The best month of coordinator!

Cindy was absolutely amazing and worth her weight in gold!! She made herself available and was very responsive leading up to the wedding, answering all of our random questions and easing any apprehensions that arose. She has a calming presence, provides helpful guidance, and is very organized, so you feel like you're in good hands. On the day of our wedding, we expected some light rain but there was a torrential downpour right before our outdoor ceremony. Cindy kept us grounded and handled everything behind the scenes to quickly move our ceremony indoors and to still make our outdoor reception/vision a reality after it stopped raining. I'm sure there was a lot of quick thinking and directing involved, and we're so grateful that we had Cindy and Carol there to manage it all for us. I can't imagine our wedding day going as smoothly as it did without her! Thank you so much, Cindy and Carol!

So amazing. Highly recommend.

Cindy and her assistant Ashley were an absolute godsend on our wedding day. We knew we wanted a day-of coordinator to avoid chaos, but we didn’t realize just how much they’d ease our minds. Cindy’s hour-long meeting weeks before was packed with thoughtful questions we hadn’t even considered. She handled all vendor communication the week of, so we never had to worry about who showed up or where.

Ashley stayed quietly and professionally in the bridal suite but jumped in exactly when needed—carrying snacks and water for me during pictures on a hot day, no less. Cindy beautifully decorated the venue’s entryway and ceremony space and worked seamlessly with the venue coordinator. It was such a relief to be completely hands-off and worry-free.

They were attentive and comforting throughout—finding my sunglasses back at the hotel, sewing a tiny hole in my dress, and making sure every timing detail was perfect. Even during the reception, they immediately recognized a moment of stress on my face and stepped in to fix an issue with another vendor without me having to say a word.

I can’t recommend Cindy and Ashley enough—they are beyond professional, kind, and truly exceptional at what they do. They made our day smooth, joyful, and absolutely perfect. All the praise!

Worry-free wedding day

I'm so happy we went with Cindy as the day of coordinator for our NYC wedding. Our wedding ran seamlessly, smoothly, and perfectly on schedule thanks to Cindy and her colleague Caroline. Cindy made sure that we had a perfect handoff of every single detail for the wedding, and effortlessly incorporated every last minute change. Despite having a very specific venue in the heart of NYC with different floors, elevators, and a unique layout, Cindy picked up on all of the nuances and made sure we had nothing to worry about and could just enjoy our wedding. She is organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful--everything you could hope for from a coordinator, and more!

You need Cindy on the day of your Wedding

I can't speak more highly of Cindy and her team! From the moment we met her we knew she was gong to making sure that everything was gong to go as planned and on time. Melding multiple traditions is not always easy, and Cindy made sure that everyone was happy. The bride and groom had a fabulous day, all thanks to Cindy and Celinda. Fantastic experience!

Cindy's team was AWESOME!! We only hired them for the day of coordination, but they were on it a month before our wedding. Their planning was strong, and they didn't miss a single detail (and even provided suggestions on something that I had not thought of!). I was stressing about all the DIY stuff we had, but Caroline and Nathalie handled them like pros. They made sure everything was just how we wanted on the big day. And they even packed up our stuff and dropped it off at the hotel afterward! Total lifesavers. Can't thank them enough for making our wedding run so smoothly.

The best day of coordinator!

Cindy was absolutely wonderful. We only used her for “day of” coordination, but she was available months ahead of time for little questions that we had. As far as the day of, our wedding was quite literally the best day of my life and Cindy played a big role in that. We did a ton of DIY things to save money and I felt a little guilty having to have Cindy’s team set everything up, but they handled it with ease and I was never worried on the day of. Our reception space looked even better than I pictured! Even when some things didn’t go quite right (the weather caused some delays, our caterers messed up a few things with dinner/cocktail hour, etc) Cindy made sure that our guests were unaware and that things got back on track. We received so many compliments on how flawless and fun our day was, and we have Cindy to thank for that!

As perfect as you could imagine. I kid you not.

As a career coordinator/project manager, I debated the need for a day-of coordinator. Hiring Cynthia (Cindy) was hands down the best decision we made! Cindy was there for me when I had questions and concerns. She picked up the wedding coordination during those crucial 30 days, was so proactive and resolved those small issues that I know, had I not had her on my team, would have festered. That is Cindy professionally but her personality is what really made the entire wedding planning process and wedding day, as perfect as you could imagine. I kid you not. I think from the moment I met Cindy, I just took on the calm and positive demeanor she exuded and from then on it was just true fun! Intimate NYC wedding

I planned my wedding in 4 months, but knew I needed a day of coordinator so that I could be stress free on the day of. Two weeks before my wedding, I broke my foot and was terrified that my wedding would be ruined. Cindy was so kind and encouraging and assured me that the wedding would still be wonderful and she was right. Cindy and Caroline did everything to ensure that the day ran smoothly. They took care of my groom and his kids and were by my side listening and supporting me the entire day. I had forgotten I had a broken foot because they did everything to allow me to relax and enjoy such a perfect evening. They made my vision come to life and we were all so happy. Cindy, I love ya!

Cindy (Cynthia) was AMAZING. We hired Cindy to be our Day-of Coordinator, but she was so much more. She had great recommendations for any other vendor you may need if you are planning your own wedding. She was great about checking in a month before our wedding, and a week out, she fully walked through the whole wedding day with us, which was great for keeping small details in check. On the day of the wedding, I was able to show up at the venue and just enjoy myself. Cindy and her assistant Celinda were on top of all of the small things - tapping us when it was time to dance, time to cut the cake, working with the venue folk. Honestly, hiring Cindy was the best decision I had made for our wedding. Love her!

Amazing experience with Cynthia Ross Events!!

When I started planning my wedding and learned that the venue required me to have a Day-of Coordinator, I thought- but why? I’m doing all the planning myself, can’t I just be the point of contact or have a friend or family member help on the day-of? They listed off a number of scenarios where it would be not just helpful but imperative to have a dedicated point person. And on the day of my wedding, almost EVERY SINGLE ONE of those scenarios occurred. I interviewed five Day-of coordinators. Cindy seemed warm, organized, experienced, and calm and I liked her right away. Her rate was also very competitive so it was an easy decision to sign a contract. We spoke again about a month before the wedding to work out a timeline, she answered some questions I had, and she asked some great detail-oriented questions of her own about things that hadn’t even occurred to me. She created a by-the-minute timeline and confirmed everything with my other vendors. On the actual day, she and her team were punctual, professional, and fun! The day would not have gone nearly as smoothly without Cindy and Caroline running the show behind the scenes like gorgeous ninjas! My wedding day turned out to be as perfect and magical as anyone could possibly hope for. Whether you are looking for help on the day of your wedding or full service wedding planning services- without any hesitation whatsoever I would recommend working with Cindy!!

I hired Cindy Ross Events for my 6/3/23 NYC based wedding and I am forever grateful for Cindy & Caroline!!

After quickly realizing what an immense undertaking wedding planning was, I knew I needed a day-of coordinator to help with the many minor details that would need attention on my big day. If you are starting to realize this as well... please look no further!

Cindy was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She is responsive, friendly and professional. Not only did she come to my wedding tasting, but she also visited the church that I was getting married at to get a lay of the land before the big day. She truly cares and goes ABOVE & BEYOND.

The weeks leading up to my wedding, Cindy alleviated all of my stress with our several zoom calls. She made herself available for HOURS to review each and every detail.... She handled the COI exchanges, timeline details and arising questions with vendors. She is a great listener and there was never an ounce of hesitation when it came down to getting sh*t done!

My wedding was not an easy one to execute.. A greek wedding of 215+ people, at a newly opened church in the World Trade Center, with our reception to follow down in China town.. There were a lot of moving parts and I needed Cindy and Caroline to do way more than I ever thought. They showed up on my wedding day ready to work!! Pick ups, drop offs, setting up at both locations, following up with late vendors and any bumps that arose... I don't know what would have transpired without them! To add.. Cindy and Caroline both have very calm demeanors - which is essential on your big day!

Thank you ladies, for fixing my veil, train, hair, and ALL of the other details (more than I probably am aware of) on my special day! It was an absolute pleasure spending time with you both!!

Couldn’t Do Without!

I honestly didn’t know how much I needed a wedding coordinator until I met Cindy. I did not have a bridal party to help with all the last minute details, but Cindy and Celinda stepped in to take all the stress away! Cindy was so attentive with answering any questions I had, and put together a comprehensive timeline for our wedding day, which really helped to put me at ease weeks before the wedding. On the day-of, Cindy and Celinda were on top of everything - keeping me and my fiancé on track, dealing with our vendors so we wouldn’t have to worry, and just being there to handle all the unexpected surprises, like a dress that refused to bustle! Thank you for doing the work you do and for being so calm, respectful, and polite. We could not have done it without you - you allowed us to really enjoy our day!

Cindy was enormously helpful as our day-of coordinator!! She was absolutely wonderful to work with, always readily available to discuss details of the event and genuinely invested in our vision for our wedding. She's friendly and sweet and SO organized! We were so grateful to be able to rely on her for the nitty-gritty details. She and her lovely assistant Caroline were essential to our wedding day and helped everything run smoothly. They assisted with everything from shepherding our families to fixing a stuck zipper on the mother-of-the-bride's dress! We loved getting to know them and seeing all the details that we had conveyed to them brought to life. Awesome day off coordination!!

Cynthia and Celinda were absolutely wonderful day of coordinators. They made sure all details were taken care of and nothing was left behind, and always knew the right time to forward big decision questions to us (the couple) while taking care of other logistic things that we didn’t have time to think about! Most importantly, they were above and beyond at being supportive, hard working, and organized for us every step of the way, from steaming and re-steaming and cleaning the dresses, to fixing small things that got broken, to negotiating two last minute changes in the ceremony space locations.. (they even took some lovely snapshots which we added here and edited videos throughout the day on their own phones so we can have more images!)
We had planned our own wedding and loved planning it ourselves, and aside from the ceremony space locations everything went off without a hitch, but nothing can really prepare you for how busy and hectic the day of really is for the newlywed couple. Without Cynthia and Celinda there, I (the bride) definitely would’ve had a break down because there just wasn’t enough time and hands on deck for everything. They are amazing and we would highly recommend!!!

Can't recommend enough!

Cynthia (or Cindy) is exactly who you would want as a Day-of Coordinator. She and her assistant Caroline were wonderful. I knew we needed a Coordinator for our backyard Hampton wedding, but what I didn't know was how valuable one would be. Cindy was there for me with vendor recommendations in the few months leading up to the wedding. About a month before, she walked us through a preliminary timeline of how the day would go. She seemed unperturbed that we didn't have all of the vendors completely sorted and was always nothing but understanding when we had to send her updates to the timeline. All that being said, the entire day went seamlessly! Even though the wedding day was the first time she and Caroline had seen our venue, they had such a handle on everything we wanted. While Cindy made sure all of the vendors arrived and all of our little touches were placed throughout the venue, Caroline was with me during first look and pictures. I not only trusted them when something came up but I could relax throughout the day with their help and guidance. Highly recommend!

The best day of coordinator ever

Cynthia is INCREDIBLE. Seriously she did not miss a BEAT. She was there whenever and wherever I needed her on my wedding day. We Got To Have Our Cake and Eat It Too

From the moment we spoke to Cynthia she demonstrated and delivered professionalism and promptness in services and consistently stayed on top of all the details for our big day. Cynthia collected all information from each vendor and contacted each of them directly before the big day to ensure everything flowed with smoothness for the day of.

When I say I was worried something would go wrong or forgotten on the day of the wedding, Cynthia made sure to double check every nook and cranny between the venues to ensure everyone was on time and everything was in place. Even the minor details that one would forget, Cynthia’s professionalism is one that made the day fantastic and full of ease.

Making sure the photographer and videographer were on time, bringing my now-husband’s ring to the venue, managing the guest favors and ensuring all of our returning items were brought back to our home are just key pieces of how amazing Cynthia and her business are! We even had our officiant go to the wrong address nearly 2 hours out of the way and Cynthia was able to plan with my husband on how to get an emergency backup officiant so our guests wouldn’t have to wait for the man of the hour to come. She was able to break the news to me with ease and share the solution that a replacement was found nearly 10 mins before I was supposed to step outside of the limo. Talk about professional!

It’s the small things Cynthia remembers that amazed me of her work ethic. I would have forgotten to bring back our favors, guestbook, and cake topper back home, but seeing them after the wedding brings back memories of the day and I could not get through the day the way I did without Cynthia’s timeliness and management skills.

I would recommend Cynthia’s business to anyone I know getting married as it made the day simply perfect without the added stress I know some couples go through. I hear some couples are too busy running around, trying to get things done that they forget or don’t get the chance to eat. Cynthia’s professionalism will ensure you’re able to greet all your guests, take your group pictures, have your cake and eat it too. SO happy I booked her!!!! Amazing :)

Prior to my one month meeting with Cynthia, I had multiple documents with wedding stuff and I was so unorganized! Cynthia put together perfectly organized document which really helped me organize my thoughts and plans much more clearly! I am SO happy I decided to book her and would recommend her 100000 times! Her and her assistant Salinda were always nearby looking for ways to help or things to do. They were so prepared with basically everything we would have needed (scissors, tide to go, waters, etc). They made sure the whole day ran smoothly. Salinda even took some photos and sent them that same day.

Before meeting up with Cindy, I had heard so much positive reviews as the ultimate wedding planner/coordinator from two of my coworkers. Hence, I didn't bother to search around. Thankfully, Cindy was available for my wedding day so I was able to relax and enjoyed the beautiful moments with my friends and family. I was very lucky to have great venue and vendors to work with, part of the reason was that I spent lots of time talking to potential vendors and picked the ones I feel were the best match for me.After first talking to Cindy on the phone, I felt comfortable immediately. She is super thoughtful, professional, kind, and most importantly, listened to my thoughts and needs. Throughout the process of working with Cindy, she impressed me with her professionalism - she definitely knows what she's doing and provided great guidance for me (working with her to generate the timeline for the day was extremely helpful, I don't think I can do that without her help). On the day-of, Cindy provided top-notch service - everything ran super smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a single thing! I would highly recommend Cindy!!!

Best investment made for our wedding!

In a nutshell, Cynthia is the REAL deal. You don’t have to look elsewhere, I promise. After checking her website, social media and prior client reviews, my husband and I decided to contact her and schedule a meeting. From the very beginning she was professional, responsive, cooperative, organized, knowledgeable about her craft, detailed, honest, well the list can go on. We knew, we had to hire her. We hired Cynthia for Wedding Planning & Coordinator Services (full wedding planning services). Cynthia was a major part of our wedding planning. We met her when she was expecting her first child, and even after she had her daughter, she never skipped a beat. She was always responsive and helped in any way possible. Thanks to Cynthia, she executed every item in our wedding wish list. She gave us reliable vendor recommendations, and if we were weary of any of them, she would research others. She was so patient with us, as my husband and I have very busy schedules. She wasn’t pushy and we appreciated this very much of her, as we had experienced a pushy wedding planner before her. Wow! She was the total opposite and never pushed anything on us. Her major concern was our happiness and that we enjoy our wedding, and that we did. Cynthia was also kind enough to accompany us to vendor meetings and helped us negotiate, if needed. Cynthia was our biggest supporter, who needs a hype man/ cheerleader when you have Cynthia by your side?! We trusted her with with the most important day of our lives and she nailed it. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding thanks to Cynthia and her assistant, Celinda. We didn’t stress the small stuff as we knew Cynthia and Celinda had everything under control. When we think back at our wedding, not only do we remember having an amazing time, but we also remember Cynthia being there every step of the way. Cynthia made sure our bridal party was on time and were where they needed to be at. She kept constant communication with our vendors leading up to our wedding day. She made sure our pictures and video were captured seamlessly. She checked in on us to make sure we were okay and were living in the present moment. So many things go on behind the scenes, I have no clue how Cynthia and Celinda kept their cool and smiled throughout the whole event. I would have lost my mind, haha. We will forever be grateful and we wouldn’t know what we would have done without Cynthia. We will surely miss our daily communication! It was fun planning our wedding. Best experience ever! Cindy did day-of coordination for our wedding reception in Queens. She communicated with all our vendors in advance of the event to ensure they arrived on time to the venue. On the day of our reception, Cindy and her assistant Celinda coordinated all the preparations between our various vendors (decorator, caterer, bartender, cake, etc.) There were a few last-minute mishaps with vendors, which would have been stressful, but Cindy handled everything and made the event even better than we could have hoped! She and her assistant went above and beyond their jobs as coordinators to make sure the event was extraordinary and flawless. Hiring Cindy was by far the best decision we made for our reception. We strongly recommend working with Cindy for any event-related service. THANK YOU CINDY!

Oh. My. Goodness. I can not say enough about Cindy. She and her team were absolutely incredible. I could not imagine the day with out her and I would recommend her to anyone having a wedding...or doing anything. She was essential. She made the day run like a dream. Everything was the way I dreamt it. She handled everything beautifully and I actually enjoyed my wedding with out worrying about a thing. All my of bridesmaids still can't stop talking about how amazing Cindy was. Our first call she completely eased my mind by going over the most detailed timeline ever-which just put me so at ease. She's clearly so professional and has been doing this for a while which makes you feel in really good hands yet she gets there and shares in your excitement like she hasn't been to a million weddings and it's because every wedding is truly special to her and you can tell she really loves what she does. On the day she was on time and came prepared with anything you could ever need. She helped me into my dress and the top, for whatever reason, was a little too big-So while I was slightly freaking out in my head, Cindy whipped out clear dress tape and knew exactly where to tape it down and she literally saved me- I felt comfortable and ready to dance the night away- Seriously- just go with Cindy.

After seeing how wonderful Cindy was for my sister's wedding I knew I had to have her for my own. She was one of the first vendors we booked and I was so glad we had her during the whole process. She was always there to answer any questions I had, was flexible and willing to come to us when we had our in person meeting, and really understood my vision. When I had an issue with another vendor, I consulted Cindy and she was immediately willing to step in and take that stress off my shoulders. The day of the wedding I would have been lost without her and Celinda. They took care of any questions anybody had, overlooked the set up of the venue to make sure it would be exactly as I wanted, they even found a way to fix my dress when my bustle broke. I am forever grateful to have had Cindy as part of my team for my wedding day!

Cindy was simply amazing. Having her is the best decision I made. I know that unexpected things came up during the day and I did not feel any worry at all because she have things under control. I danced almost the whole night, enjoyed the food and drinks and chitchated with our guests because I did not have to worry about anything. Cynthia's very professional, responsive and organized during the planning process. After the wedding, she made sure that we have accounted for all our stuff and helped clean up. I initially thought that I can manage without a coordinator but Cindy pointed out a lot of important things that I would not have thought about. When my older daughter got married 6 years ago, we found Cindy, and we loved her! So when my younger daughter got engaged last year, of course we knew we couldn’t have a wedding without Cynthia Ross Events. I honestly don’t know how people do it without her! I’ve heard from some people, and reception venues, “We have a wonderful bridal attendant, so you really don’t need a Day of Coordinator”. Well I beg to differ. We had an awesome bridal attendant too, but they do completely different jobs. Cindy was my right arm. She’s coordinating and confirming your vendors, she’s dealing with boutineres being distributed, she’s holding on to everyone’s belongings, she’s helping the mother of the bride get dressed, she’s finding the father of the bride when he’s in the gym, she’s creating your timeline to keep you on schedule, she’s holding and distributing tips to ALL VENDORS all day, she’s fixing ripped hems, she’s fixing knocked over candles lining the ceremony aisle, etc., etc. I could go on all day. There is no way I could have enjoyed one moment of my daughter’s wedding without her. And, she is an absolute doll. She is just lovely. As the mother of the bride, Cindy was the gift I gave myself. Believe me, you’ll need her!

Cindy is absolutely worth every penny. As a local bride with a demanding corporate job, I was originally researching planners to handle the details of my event but I didn’t want to hand over the highly personalized process of planning a wedding to someone who didn’t know me. I decided to go with Cindy after working with her during my sisters wedding five years earlier and hearing raving reviews from friends who have used her as well. A Day-of coordinator was exactly what I needed. Cindy was reasonably priced and worked with me as far out as six months from my wedding day. We had a preliminary meeting where we discussed my bridal vision and Cindy offered vendor recommendations, I got to experience all the vendor appointments myself but was able to hand over contracts and contacts to Cindy to coordinate which made my wedding day a breeze. Cindy was extremely professionally and super responsive leading up to the event. On the day of, Cindy was poised and calm which helped during a few bumpy moments and even sprang into action when I broke my high heel by rushing over to the Leather Spa with her assistant Celinda and having it fixed just in time for me to walk down the aisle. She seriously saved the day! Highly recommend, would give her 10 stars if I could :)

We hired Cynthia Ross and team as our day of wedding coordinator. Cynthia and her team were great! They exceeded our expectations! They made our wedding day run extremely smoothly and they were there by our side through the whole wedding. They were able to handle our crowd of over 460 guests and even managed to make sure everything ran on time! They were very experienced and understood our Indian traditions. I wish I could give more stars....
I got married in Brooklyn this past March and I have only rave reviews for Cindy and her team at Cynthia Ross Events. To give you a brief overview, I am a pretty OCD/picky bride. I knew that I wanted to incorporate many of my own design elements during my wedding but quickly realized that I was going to need help executing tasks on the day of. Cindy and her team were the perfect fit for me and for all my day-of needs.
Of all the wedding planners/coordinators I contacted (~10ish), Cindy was by far the most calming/reassuring, helpful and professional/competent planners that my husband and I talked to. Her pricing was also very competitive and if I had more flexibility in my budget, I would have used her full-package wedding planning services.
Quality of Service: When speaking with Cindy, you can immediately tell that she has confidence and experience to ensure that your special day goes off without a hitch. Also, you can tell that she genuinely is excited for your wedding (even though I’m sure she has done this many many times).
Responsiveness: Cindy always responded to my emails and texts promptly and delivered contracts, paperwork on time. Most importantly, and a sign of a great coordinator, I didn’t hear from any of my vendors the week of my wedding.
Professionalism: Cindy and her team arrived on time, helped to set up and break down all my décor, and executed all timelines beautifully.
Value/Flexibility: Cindy was very transparent in her pricing which was so nice when budgeting for a full-scale event. She was also super flexible with my ideas and vision for how I wanted my wedding to play out.
I highly recommend Cindy and Cynthia Ross Events to all my friends!

Cynthia Ross Events is incredible! Cindy was highly recommended to us from a friend, and as soon as we met her, we knew we couldn’t wait to work with her for our November 2016 wedding. Cindy acted as our day-of coordinator to ensure we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. We met with Cindy a few times before our big day, and each time she was super helpful and prepared, not to mention she is so genuinely nice! She was a priceless asset in helping us plan out the timeline of our day- we had many moving parts since were got married at a Church with our reception at a different venue, had guests staying at a hotel, had transportation, etc. She helped seamlessly coordinate it all! She also contacted all of our vendors the week leading up to our wedding to confirm with them so we did not have to worry about a thing! On our wedding day both Cindy and Celinda (Cindy’s assistant for the day) were fantastic- they were reliable, super helpful, and extremely professional. Knowing I had Cindy there to worry about the details, let me relax and take in all the small moments of my special day. We are so thankful and appreciative for everything Cindy did for us to make our wedding perfect. Cindy is a godsend! In preparing and planning my wedding, I had read a few articles that suggested that a coordinator is an expense brides should consider skipping - but having now been through the process, my first piece of advice to brides to be is HIRE A COORDINATOR. My second is, MAKE SURE IT'S CINDY. My husband and I were lucky to have her as a day-of coordinator, and she took care of every single detail. Everything went off without a hitch, every vendor was on time, nothing was forgotten, and I literally had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding, all thanks to Cindy and her wonderful team. She and her sweet assistant even DIY'd the backdrop for our photobooth. Beyond being professional to an exemplary extent, Cindy and her assistant were also so friendly and at ease - even in moments of my own self-created confusion - that I could fully relax and enjoy the entire day. I don't know what we would have done without her!

Cynthia is literally the ultimate best wedding planner in the area. Without her I don't know what I would have done. I was literally a guest at my wedding! Cindy Ross and her team are extremely professional, responsive and calming and our wedding day would not have gone so smoothly without her. She has experience at so many venues and knows so many other wedding professionals. I booked the day of and rehearsal service, but was in constant contact with Cindy asking for her input on everything from dress accessories to flower vendors and she would always respond in a matter of hours. We were married at St. Patrick's Cathedral which is a very strict church and then guests walked to the venue at the Yale Club, both in Manhattan. Cindy knew all the ins and outs of both places. I cannot recommend her enough!

I got married on 4/1/16 at the Central Park Boathouse. I thought that I didn't need a wedding planner but was convinced to get someone for the day of. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I met Cindy I could tell that she made my vision her own. Cindy was very concerned with getting to know me which I believe is why she knew what I wanted. I honestly felt like we had been friends for years by the time the wedding weekend came around. She was unbelievable in last minute preparations and details that I did not even think of myself. When I was overwhelmed at the end, Cindy made sure to ease my worries and reach out to all of the vendors for park permits and details. The wedding flawless and it absolutely would not have been but for Cindy and Celine. They may actually be magicians - when my husband forgot the escort cards, they managed to get those from one part of NYC, get 12 dozen cupcakes from another part of NYC, and carry all of the bridesmaids things throughout Central Park for pictures. There are not enough thank yous in the world for Cindy and her team. Sure, you could plan a wedding on your own, but why would you when Cindy is a professional who can make your dreams come true?!

I got married on 4/30 at the New York Athletic Club and I hired Cindy of Cynthia Ross Events for the big day. It was truly the best decision ever. She was there for my husband and me from the start. From initial meeting, she had me at ease knowing that I was in good hands. She built the most organized and precise timeline that I can honestly say we stuck to and even had a little extra time to spare. She was SO organized with my vendors, collected gifts, handed out tips, dealt with guest (and family) issues, kept the bridal parties moving and worked great with my photographer/videographer as they traveled throughout the city together. She was all around the most stable part of the wedding day and I leaned on her more than I could have expected!

We ran into a few bumps during the day that I wouldn't have gotten through without Cindy. Specifically, my mom forgetting my husband’s ring for the ceremony. Looking back now, it was truly hilarious, but mostly because Cindy and her assistant Celinda made sure the problem was handled before I was even aware of the mishap. Celinda even SPED back to the hotel to access my mom’s safe and get the rings back to the church before the ceremony was over. I also heard from one of my girlfriends that she sewed her ripped dress at the church while the whole ring fiasco was going on! ALSO, my husband and I each had wardrobe issues, he lost a button, and I stepped through the lining of my dress. She fixed everything before any of the guest even noticed. She is a pro multi tasker. Even as the days pass from my wedding, I am hearing from guests how fabulous she was. A few have already asked for her contact details to pass on. I will be recommending her to everyone I know looking for a day-of-coordinator. I will miss working with her.

Cindy and Iris were both very personable and kind with our family members during the day of the wedding. They graciously provided support and kept things running on the timeline Cindy helped set-up for us. Cindy and Iris were awesome. I've worked as a wedding planner in the past, so I knew I wanted someone around on the day-of my wedding to manage any small problems that came up so I wouldn't have to. Cindy coordinated with all of my vendors the week before the wedding. She and Iris steamed all of the bridesmaid dresses, re-sewed the belts I bought as gifts for the bridesmaids (that didn't fit because the dress store messed up the sizing), and even helped repair a groomsman's pants in the church right before the ceremony was about to start! They also helped direct guests to our provided transportation to go from the ceremony to the reception site and distributed final payments/gratuities to all of our vendors. I'm sure they also solved other minor crises that I wasn't even aware of! Most other day-of coordinators I contacted were going to charge 4x what Cindy charged for the day of, and there's absolutely no reason to pay more for someone else. I also paid a little extra to have her deliver welcome bags and centerpieces to our rehearsal dinner location. Everything went really smoothly, and it was great to have peace of mind that everything would be taken care of!

Without question - book Cindy. I've been in 9 weddings and interacted with many wedding coordinators, she is above and beyond the best. I met Cindy at a friend's wedding a few years ago and I was so impressed that as soon as I got engaged I reached out to her. From the start she proved to be responsive and organized, and she asked the right questions to come up with a great day of plan. She handled about a thousand details, allowing me to just enjoy the day. She directed the vendors, kept up the timeline, dropped off our presents, communicated between the bridal and grooms suite, helped me and the bridesmaids get dressed, provided a sewing kit to fix my mother in law's dress, calmed and organized our families during picture time, set up our favors, distributed our tip envelopes, and many other things I'm forgetting. Cindy is so fantastic that when I realized that my "something blue" was missing, she hoped in a cab and went to the store to get a replacement. She saved the day and I can't thank her enough for both 1) running to the store and 2) jumping into action to make us all feel like everything was under control. As a bride, you're spending a tremendous amount of money to have your perfect day. For a very small amount of money, Cindy makes sure that it all goes according to that plan. Cindy was so great to work with!! Initially I had done all the planning myself and the last couple of weeks I became very overwhelmed with small little details so I decided I needed a day of coordinator. Cindy took my wedding on with very short notice and really ended up being a life saver. I contacted Cindy about a month before the wedding as a stressed and overwhelmed bride. She was absolutely fantastic and helped me SO much — from setting a timeline for the big day, to confirming things with my vendors, to helping iron out details and answering my fifty thousand questions, she was a calm and reassuring presence in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding. I must say, without Cindy as my wedding planner on my wedding day, I have no idea how my wedding would have turned out. Cindy was so helpful and was a phone call away at all times. If there was anything I needed help with, she was there. At our meetings, she thought of things in my wedding that I completely missed. If I didn't think of it, she did. Cindy is amazing. God sent event planner. I got married at the inn at New Hyde park. I was told that the inn has an event planner but my gut told me to stick with Cindy from Cynthia ross events. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable with everything that needed to be done. Cindy recommended a few excellent vendors. The day of the wedding Cindy was on time and ready to get things done. Cynthia was extremely nice and responsive in the months leading up to my wedding. I used her for my day-of coordinator and am so happy I did. We had a call before the wedding to go through logistics and details. Cynthia is so organized and she provided some great suggestions. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were amazing. Cindy and her team (Iris and Celinda) were phenomenal!! I used their services for the day of the wedding. Cindy went out of her way to provide the best service possible. Cindy served as the Day of Coordinator for our wedding. However, she was there for much more than just the day of. From the first time I met her, I was confident that Cindy could handle everything we needed for our NYC wedding. And she did! She met with us and provided many great recommendations for vendors. She was always quick to respond to my countless emails and was simply wonderful throughout the many months of planning. The day of, she handled everything. I am a control freak and perfectionist so I really needed to have someone at the wedding who I could trust to get things done. Our ceremony and reception were in separate locations so we especially wanted to make sure guests got from one place to the other smoothly. Cindy was there while I got ready and along with her Assistant Coordinator Celinda oversaw setting up the ceremony and reception venues, coordinating our "first look" along with the photographers, getting family to the appropriate place for family portraits prior to the ceremony, getting everyone together for the processional, ushering guests out of the ceremony space and making sure they got on the shuttle to be taken to the reception venue, coordinating our entrance at the reception, timing the reception and making sure everything went according to schedule, handling payments, and packing up our belongings and items at the end of the night. You name it, Cindy handled it! As my husband said, Cindy handled everything "like a boss". We couldn't have been happier with the work she did. We would highly recommend her to anyone. We can't wait to hire her again for our next family event. Don't wait, make sure she's available on your wedding date! She is simply the best!

I recently got married and used Cynthia Ross Affairs for my day of coordinator. I had a very large wedding with a lot of details. Cindy was amazing. I had no concept of time and she made sure to stick to my schedule and pay attention to all my notes. Without her, I would of been running late.

My biggest concern was with the cocktail hour at my venue running smoothly with such a large amount of people. At one point, Cynthia noticed that the plates ran out and she ran into the kitchen herself and got them for our guests. My hair person had some miscommunication and did not show up at the reception to put my hair up in a second look but thankfully, my friend was able to do my hair but did have any bobby pins. Cindy ran around and got me bobby pins which was a huge help. She also helped me change into my other outfits. Cynthia took care of all the behind scene details I had, put out some fires and ensured everything was carried out properly. She was so attentive of me and my husband and was near us at all times.

Cynthia went above and beyond and ensured that all the details I provided to her were met and that I was a happy client and made my wedding day an overall stress free and amazing day. Cindy was sick with laryngitis but still managed to come to my rehearsal the day before and help the bridal party with the procession.

I highly recommend Cynthia for her services. She is also reasonably priced compared to other vendors and is attentive, friendly and gets the job done! I could not of had a successful wedding day without Cynthia and her coordinator Celinda. I truly enjoyed my day with my family and friends because I could rest of assure that it was being taken care of.

Hiring Cindy was one of the best moves that I made for my wedding. She is absolutely fantastic and made my special day completely stress free. I really could not have done it without her. I met with her several times before the wedding to go over all the details, and she really understood what I wanted. As a result, every aspect of my wedding was exactly as I wanted it and everything flowed so smoothly because Cindy was there. She communicated with and coordinated all my vendors. My husband, fiancé at the time, was hesitant at first about adding another item to our budget but after reading some of Cindy's reviews, he agreed to hire her for day of services. From the moment we booked her, Cindy was always responsive to my emails and gave great advice. As the wedding approached, she created a timeline that was detailed and organized and on the wedding day, Cindy and her assistant, Iris, executed that timeline with perfection! Both my groom and me were on time to the church with time to spare! The mornings were not at all rushed and I was able to enjoy that time with my mom and maids. Cindy was incredible at my house! I wanted to take some pictures of all of the dresses hanging in the living room as well as my accessories and as soon as she arrived, she collected everything and had it all set for the photographer when he arrived. I didn't have to lift a finger and was able to fully focus on getting my hair and make up done. Throughout the day she kept my lip gloss in her bag and would reapply for me as soon as I looked at her! I didn't even have to say the word! My sister was my MOH and 4 of my cousins/best friends were bridesmaids. None of them had to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding; Cindy and Iris took care of everything. . At the end of the night, my mother in law came over to tell me how much she loved having Iris at her house in the morning and how very helpful Iris was. One of the groomsman spilled coffee on his shirt and within seconds Iris whipped out a Shout wipe and was scrubbing away. Some of these tasks may seem menial but not having to deal with them made our wedding day so enjoyable for us, our parents and our bridal party. Having Cindy is a MUST for any bride-to-be. I was in a friend's wedding over the summer, and saw Cindy "save the day" when the catering hall lost all of the place cards and Cindy re-wrote them all out just prior to the ceremony. I hadn't been planning on hiring a coordinator, but when I saw Cindy in action that day, I knew it was something I had to do for my own wedding - even just for some peace of mind alone! Working with Cindy was seriously SO easy, she answered all of our questions super fast, and was a huge help putting together our day-of timeline. On the day of my wedding, only a half hour before we needed to leave for church, my father couldn't find the studs for his tuxedo shirt and the rest of the girls were all still getting ready. Cindy saved our day by running out to the tuxedo shop and still making it back in time to put the studs on my dad's shirt before we needed to leave. Cindy and her assistant Caroline gave me peace of mind throughout the whole day that everything would go smoothly, helped pack all of our items up at the end of the night, and could not have been any more helpful to us. Even if you don't actually THINK you need to hire a coordinator, you do! Believe me, I had no intention of hiring one until I actually saw her in action. Cindy has her emergency kit filled with goodies (safety pins, etc.), steamed and laid out my wedding dress and shoes on the morning-of, helped us follow our shot list for the photographer, and everything else in-between. You will NOT regret hiring her and will feel SO much better about having someone there the day of your wedding. You and your bridesmaids/family will be caught up in everything else, forbid anything should actually go wrong, you will have someone there to take care of it and have your back. A++++++++

I couldn't have been happier with Cindy and her assistant on the day of my wedding. I hired her for my day of wedding coordinator for my wedding in NYC. I live in Alabama so it was challenging to plan so far away but Cindy was on top of everything including communicating with all of my vendors. Any little problem or change on the day of the wedding was always handled with a smile and "no problem we'll take care of it". She even had her sweet assistant help take our dog back to the hotel after our ceremony for us. She allowed me to have an absolutely perfect wedding and I enjoyed every minute of the day without stressing.

I really wish that you could give someone more than 5 stars on these reviews, because Cindy deserves about 10 stars!!! She is truly AMAZING and worth every penny (and then some!!) I used Cindy as my full wedding planner and I have to say, I honestly do not know how I would have been able to do it without her. From the very beginning of planning up until the day of the wedding, Cindy was available, organized, sweet, helpful, full of information and completely and totally on top of every single detail. She researched vendors and recommended ones she knew I would like, made sure to vet their reviews and their costs to be sure they were reliable and in my budget, and made sure their style was in line with mine. She came with me to my vendor meetings, keeping careful notes of everything we talked about, helped me choose between vendors when I was struggling, and offered advice on things I needed to consider. She sent me to do lists on a consistent basis to make sure we were staying on schedule, but always made sure I was not overwhelmed. She managed my budget, reviewed all of the contracts to make sure they were in line with our expectations, and throughout the entire process was a source of comfort for me. I truly do not know how anyone manages their wedding without her! On the day of the wedding, Cindy was right there with me and my husband every step of the way. She predicted problems and prevented me from ever even noticing if anything went wrong. I remember standing with my dad, about to go down the aisle, and just marveling at how she was handling the whole process. She was aware of every single detail, composed, kind, sweet and comforting. I have gotten so used to talking to her and touching base with her, I don't know how I will manage my regular life now that the wedding is over!! After interviewing 4 other potential "day of" coordinators, I found Cindy and was amazed that what she offered were the same services that people charging 2-3 times as much were offering. For our first meeting, Cindy came to meet me at the venue so we could do a walk-through together and she helped me out with ideas for the flow of the wedding. After that, she was available daily and put up with the dozens of annoying emails I sent her with things to remember and add to the timeline- she was incredibly organized and kept the entire timeline organized without missing a single detail. Two other things I want to highlight about Cindy are 1) she's flexible to stay longer at a very reasonable hourly rate if needed (which was great for me because I needed someone to stay later to supervise tear-down since I sure wasn't doing that in my wedding dress!) :) and 2) she goes beyond the call of duty. In my case, our vendor tried to veto our post-reception party at the last minute even though we were within the boundaries of our contract. Cindy acted as a middle-man and smoothed everything over, allowing us to proceed with our afterparty as originally planned. I would highly recommend Cindy as a spectacular "day of" coordinator who also happens to be the best value I found in New York.

We hired Cynthia for our Day-Of-Coordinator and we are sooo happy we did !!! She was amazing leading up to our wedding and on the actual day. We met with her a few weeks before to go over a timeline of our wedding day and to discuss anything that I wanted her to know about our wedding. Cynthia made us feel so comfortable and confident that she would help make our wedding day perfect. She came to our rehearsal and helped it run smoothly (we had a huge bridal party -11 BM and 10GM) so we really appreciated that. On the day of our wedding, Cynthia was there for everything and anything I needed. Her assistant went to the grooms house to make sure all the guys were on time, which was very important to me. Cynthia arrived on time at my parents house and was there to help with bridemaid dresses, the flower delivery, and just made sure everything was running smoothly. At the church, she helped with the timing of the bridal party walking down the aisle. At our reception, Cynthia was there to just help out where we needed. The bridal attendant and Maître d were great at Carlyle on the Green, but Cynthia knew us and knew what we expected of our evening. I could not imagine our wedding day without Cynthia. She was one of our favorite vendors. Her hard work and dedication is impeccable. Also, her price for the day is the best around. We interviewed a few different coordinators and picked Cynthia for her professionalism and knowledge of wedding planning.

I truly enjoyed working with Cindy and I was so happy to have her on the wedding day. Cindy was our day of coordinator. Prior to the wedding, we met and she took INCREDIBLY detailed notes on the day and on my wishes. She was a great resource for questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she thought of a million little things to do without my asking - she steamed everyone's outfits, helped set things up, brought me water and snacks, ran back and forth between the groomsmen and the bridesmaids. Cindy was extremely organized from the first day we met her months before our wedding day. She kept in touch with me via email leading up to our wedding answering all of my questions and offering fantastic advice. She handled all of our vendors well. On the day of our wedding, Cindy was behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly with the flowers, transportation, hair and makeup, etc., so that I didn't have to think at all about logistics. If there was even one glitch, I was completely unaware of it. It really was a perfect day. Being completely relaxed and care free to enjoy my family and husband was a true gift, and I am thankful to Cindy for making that possible.

Cindy was wonderful! Even though your venue may provide a bridal attendant, the extra hand is amazing. Not only that, but you meet with Cindy before, so she is familiar with your friends and family and the days events and times so she is more of your 'go to' person than your bridal attendant. Although this review comes in a month after the wedding, I had to leave a review to rave about just how amazing Cindy was and how well she took care of my husband and I.

She was recommended by a very close friend and after seeing how great she was at my friend's wedding I knew I had to have her! She was able to make sure that everything from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day was perfectly executed. She stayed fully in contact with my vendors and took over the week prior to the wedding and eased my mind tremendously.

My guests still rave about how everything was done in a timely manner without any hiccups and I owe that all to Cindy and her team. Throughout the entire wedding I was unaware of any issues or problems and was able to enjoy the day all thanks to Cindy's amazing work.

I would recommend Cindy repeatedly to anyone on the fence about the necessity of a Day of Coordinator. Her professionalism and her great personality really made my decision an easy one and I couldn't have had such a seamless wedding day without her!

My husband and I chose Cynthia to be our coordinator on our wedding day. This is one of the best decisions we could have made during the wedding planning process! From our first meeting, we knew we would be in good hands. We really appreciated being able to meet with her a month before our wedding to iron out details of our timeline, logistics, etc. With her expertise in coordinating, she was invaluable in helping us visualize our wedding day timeline and in pointing out areas we would need to adjust before our big day arrived. She was also very good about answering questions we had leading up to the wedding. Moreover, she was a huge help at our wedding rehearsal at the church in taking care of details for our wedding. Every engaged couple should know that once your wedding day arrives, everything is pretty much out of your hands!! Things will inevitably come up on the day that you worked so hard on planning, and it's amazing to have a person as organized and on top of things as Cindy to help your vision become a reality by making sure things are running smoothly (or correct the situation if it is not!). Cindy (Cynthia Ross Affairs) was recommended to us by a close friend after the phenomenal job she did at her wedding. Throughout the planning process she was essential – great suggestions, great recommendations for vendors she’s worked with and really positive suggested tweaks to the timeline to make the wedding day more efficient and enjoyable. Everything that she needed for the wedding day she asked for way in advance. She was always available and responsive, professional, organized, showed up early on the wedding day itself and she stayed on top of every detail from start to finish to perfection. Issues always come up no matter how well something is planned. Truthfully, we didn’t hear about a single issue that went wrong on the day-of – she coordinated everything so seamlessly that no one saw anything but good times going on.

Most people will tell you that your wedding day goes by so quickly and that you shouldn’t stress the small details or worry about issues that you can’t control. They’re right… we focused on us and Cindy was there to figuring out everything else. Because of Cindy and her coordination with our vendors and the venue on the day of the wedding we were able to enjoy the entire day with each other… We even ate the whole meal!

If you think you don’t need a day-of coordinator you’re fooling yourself… excellent work, best money spent and our highest recommendation for Cindy!

Cindy of Cynthia Ross Affairs provided Day-of-Coordinator services for me and my husband on our wedding day. She really came to my rescue with all aspects of my wedding day. I would highly recommend her for wedding planning and coordinator services!! She was available for my rehearsal and helped me throughout the two hours we had to organize the ceremony and logistics in preparation for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she arrived early and got right to work helping my bridesmaids, coordinating with the photographers and helping me with my dress and all of the details associated with getting ready for the day. She is a really sweet and nice person and fit in really well with all of my girls and worked well with the hairdresser and makeup artist. Once we got to the church, she made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be and some other behind-the-scenes things. I wish I could list all of the things she helped with, but it would be impossible to remember everything. She was also extremely helpful when it came to calming me down and assuring me that things would go well. Once we got to the reception venue, she made sure the photos were being taken, the flowers were put out correctly and the items I needed set out were in the correct places. She was by my side throughout the day, and she made my whole day go so smoothly. She is also a great listener and she always understood the concerns that my husband and I brought to her attention. We had some problems with photos not being taken, and she made sure the issue was corrected. She was really a savior for the entire day and I am so happy I hired her! My only regret is that I did not contract her services for longer. She was with me from when I was getting ready (1 pm) to when my reception started (9 pm). The coordinators I had at my wedding venue were not nearly as helpful as Cindy had been throughout the day. Thank you Cindy for all of your help!!!!!!!!!!!

Cindy is the best!!! Where do I begin? Cindy was absolutely amazing!! I still don't understand how people can get through their wedding day without her!! She was on top of everything, and when a problem arose, she was already handeling it. To start off, she arrived early and jumped right into action. She made sure we remembered to bring everything to the church. She even carried all of our flowers to the limo, and made sure everyone was dressed and ready on time. We made flower cones, and Cindy and her assistant even put all of the flowers into the cones during the ceremony so it was one less thing I had to worry about. I honestly can't say enough good things about Cindy. Hiring her for your wedding is a no-brainer. Knowing I had Cindy allowed myself, husband and family to have a stress-free day and Cindy was everyone's to-go person. If you are someone that doesn't think you need a day-of coordinator, think again. You will be so happy hiring Cindy for your wedding!!!! I would 100% recommend her to any bride!!! Having Cindy for your wedding is a must!!

This was hands down The Best decision we made. Cindy was & is AMAZING. From our conversation to our first meeting, we knew she was the one. She listened to us both and really helped us organize ourselves. Gave us great suggestions and during our rehearsal, knew just what to do when no one else did.
My wedding was during a snow storm. She got to my house on time, & made sure we were up & out with all of our little extras on time. her assistant set up the church & dropped off some some of our stuff at the venue, in the snow, by herself so that my fiance could stay at the church & avoid the bad weather. Celinda (assistant) was great. As anyone who has ever planned a wedding knows, we can't plan for everything. Some things just won't go right no matter what, but Cindy made sure I didn't stress over any of it. She just took care of it. Other than myself & my husband, my mom was Cindy's biggest fan, lol. And it takes A LOT to impress her. All in all, I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else that day. She was simply spectacular.

She is warm, approachable, organized, and helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch. If there were any issues/problems the day of my wedding I was totally unaware. From the initial meeting to the final dress fitting, Cindy was a wonderful asset and a pleasure to be around. On what can be the craziest, most stressful day of your life having Cindy there made me feel at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy my day.

This was my second time working with Cindy. The first time around was in 2009 for my wedding. This time she helped me plan and execute my sister's baby shower. Where do I begin??? Cynthia and her assistant were AMAZING!!!! She paid close attention to every detail and always had my best interest at heart. For me, my wedding day was extremely overwhelming because we had a very large reception. There were over 340 guests in attendance and it wasn't expected. There were moments I felt I was going to cry but I DIDN'T because I had Cynthia in my corner. She allowed me to enjoy the special moments between my husband and I while she took care of everything, and when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING!!! The ceremony and reception was kept in order and it was a great night. It couldn't of been a successful night without Cynthia. She was so professional, kind, sweet, humble, and worth every penny. My only regret is not taking a picture with Cynthia. I will forever be grateful to Cynthia and her assistant.

I booked Cindy after having a not so pleasant experience with another highly rated coordinator, who had horrible communication issues.

All of the amazing things said about Cindy are true. Upon meeting her, we just clicked. I am a really anxious person by nature, so this wedding just about pushed me over the edge!

She is so detail oriented and she really puts you at ease. After meeting with her, I would always feel so serene. Every time I had a question, she would email me back almost instantaneously. Every bride knows how important that is!

Everyone loved her the day of the wedding, from my family to the staff at my venue. At the reception, anytime I looked around, she was right there, making sure everything was OK with me. When we were leaving the house to the location we were taking pictures, she was a lifesaver! She made sure I had everything I needed - makeup, reception dress, purse, flats. I just had to bring myself :-)

Even if your fiance tells you that you do not need a coordinator, trust me you do. And trust me Cindy is your girl.

What can I say about Cindy that hasn't been said before?
I'm a bit of a perfectionist and control freak and I really needed someone on the day of my wedding to keep me calm and stop me from butting heads with my mother. Cindy was beyond amazing. I didn't stress once the whole day. Every time I turned around she was there to hold my bouquet or fix my train, or ask if I needed anything etc. She made sure that all the decorations I had brought to the venue were set up the right way and in its correct place. If anything went wrong on my wedding day I never knew about it and I owe it all to Cindy and her lovely assistant.
I have seen other DOCs in action before and they definitely did not have the level of professionalism and knowledge that Cindy has. If you're thinking about hiring someone for the day of your wedding I HIGHLY recommend Cindy for the job!

Cindy is an extremely professional, responsive, supportive, knowledgeable, informative Godsend. My wedding was planned in 9 months and it was the most nerve wrecking time of my life. Understanding what it takes to bring together all the million pieces of what makes a wedding day was not an easy task. With Cindy, that was no longer an issue. Cindy sat me down and calmly explained that I must pace myself to be effective and successful, and that above it all, I MUST enjoy the experience. She broke down the tasks with me and gave me so much useful information on vendors, do's and donts all with very impartial unbiased guidance. She was so calm and always had a smile on her face which reminded me to do the same SMILE. Anytime, I needed her she was there. We communicated mostly via email since my work day is very demanding but it felt like a phone call. She answered promptly EVERY TIME!! On the day of my wedding there was a mishap with place cards, actually let me be clear, THERE WERE NO PLACE CARDS AT ALL. Cindy with a calm voice and smile on her face said, Kimmy, dont worry about this. We got it. This is not a problem. No one, not even the guests new about this because by the time cocktail hour was over, all 200+ place cards were ready. After the wedding my bridesmaids told me about events that happened during the day that I had no clue about that Cindy took care of seamlessly and without my knowledge. For example, the train on one of my bridesmaids dresses was partially ripped off from being stepped on by another guest. Cindy sewed it back on by hand in no time, and she was back on the dance floor as it nothing ever happened. I cant emphasize enough how important this is for a wedding coordinator/planner. Shielding the bride from these horrors makes your day such a memorable one. Our day was PERFECT and would not be this way with out Cindy and her amazing assistant Celinda. Five stars are not enough!!

Cindy is amazing! If it was’t for her we do not think we would have enjoyed or even remembered our wedding day. From day one Cindy was sweet and welcoming. From the moment we met she worked. She asked me about my wedding and how I pictured it. We went over the timeline and was in contact with my vendors. I had no idea about wedding planning and just wanted someone who could make it happen. She made it happen. The day of the wedding she was at the hotel room earlier than we had planned and took care of everything such as moving me to another room, setting up my dress, shoes and accessories for the photographer and making sure that everyone had what they needed. She also made sure I ate something, put on my dress. I did not have to stress about anything. She was super sweet and friendly to me and to my family members. I almost felt like she was part of my family. Cindy also made sure we stuck to the timeline we had created together. She was very efficient that everyone was on time (i.e. limo, photographer).YES I was ON TIME to my wedding. She made sure I was there twenty minutes before the ceremony. At the ceremony/reception venue, Cindy made sure that we knew when to walk when to start greeting guest, etc., when it was time for photo’s, cake cutting, changing into my dress etc.She truly went above and beyond for us that day. We TRULY TRULY TRULY recommend Cindy to be your wedding coordinator. Cindy thank you so much you made our wedding enjoyable and unforgettable !!!!

Honestly, if I did not have Cindy by my side on my wedding day, I doubt I would be able to now look back with a smile.My husband who was skeptical on having a DOC at first, can't stop raving about Cindy!
There aren't enough words to describe how much she did for me as a stressed out bride with perfection issues. From day 1 at our initial meeting she was so calm and sweet, there was just something about her that made me end my search for a DOC right then and there. She saved us a ton of money with her knowledge of all things wedding, and helped me take my ideas and make them a reality without busting through my budget. What really blew me away was when I had an issue with one of my other vendors and was literally in tears, I wrote Cindy an email (being it was 12am) explaining the situation. She replied with an email that brought me new tears ,but these were of joy. She was willing to pick up the slack of the horrible vendor and do so much more. The day of my wedding Cindy was with me toe to toe, making sure I had everything I needed, when I needed it. She was AMAZING to say the least. She IS a godsend. I would recommend her to every bride !!!!!!

Cindy was such a pleasure to work with!! I had switched off from a previous planner who was not too responsive to my requests. I transitioned over the responsibilities to Cindy as soon as I hired her and she executed flawlessly.
She was always early and on time to all of my appointments. Never rushed my now husband and I - rather she was patient and always listened and contributed to any changes or ideas we had. I must admit, we visited my florist at least 4-5times before i eventually made up my mind. Cindy was present at most, if not, all the meetings! She patiently sat through the constant and hours of changes!

Day of the wedding she was extremely helpful, even applying lipgloss, fixing my hair, my veil....anything!....throughout the day when I needed it! A true right hand :-)

I would totally hire Cindy again to relive my wedding experience all over! Hey, maybe for my milestone anniversaries :-)

I'd DEFINITELY recommend Cindy without a doubt! No complaints!!

Our wedding was on June 22nd of this year, and we could not think of anyone better than Cynthia to have had next to us on our special day. I recommend to any future bride to hire Cynthia from the first day of engagement. She will guarantee that your wedding day will be stress-free, just like it should be. I had absolutely NO WORRIES on my wedding day, Cynthia took care of everything. I cannot say enough nice things about Cindy and the services she provided for our wedding. I contacted Cindy about 7 months before before our big day and since I live out of state she immediately offered to set up a time to Skype so that I could have the same getting to know you type meeting as I would have had if I went to meet her in person. I knew I would be booking with her within a few minutes into our conversation. I booked the 10 hour day of coordinator package with assistant. From the moment I booked, Cindy's services never disappointed. She was always super fast to get back to my emails and phone calls, and willing to help in whatever way she could with any planning questions that I had. The month right before the wedding was when I really put her to work. She helped me coordinate my entire day of timeline from wake up to end of night ride home. The week of the wedding she called each of my vendors to confirm times and locations, she came to my final walk thru meeting at my venue and and also came to my house for our own final meeting on a separate night to go thru all the last minute details. My wedding day was executed flawlessly, in no small part thanks to Cindy's help and organization (along with her assistant Celinda as well). On the day of the wedding she was amazing! She has a great personality and she is really easy to be around so she was a calming presence the entire day. When my husband's tuxedo jacket lost a button she was there to sew it back on, when we were minutes before ceremony time and the rings were lost in the bridal suite she calmly went up and found them for us, she made sure we stuck to the timeline and stayed on schedule, carried my makeup/blotting pads and helped me reapply, fixed my hair when some of my curls started drooping, and even helped me use the restroom in my dress. In short I really felt she went above and beyond for me. Booking Cindy was money well spent and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!

Cindy is amazing! She was by far one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. She was worth every penny. Just knowing that someone was there to handle any problems that might arise and to make sure my day ran smoothy gave me such a sense of calmness on my wedding day. Cindy is very professional, organized, and easy to work with. She had a smile on her face the whole day and made not only me but my family feel at ease.

Prior to my wedding, Cindy created an itinerary for the day of and confirmed my vendors. She made sure all the vendors stayed on schedule throughout the day and was even there to wipe lipstick off my husband's tuxedo! Anything I needed, Cindy was there! Cindy was also there for me throughout the wedding process and I felt comfortable calling her to ask advice or if I had any questions regarding the wedding. So, let me start by saying that I don't traditionally write reviews but I got so much help from the feedback on this site that I wanted to also share. As well, I also wanted to let people know how great it was working with Cindy and her assistant Celinda.
I had a large wedding with ~ 350 guests and 20 people in the bridal party. We worked with them for DOC services for our Memorial weekend wedding and I have to say they were nothing short of fabulous (which is a sentiment shared among many in my bridal party including my toughest critics which included my mom and aunt -who was my MOH). Cindy was extremely efficient in getting the bridesmaids out on time, who of course were running late, keeping us on schedule and attentive to detail. Celinda was with the guys and kept them on point and looking sharp. At the reception, they were so on top of everything it really allowed us to enjoy the wedding. She remembered EVERYTHING I told her (even those things I forgot I mentioned)!
I started this process as one of those people who questioned if I needed any assistance since I had so much family support, but on a big day like that, it was nice to know that everyone could relax and someone else was overseeing things. Also, her rates are extremely reasonable and they are both such warm and friendly people, they easily got along with the large group. Next family wedding we definitely know who we'll be calling!
