  K.H & co will make all your wedding dreams come true

  I could write a novel about how incredible Nicola is, but I’ll contain it to this. Murphy and I literally talked all the time during our wedding planning process, as well as after the wedding, about how we would literally give up every other detail at our wedding just so Nicola could help us plan it. We truly felt like Nicola became our friend throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be stressful, but we literally didn’t feel a single bit of stress, other than when the recent COVID surge almost required us to postpone our wedding. Nicola texted us updates and called us immediately after getting any kind of news from Maui. She put a very lengthy proposal together for the county to review to show how our wedding was following every COVID protocol and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Once we found out our wedding was approved by the mayor we were ecstatic. Fast forward to the wedding and I literally cried at how beautiful everything was. Nicola and Kimiko made our vision come to life, and honestly, it was way better than we even imagined it. Finally, on the wedding day, my new husband accidentally spilled a (bright) cocktail all down my dress in between cocktail hour and the reception. Nicola was in the bridal suite within a minute and literally was on her hands and knees with a tide to go pen, club soda, and a hair dryer helping me clean my dress and you couldn’t even tell once we walked into the reception. Nicola also came to our resort on her day off the next day after the wedding to bring us some a few items we had left at the venue. I could gush and gush about what an incredible person Nicola is, and the amazing experience we had with Elements by K.H & co from start to finish, but I’ll just say this. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further and reach out to K.H & co, and maybe you’ll also get extremely lucky and have Nicola help you plan the wedding of your dreams.

  I can't even begin to describe how amazing this team is! Lindsay was our planner/coordinator/event designer and there is not one single thing I would change from our wedding day. As I got to know Lindsay over the planning process, I quickly began to trust her guidance and suggestions. Choosing to trust her with the suggested vendors and design was the best decision I could have made! The event was flawless and surpassed any vision I had. All the guests were blown away too :) This team was amazing to work with and I highly recommend them! Their services, knowledge, and expertise are truly priceless and worth more than any cost!

  My husband and I had the most unforgettable wedding day thanks to Kimiko and her team. I am not a great planner and I found the thought of planning a destination wedding pretty overwhelming. Kimiko helped design, plan and execute every detail of the day and it was absolutely perfect. While they do provide a list of preferred vendors, they were very flexible and open to other vendors I considering during the planning process. I would still recommend sticking with their preferred list as they only work with vendors they know are reliable and that are capable of providing a certain quality. The team did an excellent job listening to my ideas and also throwing out design elements I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. They were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my whole stay in Hawaii, and were a dream to have on the big day. I think the team probably had a few sleepless nights in the lead up as I made lots of last minute changes, but they would go to the ends of the earth to make everything come together on your wedding day. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a very talented wedding planning team.

  My husband and I enlisted the help of Elements by K.H & co because we felt they could best bring continuity from the ceremony to the reception which were taking place at two completely different locations, and at the same time could provide a meticulous level of exquisite design spanning the entire day. We chose Elements by K.H & co not only based on their ability to bring our ideas to life, but on their artistic ability to further our inspiration and to take it to a completely different level. Elements by KH and Co far exceeded our expectations, and the value they provided us was tremendous.
  
  Throughout the planning process, Kimiko and her team were attentive, organized and resourceful. They alleviated any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept my husband and I on track.
  
  I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because the entire team were on top of everything. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we had Kimiko and her team to help us through our big day.

  I could not ask for a better experience using Elements by K.H & co. for my wedding. Planning a destination wedding can be somewhat stressful however Kamiko and team took any stress out of the process. For any last minute adds I had for the wedding, she was able to happily accommodate and make it all happen. Our guests were blown away by our cigar and Macallan bar that she put together, which was a late add - amongst other amazing things at the wedding. I would highly recommend Elements by K.H & co to anyone planning an event in the area... you will not be disappointed in the quality of service and the end result they come up with. I am so pleased that the visions I had came to life for a magical night, I will never forget.

  Since most, if not all, of the planning will be done via phone calls/emails (if you're having a destination wedding like me), it's helpful to be decisive and know exactly what you want. The gals at Elements are fantastic at taking your ideas and making them into reality.

  This venue is beyond stunning. It was truly a magical day. The greenery, the cane house, everything is absolutely stunning and so well maintained.
  
  If you like to have some flexibility this probably isn't the place for it. They have a preferred vendor list but if you want to bring in your own vendors this isn't necessarily a possibility in this venue.
  
  Plan far in advance because communication can be slow (you can wait upwards of a week or two to get an email response; and sometimes follow up to ensure the email was in fact received).
  
  Also --- ensure you double check your bills/invoices. We had multiple errors multiple times on our invoices and even on the very final invoice there was a discrepancy that we figured out; and asked for the chance and it still wasn't corrected to the right amount. It was minimal so we didn't bother arguing it (it wasn't worth the time/energy) as we had already been through a few revisions of the invoices (with other errors) but DO ensure you double check the paperwork and invoices because if we didn't we would have paid upwards of $2000USD more than we should have.
  
  At the end of the day we were VERY happy the day-of the wedding. Everyone was nice, helpful and the venue is truly magical; I don't think anything else compares. Would i recommend it? Absolutely. I would just say for the amount of money you pay you the expectation might be for prompt communication, detailed service, and flexibility - but just be prepared if things take a little longer and be sure to double and triple check everything (invoices/etc).
