Melanie was an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning, her calm, easygoing personality immediately put us at ease. She is incredibly organized and met with us multiple times throughout the planning process, always leaving us feeling confident and stress-free.
We did a lot of DIY for our wedding and had friends and family helping, which can actually create more behind-the-scenes work — and Melanie handled it all flawlessly. She kept every detail and piece of information organized in one place, answered my random texts whenever a thought popped into my head, and constantly reassured us that everything was under control. That alone was so comforting.
As much as I loved how organized she was leading up to the wedding, she truly shined on the day of. She remained visibly calm the entire time, even when things didn’t go exactly as planned — and somehow fixed everything immediately without us ever feeling the stress. She absolutely killed it.
To top it all off, she even dropped off our car keys the next morning after we accidentally left them at the venue. We couldn’t recommend Melanie enough — she was worth every penny and then some. -

Libby was absolutely AMAZING!!! I could not be happier with my decision to choose her as our wedding planner. I had phone consultations with multiple planners, and within the first couple minutes of my conversation with Libby, I could already tell she was my choice. She is extremely organized and detail oriented. She was always quick to respond and thoroughly answered all of my many questions. She designed a gorgeous ceremony and reception space as well. She is kind, fun, funny, and overall a top notch planner. She did an amazing job, kept me on track without making me feel overwhelmed, and I am grateful for her forever! Book her now! -

I cannot recommend Libby Sarver enough. She was recommended to us twice while we were searching for a wedding planner, and now we understand why! She was incredible from start to finish. Her contract is exactly what you want when hiring a wedding planner because it clearly explains the services provided and not just the financial details. Libby is detailed, thoughtful, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
When the unexpected happened and our priest did not arrive on time, Libby immediately stepped in and took control of the situation. She found a backup officiant and had them on the way within thirty minutes while also keeping our guests entertained with an early cocktail hour. What could have been a nightmare became only a brief setback because of her calm and professional problem solving. When our priest finally arrived, she handled everything with ease and got the ceremony back on track.
Libby also set up all of our decorations and made the venue look absolutely beautiful. Our wedding day was perfect, and so much of that is thanks to her. Her experience with wedding planning is exceptional, and her fee fit our budget perfectly. She is truly a ten out of ten planner, and we cannot recommend her enough. If it is your first time getting married and you do not know where to start like us, Libby is your girl! -

Working with Libby Sarver from Details Wedding Planning was one of the very best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding journey. She was truly there for us every step of the way. I struggled with making some decisions at times, but choosing her was never something I questioned for a second. Any question I had, any concern that popped up, or any excitement I wanted to share, she was right there with us - supportive, thoughtful, and always on top of every detail.

We worked with Libby for a majority of our wedding planning. We had no idea where to start or what to do and she gave us guidance and direction every step of the way. She introduced us to all of her vendor connections we were interested in meeting with and set us up with helpful tips and advice along the way. Without Libby our wedding would not have been what it was. She helped us find options within our budget and stay on track during our planning timeline. Closer to time Libby connected us with her assistant Melanie, who was just as helpful. They both ensured we were set up for success as our wedding day approached. Libby and Melanie helped navigate any last-minute issues that occurred to help relieve stress from us. On our wedding day we didn't have to worry about anything, we just let Libby and Melanie handle it all and tell us what to do. I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing day. Libby was our wedding planner for our wedding this past October, with around 100 guests. We utilized her partial planner services.
Libby was easily the most important resource we could have hired for our wedding day, she is extremely knowledgeable in so many aspects of a wedding day! She provided us detailed documents and timelines, reviewed contracts, and sent over pre-filtered lists of tried and true vendors for the additional services we needed to hire. Libby helped us save money through referrals to vendors, knowing what to DIY and what to hire out, and also helped us understand the budget for our wedding. She has great communication, a high standard of work, and even executed our contingency rain plan flawlessly when the forecast changed in the last minute. She always listened to what we wanted, and when we didn’t know something she explained the options to help us make decisions.
I know for a fact we wouldn’t have had the amazing wedding day that we did without Libby, and any package would be worth it from her. Hiring Libby allowed us to enjoy our wedding day knowing that she was on site to take care of everything! -

Libby will help you plan your dream wedding!
We cannot say enough good things about Libby and Details Wedding Planning. We were engaged for several months and had made no planning progress when we realized we needed help. Libby was the first person we thought of, and I don’t know how we would have planned the day without her. She helped us every step of the way—from budget, to design, to finding each of our amazing vendors, to making sure the day of went off without a hitch. And she did all of this planning with us living in a different state. We had many vague and nonspecific ideas about what we wanted, and Libby knew exactly what questions to ask to help us actualize our theme and narrow down what was most important to us. The day was perfect for us, and everyone who attended said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Libby did that! -

Can't recommend enough!
We can't recommend Details Wedding Planning enough! Libby held our hands through the entire process. She had suggestions for vendors, helped us with decor/design and had to-do lists for us to check off to make the process smooth. When our DJ cancelled the day before due to a medical emergency, Libby had a plan b in place before she even called us. When there was a misunderstanding with the groom's room the day of the wedding, she helped us smoothly resolve the issue. My motto through the whole process was "if Libby's not worried, I'm not worried." The wedding day and everything leading up to it was absolutely perfect and better than we could have imagined. A big part of that was due to Libby. Don't even think twice about hiring Details Wedding Planning, it's the best money we spent for our wedding! -

Hiring Details Wedding Planning is the best decision that you can make to start planning you perfect wedding day!! Libby and her team are incredible and so fun to work with. And as the name implies, they took care of ALL of the details! My husband and I had a very eventful wedding day where we decided to have TWO ceremonies, one Hindu and one Catholic with a break in between followed by a large reception. When I first started thinking about how complicated this would be, I almost threw in the towel. But Libby and her team worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. They helped brainstorm, recommended incredible vendors, did research to find some unique vendors that we needed... such as a horse and mobile DJ :) I never in a million years thought we would be able to pull it off, but when the day arrived everything went smoothly! We adored Libby and her team- all have such positive attitudes, were willing to help with any and all tasks that came up and made me, my husband and our families feel so special on our wedding day. I chose Libby for our wedding planning and day-of coordination before the pandemic began, and she stayed with me during the THREE reschedules and venue changes that occurred over the last two years. Her optimism, genuine and caring personality, and tact for getting things done was a lifesaver during a particularly tumultuous time in my life. My wedding day was everything I could've asked for when it came down to not having to handle things/people or coordinate everything (like I normally do in my real life). Libby is absolutely amazing! There is no way we could have done it without her! Libby went above and beyond our expectations on the wedding day. She made sure that not only the bride, but the family and guest felt special as well. The food was buffet style and she fixed a plate for my grandmother who is 87 and my mother-in-law who is on oxygen. We never expected her to do that! Hiring Libby was the best decision we made for our wedding. Libby did an excellent job of helping us create and stick to our budget, while still managing to help us make all of our wedding dreams come true. She was always available to answer any of our questions, met with us regularly to ensure we were staying on schedule with our to-do list, and provided more insight and help than we could have even imagined. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Details Wedding Planning. From the second I met Libby, I knew I wanted to work with her team (after meeting numerous other companies). When we met Lexi, we were SO impressed by her and excited to work with her in the months leading up to our wedding. Do yourself a favor and BOOK HER RIGHT NOW, she is AMAZING! Lexi was so organized and sweet, and really seemed to care about the elements on our wedding day that were most important to us. I cannot say enough good things about Libby and Details Wedding Planning. Libby was an absolute JOY to work with. Initially, we thought we could plan the wedding without a planner, but we very quickly realized that would never work. We found Libby and immediately she made the entire planning process stress-free, informative, full of fantastic ideas, and continued dedication from start to finish. Libby truly has a way of making you feel like you are her main priority and number one client, all while juggling many clients at once. She has an incredible super power of being able to find exactly what you're looking for, while providing the best recommendations to make your day better than you could ever imagine. Her vendor connections are superb, her attention to even the most minute of details is unmatched, and her organization through her laid-out month-by-month planning process is all part of what made this planning feel effortless (despite MUCH effort) and completely stress-free. Libby was BY FAR the BEST decision we made for the wedding. I would have given up anything else or downgraded anything else to pay for Libby’s services. She truly made wedding planning fun. She made sure that every detail was accounted for and that our day went perfectly. We found Libby because she planned my sister-in-law’s wedding which was also a dream and was the most relaxed wedding I had ever been a part of, so I knew that’s what I wanted for my day! We went with the planning package and decor package and Libby went above and beyond from day one. She is worth 10x what we paid for based on all the stress she saved us. Libby is incredibly professional, she is wonderful about communicating with you and makes sure that you have every question answered. -

Her first questions were just about us: what we did for a living, how we met, where we live, what we do with our time. She took the time to get to know us personally before diving into wedding planning. Because of this, she understood exactly what was important to us, what wasn’t important to us and most importantly, what stresses us out!
There are a thousand reasons to hire a full service wedding planner, but here is why you should hire Libby:
1. She will not try to convince you to do things you don’t want to do. She clearly loves the uniqueness of each couple and each wedding, and she will enthusiastically follow you down whatever path you want for your wedding.
2. Do not let her sweet temperament fool you – she will bargain for you and get you the best price for your money. She also knows all of the local vendors - she knows which ones are worth the price and hype, and which you can do without.
3. She will hold you accountable and make you stick to your budget. She will not try to convince you to spend money that you do not have.
4. She goes above and beyond to make your planning stress free and to stretch your budget. We have friends and family that have hired wedding planners, and none of them did as much as Libby did for us. Best of all, Libby was the most affordable. She handles everything through Google Drive so it’s always at your fingertips, and her organization skills are incredible.
5. Most importantly, Libby is a beautiful person, inside and out. She truly loves what she does, and it shows during every second you spend with her. She earns every penny through her hard work, dedication and wonderful personality. She will not be just another vendor to you; you will truly enjoy the time that you spend with her while planning your wedding.

I always hear that you shouldn't expect your wedding day to go exactly as planned, because something is always bound to be missed or run late, but NOTHING did! Apart from a little traffic in the area, which caused the ceremony to start a few minutes late (which wasn't anything we could've controlled), everything was perfect.
There were some last minute details that we added late, which Libby fit perfectly into the reception. We forgot to bring pens/markers for our guestbook, which we didn't even think about until the next day when we realized "Libby must have took care of it!" Those little things like that meant so much to us. It really showed that she cared about our day being special! -
