Seamless, Stress-Free, & Simply Perfect
Cristina and her team were truly a dream to work with. From the beginning, she listened carefully to all of my wants and needs and made me feel completely understood. Beyond being organized, her eye for detail is unmatched, and it showed in every aspect of our wedding.
As we moved into the final weeks of planning, and especially on the day of the wedding, Cristina was an absolute lifesaver. She anticipated things before they even became issues and handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. What my husband and I appreciated most was her calm personality. She has this amazing ability to stay composed while still getting everything done efficiently and flawlessly. Cristina was always available, answered her phone, and made sure we felt supported.
If you are debating a planner, or are between vendors, I highly suggest you sign with Cristina. Her value truly goes beyond!!

Cristi was fabulous!!
Cristi and her team are amazing to work with. Cristi’s attention to detail, organization, and advice were invaluable to us as we navigated wedding planning. She is down to earth, flexible, and was such a calming presence on the day of the wedding— she was ready to help with absolutely anything we needed! She kept us in line during the planning process and was very easy to communicate with throughout, even when last minute changes needed to be made. We loved working with her, she helped us plan the wedding of our dreams!! -

Professional, sharp, and kind are a few words to describe Cristi. I am an event producer by career so my expectations were high and I can confidently say Cristi and her team went above and beyond all my expectations (and high standards!)
I hired Cristi as my day planner which means we worked together for 30 days before my wedding date. At the time I was having some serious communication issues with my venue and was VERY worried they were not going to deliver on the contractual obligations. Cristi understood my serious concern and worked alongside me and my family to ensure all contracted details were executed and met to our satisfaction. Immediately relieving an intense amount of stress. After one meeting with Cristi, I knew I had hired a true professional who takes their job very seriously. Her professionalism is outstanding.
Throughout the month working together she was a direct and clear communicator, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to planning all the small details. She even came with me to my final dress fitting to learn how to bustle my dress with my seamstress (this was so crucial on my wedding day because I knew I could rely on her to quickly bustle my dress when it was time - and she did!)
She came prepared to our wedding day with EVERYTHING you could ever need. Including disposable toothbrushes for my husband and I after we ate before our entrance! That might sound silly but it's those small details that make her an extraordinary wedding planner.
If you are looking for someone who is kind, poised, and extremely professional, this is the right planner for you. For weeks after our wedding my husband, parents, and family could not stop raving about how incredible Cristi was! She was a huge part in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. We wish her much success and know she has a bright future and fruitful career ahead! -

This review is waaaaay overdue, but Cristi was an absolute lifesaver throughout my wedding planning journey. She had this incredible knack for making everything feel so personal and thoughtful. From the get-go, she was all about those little details that make a big difference. Plus, she was always on top of everything when it came to arranging meetings and making sure I was always in the loop with my vendors. Cristi was also super helpful in guiding me through all my DIY wants for the wedding, and always supported me when I had new ideas. Her talent for layout and design is unmatched. I cannot put into words how beautiful she transformed my husband's backyard into the most stunning and thoughtful wedding venue.
January 2024....the weather was all over the place! But Cristi? She was my weather whisperer. She helped me navigate through all the uncertainties with such grace and reassurance. Whenever I was on the fence about something, she was right there, gently nudging me in the right direction. We ended up opting for a tent in the front yard and everyone sang praises about how beautiful it was!
Come the morning of the big day, I was surprisingly calm, all thanks to Cristi and her amazing team. They were like wedding superheroes, making sure everything ran like clockwork. And when it came to finding vendors that fit both my vision and my budget…Cristi nailed it! She connected me with some seriously talented people who made my backyard wedding dreams a reality. From florals, to DJ, to catering, candles, valet, bathrooms, tents, rentals and MORE.
In the end, it was like a fairytale unfolding right before my eyes. I owe it all to Cristi and her team for making it happen. I will always recommend her to anyone I know because she will always be in your corner, rooting for you, and reminding you that it's YOUR day. There is not another person who can do the job like Cristi. -

Where to begin! If you are looking for a wedding planner, and are looking for a team that is professional, responsive, and supportive, look no further. Here are some reasons why I thought their services were exceptional:
1. I am an out of town bride (live in NC), with an impossibly difficult schedule. Cristi accommodated my schedule and lack of ability to make in person meetings with vendors. She routinely met with me (phone or zoom) after hours to discuss important wedding things re timeline, deadlines, etc. 2. She is honest and has been in the business for 10+ years - this kind of expertise is invaluable in a wedding industry like Miami; trust me. 3. She is organized, timely, and a wonderful person. I genuinely enjoyed planning my wedding (which says a lot for me!). If you follow her deadlines and timeline, you will be A-OK! Even if you are a medical resident working 80 hour weeks. 4. This is possibly the most important and not something you can appreciate until after your wedding day: Cristi g and their team SHINE on wedding day. My wedding day went on without a single hitch. They take care of everything so you do not have to, and truthfully, this made the day much more special. My mother, MOH, and bridesmaids were able to be in the moment with me and enjoy every single second. In my opinion - that is what it is all about. 5. To further exemplify my point of Cristi being a 10/10 person/planner; she took my calls while on vacation because we were 1 month out and it was crunch time.

The Perfect Planner
From day one, Cristi guided us through the entire process, assisting with vendor and venue selection. She is organized and methodical, pays attention to detail and has an incredibly creative mind (which is useful when you can’t perfectly articulate your vision).
All of my bridesmaids live in different cities and I was a bit scared that I would be alone through the planning process but on the contrary; Cristi was an expert providing guidance, first hand knowledge, and an opinion when asked. Her relationships with the vendors made every important appointment exciting and enjoyable.
She made the process stress-free, and kept us confident our vision would be executed - and it was! On wedding day, Cristi made sure everything was taken care of. We were both able to fully relax and enjoy our day with the bridal party. She is a selfless wedding planner, and one that truly cares about her clients. Our wedding was a spectacular dream come true and that is in large part because of Cristi. If you are considering who to hire to help plan your wedding, stop considering - she is the wedding planner of your dreams. -

Cristi was beyond incredible. I am a naturally anxious and detail oriented bride, and Cristi helped bring my vision to life. She asked detailed questions to get to know me and my fiance better and brought us to vendors who she trusted to execute our vision. As we began looking at different vendors and venues, she brought us to a few different vendors and venues at different price points so we could make a decision that we felt comfortable with both in the price range and vision execution. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Cristi had everything under control and I felt beyond stress free. She went above and beyond and helped facilitate the booking of golf and spa the day before the wedding and brunch the morning after. The morning of our wedding, I was so calm that everyone kept asking why was I so calm, and my response was "Cristi!" She was so patient with me, even through all my million and one questions. I can't thank Cristi and her team enough for our wedding being perfect, and making sure we ate during the reception. I can't recommend Cristi enough! You need Cristi in your corner! -

Cristi was truly a lifesaver and I am not sure how the event would have turned out without her assistance. We had hired all of the vendors and coordinated as much as we could but as we were approaching the final month it was unclear how we were going to pull everything together. Then we hired Cristi and once everything was put into her hands, all of our worries disappeared. She was calming, confident and very capable. She was familiar with the venue and the vendors we chose and listened to the requests of various family members as well as the bride and groom and was able to make everyone happy. The event turned out beautiful and went off without a hitch. We will definitely recommend Cristi to anyone planning an event. -

Cristy is the definition of the perfect wedding planner. Starting from day one, she listened to me and my crazy ideas, understood my vision, and helped curate the perfect vendor list in order to make my dream wedding come to life. Her organization, professionalism, and kindness separate her from the rest. My wedding day was everything and more and I owe it all to her and her fabulous team! They were with us from the start of the day and and were making sure we stuck to our timeline. "A Cristy G bride will NEVER make it down the aisle late"-Cristy. (She really means that when she says it.) Anything that was needed, Cristy and her team were there to make sure it was resolved in a matter of minutes (maybe even seconds). If I could do this all over again, I would run right back to her without a doubt. If you're looking for a planner that you can trust and rely on, choose her!! I promise you won't regret it! -

Christy what would I have done without you ?!
She went above and beyond to make the process that led up to my wedding along with my wedding day stress free. Christy is so detail oriented and I loved that much about her. She was always available to me for any questions and concerns that I had and made my vision all come together . The day of my wedding she was by my side the entire day for whatever I needed and that couldn’t have been more comforting.

My fiance, family and I had just begun re-planning our wedding due to Covid. Under the stress of wedding planning plus the added stress of the virus, Cristi was always optimistic and ensured our dreams would come true. Her and her team stayed consistent and supportive throughout the entire process. From every small detail to large detail, Cristi made sure I was on task and helped me through EVERY step of the way. Cristi made sure we were able to try appetizers as we got ready for our portraits and even changed my earrings at the end of the night. No detail goes unnoticed with Cristi.She even was able to point out a a flaw on my bustle for the dress that we were able to fix before the big day- her very helpful idea to practice bustling it before hand.
I also was an out of town bride, and when I was in town, Cristi dedicated HOURS to do venue walk throughs and came to my parent's house to walk through the entire day. Cristi has a special gift for detail which made our day flawless. TRULY. The week before the wedding we had to navigate changes, and Cristi in her planning made sure we can tackle each change with calm. Cristi is connected to great vendors and was even able to make my last-minute dreams come true- such as adding cold sparklers for the first dance. Cristi kept me focused and calm and her team made every moment happen. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better planner or team. She even drove my brother home at the end of the night when he did not fit in the uber. I mean, come on. Full service. -

We hired Cristina as our wedding day coordinator and worked with her on a special package in order to receive planning guidance and vendors references. After our first meeting with her we knew we had found the perfect professional! Cristina is a master of logistics and having worked at our venue several times, she knew exactly how to guide us throughout our planning process. Without her, we may have made some very bad decisions! To execute a wedding so flawlessly takes serious skills and she definitely has them all. Our big went without a hitch, everything flowed so smoothly, it was incredible. Our guests had a blast and til this day they are raving about what an amazing time they had. I know for a fact that their experience could have been different would it not have been for Cristina’s guidance and experience. She’s well known and respected in the industry for how professional she is, and we can definitely attest to that. She helped us put together an amazing wedding team and we are forever thankful for her in making our wedding such a perfect day! We strongly recommend her to any couples out there! -

My experience with Cristi G events was nothing short of exceptional. We had an incrrdibly tight budget, and Cristi did all that she could to keep us in line with our budget by providing vendors that were in budget without sacrificing the look and feel that we were going for.
She was incredibly professional and executed our vision flawlessly. She was able to coordinate with all vendors and didnt let us worry about any mishaps that happened just before the ceremony.

An amazing and talented planner!
Cristi was exceptional! She was organized, patient, efficient, and executed our wedding exactly how we had imagined. We had a mixed culture wedding (arabic/hispanic) and she had great ideas to incorporate in the wedding plus helped us execute our own ideas (with a DIY hora loca, cigar bar, a traditional Kuwaiti Yalwa, incorporating cuban food, etc)s We had a partial planning contract, and she was available readily for meetings and was extremely prepared and organized through out. She had great vendor recommendations that fit our vision. She orchestrated many behind the scene events eg checking insurance of vendors, phone calls, contract reviewing etc and always kept us in the loop. She gave us her time, never rushed meetings and even came to pick up wedding items before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she took care of everything seemlessly! She had a wonderful team to help her too. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Cristi to anyone planning a wedding without hesitation! We wish her all the success with future planning. -

When you're looking for a planner or coordinator the last thing you want to worry about is that they'll have everything under control - that should be their job. You don't have to worry about that with Cristi, and she will help you figure out problems as they approach and make sure your wedding is everything you dream of and runs smoothly. The catering, photographer, and musicians were all synchronized by her with effortless precision and grace. She’s an expert in wedding logistics and my favorite thing about her is definitely the fact that she was ALWAYS available for me. She was around from the moment she dropped the bouquet off at my hotel in the morning of my wedding and didn’t leave the party until my husband and I left the venue. Highly recommended.

She was always available, she is incredibly nice and professional and she really knows her stuff! One of the things I was most impressed by (and believe me, there were man!) is Cristi's attention to detail and her knowledge of little details that only someone with so much experience and expertise would know. The little things that a bride doesn't know to think about, that can make or break your big day, Cristi is on it! These are the things that make a wedding go from great to absolutely perfect. I felt calm and confident the morning of my big day and through out the party knowing Cristi had our back! Im so grateful I was able to work with Cristi and her team, they made the whole experience delightful, fun, relaxed and so memorable.
