Evelyn was recommended to me by a colleague who had a destination wedding in 2021. I really wanted to make something similar happen for us, but did not even know where to begin. Evelyn helped us from selecting a location (researched and presented options), to keeping us on a timeline that was manageable the whole step of the way, to being with us in St. Maarten and putting out last minute fires. She gave us ideas that matched our vision, was honest if/when she thought something might not work or would be difficult, and helped us brainstorm tweaks when we needed it. She kept a good spirit the whole time and also knew how to be forward with vendors to ensure we were treated properly and had what we needed. If we didn't have her help, it never would have happened. But when it did, let's just say, everyone was blown away. Our wedding was unforgettable and Evelyn helped us make that happen.

Evelyn was such a pleasure to work with, and I am so glad I decided to bring her on as my event coordinator. While I had everything booked from a vendor perspective, she was really able to pull everyone in and fill any gaps that I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and organized - it really shows in the work that she does.
I really appreciated her thoroughness - from the beginning to end. I never felt like I was out of the loop or missing anything (this was such a relief as wedding planning is stressful!). She made sure I had everything I needed - video calls, check ins, finalizing timelines, and confirming details with all of my vendors. My wedding day was absolutely perfect - I was able to truly enjoy the day with my husband, friends, and family. I didn’t have to stress or worry about anything the day of and that’s because of Evelyn’s hard work. She was there to solve any issues that came up and made sure the day went as expected.
I cannot recommend Evelyn enough. If you need a wedding planner or even a day of coordinator, I highly recommend her!

From the first moment I met Evelyn at a bridal show, I knew that she was going to be the perfect person to plan my wedding and she definitely did not disappoint. Even though it took me two years to get everything planned, Evelyn was patient with us and was there every step of the way making sure it was as smooth and stress free as possible. An authentic, gorgeous soul who actualized our dream wedding
If I hadn't met Evelyn, I'm not sure my wedding would've happened. She has been the greatest light and comfort in such a huge milestone of my life. Despite numerous obstacles, Evelyn treated our planning process with a level of professionalism, kindness, and closeness that I rarely see in the event planning industry. From the beginning, she took the time to get to know my husband and I, and our love story. It's clear she genuinely loved us, and wanted to give us the best, most authentic wedding possible. And it was.
My husband and I had no idea what we wanted in terms of design; Evelyn took every jumbled thought in our head and actualized a gorgeous, whimsical day. Design and details are her expertise. Expect to be wowed with every choice--from the color palette, to unique guestbooks, to the types of flowers in your bouquets. She is not afraid to go against the norm, with bursts of color and unconventional choices for attire. Evelyn encouraged us to let our personalities shine; so many compliments from our wedding are thanks to her and her encouragment to be bold and original. It is a true gift to be able to say that our wedding reflected each of our personalities, and our love story, perfectly.
Finally, Evelyn dealt with different strong personalities with ease. You typically hear that your wedding is going to be the best day of your life, but you don't hear about how stressful it can be if you don't have the right support. Evelyn is that support. She is an expert mediator who will put you and your partner first, and make sure you remember it's *your* day. She balances creativity, organization, and warmth with ease. I feel that we've made a friend for life. I can't imagine hiring anyone else to plan my future events. Evelyn is our girl!

Words cannot express my gratitude for Evelyn My wedding was exactly how I ask! PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. Absolutely amazing! 10/10!
Where do I begin? Evelyn made one of the most stressful times in my life a walk in the park. Our wedding was August 15 and due to COVID-19 we had to drastically change our original plans including moving to another venue, cutting guest list from 175 to 25, ordering new rentals and facilitating a live stream for our wedding. Planning a wedding is difficult enough under circumstances but planning a micro-wedding in the midst of a pandemic is a whole different story. But having Evelyn on our side made this much less stressful than it could’ve been. Evelyn was beyond helpful throughout this whole process. She was always willing to hop on a call or video conference to discuss wedding details or answer any questions me or my mother had. She was phenomenal at communicating with vendors and came to each of our check ins with great updates and a plan to address any concerns that may have been raised. Her organizational skills are TOP TIER, and she truly has a plan for every possible scenario. Even on the day of the wedding our DJ didn’t show, but I didn’t notice a thing because there was a DJ in place when I walked down the aisle. The wedding timeline she put together was spectacular and it really made me feel good to have someone coordinating all the details before, during and after the wedding. I can’t thank Evelyn enough for being so warm, relatable, professional and absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend Evelyn to any bride who wants a top tier coordinator. We only did the day of coordination package but in hindsight I wish I would’ve absolutely done full wedding planning/coordination. Evelyn will forever be a part of my family and the memories of our special day. If you need a coordinator...BOOK HER NOW!! YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!

Choosing Evelyn as my wedding planner is the best choice a ever made so far with my wedding. I was coming off an experience with a terrible wedding planner so Evelyn was like my saving grace. She quickly learned everything that was going on with my wedding, helped me get back in line with my schedule, budget, wants and needs, and has been a trendies help with dealing with vendors. She basically alleviateD the “wedding stresses” I had and made me feel confident that my wedding day will go smooth. On top of that my wedding was impacted COVID-19 and she has been more than accommodating and helping me with vendors. Hiring Evelyn was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process!
She was very thorough and organized in the weeks leading up to the wedding, helping to organize vendor schedules and walking through the venue with me to review everything. She put together an extremely detailed timeline for the rehearsal and wedding day that helped keep everyone informed and on the same page. Both my photographer and DJ commented that she was the most detail-oriented day-of coordinator they’ve worked with, and they’ve been in the industry a long time!
The day of my wedding was a little chaotic as it was one of the last weddings before COVID19 shutdowns and things were changing rapidly. (Last-minute cancellations affected table settings, bar set ups, even the wedding procession, and then non-COVID related health issues caused last-minute changes to the father-daughter dance, just to name a few) Evelyn was calm, cool and collected, and helped make all of the last-minute changes happen. I cannot overstate how helpful it was to have her there. She never appeared frazzled, but somehow made it all happen, and managed to keep my glass full of champagne all night as well! (Not her job, but I appreciated it!) I heard nothing but compliments from everyone who interacted with her. Because I had Evelyn to manage the chaos, I was able to still enjoy the day and the guests who came all had a great time.
Evelyn far exceeded my expectations for a day of coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough!
