These girls know what they are doing. They are so organized, on track, creative, and don't miss a beat. Not only is the planning process so smooth, (my mom really enjoyed her monthly checklist after calls) the event itself was absolutely flawless. The team was so professional and organized throughout the event. I did not need to worry about a single thing. So worth the money, and I would recommend Events by Elle to anyone looking for a wedding perfectly tailored to them, where you can have fun and know that it is going to go smoothly because you have an awesome team running the show. The creative process really takes into consideration what each individual bride wants, and from what I've seen on Instagram, and my own wedding, they do a great job of really showing who that bride / couple are with the way they design their weddings. All so beautiful. -

Elite Wedding Planning Team!
Elle is truly the best event planner in Miami and has perfected the art of wedding planning! I don’t know what we would have done without her, Alex, and Alicia assisting us throughout the entire planning process of our welcome party and wedding. They were responsive, proactive, creative, and most importantly our biggest advocates when communicating with vendors. As a (slight) perfectionist, I was also thoroughly impressed on Elle and her team bringing our vision to life for both events. They made them 100x better than anything we could have dreamed of! Guests even remarked on their professionalism and attentiveness. We cannot recommend the company enough for any type of event planning and are eternally grateful!

Events By Elle is the most incredible event planning and design team. We hired them for our wedding and they exceeded our expectations far beyond anything we ever imagined. Not only did they make the wedding planning process straightforward and organized, they also made it into such a fun experience for us. They made our vision for design come to life and provided such creative recommendations to make it into something even better than what we envisioned. We were truly speechless once we saw our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception rooms in real life. I cannot imagine our wedding without them, and already miss working with them so much.
Elle, Alicia, and Alex are such professional, talented, and kind people. Throughout the wedding planning process, they kept us on track, made us feel confident with our progress, and were ALWAYS there to answer our calls and questions. The team at Events by Elle is made up of superheroes. When I started looking for a planner, I wanted to work with someone whose perspective and aesthetic was current and unique rather than stuffy and predictable.
After my first conversation with Elle and her team, I knew we had to work with them. Elle was immediately and genuinely kind. She asked questions I would never even think of, which was the first indication of many that she and Events by Elle are always thinking multiple steps ahead so I didn’t have to.
Throughout 2 years of planning, I was also in law school. The whole team guided me so gracefully through the process. They were understanding, professional, and communicative. Working with them was literally a dream. I also was dealing with some specific family dynamics, and they helped me work through those to make the weekend the best and most authentic it could be.
Alex, who worked on the design, is a true artist who embraced our vision with sincere excitement. Her extensive knowledge and talent brought our dream to life in a way that was so much better than anything we could have imagined.
Two weeks leading up to the wedding, I was in the midst of law school exams, and I thought to myself - why am I not more stressed? The reason was because Elle and her team had so thoughtfully guided me through the process, so that in the final days leading up to it, there were no loose ends to tie up. We were so ready.
The morning of my wedding, the AC in our venue went out. Alicia, our logistics point person on Elle’s team, did not miss a single beat. She was both on her feet helping to resolve the situation and making sure everything was running smoothly as my bridesmaids and I were getting ready. I was beyond impressed.
There is too much to say about the actual event. Even with all of the hype and thought leading up to it, it was even more exciting and beautiful than what we could have hoped. The energy, the flow, the vendors - it was flawless. If you’re getting married or planning any event, you will be so grateful to have them by your side. Not only was working with them such an incredible experience, but we feel lucky to now be connected with each person on the team. They are all amazing people.

Exceptional service, expertise and knowledgeable team! 100% accessibility at any time! Responsible, attentive, organized …there are not enough words to describe my experience using Elle! From our initial meeting to the bi-weekly calls. Check lists, contracts, vendors… they do it all ! One thing I will say is I was able to enjoy my daughter’s wedding. Experience from start to finish! Especially the day of the wedding where your nerves are on point. Mine weren’t I didn’t need to think about anything or worry about anything …they were there to make sure all details were met! Exceptional service and on point to every detail ! I highly recommend Elle’s team you will not regret the decision. Couldn’t have received more compliments following my daughter’s wedding mentioning all details!! I can't express enough how grateful I am to Elle and her team for helping plan our dream wedding! We are so happy with how everything turned out on our special day and we can't wait to see our photos. From our initial consultation call to days after our wedding, Elle and her team have been super supportive and attentive. The team made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire planning process and were so helpful with their advice when it came down to making some tough decisions along the way. They were always available if I had a question, whether it be a holiday, weekend or late hours of the night. I am a very detail-oriented bride and they allowed me to really be a part of the process, and were open to all of my ideas. I worked very closely with Alex on the design of the wedding weekend and we immediately clicked and she just understood the vision we had so well, and even came up with some great designs and ideas along the way. Emily was also super helpful and was on top of things from day 1, with constant reminders and checklists to make sure Max and I were on track with ordering items, reviewing invoices etc. We are so happy we chose Events by Elle to plan our special day and hope we get to work with them again for other events in the future :) THANK YOU!! Events by Elle planned, designed and created our DREAM WEDDING!
There is not enough positive things we can say about Elle and her team!! She and her team are extremely detail oriented and attentive, and were just a phone call away at all times to navigate us through our wedding planning timeline. From mood boards and color choices to dress shopping and vendor meetings, Elle and her team were with us every step of the way! Not only did Elle and her spectacular team help us plan and create the wedding of our dreams but they became dear friends along the way. Our wedding simply would not have been what it was without them and we are so thankful for them! We miss them already and can’t wait to work with them again on a future event. Five stars for sure! Amazing team
Events By Elle was the best decision we made when deciding on a wedding planner for our daughter's wedding at Fairchild Botanic Tropical Gardens. Elle and her phenomenal team had the know how and expertise to create the most MAGICAL day ever at a venue that was basically a blank canvas. Flawless Work of Art
I cannot recommend Events by Elle enough, they deserve thousands of stars! From the moment we contracted with them, the care, dedication, and professionalism were beyond expectations. Today, we live in a society where responsibility and human interaction is lacking. If you want attention to everything pertinent to your wedding, including, but not limited to, attending the dress selection, the invitation selection, the venue selection, the tastings, the cake, etc., while assisting you with opinions when you request it, Events by Elle is your GO TO. Everything from the church to the venue was impeccable. The decor, the attention to detail, "PERFECTION" is a good word to describe this organization's work. When we entered the venue, we witnessed a "Flawless Work of Art". The location of the bars, tables, sweetheart table, cake table, etc., the table settings, the lighting, the flower placements, were truly flawless! Words cannot express the gratitude that we have for the entire team from Events by Elle. "EXCELLENCE" is an understatement!!! Would recommend Events by Elle a million times over!! Events by Elle was honestly the best decision I made during my wedding planning process. Her team was not only extremely responsive, supportive and innovative in ideas, but she made my dream wedding vision come to life despite the last minute rainy weather we had. In less than a week we transformed my floorplan to work under rain tents and to be honest, it came out beyond my expectations and maybe even cooler if it was not under a tent. Her team worked late nights to be able to ensure my mother and I can be calm the week of securing rain rents and vendors to make sure we were covered. Her team remained calm and supportive during the process which made us feel at peace. Not only is this team professional, they become like family. Spending months planning and many late nights up until the last hour of my special day, they make you feel like home and you can ask them anything without feeling they are just giving you a "planners" opinion. My mother and I kept saying we are going to be sad to not talk/see them after our big day but I know they will continue to touch other brides the way they did to us! -

Elle and her team were worth every penny spent. The experience with them was absolutely incredible. I was luckily able to keep Elle for an extra year due to the pandemic. I don't know what I would've done without her. They are incredibly organized and on top of every single detail. They would constantly send me reminders and lists of everything that I would have to get done. Their attention to every little detail was outstanding. They are very professional while at the same time feeling like I gained some new friends. Whatever you want they can make it happen and will find the right person/company for the job. They work with every price range and will stay within whatever budget you give them. The day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing. I was able to hang out with all of my bridesmaids while they were handling all of the vendors and making sure that everyone was where they needed to be (including the groomsmen). In addition, I left my vail at home and one of her team (shoutout to Alex) drove all the way to my house to get my vail and bring it back. Needless to say, if you have one thing to spend more money on than others for your wedding, I would highly recommend Elle and her team! -

Absolutely the BEST!
I cannot say enough about Elle, Madeleine, and the Events by Elle team! I made the decision to hire Elle early in 2020 for my son and daughter-in-law’s Rehearsal Dinner. They were already doing a beautiful job planning the wedding so it made sense that they oversee the rehearsal dinner details as well. We never expected that the pandemic would shut the world down with only 5 days to go. While we were all in a state of shock, Elle and her team wasted no time contacting the vendors, rescheduling the event, and making sure every contract and deposit would be honored. After postponing 3 times and reworking every detail, we finally had the most beautiful and fun-filled rehearsal dinner. Elle and her team exceeded every expectation and I cannot imagine how I would have done this on my own in the craziest year of our lives. -

What can I say about this wonderful team? The Events by Elle team was a godsend in the most tumultuous year of my life. Throughout 2019, we planned a gorgeous wedding in Miami, FL that was ultimately cancelled 5 days out due to the COVID-19 shutdown in March 2020. Elle and Madeleine worked endlessly to make sure every vendor, contract and detail was sorted while the world was in chaos. Throughout three reschedules (and a last minute venue change), Elle and her team managed to keep everything organized and flowing in the most uncertain of times. As we finally rescheduled my wedding to May 1, 2021, our original venue was unable to open in time for our new date. Elle and Madeleine replanned an entirely new wedding from the ground up (sometimes literally) in 45 days. Every detail was exquisite, every issue had a timely solution, and Elle and her team handled it with grace and confidence. I could not recommend this team enough. They are truly the best wedding planners in the business! -

Events by Elle exceeded our expectations. Elle and her team are by far the best wedding planners. Our 2020 wedding had to be rescheduled because of the pandemic, and they took care of rescheduling all of the vendors with so much grace and class. We definitely couldn't have gotten through the whole experience without them. They are the best in the business. -

Events by Elle is composed of Miami's most talented team! Elle and her team not only create an experience and the wedding/event of your dreams but a friendship. From dress shopping to mood boards and choosing flowers Elle and her team are always right by your side. Their taste is exquisite and their guidance is paramount. I feel lucky to have had Elle and her team by my side every step of the way! Her knowledge and expertise in wedding/event planning helped me navigate through a Covid wedding with calmness and ease. It also helped me choose the best vendors and plan a destination wedding without one hiccup! All their hard work and dedication during the 10 months of prep leading up to my big day was evident the day of the wedding. Wedding day is the best and most important day of your life and this team truly made it magical and seamless. I like to think of Elle and her team as little fairies just sprinkling their perfect magic every where they go no matter how big or small the detail is. I had someone by my side from the moment I called Events by Elle for the first time to the moment I said good night 10 months later after my wedding. It is remarkable to watch this Eller and her team work together and I am lucky to have done it not only for my wedding but my sisters wedding as well! -

I first hired Events By Elle in 2014 for my 30th wedding anniversary party at the Coral Gables Country Club. I was so pleased with Elle and her team that I hired her again a year later to help my future daughter-in-law with her wedding at Vila Woodbine. Now, five years later, it was my daughter’s turn to get married and we never thought twice about who would help us make the affair at the Biltmore Hotel go smoothly.
Elle has a few packages to choose from. On this occasion we chose her help for the month leading up to her wedding day. Elle made sure to touch base with all my vendors and make sure they arrived according to a perfectly devised timeline. She helped me decide what was of upmost importance and what was trivial- and she was always right. When the day arrived Elle effortlessly got us all through hair and makeup, made sure we were dressed on time and coordinated photographs, transportation and so many other things. We just followed her lead and all turned out perfectly. We got to enjoy every moment of the day (almost as if we were guests at our own party) because Elle had handled everything.
Another thing we took advantage of was their design package. The Events By Elle team listened to what my daughter liked and created a vision board that coordinated colors, flowers, furniture rentals and so much more. They then got estimates from vendors that were approved by our venue and submitted them to us for our approval. They know the scale of the rooms and knew what worked best- their vision and guidance with the floor plans and placement of furniture was priceless and made the cocktail in the terrace as well as the dinner in the ballroom look spectacular.
Finally, let me say that planning a wedding during COVID is difficult. As our guest count changed daily, they rearranged tables and kept our frayed nerves at bay. They held our hands and our hearts the whole time.
I have no other children to marry now but all is well because Events By Elle will help with all special occasions and I’m hoping the grandkids will have many parties. I cannot recommend them enough. -

Most INCREDIBLE team for planning your wedding
The Events By Elle team is the best wedding planner in South Florida. The team was constantly ahead of the game for the entire wedding planning process. Elle and Madeleine have an incredible eye for detail and were on top of every aspect while planning the wedding making our lives incredibly easy. They have a relationship with every vendor in the area guaranteeing the best rates to maintain the budget we needed. They transformed my parents backyard into a stunning wedding venue, while maintaining that home-like feeling we hoped for in having a wedding at home. Every step of the process was incredibly smooth and well thought out because of their consistent efforts to make me feel comfortable and stress-free.
Planning a wedding during COVID (11/28/20) was not easy considering all the changes we had to make, new vendors, potential date changes, and decreasing the guest list. But they were ahead of it all ready for each challenge we faced. Elle and Madeleine were extremely on top of all the COVID protocols and were in constant contact with each vendor ensuring they were up to date with every change in safety measures to ensure we had every precaution necessary to keep everyone safe. The protocols they used and followed kept everyone safe resulting in no one getting sick, which is incredibly reassuring during these times.
I cannot stress enough how incredible this whole team is putting all of our wants and needs first during the entire process. They made our dream day come true and perfect during a global pandemic, which says a lot about what this team is capable of. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have their dream wedding while staying in budget and safe! Elle is the way to go 11/10 every time! -

Phenomenal Wedding Planner
If your dream wedding is everything you want and more, I would highly recommend EventsByElle on exceeding that and all expectations. Her team is so professional, organized and fun to work with. They truly listen to your vision but most importantly they make that vision happen. The details, the work ethics, their incredible team work, everything was amazing! Finding a wedding planner is pretty stressful but when I made an appointment with Elle, I knew right away by her work she was the one. I also highly recommend the “Diamond Experience” because having someone there with you who knows what their doing from the beginning to end makes a huge difference and it’s worth EVERY penny! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for my husband and I. They made planning a wedding (during covid) so pleasant and so safe. -

There are no words that would really describe our experience with Elle because we are truly speechless with how amazing Elle and her team were. From the moment we started planning our wedding a year ago Elle was so organized kept us in check and consistently spoke with us every month to make sure everything was handled so we were not stressed a month before the wedding trying to get things done at the last minute. I have spent the past few days after the wedding in awe I am truly speechless at the level of work and magical memory Elle and her team created for us. EVERY detail was perfection there was not one bad part or area of our wedding that needed improvement everything was executed FLAWLESSLY every time i turned my head during the wedding someone from her team was right there asking what we needed and made sure everything was handled immediately. I have worked with many event planners due to my career being in PR and I can confidentially say Elle and her team are the best in the industry. Better Than I Could've Imagined - I'm a client for life!
Elle was an absolute dream to work with. Despite everything this Covid pandemic threw at us, from several reschedules, restrictions and venue changes, Elle never waivered in her commitment to our vision. Even with all the uncertainty this pandemic brought us, we were always 100% certain that Elle would plan an unforgettable day. And she absolutely delivered- above and beyond.
Elle's taste is refined, elegant and fun. She contributed fresh and tasteful ideas while always listening closely to what we described as our dream wedding, helping us articulate our ideas and getting all vendors on the same page.
I was so impressed that all our vendors spoke so highly of Elle. Elle is always calm, organized, on schedule and is respected by everyone in the industry.
Elle made what could have been a very stressful wedding planning experience during a pandemic into something better that what I could have imagined. -

Janice Sent on 07/17/2018This review is way overdue... While we loved all of our vendors, Events by Elle was hands down the best vendor decision we made for our event! From the second they took over (about a month out from the wedding date) I felt such a HUGE surge of relief, it's inexplicable. <3 We had done much of the planning alone, but had left so many little things unpolished without even realizing it! We worked predominantly with Madeline, and everything was delegated to a tee. I could expect a text or email check-in every other day, and 99% of the time ALL the work had been done, I just needed to say "yes" or "no." The event went off without a hitch, and I honestly say I felt ZERO stress the day-of thanks to the ladies at Events by Elle. <3 I woke up and walked down the hall to the conference space already set up for me and my girls. Other vendors arrived seamlessly (no one from my bridal party received a single call or text to try and coordinate anything). After the wedding my mom was laughing when she mentioned a few of the curve balls that the ladies took care of because she couldn't believe I hadn't even caught wind of any of them.
1,000% recommend! Sweetest, most professional team there is out there!!! Even managed to keep my Groomzilla in check & on time!!!! <3 So grateful! -
