Sina and Dolly both did a great job coordinating all our wedding events to perfection. We hired them just a month before and also had trouble with the reception venue which we ended up changing eventually. Give the small amount of time and hassle they still managed everything pretty well and ensured that we can enjoy our wedding day. Would highly recommend Epic Everlasting for any event -

from start to finish, they always made sure this was everything we wanted. they advocates for us when we felt uncomfortable to advocate for ourselves, they talked us through our stress and so much more. especially come day of- it ended up raining our whole wedding week and they went above and beyond to figure out new schedules and keep it smooth flowing with all the guests which we are forever grateful for!!! we had them every step of the way and they truly took on the roles of planners & so much more and we are lucky to call them friends now! -

We had Epic (Sina and her team) for our wedding in August 2025 and we had the most unforgettable wedding week! I knew I wanted Epic to plan my wedding before I even had a man!!!
Epic everlasting is the only way to go!!! Choosing them to plan our wedding was by far the best decision we could have ever made. They are the most dedicated and experienced team!
The reason our wedding and all events were so successful is all because of them! It all starts with the level of detail the Epic team brought during the planning. They think of anything and everything for each event and their help with contacting vendors and coordinating between them and every little detail in between it all is so good! They are extremely experience in what they do and their guidance helped throughout the entire planning process. The team is incredibly organized, both on paper and in their minds. They’re aware of every detail at all times during the planning and during the events. During the wedding, the team is so locked in on facilitating the event, making sure everything is going as expected and running on schedule, all while maintaining calm in their presence. They are also such a great group that they make it a point to make sure the families are all comfortable with them. Our families trusted and loved the team just as much as we did. They really care about the bride and groom and their ultimate goal is making them happy, and that is all that we felt during the entire planning and event period. Someone was always there to answer a question or make sure that we were doing good. Which brings me to another point, the team makes themselves so available throughout the wedding and responds immediately when you need them. We were so stressed-free during the entire wedding week because of them.
Epic became family from the beginning! ❤️
Not only do we wish that we could re-live the wedding week, but we wish we can re-live the entire wedding planning period because of how much we love engaging with Epic! We can’t imagine having anyone else plan weddings!

My husband and I got married in NJ in Nov 2025 and are so grateful to EEE for the year of planning and the day of execution! They always kept us on task, advocated for us with vendors, had unique suggestions for details of the wedding day, and had so much experience to draw from when we had questions about logistics/planning. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I (and our families) had such a stress-free enjoyable day because we knew we were in such great hands! Best day of my life - made easier and so much more amazing by the organization and coordination of the EEE team. Huge huge thank you to Sina, Dhara and Keerthi! We will remember this day forever! -

Our wedding weekend was truly the best weekend of our lives, and we owe so much of that joy to the incredible team at Epic Everlasting Events! They took our visions and inspirations and turned them into reality—without breaking the bank. From start to finish, EEE made everything so seamless. They were an absolute dream to work with, always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and guide us with their expert advice.
They helped us secure the most amazing vendors and navigated every step of the planning process with ease. When the big weekend arrived, we didn’t have to stress for even a second. Sina, Niki, and Saran managed everything flawlessly—from coordinating vendors to ensuring our guests were happy—so that we and our families could relax and simply enjoy the celebrations.

From the moment I got engaged (and honestly, even before!), I knew that I wanted Epic Everlasting Events to be our wedding planner—it was an easy decision. Anytime I saw a beautifully executed wedding on social media from the Charlotte area, EEE was always the name behind it. What I didn’t realize at the time was just how hands-on and deeply involved the EEE team would be throughout the entire journey. I had originally planned to contact them after securing our venue and setting a date, assuming that planning could only truly begin after that. I couldn’t have been more wrong. My family and I spent countless hours searching for a venue that could accommodate our large guest list and meet our vision, but nothing felt quite right. Just as we were about to settle and sign a contract elsewhere, we reached out to EEE—thinking we had done our part and now it was time to move on to the next phase of planning. That’s when Sina stepped in. Sina immediately recommended a venue we had previously ruled out due to catering restrictions. But thanks to her remarkable connections, she made the impossible happen and secured our dream venue. From that moment on, Sina continued to exceed every expectation.
She invests in truly getting to know her clients from the very beginning—listening to their vision, understanding their personalities, and then thoughtfully executing every detail to bring it all to life. I told her at our first meeting that I wanted a “WOW” wedding, something unforgettable as it happens only once-in-a-lifetime. Sina took that to heart and went above and beyond to make it a reality.
From vendor recommendations to joining every call with them to advocating on our behalf, she was there at every turn. I had once expressed interest in doing upside-down indoor fireworks, only to be told by the venue it wasn’t possible. I let it go—but Sina didn’t. Just weeks before the wedding, I got a call from Sina saying the venue had approved it and could hear the excitement in her voice!
As with any large wedding, a few hiccups were inevitable, but Sina handled each one calmly, oftentimes shielding us from the stress. Her mantra throughout was: “No Chinta!” She even noticed that the trail of my ghunghat could be a safety concern on the mandap and suggested I get a second veil—something I hadn’t considered at all when I excitedly showed her pictures of all of my outfits after getting back from India. She has such an eye for the finest details!
Being the first wedding in my close family, we felt a mix of excitement and stress. Sina and Keerthi guided us with incredible patience. They helped walk us through the traditions, ensured all ceremony items were perfectly organized, and took care of every detail no matter how trivial it may seem. Their communication skills were off the charts throughout the entire process and organization was on a whole new level when it came to their excel sheet!
During wedding week, Sina and her team truly went above and beyond their roles: helping me with my jewelry, surprising me with milkshakes while I fasted, and constantly checking in on Rajan and I to make sure we were taken care of.
Our wedding week was pure magic, filled with moments we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Sina and the EEE team didn’t just plan our wedding as clients—but truly as family. And for that, we are endlessly grateful.

Honestly, the BEST wedding planning team you could ever have! We got married in September 2024 and started our journey with Epic Everlasting Events in April 2023 after getting engaged. We had an introductory meeting with Sina and I was sold! The organization blew me away and as an Indian bride, what more could want?! An organized wedding planning team that has their stuff together? YES, PLEASE! Sina and team literally held our hands throughout the entire process! Everything from guiding us through the vendor selection process to helping us gather wedding items to executing the wedding weekend flawlessly! As a bride, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the wedding weekend! Sina and her team coordinated everything and were on top of everything! The amount of compliments that we got about how fun our wedding was from friends and family after was amazing and that was all because of the Epic Everlasting team! Sina is honest (which trust me, you NEED as an Indian bride), determined, decisive, a great leader, and honestly, just the sweetest human!! Her team is also amazing!! Niki, Keerthi, and Dhara are absolute superwomen and know how to get stuff done! A planning team can make or break an Indian wedding and there’s no better team than Epic Everlasting Events!! -

Working with the EPIC team was amazing! From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire planning process. Their experience and extensive network of vendors was invaluable to helping us make the right choices along the way. They don't just work with you, they work with your whole family to make sure everyone feels good about the big day.
During the actual wedding, their expertise and problem-solving skills were essential in ensuring that everything went smoothly. They handled every day-of situation with grace and efficiency, ensuring that our guests were taken care of and our wedding weekend was flawless.

The Epic Everlasting events team made our wedding weekend truly epic! Sina, Keerthi, and Niki were there during every step of the way from helping us pick/find vendors to coordination on the day of. The time and effort that they put in was beyond our greatest expectations. Most importantly they took all of our preferences and traditions into account which is an important trait of a great wedding planner. The coordination during our wedding weekend was impeccable and everything ran on time. In addition to coordination they were always on hand making sure we were eating/drinking as well as bringing us anything we needed. Most importantly they were able to coordinate a group of 400 people with amazing efficiency and without chaos; especially when it came time to take photos. They have our most sincere recommendation and we hope that you choose them for your epic event. -

Where do we begin! There are not enough words to describe the gratitude and appreciation Akshar and I have for Sina and Keerthi (Nikki and Reema). Wedding planning for any South Asian wedding, and especially with two different cultures, is a beast, but Sina and Keerthi made the past year and entire process smooth and enjoyable. Bi-weekly calls quickly turned into weekly and daily calls, and with each call Sina and Keerthi brought patience, understanding, and laughter. From the start, their attention to detail, organization, clear communication, and timeliness was evident. They were able to understand us as a couple, they were able to see our vision, and they are the reason it was executed with such precision; this is what sets them apart from others. Things were not always perfect, but they were both with us every step of the way. Although they were both incredible leading up to the wedding, the week prior and the week of is where they shined the brightest. They were on top of every little detail, from finding twigs to fill in our dance floor to getting extra carts to secure our aisle; their ability to adapt and problem solve is impeccable. I have often seen couples not truly enjoy their own wedding, but it was Sina and Keerthi’s execution and diligence that allowed Akshar and I to savor every moment of our wedding. We are both eternally grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our closest loved ones. We truly could not have survived without this team and are beyond grateful for the friendships we have gained!

The EEE team is truly Epic in every way! There were many obstacles during the planning process and during the actual wedding, and we wouldn’t have been able to overcome those challenges without Sina and her team! It rained and got windy right before the ceremony, but Sina and her team came to our rescue to help us ensure we got the outdoor wedding of our dreams! Their attention to detail, organization, and experience truly shines! They coordinated not just with me and Yash, but also with our families and friends to ensure everything happens on time and all requests and desires were fulfilled! Sina and her team is very approachable, fun, and responsible! Sina and her team goes out of her way - whether it’s getting on several calls in a week, answering our gazillion texts, creating event diagrams for us, going on multiple venue walk throughs, helping you decide your bridal entry, to coming over at our home to go through all the puja saman - the list is endless! Both our parents were especially glad that Sina is a Gujarati and understands the ceremony steps well to ensure we are addressing all the aspects with sensitivity and attention.
I had several freak out moments throughout the planning process and right before the events, but Sina and her team were always there to calm me down and make sure I am enjoying as the bride! More than a month after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments of how amazing our planning team was.
Hiring EEE was truly one of the best decisions of our wedding planning! -

We initially tried to tackle wedding planning on our own and then quickly realized that we needed more help. Sina and her team were a great fit for us from the start! We had a longer engagement and therefore got to know the team pretty well during the planning process. We could not speak more highly of them and strongly recommend hiring them as your wedding planner! We did full planning (although we had picked a few vendors beforehand in which Sina was able to accommodate and work with us on). This was extremely helpful as they were able to find and get in touch with vendors and get back with us about what we may prefer. This made the planning process soooo much easier! Less stress on us! and even amidst other weddings, the team was always responsive and took care of any questions or concerns that we had. On top of this all, we had a great rapport with the team and we definitely consider them life long friends after it all!! Sina and her team made us feel comfortable with the process every step of the way, while maintaining professionalism but making us feel like close friends :) They also did a wonderful job handling any drama/breakdowns/family dynamics that came up during the process! The wedding weekend was so great and we could not have imagined anything better! The organization was KEY and we love the way that Epic handles everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! -

Just want to say if you are looking for a wedding planner. Look no further you have found the best ones in the business. My wife and I are from two different religions and had a whole week of festivities with two different weddings a long with one big reception at the end. Epic ever lasting was so helpful with planning each event and making sure everything was taken care of. From calling and inquiring about vendors to treating us like royalty during the week of the wedding they do it all. I know a lot of couples have said that they weren’t able to enjoy their wedding because they were so worried about other things that come up throughout the week. However, it’s safe to say with the Epic team on our side we were stress free and were able to celebrate each day with our friends and family. The epic team handled so many situations that we weren’t even aware of until they told us after the wedding and we were just so shocked how everything was just so smooth and brought together. They are amazing at communication and pick up any phone calls within the first two rings. Up until the wedding there are either weekly calls or bi-weekly calls to go over any inquires or just anything in general about the wedding. They create well throughout timelines and make sure that is communicated to the entire family and bridal parties. The epic team was just so amazing and we miss them so much already. Thank you for everything! We are so grateful for their services. -

Choosing Epic Everlasting Events was 100% the best decision I made for my wedding. From beginning to end, they stayed on top of EVERYTHING and made me feel minimal planning stress! Sina truly has a passion for the job and it shows with every outcome. No idea, problem, or last minute change was too much for them, and our wedding events went so smoothly. EEE focuses on the client’s needs, feelings, and wishes while making sure guests, family members, and other vendors are completely taken care of. Every detail was thought of, and I know I would’ve missed 70% of important details if I had tried to take this on myself! It’s hard to put into words just how much I value this team, but all I can say is, my wedding vision really came to life. TL;DR After choosing each other, hiring the EEE team was the best decision we have made in our lives! From our first meeting, it was clear that the EEE team knew what they were doing and guided us so effortlessly through the wedding planning process. They made this process so stress-free and fun that, at times, we forgot we were even planning our wedding! They quickly understood what our vision was and easily provided us vendors that were a great match. One of the best qualities of this team is their EPIC communication skills. They always made it a point to have open lines of communication with us and always responded to our questions/concerns in a more than timely manner. Their high level of professionalism put us at ease, and we knew we could trust their suggestions. You will not find a better planning team than EEE, they really take the time to invest in their couples and they are an integral part of why our wedding was such a success! This is hands down the easiest wedding vendor review to write. If you are reading this review and planning on getting married, hire Sina!!! I can’t count the number of times Viral and I said “Thank god for Sina” during the planning process. She was more helpful than we could have ever imagined a planner to be. In fact, I would constantly ask Sina if it was normal for planners to be helping like she was, because she went above and beyond for us! Sina spent hours helping me with decor details as my vision changed continuously throughout the process. We switched out our mid ceremony snack last minute and she was able to find a local coffee cart company to come on site 1 week prior to the wedding—and this was a huge hit with our guests! During the process, Sina would constantly check in with me and ask how I was feeling. I remember telling her I wasn’t stressed every time she asked and that was all thanks to her hard work. When we arrived to venue, Sina gathered all of our wedding items and organized/labeled everything. She even put together all of our welcome bags with her team! She took all the stress off of our families which was key for both Viral and I. Sina and her team worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect! Sina thought of issues before they became issues and handled each one perfectly, only telling us afterwards! She also has amazing relationships with all of our other vendors which made the weekend flow seamlessly. Trust me, Sina and her team are who you want during the most important weekend of your life! We can’t thank them enough and we are so grateful to have found new friendships through this! -

I don’t even know where to begin! Sina and Maya have become like family to us. From start to finish they made this process seamless!! I never felt stressed because these two work so hard to ensure your wedding weekend is perfect! They are diligent, efficient, fun, and responsible!! We’ve hired epic everlasting for both weddings in our families and we are so glad we did because the weddings went perfectly. Sina and her team at Epic Everlasting Events helped plan our 4 day wedding and they were nothing short of amazing! I found EEE through wedding blogs and from our very first video interview to the year and a half of planning, the entire team was organized and professional the entire time. These ladies went above and beyond for us and helped us with everything from finding our perfect vendors to ensuring everything went perfectly the day of our wedding. If you’re a type A couple like we were, the EEE portal will be perfect for you! It’s a one stop shop for all our wedding planning needs and Sina has made it super user friendly and easy to read and access through the entire planning process. We trusted these ladies with everything from delivering our payments to offering suggestions on how to make our day better. And by the end of the process we gained lifelong friends and family! Amazing Family-like Wedding planners!
My husband and I were supposed to get married before the pandemic set in. We had been working with Sina & her team since then. It didn’t take long for them to become part of the family because they treated us like family. Through all the changes & pushing wedding date—Sina definitely helped me & my family out. It was such a relief to have someone else focus on the planning & dealing with vendors so my family and I could focus on the wedding & preparing for it. I would personally recommend this team because trust me—the chaos that goes on behind the scenes—this team took care of it & definitely prepared for it! They are the most professional and DEDICATED team you’ll find. For a Hindu wedding events—that’s what you need! You need someone that is dedicated to making your wedding vision come true! This team did not just take my vision into account but that of my parents, husband and his family! It’s not easy dealing with everyone in a wedding setting—but these guys are it look so easy! Sina and her team handled my wedding and reception. Right from the day I contacted her, through my wedding day and even after - Sina and her team went above and beyond. Her extensive contacts in the wedding industry ensured that we had our vendors selected and finalized within a week! She was always upfront about all pricing and unlike other planners worked with us to keep us in our budget- I trust her 100%.
The professionalism and attention to detail of her entire team was evident on the day of the wedding- each event was a huge success!
Highly recommend them- hire them if you want a hassle free wedding. -

As a wedding planner you are supposed to make sure everything goes perfect at your wedding, this wasn’t the case at mine. I have a long list of things that I can mention but won’t for the sake of time. Don’t recommend to anyone.
