Working with Gigi from Events by Gigi was truly one of the greatest blessings of our wedding journey. After parting ways with a previous planner due to a very difficult experience, my husband and I were understandably anxious but from our very first call, Gigi completely changed everything. She approached us with so much warmth, empathy, and genuine care. She listened to our story and truly made it her mission to turn things around and “save” our wedding.
In just two months, Gigi accomplished more than we had in the previous eight. She was organized, proactive, and completely on top of every detail. But beyond her incredible skill as a planner, she became so much more to me, like a friend and even a big sister. She talked me off the ledge during stressful moments, grounded me when I needed it most, and always led with kindness and reassurance.
Gigi has the sweetest spirit, she is calm, thoughtful, and deeply caring but when it comes to advocating for her clients, she does not hesitate to step in and fight for what’s right. That balance is rare and invaluable. No detail was ever too small for her, from major logistics down to something as simple as a welcome sign, everything mattered, and it showed.
When our wedding day finally arrived, the execution was nothing short of flawless. Truly flawless. Every detail was handled with precision and care, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry. She went above and beyond not only for us, but for our guests as well and that made all the difference.
Gigi is the definition of a wedding planner’s planner. She is exceptional at what she does, and somehow, even with all of her clients, she has this incredible ability to make you feel like you are her only bride. We are forever grateful for her, and I can say with complete confidence that she is one of the best in the business. -

I have rewritten this review more times than I can count because there truly aren’t enough words to capture the experience of working with Gigi. From the very beginning, she exceeded every expectation and turned our wedding into a dream I didn’t even know I wanted until she brought it to life.
She sincerely made the entire process feel effortless. She handled every detail with such grace and professionalism, and made working with our vendors seamless. Her vision, organization, and creative feedback resulted in a magical celebration that looked and felt like something out of a bridal magazine. I knew that I could trust her blindly and that everything would be perfect, but she truly went beyond anything I could have imagined.
On our wedding day, we felt like we were hosting a million dollar event and that was entirely thanks to her and her team. Gigi made my wedding planning experience what you see in every romcom, I enjoyed every single minute because of her! She not only pulled together the very best teams to make the wedding of my dreams happen, she thought of the little things everyone seems to forget. Thanks to Events by Gigi she truly gave me the best day of my life. It was very important to me I enjoyed our wedding planner personally, I knew I’d be spending a lot of time on the phone with her- as I live out of state. Well she was above and beyond, it instantly felt like she was my best friend! Gigi is so incredibly talented in what she does, and truly the best in the business. I couldn’t be more thankful I had the privilege to work with Gigi for my wedding last May. I am the only bride I know that thinks wedding planning is the most relaxing fun experience! Well - for those that want a nice and quick review: Gigi was absolutely amazing and perfect to work with and made all the difference in our dream wedding. We would book her 100000 times over again!
Now, for brides like me that love a good long review:
WOW. SO, I first came across Gigi 2 weeks after getting engaged. After looking at her IG, i thought.. too good to be true, but let me message her. From the very first contact, she was warm, excited, inviting, and kind. As a bride, finding vendors that treat you as one of a kind instead of "just another bride" is hard to do. After speaking with Gigi, we decided that month of coordination would be best for my planning and our budget. However, for the next 17 months before her services were set to begin, Gigi was always open to questions and advice and treated my million questions with patience and kindness. It shows how every couple she works with is more than just a couple, they become part of her.
Once we began officially working with Gigi the last couple weeks before the wedding, we immediately knew we were in the best hands. She held our hands during the most stressful last couple of weeks as she put the pieces together of our wedding and more. We felt so safe and cared for and loved by Gigi and her team on wedding day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfection! Her team guided us through the day with perfect precision and kindness and every worry I had melted away. Her services are unmatched and frankly, one in a million.
Our only regret is not booking her for full wedding planning package, which was solely due to budget.
I could go on, truly, but know this. If you choose Gigi and her team, you WILL have the wedding of you and your partner's dreams. Trust in her and her team and know that you're safe. We love her and will never forget Gigi and will trust her with other events for years to come (she's stuck with us!)

We had a vision, we had a budget, we thought we would have to make tradeoffs to delivery on the dream wedding. As a true partner, not a boss, not a dictator, Gigi helped make that dream come true. The true deliverable was not on the ability to execute on the plan, rather, how my daughter and her husband would feel upon delivering on the dream - Gigi nailed it in every way! My daughter and her husband have spent the whole day thanking me, expressing gratitude for the truly dream wedding. We cried, we cheered, we laughed, we danced all night and most importantly we created family memories that will carry for generations!!! -

Gigi was the best decision I made for my wedding!!
A HUGE shoutout to Gigi!! We just celebrated our wedding last weekend, and it truly would not have been possible without her. I can honestly say it was a dream come true. We started planning over a year ago, and from the very beginning, Gigi was incredibly responsive, patient (with so many questions!), calm and professional, and so very, very nice. She made the entire process not only seamless but truly enjoyable. Her expertise and experience were evident every step of the way and she really took the time to understand our vision and went above and beyond to turn it into reality. Her attention to detail, creativity, and dedication brought our wedding to life. She also has fantastic vendor contacts, and the relationships she has with them made everything run incredibly smoothly. From the venue to the florist to the catering, everything was perfect. And on the day, we were able to relax and fully enjoy ourselves because we knew that everything was in the best hands possible. Our wedding went off without a hitch (or at least we didn’t know if it didn’t!). It was more magical than I ever imagined! I cannot recommend Gigi enough. She's simply the best! This is review 1 of maybe 2-3 reviews, LOL! I booked Gigi as my month of coordinator in addition to consulting sessions from now until the big day. When I tell you, Gigi has been INCREDIBLE and AMAZING and my fiance and I feel so lucky to have her be part of our wedding. She is so meticulous and attentive to details, making us feel like the only couple she is working with. She's made us feel special and heard and my wedding stress goes away after a simple conversation with her. Apart from choosing the fiance, Gigi was the next best decision in this wedding planning process, LOL! So excited to return to review after the wedding! Don't think about it and book Gigi!! Gigi Agresti is a wedding planner who wears many, many hats: wedding planner obviously, vendor wrangler, organizer, therapist, family member, there is nothing she can't do. For the brides who know exactly what they want - do no hestitate and book Gigi, your wedding will be planned in the blink of an eye. For the brides who have no idea what they want and don't consider themselves "bridal," BOOK HER EVEN FASTER! Gigi makes the entire, very intimidating experience, so pleasant that I ~almost~ wish I had another wedding to plan all over again. Gigi breaks down the entire process, keeps every little detail, SO organized, is on top of all the vendors, and helps make your day seamless and the best day of your life. She also makes you feel like an absolute star throughout the entire process and makes you believe in that bridal feeling! I absolutely cannot imagine what I would have done without her. Working with Gigi was the best decision I could have made. I like to think that fate brought us together and she quickly went from being a stranger to family. She is professional, adaptable, and a beautiful soul inside and out that will advocate for all of her brides. After almost two years of working together, Gigi pulled off the wedding of my dreams at the beautiful Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. She was very organized and remained calm and collected throughout the weekend, thoughtfully orchestrating details and handling minor hiccups behind the scenes.

Gigi was an amazing wedding planner! There was not a single mistake the day of my wedding, it was completely flawless. Her team is fabulous and truly made my big day a dream come true.

Gigi is phenomenal and helped make planning our dream wedding a dream experience! Her experience helped lead us to the perfect venue right from the start and it all just got better from there. Everyone she trusted and recommended delivered in the most magical way! From our Save the Dates to our invitations and RSVP tracking and our floor plan, it was all so seamless. My husband and I were going through career changes, and I had a big licensing exam 2 months before our date - but never once were we worried about our wedding, we knew all the details were in good hands. Truly amazing!

Where to even begin…. Writing this is very bittersweet. Bitter because it means I don’t have my weekly conversations with Gigi anymore and because if I’m writing this, it means that my dream wedding is over. The sweet part, we’ll that’s all Gigi. My dream wedding was able to be possible because of Gigi. You see I know most brides rave about their planner but I do not write these words lightly there.. there is no planner better than her. We were Gigis clients for two years!! I got engaged changed my wedding venue and eventually became her first destination wedding (Atlanta). This was a big deal because I knew the only person I wanted to take this challenge on with me was her. When I say the entire process was smooth I mean SMOOTH. I am also a wedding florist so it was safe to say that making sure I wasn’t working on my wedding day was a priority. Gigi made sure I wasn’t working the whole WEEK of my wedding. She made sure every small and big detail I had in my head came to fruition. Don’t even think about it. If she’s available book her. I would pay her time and time again because whatever other vendor I used, the outcome with Gigi would’ve always been perfect. She’s patient, kind, and loyal to her brides. Her brides are her clients first and foremost and that made a huge difference. I love her so much and I can’t wait to see her continue to take on this industry. Where do I even begin to describe how wonderful Gigi is, beyond what each and every other bride and groom has already shared? This past December, my husband and I were part of a fairytale wedding at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens that was planned to absolute perfection by Gigi.
My husband and I are originally from New York, and were dreaming of a Miami celebration. Finding Gigi in Sep 2021 at the start of our journey felt like pure luck, but today I know it was fate. From save-the-dates, to curating our invitation suite, vetting and scheduling vendor meetings for when we could visit in-person and not and for bringing a vision to life, better than we could have ever imagined.
Gigi is meticulous, organized, creative and professional, but I'm sure you have already gathered that after making it to this page. What you will come to learn as you work with Gigi from the beginning, is her compassion, empathy, thoughtfulness that shows a clear love for what she does.
She devotes 110% to every couple, to each unique wedding, the groom and the bride. The last few days before our wedding in Dec 2022 were bittersweet, but through 16 months of planning and the time we spent together, Gigi has transcended the realm of "planner" to becoming a true friend.

We started working together over a year and a half ago preparing for Alexandria's wedding on March 4, 2023. We did not have any experience in planning a wedding. People would tell us don't hire a wedding planner, save the money. You could do it yourself. BOY ARE THEY WRONG. My husband, daughter and now husband could not agree with that more.
Through this year and a half, we have entrusted you with the wedding planning. You guided us through the whole process of this journey. From giving us the best VENDORS possible to filling in every minor detail, and I mean every minor detail. Giving us your professional opinion if we thought of something, and you knew that either would not look good, or was not needed. I will never forget your words that first time I met you. You told me, "At your daughter's wedding, you will be a GUEST". I thought to myself, impossible. Well, last night, March 4, 2023 those words were POSSIBLE I was a Guest. You and your amazing VENDORS took care of it all. It was the most memorable night of our lives.
Last night, our daughter's wedding, was PERFECT. Every minor detail was filled in. You made sure the room had everything it needed to start hair and makeup early in the morning (chairs, tables, stools, mirror, garbage, clothes hangers so the tuxedoes and bridesmaids dressed were hung, the list goes on). Your timeline for the wedding was AMAZING. We even got to the church a little bit early. The cocktail hour was AMAZING. All the minor details were put in place beautifully. The seating chart was BEAUTIFUL. The flowers that you told us to trust you with the design were AMAZING.
Alexandria, our daughter, and Jordan were in "AWE" when they saw that "ROOM REVEAL". Then, you let my husband and I see it before the guests walked in. We were in "AWE" as well. It was a DREAM come true and a fairy tale wedding for both of them. The Room was AMAZING. Even though we had designed it with your professional expertise we never thought it was going to look like the way it did. OH MY GOD, SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
Today, I have been getting texts and calls telling me how beautiful the wedding was. People came up to us at the wedding and told us things like, we have been to like 40 weddings, but this wedding was AMAZING.
Below I have typed some "excerpts" from texts I have received so far today:
"Thank you for having us at Alex and Jordan's magical beautiful wedding".
"Incredible! Everything was perfect."
"The wedding was spectacular and perfect. Way to go with the planning, perfection."

All of Alexandria's and Jordan's friend were WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!
Gigi, you made this POSSIBLE with your planning to Perfection and we mean Perfection.
The vendors you recommended also went WAY AND BEYOND. The flowers from Taylor Event Design were AMAZING BUT AMAZING!!!!! The photographers, UDS were AMAZING as well. PERFECTION!!
We have gained a friend through this year and a half. I am going to miss our texts and emails.

Wedding Day = Perfect, all thanks to Gigi
I truly do not have enough words to describe how grateful I am to have had Gigi as my wedding planner but also to have met such an amazing person in the process. From day one, I knew I could trust her with everything and anything. She is genuine, organized, passionate, positive and goes above and beyond for you.
The other vendors that I hired told me personally how they absolutely love working with her. I know her great relationships, with all types of vendors, was one of the major components that contributed to the success of our wedding.
I was able to enjoy my entire day and night knowing that me, my husband, and our guests were in the BEST hands. Don't tell my husband but she was the first person I thought of the morning after my wedding...lol. I couldn't stop thinking that if we didn't have her, we wouldn't have had such a perfect wedding day.

Gigi went over and beyond our expectations. She is incredibly organized, very detailed oriented, type-A in the best ways, gets shit done, very experienced, and flexible thinker! My wife and I couldn’t have had such an amazing wedding weekend without her. We recommend getting her months before your wedding (6months before) to get the full experience. If you want all the details right go with Gigi. My wife and I are very creative artistic people and Gigi respected and complimented our visions, she didn’t step on our feet she was an extension of work- she can juggle more than anyone vendor I’ve worked with. Gigi will advocate for you while connecting you with the best vendors she knows. She is down to get her hands dirty if need be. And she is so sweet and personable. She really cares about her couples. The best of the best
Gigi is the absolute best of the best!!! She put together an incredible wedding for us this past August. Planning a wedding in a state that you do not live in is stressful in and of itself but Gigi made it so fun and incredibly easy! Gigi is very organized and detail oriented. No task was too big or too small for her - she really took care of it all! Both my husband and I have very demanding work schedules but this was never an issue with Gigi. She truly went above and beyond for us and we feel so lucky to have had her as our wedding planner. Whether it was waking up at 7 AM on her "day off" to discuss photographers or offering to assemble 100 welcome bags in her home (and receive the tons of packages with all the goodies for the welcome bags) given we lived out of state. The amazing planning made the day run so seamlessly. All the details were planned to a tee which really allowed us to enjoy our big day and not worry about a thing. We cannot recommend Gigi enough, she is simply THE BEST! We are forever grateful!!

Amazing Planner!
Gigi is a fantastic wedding planner! A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure to work with her (I was the photographer at the wedding), and Gigi's attention to detail, plus organization skills were top-notch.
The couple, with Gigi's help and guidance, planned a multicultural affair, that also had 2 different locations; Gigi and her team made sure that everything was not only perfect, but that the timeline of the wedding ran smooth, so the couple and their families could enjoy their day and all the important traditions.
During the reception, Gigi was super attentive to the couple and their guest, once again making sure that the night was perfect for everybody.
In addition to her amazing logistics skills, her design and aesthetics for this wedding were perfect!

The best wedding planner in the business and brought my vision to life!
I will never be able to put into words just how grateful I am that we chose Gigi to be our wedding planner. Choosing a wedding planner is such an important piece to how your entire wedding planning process will go, as though it can be so exciting, it can also be overwhelming! If you’re wondering if a wedding planner is important to add to your wedding experience, it 100% is. It is the most important factor to ensure your process is smooth and seamless, and allows you, as the bride and groom, to actually enjoy the journey. From the moment I first met Gigi for coffee, I knew she was the person who would help bring my vision to life. And she did exactly that, and then some.
When we first began working together, I remember specifically recognizing how detailed and organized she was, and how well connected she is to the important wedding vendors - photography, videography, florists, rentals, hair and makeup, catering, design, etc. She immediately created an outline of everything that needed to be accomplished, when, and how it would be done. I like to tell people that Gigi served me my wedding decisions on a silver platter, and I can honestly say there was not one part of the wedding planning process that was stressful - and that is because of her. We even had to postpone our wedding an entire year due to covid, and for that additional year, Gigi was by my side supporting us and helping us maintain our excitement. And when we were ready to jump back into the swing of things, Gigi never missed a beat and brought us to the finish line.
Gigi and I could spend hours on the phone together, like old pals, and we were always on the same page. She was also always two steps ahead of me and it was so comforting to know that everything would be taken care of. Gigi is a true professional in this business, and it’s evident how passionate she is for what she does, and that is the distinguishing factor about her. There are plenty of people who can organize a budget in an excel sheet, or make phone calls on your behalf, but there are not many people who exude passion and joy for weddings like Gigi does. She wants your day to be perfect just as badly as the bride and groom do, and she always delivers.
Over the nearly two and a half years of planning for the day, Gigi and I discussed every detail, any changes I wanted to make along the way, anything I wanted to add into the day to make it extra special and unique to us (like a surprise wedding visit from our dog and a ranch fountain!). I remember Gigi giving us the first reveal of our tent on our wedding day, and I was utterly shocked at how beautiful everything looked. The day was surreal to us, that everything was so perfect, and so unique to our vision and what we wanted. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.
Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, with a huge thanks to Gigi for bringing it to life. Long story short, she is your girl. Everyone needs a Gigi in their life!

My dream wedding thanks to Events by Gigi
It has taken me 6 months to try and find the words to describe how grateful I am and how amazing Gigi is, and let me tell you they don’t exist. Iv never met someone with such a kind heart and incredible spirit. She had such an attention to deal and amazing ideas. My mom unfortunately passed before my wedding and Gigi came up with an amazing idea to fill the venue with Gardenia scented candles (my mom’s favorite scent) and it really made it feel as if she was there. Gigi always went above and beyond through the planning process to ensure that every detail was taken care of. A couple of hours before the wedding start time a terrible storm passed through, my wedding was set to happen outdoors and thanks to Gigi’s quick thinking and expertise you would never have known. I will hold my wedding as one of the most amazing days of my life and Gigi as a dear friend. -

If you’re looking for a planner- look no further and hire Gigi!! We got the month of coordination package, and it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We got married in Miami on 4/2/22.
Reasons why you should go with Gigi:
1) She is very experienced in the wedding world and knows a lot of vendors. She was also a sounding board when we had any questions
2) Even though she would make recommendations, she was also very flexible and her #1 priority was bringing to life what myself and my now husband wanted. I’m from Brazil and my husband is from Peru, we got married in Miami but wanted to do several things different from the American “standard”, and she made sure we got the things we wanted and how we wanted them!
3) Gigi was also very resourceful! There was an accident from our ceremony location to the reception, and what was supposed to be a 20 min drive turned out to be almost an hour. She was quick to shift thing around with the venue, extending the cocktail hour duration, so once the guests arrived to the reception venue everything went smoothly as if not had happened!
4) She was always available for us! Even though we got the month of coordination, we started working together 3 months prior to our wedding, which was crucial and super helpful!
5) She is the nicest person and will help you brides and grooms keep calm and control your anxiety :)

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Gigi is. She is like a sister/best friend/wedding/life organizer all in one. She treated our wedding like it was a family member's, which I'm sure she does for all of her clients. We weren't sure we even needed a wedding planner at the start of our wedding planning process, since my mom is retired and had offered to do a lot of the leg work. We quickly realized we definitely needed one and interviewed Gigi. She made us feel SO at ease from the start. She customized our ENTIRE menu for our wedding and all our guests said it was the best food they'd ever had. We took home 10 BOXES of food from our tasting because we couldn't get enough. Through COVID, Gigi was there the entire time, despite us postponing a full year. She helped us pick the majority of our vendors, which we were extremely happy with. She holds a very high bar for her vendor recommendations and you can trust that she knows who will be best for your wedding and your taste. She also thinks of EVERY detail and answered the million questions we had with extreme patience. I lost track of how many questions I had for Gigi, but between me and my parents, we had to have somewhere in the hundreds and she was SOO patient and always had really great advice from the tiniest details to large decisions. She also indulged us with her amazing personality on calls and made the planning process (which can be SUPER stressful) feel like a walk in the park. I always felt like she had everything handled and it was all going to be ok (despite being a VERY indecisive bride :)). She also never made me feel bad about changing my mind about things and patiently walked through all the options and her opinions on them. Her relationships with vendors are also unmatched. Whenever I asked for something, no matter how small or large, Gigi somehow magically would figure out a way to get it done. I'm convinced she has super powers and doesn't need to sleep because she would also email us back at all hours of the night and early in the morning. She is extremely accomodating and flexible about the calls and times that she offers as well. As an out of town bride with a busy full time job, this was sooo helpful to me! In addition to all of the insanely amazing tasks leading up to the wedding, Gigi was also there for EVERYTHING I needed on the day of the wedding. She executed it FLAWLESSLY. I was told by several people not to worry if something went wrong on the day of the wedding, no one would notice. But, really I can't point to a SINGLE thing that went wrong. It was PERFECTION. I don't understand how she does it. All of my bridesmaids loved Gigi and instantly connected with her too. Saying how great she was and how lucky I was to have a wedding planner like her. I actually seriously miss Gigi and one of the saddest parts of my wedding not working with her anymore. My parents feel the same way! Gigi will always have a special place in my heart, she is truly one of a kind. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she was the BEST vendor I chose for my wedding (and that's saying a lot!!). There is not enough room here to truly convey all of the details of our fantastic experience with Gigi and her wedding team. Our wedding happened to be a pretty large production that lasted about 7 hours, though felt like a dream that could have lasted forever. Our event spanned over four venues within the Biltmore hotel country club. It included a live dinner concert with a famous recording artist, live show performance with a local performance celebrity, live harpist, string quartet, and about 20 vendors for everything you could imagine. We did not have one 'stock' item provided by the hotel... every detail was selected by hand with a 3rd party vendor. This combined with 200 family and close friends, and two grooms (one that wants 'more more more' and the other that has major control/OCD issues) - at the end of the day there is not one person or vendor or family or groom that didn't feel personally cared for and connected to Gigi.
It all started about a year before the wedding, during the pandemic. Our first meet was via Zoom. Instantly we felt a connection with her. Just meet with her (zoom or in person), and you'll know what I mean. What we loved about her is that she first listened to what we wanted, where we were at, and questions we had. She was very keen on making sure we wanted her opinion (highly recommend if you're not a professional wedding-goer) before sharing, which we welcomed. She had a great way of listening to some of our over-the-top ideas, and then bringing a reality to it. Most people shy away, not Gigi. She is a person that makes things happen. If it can't be done, you know that she's done her research before sharing limitations; more importantly, she always had a solution in mind.
We went into planning our wedding with a vision, a rough draft. Most of our vision was on a large excel worksheet (I'm the OCD one of the pair). As we worked through vendors and selections, Gigi was able to take what we had and put a plan in place, and helped with revisions and identify things we missed (thank god!). She was present at all of our tastings and showings, and made a point of staying in close contact with not only us but also the vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. We never felt like we were going it alone. Being a controlling personality, it was very difficult for me to pass things on. I mean, the only way to do things right if you do them yourself, right? Wrong. Not with Gigi. Not only did we truly feel (and know) that she had everything under control, we always felt as though we were her only client. That being said, we also knew we weren't her only client. Calls and texts were always responded to either immediately or the same day. This speaks volumes for someone in her business.
As the day approached, it was time to pass the torch completely to Gigi. We had spent a year planning and preparing. Her biggest message to us was this "I don't want my grooms to be thinking of anything except each other on their special day". It was true. The day finally came.... and it was magical. Our guests were beside themselves at how amazing the production was, and how things were executed flawlessly. And that was just the events leading up to the main reception. When our guests entered the main reception... Gigi and her team's work in making everything ABSOLUTELY PERFECT was just as we expected: Flawless. The only thing outnumbering the 'ooh's/ahh's', 'wow', and 'omg' was the number of iPhone taking pictures and videos. From all of the special ordered chairs, mirrored tables, covered stage, florals, lights, music, place settings, the 7 foot wedding cake (yes, 7 actual feet tall)...(the list goes on and on)... the details and execution were something out of a dream. It was everything we had hoped for, and she and her team made sure it was just that - our dream come true.
Side note - it's important to know (as I learned) that unexpected things (At work, I call them ‘fires’) sometimes do happen, especially with so many moving parts and people involved. For this reason, it's important to have someone on your side that can deal with issues, take control, and not panic. On our wedding night there was a medical emergency with one of our mothers who passed out (she was fine, just overwhelmed with everything). Somehow Gigi had the night's dinner courses and entertainment keeping everyone occupied whilst arranging for paramedics to come and care for our mom. Many of our guests later said they had no idea what happened. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else, as it was a scare... but know that you're event will be ‘fire-proof’ if Gigi is there.
Just as Gigi was always a text or a call away, and always made us feel important throughout the year of planning... that didn't stop during the actual wedding day. While she was running around dealing with the myriad of vendors, the wedding party, the guests, etc., she always (and regularly) was checking on us and our family and wedding party, making sure we were ok, making sure we were smiling and enjoying ourselves. If there were any fires, she was taking care of them, and we, nor our guests, would know it. We just would see our beautiful Gigi, smiling and hugging us. Of all of the memories we had that night, Gigi's warm presence and smile were among them.
I'll close with this. If you're looking for someone that will listen, is extremely experienced in all things wedding related, provides no less than top shelf service, is extremely well connected, very organized and solution driven, has a positive and warm demeanor, and has a solid team with the capacity of putting together a small elegant affair up to a major wedding production - you will not find another more qualified and enjoyable wedding planner like Gigi. Our special day could not have been so magical without Gigi and her team.

A brief description of Gigi-She is the person you need before, during and even after your wedding day. She is a detail aficionado, lover of perfection, embodiment of professionalism, class and all things bridal and elegance; a combination which is VERY hard to find in Miami.

BEFORE WEDDING:
She had prompt communication on a weekly/monthly basis, depending on your needs and service purchased. She is VERY DETAILED oriented when it comes to both phone and email conversations- and ultimately her notes saved us a lot of money when vendors tried to tell us things differently. She is very organized and structured when it comes to planning that it is effortless that leaves you wondering where the time has gone because her work is done so fluidly. This is priceless, especially weeks leading up to your wedding where stress level is so high. She is very organized as well with budget and keeps you on track with her online system to remind you of payments to vendors. Her communication skills are exceptional. She also had a great set of vendors she regularly works with and suggested if we did not have anyone in mind, but never forced upon us which is very different than other planners in Miami, who only worked exclusively with some people. We knew if she worked with them, they must be the best and they did not prove us wrong. Wedding planning ultimately is about teamwork and creating the ultimate experience for you and your guests and I can definitely say regardless who your vendors are, Gigi is ultimate team player and someone you want on your team.

DAY OF WEDDING:
The day of wedding usually carries with it the normal amount of excitement nerves but we NEVER felt we were STRESSED out or had to think of anything except getting ready and ACTUALLY ENJOYING OUR WEDDING DAY. Gigi ran a very tight ship! She sends out timelines a week prior to each vendor and every vendor knew exactly when to load, unload, set up-there was zero guess work involved and left very little room for error. She had amazing team which always made sure we were comfortable and checked up on us. Our wedding was in the Versace Mansion, a venue in which Gigi has not done a wedding previously, but it was so perfectly executed and flawless, which made her truly stand out like the professional she is. She ANTICIPATED vendors movement, behavior pattern, even our emotions, as if she was in our heads. Before we told her, she already knew. She was always proactive. She had drinks for us ready when we got to reception, she had midnight snacks ready for us after the reception because she knew we would be hungry. She literally THINKS OF EVERYTHING. I cannot imagine going through this journey without her and I can truly say our wedding day would not have been the same without her. Our guests were highly impressed how the ceremony and reception flowed so flawlessly without weird or awkward gaps. This was priceless! My grandmother even forgot her purse at the church and Gigi made sure she got it in time for her flight the next day.

AFTER THE WEDDING:
Honestly there was not much to do after the wedding because she anticipated everything prior, but she did send out emails to make sure we had our thank you envelopes ordered, made sure everything was closed out with vendors such as our valet, and communication with each vendor was closed effectively, without any surprises.
We cannot say enough on what an amazing experience it was planning with Gigi. My wife Ana and I will forever be thankful for the most beautiful wedding day. WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH GIGI!!! -Chris and Ana -

So Gigi came in God Sent for the day of coordination and the last 2 months before the wedding final details. She guided us through every step, would help us with everything we asked for and definitely went above and beyond anything we could have expected. From linens, to tastings to wedding rehearsals, Gigi was there with a big smile and ready to answer any question.
If for some reason she wasn’t able to answer a phone call, she would call back the minute she was available and kept track of everything that was happening.
On our wedding day, I didn’t worry about a single thing besides getting from one place to the next one and smiling for our pictures. My husband and I kept saying that our main goal in life is to make enough money to hire her as a personal assistant. Our lives would be so much simpler. -

Gigi is not just a wedding planner, she is family to us now. She truly took the time to get to know us and was invested in making sure our wedding was everything we wanted. Her communication, budgeting, organizational, and problem solving skills are some of her great qualities. She knows and understands all legal lingo in contracts. She is also dynamic with Covid situations. We had to change our venue location two days before the wedding due to Covid and she made it look so much better than we planned. She typically only does two wedding a month which gives her the opportunity to dedicate time to specialize your wedding! Also when you pay for her you work directly with her. Do yourself a favor pick up the phone and call her. I promise you, she's worth every penny and more. -

I remember When my husband proposed to me last year July. It was during Covid and while everyone else was canceling their weddings I was on the hunt for a wedding planner that would help bring my wedding to life. Most little girls Envision their wedding day, but I never even Thought about it until the day my husband proposed. I decided I wanted a romantic Enchanted Forest themed wedding and contacted Gigi through a different platform. I run a very busy business, so I needed a wedding planner that was going to be able to take control and plan this event from start to finish. I live in California but I am from Florida so that’s where all of my family and friends are. Gigi planned this wedding all the way in Florida while my husband and I were in California! I prayed and prayed and asked God to send me the perfect wedding planner, and that’s exactly what he did!! Gigi was AMAZING!! I don’t even have enough words to express how amazing she was throughout the entire process. She was super friendly from the start! Its like we clicked immediately! (Divine intervention if you ask me)
Gigi was excited from the very start all the way to the end. I thought that there were times when I probably got on her nerves but she always assured me that she was here to help ease every wedding anxiety I had. Not once did she make me feel like a bother! She puts her heart into her Passion of Wedding planning, and I’m so thankful to have found her. Our wedding was literally the best day Of our lives! We put full trust into gigi and let her take control, and my wedding was literally the talk of the town! All of our friends as well as us and our families had an amazing time. She set an aura and vibe that made everyone feel the romance and passion in mine and my husbands love. She decorated our venue so beautifully it felt like we were in a field of flowers. She added cute little details that I would have never even thought of! When my husband and I walked into The ballroom before our guests, I literally cried! I didnt even cry saying my vows LOL! Im tearing up thinking about that moment. It felt like a dream to see how she made every detail come to life even more than i envisioned it. I never not once doubted her. There were times when I did not know which vendor to choose, so I let her recommend and choose for us. Believe me when I say gigi knows what she’s doing, just trust her! Don’t doubt her, and just let the professional do what the professional DOES! Believe me, Gigi DOES THIS OK!? All I had to do was tell her I love flowers, acrylic, and trees and she went insane lol! She gave me my dream wedding and I couldnt be more grateful. She even did small things that werent part of her job, like gifting me a small memorial for my brother who was my best friend, that passed away. She knew how sad I was that he wasnt Going to be there for my wedding day, and she did that from her heart. Not only is gigi nice outwardly in a professional way, but she is nice from her heart. She has a true passion for wedding planning and it shows in her work. Hiring Gigi as my wedding planner was the single best decision I made in regards to wedding vendors. I hired Gigi for "month of planning" but as soon as she was hired (about 6 months out) she immediately took action. I'm currently in medical school so juggling my studies and wedding planning was TOUGH. But once I had Gigi, she was there to call vendors for me, review contracts, keep track of payments, attend vendor meetings, and answer any little question I had. She was always willing to call vendors for me so I didn't have to and was so available for any question I ever had. She had great ideas when it came to linens, non-traditional "escort cards", ballroom layouts and more. She even stayed up until 2 or 3 am the night before my wedding finishing final details me and my mom hadn't gotten around to... and she somehow kept my mom calm through it all (believe me... that's not easy haha). The only mistake I made with Gigi was not hiring her sooner! She is organized, personable, available, and most of all... great at what she does.
It has now been a month since my wedding and I am STILL hearing from my friends and family about how my wedding was the "best wedding they've ever been to"... Thank you GIGI! -

The wedding of our dreams, thanks to Gigi!
We hired Gigi to be our coordinator for our Vizcaya wedding and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Our event was more complicated than most due to a last-minute venue change and covid19, and she was there with us every step of the way finding solutions and workarounds for all the complications and difficulties that came our way (basically replanning our entire wedding 1 month before the event). Gigi did an excellent job on navigating through all the challenges, ultimately ensuring that our Wedding was a tremendous success. Not only is she extremely detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable about all the intricacies about wedding planning -- she truly CARED about our event and went above and beyond to making our special day everything we dreamed of and more! She is so easy to work with, extremely responsive & flexible, super down to earth, and very organized! On the day of our wedding, I knew I had nothing to worry about because Gigi got’s it! Gigi is the best !
I was originally supposed to get married in March 2020 but had to extend my wedding out a year with Corona. Gigi took care of everything, worked with all the vendors to reschedule and everything. I just finally had my wedding this weekend and it was amazing. A Must Have!
After speaking to a family friend that planned a wedding a few years ago she said “If there is one thing I can recommend its Gigi.” And she was right! From the moment we contacted her Gigi was fantastic and created a beautiful day for us with little direction. We are extremely busy with our full time jobs and I knew that we wouldn’t have the time to fully plan every detail that a wedding needs. In comes Gigi and everything was taken care of. I am not the type of person that has a Pinterest board with every detail of my wedding planned. All we knew is that we wanted a small wedding (it ended up being about 70 people) and it was going to be in a family members backyard. We live in California but the wedding was in Miami and Gigi always made time to meet with us via Zoom whenever we were available. Gigi showed us pictures and we told her what we liked and what we didn’t. What Gigi was able to accomplish was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and like a fairy tale. She turned a plain backyard into a dream come true. No detail was overlooked and she did this with rain all day long. We can’t stop looking through our photos in awe of how fantastic everything looked and how great of a job Gigi did with a blank canvas. You need Gigi!
After trying to plan my wedding on my own several times and quitting every single time because it was super overwhelming, I decided I needed a wedding planner if I was going to seriously get things done. From the very first moment I spoke to Gigi over the phone she made me feel relieved, stress free, excited, and assured that Covid would not ruin our day and we would get to have the wedding of our dreams. She went above and beyond with vendor recommendations, to the point we had 9 catering options at one time to help me feel sure we were choosing the right option. Every vendor we chose came highly recommended from her and were all an absolute dream to work with. Gigi was ready and available always for whatever I needed no matter how small the question was. This girl works overtime! I had a very clear vision of what I wanted from the beginning but as the planning went on things kept changing and Gigi just kept saying trust me, and so I did. What I got on my wedding day was WAY more than I could have ever dreamed up on my own. None of it would have been possible without Gigi.
Funny story, 5 days before our wedding, I had an issue with my venue and was left venueless. Gigi went above and beyond to help me find not only a new venue but and even better venue, at no additional cost all with in less than 24 hours. Through out that stressful time, she remained calm and made me feel like everything was going to be ok and we would still have our day. If you’re ever thinking of only getting a day of coordinator, do yourself the favor get the full planning package and go all in with Gigi. What she offers is completely priceless. I would pick her over and over again. I got to have an amazing wedding planning experience, an amazing wedding day, and an amazing new friend. -

You often think you don't need a wedding planner, and that you can handle everything to get your wedding successfully executed. But about an hour in, i knew i was in over my head. As i started to plan my wedding and ask my friends for vendors, the rec i got for Gigi was "all my other vendors delivered their services as planned, but Gigi was the only one who i would recommend over and over again". And let me tell you, my friend was 1000% RIGHT. I live in Atlanta, and she made everything so easy as i planned my wedding in Fort Lauderdale. What an extraordinary wedding planner! From the perspective of a Mother of the Bride, all I wanted was for the day to go as smoothly and stress-free as possible for my daughter. Wow, and did Gigi accomplish just that. Not only stress-free for the bride but for the whole family as well. The relief of not having to deal or talk to any of the vendors the day of the wedding made to event so relaxing and fun. Gigi pays so much attention to detail: she didn't like the fact that the wedding cake table was covering the beautifully decorated fire place of the Curtiss Mansion (great venue by the way) so she made suggestions to relocate it. During the rehearsal dinner, she told everyone that no one had to think or remember anything because she would be there each step of the way to guide us. She takes her job seriously and personally. Between Gigi and our florist Myrna from Taylor Event Design (a fabulous florist may I add), I don't know who made us cry more (happy tears that is). During intimate father-daughter or mother-daughter moments, Gigi and Myrna would have teary eyes. It's like they're helping family. We created such a bond, it felt like we've known them our entire lives. Gigi is definitely worth her weight in gold. She will make your dream wedding come true. Gigi is by far the most AMAZING wedding planner. Words cannot express how grateful I am to her for everything she did for me and my fiancé for our wedding. My wedding was on November 23rd, about 300 guests, and It was because of her hard work, positive attitude, and attention to detail that I had the wedding of my dreams! From our first phone conversation, I knew I was going to be taken care of. Gigi was so kind and listened whole-heartedly to what I wanted. She was full of ideas, advice, wisdom, reassuring words and money saving strategies. She was available 100% of the time and quick to respond whenever I had questions, concerns, or just needed a friend to go to for moral support during a stressful time. Right away she wanted to meet up and do a run through of the venue and all details. You can tell she was fully invested and her bubbly, warm and inviting personality makes you instantly feel comfortable. She's so sweet, and I love her humor, she made even the stressful parts enjoyable.
I did the month of planning package with Gigi, but it might as well have been the full package. 2 months before my wedding, one of my all inclusive vendors was having surgery and wasn't going to recover by the wedding (she was in charge of flowers, cake, linens, chairs). I almost had a heart attack! I know getting all these vendors, especially on short notice would be difficult, stressful, and crazy expensive. I called Gigi to see if she could help (since it's not technically part of the month of planning package) and she didn't even hesitate to help (and when I say help, I mean she did it all)! I have to mention this because she was literally a hero without a cape; she reassured me, found me all new vendors, added more stress to herself , didn't ask me for a penny more, and did it all gracefully. Throughout the wedding Gigi dealt with some frustrating vendors and solved every problem that came our way. She's so sweet and honestly added to all the enjoyment as she seemed to love the wedding coming together as much as we did.
My fiancé, all the vendors, the bridal party, my entire family, and all the guests that had the pleasure of meeting Gigi absolutely loveddd her. My wedding was incredible and there were no issues (that I knew of lol) because Gigi and her team took care of everything! Brides always say they don't get to enjoy their day as much, but I honestly had a blast from beginning to end!

I hired Gigi as my month-of-coordinator for my wedding and must say that this was one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding day. I'll start by saying that I had not met with any other planner before meeting Gigi, and before leaving our first meeting my mom and I just felt that she would be perfect and booked her at that same moment!
Gigi is very down to earth, professional, responsible, honest, extremely helpful, flexible, and most of all VERY ORGANIZED! She was always willing to hop on a call or meet with me, and always responded quickly to emails and texts. Even though she was just a "month of" coordinator, she was always willing to answer any question I had even if it was more than a month before the wedding, and to me this spoke a lot about her work ethic. She confirmed all of my vendors the month before the wedding, helped set up a detailed timeline (she was also very patient with my many revisions, thank you Gigi!!) and was just all around amazing. After all of our phone calls and meetings, I always felt like a huge weight had just been taken off my shoulders.
Working with Gigi was truly an amazing experience and I feel lucky to have worked with her. She managed my wedding day flow flawlessly, set up all my decor, and fully executed my vision. She also made sure that my groom and I ate dinner and had some alone time right before we walked into the reception room. Once the wedding was over, she also made sure that the late night snack was sent to our room for us to enjoy. Her attention to detail was impeccable! Another much appreciated gesture is how much Gigi sticks up for her brides, even after the wedding night has passed.
After the wedding, my bridal party and family kept telling me just how great and sweet Gigi was. I would without a doubt recommend Gigi to any bride planning their wedding who would like to feel less stressed and have peace of mind during the planning process and especially throughout the wedding weekend. -

Gigi is an absolute master at her craft and I would not have had my fairytale wedding without her. She is a meticulous planner who pays attention to every last detail involved. I worked so well with her from the very first phone call. She is also not afraid to fight for you. She is fair and voices her opinion firmly if needed, with the different vendors to make sure things are exactly as you want them. But she also works with the best people and has excellent relationships, everyone loves her! She is very thoughtful and had many nice gestures with my husband and I. She made me feel so special from day one. I'll never forget the experience picking out the linens, the chairs, the plates etc. She set up different designs for me to review. She was always available, she was transparent and very communicative. Her work ethic and level of professionalism is one of her most remarkable qualities. She truly cares and it's what I loved most about her. As the weather was not very favorable on our big day and with an entirely outdoor wedding - I knew she had everything under control with a plan B & C & D in place. And even if things weren't going as we planned, I trusted her a thousand percent to make last minute changes that would still be tasteful and beautiful. I did not experience any stress or doubts or nervousness at any point during the planning process or on the day of the wedding. Gigi worked really hard to make sure everything was perfect and it truly was a stunning event. The level of excitement and happiness I felt is simply indescribable. My heart is still bursting with emotion just reliving every detail of that night. It was honestly the most incredible experience and the BEST DAY of my life, and it was all possible because of Gigi and her team. This was worth every penny and more!! -

Every Bride Needs a Gigi!!!
WOW!!!!!!!! That's all I can say. Gigi was the #1 vendor that I hired HANDS DOWN. My wedding was PERFECT! Nothing nothing nothing was wrong, late, unorganized etc. and I noticed how even the smallest details that no one but I would notice were taken care of and looking beautiful. This was all thanks to Gigi. This might be a long review, but Gigi deserves it as there were sooo many things she did! If you are a super detailed bride like I am you'll love to read it all!
The Process:
My mom basically only talks about how GIgi was so great and was the most NECESSARY vendor at the wedding, and she has already recommended her to another future bride! One of the big reasons I wanted a day of coordinator, is that my mom is the typical Hispanic mom that wants to do everything and be everywhere for her children. However, on my wedding day, I wanted her with me, and the family, enjoying the day and not worried about any logistics. Needless to say, my mom had an amazing time and didn't run around for anything!
When I first got her recommendation from Santy Martinez (my photographer - also amazing) I messaged her and she was super responsive. I'm a pretty typical type A personality, engineering background, so spreadsheets, tiny details, and organization is the only way I operate. I warned her when I first talked to her of how I could be pretty detail oriented, and before I hired her we talked for almost 2 HOURS on the phone. I had to make sure she was the one too you know! She was just as (or even more!) organized as I was, which made me feel at ease and she was also professional, friendly, and a great person all around, so it was natural that I hired her right away to make sure doesn't get snatched up! So don't wait! As a bride with a destination wedding in Miami (I'm from Miami, but have since moved away), you might imagine having a Day of Coordinator would be essential, but I never imagined how AMAZING and necessary it was, and BONUS - she was in budget! It was so worth it. I booked her a little under a year before my wedding and she allowed for me to both email or text her as needed and ask for recommendation. Again, as someone not currently in Miami, this was CRITICAL. All the vendors that I hired were all recommendations from GIgi. And I would do the same again. Comparing reviews online for a bride that has interacted with a vendor once, is not the same as a coordinator that sees these people every weekend. She knows who does the best work better than anyone. Everyone I hired was in sync, knew what they were doing, professional, and the wedding went like clockwork and I didn't have to think about anything that day- I didn't even have my cellphone or a watch! And everything turned out BEAUTIFUL.
Additionally, because I got engaged so far ahead of the wedding, instead of planning everyday we would have "Wedding Planning Tuesday!" where we dedicated one day a week when we were so far out to plan things, and if it didn't get done (say order invites, or pick centerpieces) it had to wait until the next week. It made it so my husband and I weren't overwhelmed with wedding talk all the time. On these Tuesday I would always message Gigi with my progress, or asking for recommendations, or just general tips, and if I was on time for various items. She ALWAYS responded to my emails sent every week, FOR A YEAR!!!! It made the process so so so smooth and in the process she got to know my ways, preferences, and was up to date with all the decisions that I had made. Her recommendations were amazing, and our Florist was way in budget (Geranios Flowers!) thanks to Gigi letting us know about them! Otherwise I would have definitely been above budget for my flowers. Gigi also knew when my life was getting busy because I would miss a Tuesday email to her and she would catch up and ask how it was going because she knew if I missed emailing her there must be a ton going on - wedding related or otherwise! We also had a couple of walk throughs of the reception venue before the wedding during times I was able to fly down to Miami to talk about my vision and see the space together. We walked the space once early on in the process, and another time a couple of days before the wedding. Even though I was the one booking everything, Gigi even helped out with a couple of vendors such as the van for the wedding party! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I am so grateful for it.
Month Of:
The month before the wedding Gigi takes over contacting and getting information, insurance etc from all of the vendors, sends them a schedule (after you talk to her about it) and makes everything happen like magic. I also had a couple of communication issues with my reception venue a week before the wedding and Gigi swooped in and took care without skipping a beat. She helped with the hotel block, the venues, the cake, the flowers, you name it, she did it. Definitely keeping a stressed bride at ease.
Day Before Wedding: (aka the SUPERBOWL)
The day before the wedding, Gigi came to the ceremony venue for the rehearsal and was ready to go! She help organize us all and it was so great seeing a familiar face to help guide everyone. I was so excited for everyone to finally meet the amazing Gigi! We were running a little bit behind with the rehearsal, and I only found out later that she was in contact with my rehearsal dinner venue and letting them know we were running behind. I didn't even include her in those details and she still knew!!! All I had done was mention it to her, and on her own had contacted them so everyone knew and was ready!
Wedding Day: (aka We WON the SUPERBOWL!)
The day of the wedding, she coordinated with all the vendors and was there to make sure everything was operating properly, and even had multiple assistants with her to help keep everything in order! I had my ceremony and reception in different locations so she had people at each place so a guest never felt lost. She also made sure the girls were getting ready and everything was on time, and made sure the boys knew where to be. She was the person who fixed my veil before I walked down the aisle, and the first one we saw to tell us where to go after we walked down the aisle and Gigi was there to scoop us right away! It was such a relief seeing her. :)
Getting to the venue she made sure we were whisked away to have a small bite to eat beforehand that was critical, and then she brought us into the venue for a big reveal! Gigi had put every little detail that I had brought together beautifully. More beautiful than I had imagined. I had dropped about 10 boxes of things with labels in the hotel room the day before the wedding and Gigi took care of everything else like finding which room, getting everything (and there was a ton - I did a bit of DIY). Again it was INCREDIBLE.
I also gave Gigi the freedom to set the tables as she thought would look best. I had box favors and some center pieces, and she worked with the lighting to get the right color, the florist, the cake baker, the DJ, the cocktail hour musician, the linen and table vendors, the reception venue itself, everyone everyone everyone!
During the reception she would periodically check in on us to make sure that everything was going as we wanted and didn't need anything. You would never know that her and all of her assistants were there making sure all the guests were getting every where they needed to be - from the cocktail hour to reception, around the reception venue etc. They were like ninjas!
After the Wedding:
After the wedding, I walked with guests over to a nearby bar and didn't even worry about my stuff, the venue etc. Everything was taken care of, cleaned up, put away, taking care of the top of the cake, with her distributing my tip envelopes for the vendors so I didn't even have to think about that at the end of the night. She coordinated and got the numbers of my maid of honor and they were able to handle everything without me knowing one thing.
Conclusion:
Gigi knows her stuff. She knows the people, the business, the process, the vision, and is great to work with all around. I would not have had such a successful, beautiful, fun, and stress free wedding if it wasn't for her and her great work. I feel bad for brides that didn't have a Gigi. And not just any Gigi, but THIS GIGI. -

Gigi is so much more than a wedding planner, she’ll change your mindset on the entire wedding planning process and actually make it enjoyable.
I don’t even know where or how to start to describe Gigi. I’m on my honeymoon and I could not let another day go by without sharing with everyone how incredible Gigi has been over the past few months. I gave her a call about 4 months before my wedding, overwhelmed and not really sure what to do next. I had set up calls with 3-4 wedding coordinators and Gigi was the first i spoke with. After that phone call I cancelled all the other meetings I had.
Gigi is so incredibly professional, calm, polite, just exactly who you would want helping you the entire way. We spoke once for a short time and it was like she instantly knew me, not just my wedding details. She is easy to get ahold of, extremely responsive and very detail oriented. To be honest, I don’t know how she gets the energy to do as much as she does. Every choice, vendor, and meeting that was required Gigi handled with such poise and professionalism. Even keeping them on weekends and if necessary as late as possible so that we would not miss work. Every time we met she ensured we have a schedule to hit a couple vendors at once to not waste anyone’s time. She keeps you calm when you’re afriad things may fall apart and solves all problems you throw at her.
My (new) husband and I have large opinionated families that all wanted to be around for the planning process. Gigi navigated these waters without breaking a sweat. Everyone she meets, everyone that has ever met her you will agree that she’s increíble. In fact, every vendor we interacted with said the same thing; “WOW with Gigi you’re in great hands.” And we were.
I could never thank Gigi enough for all of the hard work she did to make our weekend (because yes, she did my rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, AND brunch) even more than I could have every imagined. I felt like a guest at my wedding sometimes because I couldn’t have imagined what we had talked about coming out the way it did. Every turn has a detail, something unique, something she took time and dedication to complete.
I could go on forever and feel like I have, but if it’s one vendor from my whole experience I could recommend it would be WITHOUT A DOUBT Events by Gigi. She did so much more than help me plan a wedding, and for that I can never thank her enough. I find myself literally thinking of other things I can have Gigi plan for me (See you at my baby shower, Gigi).
Don’t make the mistake I did and call her toward the end. Grab your ring, grab your guy and have Gigi make your reality more incredible than what you even dreamed of. -

Simply amazing
Gigi was amazing!!! Choosing her as our month of/day of planner was the best decision ever. We started working together a few weeks before the month mark, always made herself available to us, was very very responsive and is a sweetheart. She was able to bring to life our wedding vision and so much more! She was on top of every single detail the entire day/night, which was extremely helpful so we were actually able to truly enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was under control. She was extremely flexible even with very last minute changes and never once pushed back. All of our vendors had so many great things to say about her and how great she was to work with. Gigi was the best investment we made for our special day, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing planner! -

Gigi was wonderful! She was my month of wedding coordinator. She started taking care of tasks long before the last month and was very on top of everything. She is extremely responsive, sends great suggestions and really connects with her brides. She made me feel like I was the only bride despite what I'm sure is an extremely busy schedule. She has great relationships with the other vendors, which helped save some money when it came to returning items to them (they all trusted her!). The day of, she was there by my side throughout it all. She took great care of all the details . . . even tied ribbons with name tags for all my guests for my wedding favors. The room reveal left me speechless - it was everything I wanted and more! She's also just a sweet genuine person and truly a delight to work with! I would recommend her to anyone and I would 100% work with her again (and I'm an OCD lawyer with high expectations so she had her hands full). :)

When it comes down to planning a wedding, there’s a million little details, a million large details and about a hundred opinions all flying at you at once.
Truly and honestly if it weren’t for Gigi, I don’t know that I would have enjoyed and loved my wedding day as much as I did.
Firstly, she’s just an absolute saint. She always ALWAYS operates professionally and is willing to work and fight for what you want. She knows how to talk to those people who are difficult and she knows how to navigate the wedding waters!
Secondly, Gigi is absolutely amazing when it comes to communication. You’ll never be ghosted or find find yourself waiting for an email response. She is prompt and always on the ball!
Lastly, Gigi has a heart of gold. She kept me sane when I wanted to scream or cry or give up. She has this amazing way of making it seem like you’ve known her for years. She’ll never take advantage and her fees are the fairest of MANY that we priced in South Florida.

One of the most important decisions you will make after saying yes to the love of your life is who will help you plan your wedding. Initially I thought my mom and I could handle it as we are super planners and organized by nature. However, we quickly found out we were way over our heads. We needed help! Thank God we found Gigi. We hired her as a partial planner. As everyone else has said she is super professional and very responsive. She was able to meet with us and schedule vendor appointments during the weekends which is rare. Her organization skills is beyond measure. The most impressive thing about Gigi is that she had the unique ability to make you feel like your wedding is the most important and the only one she is planning. As a person in general that needs to know every detail, I totally felt comfortable with her judgement, guidance and experience with design and vendor suggestions! When I first got engaged, one of the decisions that my mother and I made was to get a wedding planner. My mom has her own business and my job has a lot of unpredictable hours and travel. On our first meeting, Gigi asked me for my vision of my wedding and I honestly didn't have one. I was assured that this wasn't a problem and we got down to business discussing an overview of what the next year would look like. Over the course of the next 11 months, we met with Gigi around our hectic schedules and she accommodated asking vendors to meet at whatever time we were available, with some even opening their doors early to us. I was told on many occasions during the planning process that I didn't seem stressed at all and I can honestly say that I wasn't stressed a single second of the process. This is a true testament to Gigi and the service she provides. I haven't stopped receiving compliments on how beautiful or how fun our wedding was and what an amazing job Gigi and her team did. My husband and I are so grateful to Gigi and there aren't enough words to thank her for how perfectly our wedding came together.
