedication! I felt we clicked instantly and the whole wedding went flawlessly, thanks to her. 5 stars!

I have to say I have never met anyone who works just as hard for what they LOVE to do. I met with Nicky and she was the sweetest person in the world. I felt like we were family. She is very easy to talk to but at the same time professional in what she values most. I hired her as my wedding planner. She did an exceptional job. I was so happy and pleased with everything she did. Following up with vendors via emails, My decor, meet and greets with vendors and guest. Made sure everything was going on time. Any little hiccup, she handled it with such grace and composure. I absolutely loved her and EVERYTHING of how my wedding turned out. I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends and family for any EVEN and of course my future Brides. Thank YOU again NICKY!!!!!!!
