Working with Jorge for our wedding was a dream come true. We had met with other wedding planners and there was no one else like him. What makes them special is that they have their own array of chairs, tables, linens, cups, and everything else you can think of!! There was no need to outsource other vendors. You can go see them for yourself and see their inventory. They are not just wedding planners. They are the WHOLE PACKAGE. We absolutely got our money’s worth.
A friend of ours recommended them to us since they had personally used them for their own wedding a couple years back. And we’re so glad they did. Jorge and Ismael made us feel at ease during our wedding planning process. They took care of it all, allowing us to focusing on other things like honeymoon planning and getting our new home ready. 10/10 we recommend them. -

We are so grateful. There are no words to describe what we felt when we walked in and saw the incredible event you created. To your entire staff—servers, bartenders, master of ceremonies, DJ—thank you all so very much.
Your professionalism and your ability to quickly capture and execute an idea were simply outstanding. There are no words to fully express our emotions; you were wonderful in making my daughter’s dreams come true.
Our guests were exceptionally well taken care of. The food service was wow!!! And what can I say about the lemon cake—it was amazing!
Please be ready for my next quinceañera in four years—I promise to start planning a year in advance. -

A Perfectly Orchestrated Night We’ll Never Forget
Our wedding night was truly unforgettable, and Events By Alejandrina played a major role in bringing it all together.
From the moment I saw my bride walk into the chapel in her wedding dress, I was overwhelmed with emotion. Holding her hands, looking into her eyes, and saying “I do” was one of the most meaningful moments of my life. Our first dance was just as special, holding her close, feeling her heartbeat, and realizing I was marrying my best friend and my forever.
The entire evening was beautifully coordinated and flowed seamlessly from start to finish. The ceremony and reception felt thoughtful, intentional, and stress free. We shared laughter, heartfelt vows, and meaningful moments with family and friends. The speeches from her father and sister were especially touching.
The food was excellent, the cake was delicious, and every detail came together perfectly. Most importantly, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding.
We are incredibly grateful to Events By Alejandrina for helping create a night filled with love, emotion, and memories we will cherish forever. -

I honestly don’t even have the words to fully express how grateful we are for our wedding planners. They went above and beyond in every single way to make our day absolutely magical. From the first meeting, they made us feel heard, supported, and excited — and somehow, they turned all of our ideas (and even the ones we didn’t know we had!) into the most beautiful reality.
The entire night felt like a dream. Everything flowed perfectly, the decor was stunning, and every little detail was thought of. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry, and that’s all thanks to them.
They’re more than planners — they felt like friends by the end of it. If you’re thinking about hiring them, do it. You deserve to feel this taken care of on your big day. A thousand times thank you — we’ll never forget it.

Truly Amazing Experience!
My wife and I wanted a Greek theme for our wedding. Jorge and Ismael kept coming up with great ideas as we planned the event. They arranged almost everything and kept our stress levels very low. When we walked into our wedding venue, we were both speechless. Elegant, beautiful, and stunning came to mind. These guys nailed it! True professionals and visionaries. Where do I begin.. Jorge and Ismael have a true passion for what they do. The vision!! I was in love with the ideas we came up with. But then... making that vision come to life! WOW!! These guys are beyond talented at what they do. Our theme for my dad's 60th Birthday was "King of the Jungle." We wanted to bring this vision to life in a way that was tasteful, masculine, elegant and regal!! They did not undersell what they would do. I remember walking into the venue, and just WOW, it not only came together exceeding all of our expectations, but we actually felt like we were in the most royal and regal jungle there ever could be. Thank you Jorge and Ismael for not only being such a true pleasure to work, but with for bringing our vision to life in a way that we could have never imagined. Ha pasado el tiempo pero el hermoso recuerdo sigue floreciente como el primer dia. El 21 de Enero del 2023 en Coral Gables Woman's Club se hizo realidad el deseo de nuestra princesa Layla Perera. Tener una fiesta de quinceañera era su sueño mas anhelado. Gracias a Ismael y Jorge por su absoluta dedicacion desde el primer dia sin considerar ponerle limites a su tiempo de trabajo. Ustedes superaron nuestra expectativas. Su atencion ha estado por encima de cualquier objetivo. Tanto es su entrega que hasta ayudaron a Layla a escoger su vestido para el gran evento. Hemos recibido elogios de todos los invitados por el trato impecable de todo el personal de trabajo. Nos sorprendieron con detalles que no estaban incluidos en el paquete. Realmente fue una noche llena de magia. Perfection
I have no other words than "THANK YOU" to Ismael and Jorge for making our dream wedding reality. Our wedding came out just as we Imagined and everything was due to their hard work. Like every Bride I was very stressed out about everything and they always made everything so easy , they are very friendly and easy to work with. Ismael and Jorge make a prefect team, the day of the wedding they were at the wedding venue very early in the morning until the end of the wedding making sure every details was a planned. Ismael and Jorge are the most professional, patient and friendly party planners on the planet. I met them less than a month before my event and they immediately went into party planning mode gathering my vision in order to transform it into reality. They made me feel super comfortable when I would stress about the little details and handled everything so well. Even on the day of the party, any little details were handled immediately and so gracefully. I cannot imagine this party coming out any better than it did and I will be using them for the rest of my life!! -

We had our wedding on December 10, 2022 and our family and friends are still talking about it. Jorge and Ismael exceeded our expectations! They went above and beyond and even included some surprises the day of the wedding. My husband and I had communication with Jorge and Ismael pretty much on a daily basis. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. I was not the easiest bride to deal with however, they always remained professional and had a way of easing my nerves. The decor, the food, the flower, their contacts and vendors( Pro Deejays, Frank Nunez, Gerardo) just pure geniuses that create magic. I highly recommend you use Jorge and Ismael you can put your trust in them and believe that they will deliver the highest quality on your wedding day. They became our family and we are so sad that the wedding is over because they became a big part of our life. Their attention to detail is spectacular like nothing I have ever seen before. If you want professionals with attention to detail and great taste, then you must go with them. We are forever grateful for these two magical souls. -

Quinceañera Party
I am beyond happy with the outcome of my daughters 15. Putting together a party of this magnitude is nerve wrecking imaging adding to that equation a hormonal teenager. They made sure they catered to her every need and wants. We had a dream of what that day would look like. Gave them that idea and they took off with it. All I need to say is they went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was at an awe. There was so much attention to the details. It was sophisticated glam for a my princess!

Where to begin? Ismael and Jorge not only have excellent communication and customer service skills, but their exquisite taste and attention to detail shows in all their work. Right off the bat they made me feel at ease, listened to, and they captured my vision perfectly. My wedding was absolutely perfect. Everything went as planned, on schedule, resulting in little to no stress for me and my family. Every last detail was top quality, beautiful, and in great taste. Excellent!!! Above and beyond my expectations!! I was called “the most calm bride anyone has ever met” and I was calm on my wedding day because EVERYTHING was taken care of. These are the best wedding planners around. The cake, floral arraignments, center pieces, table setting, food, DJ, MC everything and everyone was fantastic. Our wedding had to incorporate Latin and American music which was seamlessly done by the DJ. The MC was super nice and told everyone exactly what they needed to do. The amount of detail Jorge and Ishmael paid attention to and remembered for my wedding amidst having 100 other wedding shows how much they care about each Bride individually. They knew I loved gold- they pointed out which options would go with my taste. They were never pushy, had great ideas for my wedding and executed it perfectly.
Before meeting with the wedding planners, I tried to plan my wedding on my own… I learned two things: it was MORE expensive and more work then using Jorge and Ishmael service. I’m still dreaming about the wedding I had.
The decorations they offer are exquisite. Even our napkin holders were beautiful. The florals and the cake were designed EXACTLY how I wanted it. No miscommunication or sorry, we don’t have that… they got it all right.
They brought my flowers to my hotel, they checked in throughout the night to make sure I was happy and they CLEANED and packaged all my utensils I used to cut the cake and my toasting flutes. They cleaned them and put them back in their original boxes which is how I provided it to the wedding planners. They packaged my picture frames of loved ones no longer with us and all frames were returned without any damages. They packaged our candles, seating chart exactly how we gave it to them. Which takes time and consideration. I’m sure after a long day setting up and tearing down a wedding the last thing you want to do is repackage multiple things you received from the bride. But, it was done and given back to me exactly how I gave it to them.
These wedding planners planned my brother’s wedding 8 years ago and they did not disappoint 8 years later. Book them for your upcoming wedding. -

Well I should say I, because Gabe was in complete shocked of how beautiful and glam it was 🤪🤩 Thanks to you we never had any doubts, nerves or worries about how the day would go and we (and our guests) therefore could enjoy it to the fullest. Cuando lees Events by Alejandrina debes pensar en profesionalismo, elegancia, detalles, entrega, pasion, delicadeza y sobre todo mucho amor en lo que hacen estos dos seres tan maravillosos. Mi primera llamada con Ismael y Jorge fue una conversacion de informaion pero no podia creer todo lo que me estaban explicando con tanto detalle y amor, sin haberles conocido sabia que estaba haciendo la mejor eleccion, cuando colgamos le dije a mi mama "ellos son unos duros". Cuando empezamos el proceso cada llamada era unica, es increible como puedes desear y crear la boda de tus suenos. Nuestra boda fue pospuesta 2 veces y nunca tuvimos ningun problema en hacer los cambios y nada afecto nuestro contrato, al contrario estaban dia y noche disponible para lo que necesitaramos. Hay tantas cosas que escoger que ni yo tenia idea; nuestra cita para el set up de los tables fue muy gracioso yo queria que me ensenaran solo 2 o 3 manteles pero no, ellos hasta que no te ven 100% enamorada de lo que tus ojos ven no paran, recuerdo que les decia que yo queria un set up light, no tan cargado porque yo era muy sencilla, sin tanto brillo y termine escogiendo todo lo contrario, sus palabras fueron: y tu dices que eres sencilla? nos echamos a reir todos. Cuando llego el momento de las flores me piedieron algunas ideas y lo mismo que me imagine fue lo que me crearon; mi ramo, los centerpieces, los ramos de las bridesmaids, los boutonniere, todo. Food tasting appointment, wow con esto si me quedo sin palabras, que calidad de comida, el chef nos preparo todo lo que podiamos tener para nuestros invitados y mientras mas probaba mas me gustaba todo, el dia de la boda todos nuestros invitados estaban fascinados por la comida lo rica que estaba, el cake supero mis expectativas, nunca me hubiese imaginado escoger un sabor para mi wedding cake de pina colada, pero con Ismael y Jorge todo es nuevas experiencias.
Y llego el gran dia, estuvieron tan al pendientes de nosotros que conversamos con ellos durante el dia para recibir sus bendiciones y para que no nos preocuparamos por nada. Ismael estuvo a cargo de todo el evento desde la manana hasta que se fue el ultimo invitado, siempre al pendiente de todos los detalles. Nuestras familias, nuestros invitados no paraban de decir lo increible que estaba todo, llore mucho de emocion cuando se abrieron las puertas del salon y vi la magia que habian echo para convertir mi boda sonada en realidad.
Gracias Ismael y Jorge por su tiempo y dedicacion en esta nueva etapa, nada de mis hermosos recuerdos hubiesen podido ser posible sin ustedes dos. GRACIAS por hacer mis suenos realidad, por tener la mejor de las bodas, pero sobre todo por el inmenso recuerdo que dejaron para siempre en nuestras familias y en nuestros corazones.

Despues de la noche de ayer me han dejado sin palabras. Desde el comienzo hasta el fin, todo ha sido una “pasada” como dicen los españoles. Pero lo de ayer me dejó atónita. Cuanta belleza. Cuanto profesionalismo. Cuanta delicadeza en cada detalle. Parecía la hija de ustedes quien se casaba. Cada minuto empleado. Cada centavo invertido. Wow. VALIÓ LA PENA!! Una vez después de un gran proyecto terminado alguien me pregunto lo siguiente: “si tuvieras que hacerlo de nuevo, harías algo diferente?” Me tome unos segundos mientras pensaba y no pude encontrar NADA que hubiera hecho de otra manera. Where to begin!!! Ismael and Jorge are the ABSOLUTE BEST in their industry! My wedding turned out to be the wedding of my dreams and more! Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and the level of care they put into your entire experience with them is incomparable! Choosing them as our wedding planners, caterers, and decorators was the BEST decision ever! Our guests couldn’t mention enough how delicious the food was (which is not common to happen with caterers) and how beautiful everything looked! They also mentioned how great all the drinks were and the fact that they could order any drink (no cheap alcohol!) The staff was super professional, they kept all of the tables clean between servings and were very courteous to our guests. The level of attention that they provide is like no other, our wedding was two years in the making due to COVID and at no moment did they become unresponsive or did I feel stressed. It’s pretty much impossible to go through an event planning experience with them and not leave considering them MUCH more than planners, they are TRULY that great! In summary, Ismael and Jorge are event planning geniuses and having them on your team is the best possible decision you could make when planning any type of event. With them, there is no room for error and you can be assured that you’re event will be a total success and that you will have gained two incredible friends. -

Ismael and Jorge did a wonderful job on my daughter's 15 party this past weekend. The entire team was very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and vendors.
Ismael put in a lot of effort, passion and love in everything that he touched. Everything was perfect, the appetizers at the cocktail were delicious, the music, and the ballroom in the third floor with the mirror ceiling, the mirror tables with beautiful chairs and magestic centerpieces make the event beautiful and unforgettable
Ismael and Jorge were like a breath of fresh calming air that helped me since day 1. For that, I will always be thankful. -

Where do I begin? From day one, Jorge and Ismael provided excellent personalized attention to us. They did the impossible and more to make sure all of our requests were Granted. They, together with their incredible team are not only totally dedicated to their work but also incredibly talented, experienced and professional. They took care of every detail with, patience and understanding. They helped us in all areas of planning and handled everything for us. They work with the best in the industry: Florist: Flowers by Landy, Gerardo made our floral arrangements and decorations look like a fairytale. The DJ, Eddy: incredible work, professional the best sound, light effects, video screen that made the party a success. Dinner was spectacular, delicious, very appealing. The cake was a dream and tasted like a little peace of heaven. So many different details that were perfectly coordinated and executed. There are really no words to express our gratitud to Jorge and Ismael, as well as, every single person that made this day unforgettable. I can’t sing their praises enough. This process would have been a lot more stressful without them and I’m so grateful my mom serendipitously ran into them and we were able to work together. I recommend them to everyone I possibly can.
They truly only work with the best vendors out there.. Here’s a breakdown of the services:
The DJ- By far the best DJ I’ve ever seen... so much attention to detail from the notes we sent him, used our plays lists, integrated so perfectly... we had family asking for his number.
THE FOOD- A friend who attends a lot of weddings says it was the best food he’s had at a wedding... and he is harsh critic.
THE CAKE- Identical to the picture. Flawless. Delicious.
THE FLOWERS- So perfect. I didn’t know what I wanted and he made something so beautiful out of such minimal guidance... he is so talented
THE THEME- They took my vision and made it BETTER than what I imagined. Wow.
THE COFFEE BAR- Line was longer than the bar sometimes! My mom was so right to request it. I thought it was not really necessary and I was totally wrong! People are so tired after traveling.
THE BARTENDERS- My friends loved the drinks! They mentioned it often. They felt the drinks were fairly strong.
I could not give them a criticism or complaint even if they begged me to. -
