Courtney and her team were an absolute godsend! If you are on the fence about having a wedding planner or day of coordinator, don't hesitate to hire Courtney.
Our wedding reception was at Cairnwood Estate, a venue where you need to bring in all of your own vendors. I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner being the slightly controlling bride that I was. We ended up hiring Courtney as a day of coordinator to help us iron out all the details of our wedding day. And THANK GOODNESS we did! There are so many decisions to make and so many little details that can be easily overlooked if you're going it alone.
Courtney began to connect with us a few months before the wedding. She provided me with so many great vendor contacts and was involved in every decision that had to be made. Courtney kept all of our contracts and supporting documents organized, provided gentle reminders when it came time to pay the bills, and created a day of wedding timeline (which is much more difficult that I could ever imagine!).
The day of our wedding, she was by my side the entire time making sure that everything ran smoothly. Courtney was extremely attentive, professional, and truly involved in our wedding day. She was my "bustler", my seamstress when my dress straps were misbehaving, and my hero when she had to avert a couple crises. She worked incredibly hard the entire day so that we could enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. I am so grateful to her and her team! Hiring Courtney Space Events was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process.

Best Decision we made!
Working with Courtney Space Events was the absolute best decision we made! We used Courtney and her team at Courtney Space Events for my daughter’s wedding several weeks ago, and I highly recommend her. We used her for design (outstanding!!) and for day-of coordinator (which starts about three months before the day of). We had already booked the venue and most of the vendors, but I wished that we had booked Courtney from the start. She has so much knowledge of the industry and experience with the many vendors out there, that I will recommend to friends that they hire her before choosing the venue & vendors. Our venue came with their own event planner, but we quickly realized that we needed more help. After our first meeting with Courtney, the stress was gone! She and her team are delightful, helpful and really positive to deal with. They make the wedding planning fun, as it should be! Courtney took care of so many of the details leading up to the wedding day, which allowed us to focus on other things. And she did need to run interference with a couple of vendors for us, which I wouldn’t have done as well not knowing the standard practices. The team was with us throughout the wedding day, and took care of all the many details and any issues that came up (which did!!), always in a very calming and professional way. I was very impressed with all of them and so appreciative that they were there!! Thank you Courtney, Kristin and Maxine- you are all phenomenal!!

Would Give a Million Stars if I Could
Courtney is an absolute lifesaver! I initially thought I didn't need a day of coordinator but couldn't be happier that I hired Courtney. She starts 3 months ahead of time - she sends comprehensive checklists, creates your timeline, participates in planning meetings with vendors, and answers all her calls/texts promptly. She even sewed a button back onto my dad's tux within minutes of needing to be at the church for our ceremony. Courtney saw my vision and made everything run smoothly. I will forever sing her praises!

A+ Wedding Coordination!
We booked Coordination services with Courtney Space Events, and they played such an important role in our wedding-planning journey! We worked primarily with Kristin and Michelle, and from our initial meeting (about 3 months before our wedding), to our walkthrough, to the big day, and all the emails and phone calls in between: Courtney and her team are true professionals, and made the planning process way more enjoyable for us. Their organization, expertise, and positive attitudes provided us much-needed peace-of-mind, and allowed us to have the best day ever on our wedding day!

Working with Courtney Space Events was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! Everyone on their team is AWESOME! They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail is meticulous and they are always one step ahead. Where do I even begin?! Courtney and her assistant Michele were everything & more. From the moment we signed on with Courtney ~3 months before our wedding, she was communicative, attentive, and provided all of the insight & help we needed to make our wedding day perfect. From the get-go, she worked seamlessly with our vendors to communicate our timeline (that she crafted in partnership with us) and served as the main POC with them during the rehearsal through to our wedding day. As an organized & Type-A person myself, I was unsure I needed a wedding coordinator but hiring Courtney was the best decision we made throughout the entire planning process. She came highly recommended from a handful of friends and I am so happy we decided to move forward with her. She thought of truly everything and took all worries off of our plate so we could truly enjoy our day. The superhero of wedding planning
Courtney and her team were truly a blessing to our wedding day! Courtney came highly recommended from my sister in law and I was lucky enough to have her as a partial planner. Throughout the planning process, Courtney always made time for me whenever the wedding anxiety felt like it was too much or like my head was spinning in circles and I always felt like any worry I ever had was silly to have in the first place whenever we finished a call. Courtney was wildly supportive and just as excited as I was for each vision I had, making it come to life and beyond my wildest dreams on our wedding day. The amount of love, passion, and warmth I felt from her team made our wedding day so seamless. I don't even want to think about a wedding without Courtney there!!
Courtney and her team are amazing!! My family was unsure about me getting a partial planner, but now they are wanting to use Courtney again when my sister gets married! Courtney made my vision come to life when it came to florals and linens, and at the same time was economically friendly and respected my budget! She was so helpful to me and my mom when she was able to explain the trends going on now vs early 90s when my mom was married :) When it came to the day of, my family and I were BLOWN away. I never had to worry about any of my belongings or vendor communication. Her team made sure everything was with me and I never had to connect with my vendors that weekend. They were attentive to me, making sure I was hydrating and eating enough. I had a BUSH FIRE outside my church ceremony and I only noticed the fire trucks were there by glancing outside (no siren while the ceremony was going on to avoid making a scene, thank goodness). Courtney and her team handled it all! The church coordinator was tough to work with and stressed as she just recently started, and Courtney was able to speak for me while also respecting the staff.

The most valuable vendor we hired for our wedding day
We truly believe that Courtney and her team is the reason that our wedding went so well. We hired Courtney for partial planning and she went above and beyond helping to plan every aspect of our wedding. She was open to my ideas and never questioned what I wanted - just found a way to make it work. When we had budget constraints on certain vendors, she found us affordable options that fit within our vision. Leading up to the wedding day she went out of her way to communicate with me and schedule extra calls when I had questions. She was quick to respond to emails and worked with my busy work schedule. For our venue walk through and rehearsal day she had every detail down pat and it was clear that her team was all on the same page about what needed to happen to make everything run smoothly. On our wedding day her team worked incredibly hard to make it as perfect as possible. I truly did not need to focus on any details throughout the day and had someone from her team by my side every moment (thanks Michelle!). We cannot say enough fabulous things about Courtney and her team. They are worth far more than we paid for her services and such a pleasure to work with.

I truly can't say enough positive things about Courtney. She was my wedding fairy godmother and I am so incredibly grateful for all she did for us. I had the pleasure of working with Courtney for 2 years leading up to our wedding. From our initial phone call, I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. She is personable, outgoing, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and organized. She always made time to chat with me about planning updates and made a special effort to reduce any stress I may be feeling. We talked extensively about the aesthetic of the wedding, all the details I wanted to incorporate, and the flow of the day. Courtney listened attentively to what I wanted while offering helpful suggestions. She absolutely nailed the vision- it was the most beautiful day that perfectly represented me and my husband. You need Courtney and her team for your wedding! I booked Courtney as the day of coordinator for my wedding in May of 2023. She started working with me about 4 months before the wedding. She took care of all my vendor coordination, timeline, and she ensured I had all the small details on track. She gave me check lists to make sure I had everything ready for the day. We did a walk through at the venue before hand as well.
Courtney and Michelle were by my side the entire day. They took care of everything from taking my things to the venue, to grabbing my perfume for me to refresh, to going to buy extra bottles of vodka because we almost ran out!! They went above and beyond for me. They worked with my mom to make sure she had all of her requests fulfilled and ensured that she also enjoyed the day without a worry. And based on the other reviews, this is not a one time thing, they are just simply exceptional.
Courtney and Michelle are professional, but more importantly, they are kind. All my vendors loved working with Courtney. I’m not sure what my day would have looked like without her. I am incredibly grateful and will recommend her to every bride I know. 100/10

Courtney was an incredible day-of coordinator and I cannot recommend her enough - if you’re here reading reviews wondering if you should book her, do it! From the very beginning, she was helpful and supportive of our wedding planning process and brought expertise to help answer any questions we had. She is everything you would want in a coordinator - organized, patient, and kind - without adding any additional stress to the wedding. When it rained on our wedding day, she helped execute our indoor rain plan seamlessly. Her team had everything we needed on wedding day and were always around to help when something came up. They also proactively checked in with me throughout the wedding to see if I needed anything which was so greatly appreciated. I was able to unwind and fully enjoy the day because I knew Courtney and her team were around to take care of everything. As far as wedding costs go, this is the best money you will invest in your wedding! We wondered if it was really necessary to have a day-of coordinator and IT IS. Courtney’s team absolutely knocked it out of the park.

We hired Courtney and her team after our good friends worked with them for their wedding and highly recommended them to us. We had seen them at work at their wedding and we were so impressed-they are on the ball with every aspect of your wedding day.
We hired CourtneySpace for day of coordination and I am so glad we did. She helped us create a timeline and communicate with all our vendors in the month leading up to the wedding which took so much off our plates while finishing planning. Our venue did have an onsite coordinator but believe me you will want to hire someone who is there specifically for you and the wedding party and Courtney is the best option in our opinion.
Her team arrived at noon the day of and stayed with us through until we were on the buses back to the hotel. They helped with getting people to their places for the ceremony and directed people from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner. They even made sure to get our decor at the end of the night! They were so kind, calm and professional through out the day and all the wedding party loved them.

Courtney supported us throughout the process as we planned all the details of our big day, and even more importantly, she was there to make sure that the entire day ran smoothly as planned. Courtney connected us with so many great vendors, and she also helped us make sure that we planned for all of the small details that you wouldn't even think of during the planning process. She collected all contracts, helped make sure that we stayed on schedule with our planning, that we made all of our payments on time, and coordinated with all of the vendors we selected.
Courtney also made a full itinerary of our day to make sure that we had time for everything we wanted to do, and made sure that our photographer, videographer, and bus driver were all well informed. She made sure that the bridal party and groomsmen all stay on schedule, and got out the door on time, which can be so hard to do with such large groups.
Lastly, she worked behind the scenes for the entirety of the wedding to make sure that everything went as planned so we were able to fully enjoy the experience. This is the third time our family has hired Courtney, and she has been wonderful to work with every single time.

The best planner!
Where do we even begin! Courtney and her team were truly incredible! Working with her was the best decision we made. We opted for partial planning and she went above and beyond to help us! She provided amazing recommendations for vendors, helped us navigate contract negotiations and organized and planned a truly amazing day. I felt highly included in the planning as well - but she took on the details and I got to focus on the fun decisions! We were able to relax and take in the day because they were there every second to make sure things went smoothly! I cannot imagine not having their help and would highly recommend them to any and all future Brides/Grooms!

I do not even know where to begin to describe how thankful my fiancé and I as well our families are to have had Courtney and her team as a part of our wedding day! From leading up to the weekend, all throughout the day and until the last shuttle left, Courtney, Michelle and Kristin went above and beyond to make every single aspect of our wedding as seamless and perfect as possible. We hired Courtney as our day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. There is no one more detail oriented, organized and amazing. Her and her team are genuinely such incredible people that I feel so thankful to have had to turn to throughout this important time in life. Booking with Courtney and her team was the best wedding day decision we made!! Courtney, Brooke and Michelle anticipated our every need, made sure everyone was where they needed to be and most importantly made sure things happened the way we wanted them to! My husband and I were blown away. We didn’t have to worry about logistics and we were all able to enjoy the day with our bridal party and guests! They were even able to quickly make my dress shorter prior to our first dance and fix my hair when it came out of place!! I will be recommending Courtney and her team to all my friends!

Every bride needs a Courtney!
Courtney was a godsend! From our first consult, I knew I could trust her to run my day smoothly. She actively worked with my vendors and opened lines of communication so that everyone would be on the same page as far as my vision and timing. As the day approached, I couldn’t believe how at ease I felt knowing that everything’s was being taken care of already. An associate ran out rehearsal effectively and efficiently to start our wedding weekend off right. Courtney and her team showed up on my wedding day radiating positivity and were prepared to take on whatever the day brought. They executed last minute changes quickly and handled every situation that arose. It is very apparent that their number one goal was to ensure that my husband and I enjoyed our wedding day. Hiring Courtney to coordinate our wedding was the best decision I made while planning!

Courtney helped make our wedding day absolutely incredible. She is detail oriented, straight forward, and helped pull all of the many moving pieces together for our DIY wedding without a hitch. She helped keep me organized and calm in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day of she kept everything moving smoothly. Secret Ingredient for the PERFECT Wedding Day!
My husband and I agree - this was the one vendor from our wedding that we didn't pay ENOUGH for all the work they did! We just got married last weekend (a chilly November day) at an outdoor farm venue in West Chester, PA. The venue required orchestrating a couple different vendors, cleaning requests at the end of the night, and a variety of weather-related challenges. Courtney was organized, timely, and responsive from the very beginning. She had a clear idea of what we wanted for our day and ran the whole show from the rehearsal through the end of the night. Courtney and her team were kind, fun to be around, and professional. We are so appreciative of the problems we know they solved (like a whiskey run only 1 hour into the wedding) and all the things they undoubtedly did behind the scenes that allowed us to just be present and enjoy our day. When doing a final sweep of the venue the next day, we ran into another soon-to-be bride at our venue and went out of our way to recommend Courtney (which we will do again and again for any other newly-engaged couples in the area). Our wedding went perfectly thanks to Courtney!

AMAZING planning team!
Courtney and her team were irreplaceable!! We hired them for our wedding this August 2021, and she was with me every step of the way, from initial planning stages to our wedding day. I felt very supported and she interacted with all of my vendors, my mother, and bridesmaids with professionalism and ease! She took care of a lot of details behind the scenes, taking a lot off of my plate. Michelle and Brooke were there on our wedding day, and I honestly couldn't have gotten through without them. They kept the day running smoothly, made sure everyone knew what they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were extremely kind and wonderful to have supporting us for the day! If you're thinking about it - go for it! They are worth every penny.

Best investment of my wedding
Both my fiance and I agreed, the best investment of our wedding was Courtney and her team. We changed our plans last minute because of CoVID, and she jumped in 4 weeks before the wedding, replanned an outdoor micro wedding, and made it look easy. She took care of EVERYTHING on the day of! I am so grateful for the whole team, I would recommend them 1000 times over!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Courtney and Michelle on my wedding weekend. From the beginning of the planning to the follow up appointments Courtney made everything so clear and precise without question. She was so thorough and detail oriented and made everything flow so easily on my wedding day. Her suggestions with the vendors and timeline made the day a breeze, I didnt have to worry about anything! She was so professional and fun through the whole process. She made my mother feel so comfortable which is not an easy task to do, and even my husband was so happy we had Courtney to keep everything together on the wedding day from talking with the transportation, making sure our photographer and videographer had the lists of pictures and shots we wanted, to getting all the bridal party together for the walk through and guiding us with all the mingling and table touches. She always made sure that we were happy and had some private time to just cool down and laugh a little bit! Everyone in my family was so grateful for all the help that day and it was beautiful in every way! She has a solution for any problem and an answer for any question and even will find a way to get the little special extras to be exactly what any bride could dream of!

Great Experience and Highly Recommended
When my friends who may be getting married in the future have asked me about the wedding process the one major recommendation I've made is to get a wedding planner. This is largely due to the experience we had w/ Courtney. I was initially resistant to getting a wedding planner as I saw it as only an additional expense and unnecessary. I wish we'd started working w/ Courtney earlier in the process, and maybe even contracted for more of her services. It was well worth the money. My wife and I both work full time and Courtney's effort really made a huge difference for us. She helped us stay organized, get things accomplished, and (maybe most importantly) reduced our level of stress about the whole event. Her and Brooke made the day of very easy and stress free - which made the day that much more enjoyable. I'd recommend Courtney to anyone planning to get married.

Courtney is absolutely fantastic. She is readily available when you need her. She had a wealth of knowledge of vendors, sites, wedding day coordinating, tips on how to make your life easier...I could go on forever. But even more important is how great of a person she is.
Courtney is no nonsense on the day of the wedding and keeps everyone in line. She and her team are very professional and make sure the day is running smooth down to the very last detail.

My fiance and I decided to hire day of wedding coordination and we could not be happier to have chose Courtney Space Events. Courtney made herself available to us throughout our entire planning process from the moment we hired her. From answering mundane wedding planning questions, to advice on timeline, vendors, and communication between all vendors, Courtney was there for it all with quick communication and clear answers. Courtney and Brooke were the glue that held our day together. I can say that by the end of the night my husband and the bridal party felt like they were part of our family. The execution of timelime, the attention to detail, their obvious love for what they do and for the client they serve was second to none. Where to begin?! We decided to hire Courtney as our Day of Coordinator when we were about six months out from our wedding. At the time, my now husband asked me, “Do you really think we need to hire someone?” I told him I did and so he went with it. The day after our wedding when we were talking about how INCREDIBLE Courtney and Brooke were and when I was filling him in on all of the things they did for us he turned to me and said, “Man we don’t pay them enough.”
To say Courtney and Brooke go above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. Though we hired Courtney for day of coordination she was an instrumental part of the planning process from the moment we booked her. Since Day 1, she was nothing but responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, and FUN to work with. Her laid back nature calmed me from the start and always made me feel like everything was under control. Her attention to detail is truly exceptional and made me feel so comfortable in knowing that my vision would be carried out at the venue.
On the day of the wedding, Courtney and Brooke were literal wedding angels that ran the show and made it all look easy. My mom and I didn’t have to worry about a thing the entire day - our directions from Courtney and Brooke were to relax and have fun and that was only possible because of how wonderful they were. I could go on and on about these two AMAZING women but I think the point is clear. I highly recommend Courtney Space Events no matter where you are in the planning process! Our experience with Courtney Space was outstanding from start to finish for the full service planning package. Our wedding day was perfect. Without a doubt, having a wedding planner is money well spent,but really, priceless--I loved working with Courtney and would recommend her 100% to anyone considering any level of wedding planning services!!!!
We initially went with Courtney after chatting with several planners given her vibe and how comfortable and confident I felt after our initial phone conversation that it would be a great fit. From the start, she helped us find the absolute dream team of vendors while helping us be conscious of our budget. She was flexible which was so helpful with our busy schedules. She helped us stay on track and was always responsive and able to answer every single little question/concern I had. When we knew exactly what we wanted, she helped us realize it and when we weren't sure, she guided us and was never without ideas/options. Especially the month and week leading up to the wedding not a second went by that I wasn't thankful for having her as our planner, knowing that things would be coordinated, no detail forgotten, and my questions would be answered. From the rehearsal to the day of the wedding, whatever I was worried about - weather, timing, etc - everything was executed to PERFECTION. Everyone was extremely impressed by Courtney and Brooke. A life saver
We hired Courtney and her team as our day of coordinator but Courtney did so much more than just Day of Coordination. When we had a problem with vendor approvals from our overly strict venue she was there to help relieve a lot of unnecessary stress that I was facing weeks before the wedding.
Our biggest regret was that we didn’t book her sooner. She saved me money on multiple occasions and helped me realize I didn’t need certain things. She kept me in check. My husband didn’t understand the need for a day of coordinator but no joke after the wedding one of the first things he said to me as we were going to the hotel was “you need to write Courtney and her team a great review. They were incredible”. He’s now a firm believer in the need for at least a day of coordinator. Do yourself a favor and book them :)

Courtney is the ultimate wedding planner extraordinaire. The sometimes brutal wedding planning process was made so much easier. She has amazing attention to detail and helped with all of the little things that you can lose sight of when you're in the midst of it all. Then on the actual day, and with very little good direction from us, turned the venue into a unique and special place our guests couldn't stop talking about. Saved the day!
Initially, we were unsure if we were going to hire a day-of coordinator as we didn't know if it would be necessary or worth the cost. However, I know that I speak for myself, my new husband and my mom in saying that hiring Courtney was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. Having Courtney, Ashley and Brooke by our sides made a huge difference in our ability to enjoy ourselves all day and night. Their confident yet relaxed attitudes were reassuring and made them a pleasure to work with for us as well as for our other vendors. They were especially helpful at problem-solving in stressful moments; whether it was me forgetting the blusher for my veil (yikes!) or the groom spilling on himself just before "show time," there was no fire they weren't prepared to put out. I couldn't recommend Courtney more highly for day-of services!

When your daughter gets engaged you are inundated with having to make a lot of decisions quickly in regards to your daughters wedding . The last thing I thought about or thought I needed was a wedding planner. My daughter insisted we hire a wedding planner and I begrudgingly said yes . If you are the mother of the bride do not think twice hire Courtney Space. Courtney was fabulous . I just loved her and I actually enjoyed my daughters wedding because she handled everything. Courtney and Brooke were incredible. I had worked with Courtney when I was assisting a photographer on another wedding, so when I got married she was one of the first people I contacted. From day 1, she was super responsive and understanding of my then-fiance and my crazy schedules as medical students. We hired her as our day-of coordinator and I have been recommending her to everyone I know since. I would have 1000% paid her 5 times as much as she charged! There were a million and a half things that went wrong, from our officiant being late to my dress ripping during the cocktail hour to difficult family dynamics coming into play. Courtney and Brooke handled it all like absolute champs. I had no idea anything had even gone wrong until people told me after the wedding. Courtney and Brooke spent the cocktail hour sewing my dress back together with our photographer, got me through table touches, and kept everything organized and on track. They were always on hand for anything I needed and kept me calm the day of and the weeks leading up to the wedding. Seriously, whenever anyone asks for wedding advice, the first thing I say is, hire Courtney. My husband and I only have great things to say about her and Brooke and are so incredibly grateful to them!

Courtney and Brooke deserve uncountable accolades and credit for helping make my daughter's wedding day an absolute dream come true for all of us.
Not only did they take care of the bride and groom with just the right amount of attention, but they took care of “both sides of the aisle” with impeccable efficiency and calm. They made our day unbelievably stress-free and made sure that we took every opportunity to take in all that was happening.
I have seen other wedding coordinators in action and have sensed their stress as they run around, tending to the many things that need attention. But Courtney and Brooke seemed to work in tandem, seamlessly dealing with anything that came up. Unbeknownst to me, a guest who thought he could only attend the ceremony had a last minute change of plans and Courtney and Brooke made sure he was comfortably seated and served as though he had always planned on joining us for the reception.
I can't say enough about the value of this team and what it meant to my family, having them take over the details so we could enjoy every moment.

I’m not even sure where to begin with how absolutely amazing Courtney & Brooke were throughout our wedding planning process, let alone on the day of. They have this calming Ora about them that always made me feel at ease and as though they had everything under control, which they always did. Every step of the way they were there, regardless of what time it was, they were answering my every call/text/email. They pushed me to go outside of my comfort zone with the table settings and boy did it pay off, it looked fabulous! I wished I could give Courtney Space an even higher rating. Courtney and Brooke had worked with us on our wedding and it was positively beautiful and so far beyond any expectations we could have dreamt up. Essentially all myself and my now-husband could do was create a million and one crafts and just hand them over to Courtney, and she in turn made it work. Courtney was ready with all of the questions and tools to help you be organized/prepared. If I could have done anything different it would only to maybe go back have her do the planning as well :D. As our Day-of-Coordinator, she was absolutely essential in the wedding day’s success. We had even thrown in a last minute audible or two which she very graciously pulled together and she was rather flexible throughout the day all while keeping us sane. I have been a bridesmaid before many times, and the weddings with a coordinator went WAY smoother than those without one. After all of the stress and planning during the engagement, I didn't want to be the one stressing and planning on the actual wedding day. I also knew I wanted someone other than a family member to be there driving the ship, but we didn't have a ton of space left in the budget. I found Courtney online because of her high reviews, and I was happily surprised when she fit into our budget. We used her Day-of wedding package, which actually consisted of working with her the entire month prior. She does this so that she can catch your wedding day vision and learn how to execute the day-of plans. I could not be happier that we hired her (and her assistant, Brooke). I have already told all of my fellow engaged friends that they NEED Courtney on their wedding day, and I'm telling you the same thing. Trust me, you will be SOOOO happy she and Brooke are there.
I do not know if anything went wrong on the day of my wedding, and that's because if something did go wrong Courtney took care of it. I trusted her, and she came through. There were no stressed out bridesmaids, moms, or aunts running around trying to figure out where the flowers go or making Target runs to get last minute supplies. The day was chaos-free and Courtney made sure all of our plans went according to how we wanted them to go. She has coordinated many weddings before, and her experience and professionalism showed in her extensive check lists and knowledge of how to handle other vendors. She was there in the tiniest of details, from helping me walk around the streets of Philly in my dress to helping the groomsmen pin their flowers to even putting extra food in our send off car. We were able to focus on each other, our vows, and celebrating with our family and friends, and we are so grateful for Courtney and Brooke's role in making sure we could do so. Indulge yourself and hire them, too.

We hired Courtney to help plan our wedding this past June. When my wife first said that she wanted to hire a wedding planner, I was skeptical, but I cannot be more thankful that we did. Throughout the 10 months or so after we first hired Courtney, she was incredibly responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Whenever we had any question, she was literally just a text away and would get back to us immediately. She helped recommend and deal with almost every single service we needed for the wedding, and whenever we needed something new she would provide us with a range of options to look through at a range of different prices. Her experience was expansive, and there was no situation we encountered that she didn’t know how to deal with. On the day of the wedding, both she and Brooke were integral to making sure that everything was running smoothly and that my wife and I felt comfortable, calm, and that everything was under control. My wife didn’t have to worry about anything other than getting ready and enjoying the day – they took care of every unexpected issue, from last-minute seating chart changes to dealing with the venue management and ensuring that the wedding was going exactly the way that we wanted it. To anyone on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I can’t recommend Courtney enough. She took all the stress out of the planning and ensured that we were only making the big decisions while she took care of all of the details.

Working with Courtney was the BEST part of my wedding. Living in NJ and planning our wedding outside of Philadelphia was only possible because of Courtney Space Events. I chose to have her as our day of coordinator with Brooke Puccio but also worked with her throughout the entire planning process. She created inspiration boards that perfectly captured the exact vibe I was going for. She also recommended all of our vendors including hair and makeup. ( Our vendors were INSANE!!!) She was always available for a chat or text anytime and kept things running so incredibly smoothly. She looked over every contract we signed and also attended vendor meetings when I wasn't able to be there. They day of the wedding Courtney and Brooke put JLO in the Wedding Planner to shame. Every detail from keeping things running smoothly during photos, to making sure we were able to touch every table, to wrangling flower girls and most importantly making sure my husband and I had the perfect wedding. I can't thank them enough! Courtney Space Events is the Best in the Business.

I was leery about the necessity of a wedding planner, but after my sister used Courtney's services over a year ago for her wedding, I knew it was a no brainer. I had been to so many weddings and had very specific views for my wedding but had a very hard time piecing it all together. Courtney completely understood my vision when no one else could. Every detail, from the flowers, to the invitation, the decor, to the location was perfection. She made the experience, which for many people is stressful, fun, exciting and a breeze! She has wonderful contacts in the industry and ended up saving me a significant amount of money on very high quality products. Day of, Brooke and Courtney made the event run flawlessly. They coordinated everything with the vendors and made my out of date venue and disjointed vision into a cohesive, elegant, whimsical wedding. Courtney is always professional and dealt with my sometimes opinionated and difficult to deal with mother. It has been over a month since my wedding and my friends and family are still talking about how incredible the day was. If you are on the fence about a wedding planner, or trying to decide who to choose, I HIGHLY recommend Courtney. Her prices are reasonable and she is worth every penny!!!

Courtney and Brooke made our wedding day run so smoothly from start to finish! I booked Courtney about a year before my wedding for day of coordination, but she was always available to me via email or text for any questions I had leading up to the wedding. She began to get involved about a month and a half before the wedding date gathering all the details, contacting all my vendors, and creating a day of timeline. This was extremely helpful and relieved so much stress, especially since I was planning a wedding out of state. Not only is Courtney extremely organized and professional, but she is so sweet to talk to on the phone and helped calm all my nerves. She even told me to call her if I couldn't sleep the night before the wedding :) On the day of the wedding, things ran so smoothly with Courtney and Brooke by our side from the big details like decorating the church (which they did beautifully) to the smallest detail like fixing my hair or necklace so I looked perfect in pictures. They were constantly checking in on my husband and I, making sure everything was okay for us and our families. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank Courtney and Brooke enough for helping carry out the vision of our special day! Two months of marriage later, my husband and I still refer to Courtney as our real life "Mary Poppins" who came in and magically turned our very lose, inarticulate wedding vision into a picture perfect reality. Unlike so many folks in the field we spoke with, Courtney brings personality, professionalism and an amazing low key vibe that consistently brought zen and excitement to the long road of planning the nuptials. From answering FAR too many texts from my mom, to helping with our pup Olive on the big day, and ordering her the most gorgeous flowers (she stole the show, naturally) Courtney was a pure joy to work with. My wife and I were not planning to have a day-of-coordinator, but as we got closer to the day and realized neither of us have strong ideas about anything, we thought differently. Courtney and Brooke not only made the day flow perfectly, but helped us think of things we didn't know we needed to think of. From offering to set up the after party to suggesting a bubble machine for the kids, they were imperative to making our wedding run smoothly. This is a joint review from the bride and MOB. We knew we would need help on the wedding day (and Courtney's support started a month before that) with many moving parts: outdoor venue for 185 guests and everything brought in; a third of the guests and the bridal party gathering and getting ready over a half hour away and where photos were taken, etc. And it turned out there were limited hours for the rehearsal and for wedding set up. With all these challenges, Courtney, and her team, Brooke and Kelly, were seamless in supporting all of it. They worked with the other vendors, orchestrated the rehearsal, oversaw the hotel end of things, as well as setting up everything for the ceremony and various outside activities, even last minute items that MOB thought she would need to do and thank goodness they did them! Their goal was for us to be able to focus on the joy of the day and not the myriad details and trouble shooting. They accomplished that and more.

Courtney and Brooke went above and beyond to make our day perfect -- from keeping us on schedule and managing my stress, to making the rest of the coordination (photos, decor, etc.) run smoothly. Courtney always made herself available to answer questions leading up to the wedding -- even though we technically only booked her for the final couple of weeks. They also stored a bunch of our decor for us for a small fee during the final month before the wedding, and they delivered everything to the venue that day and set it all up. This was super helpful for us, as we do not live in Philadelphia. All in all, I felt they truly did a lot of work and I was blown away by how beautiful they made the venue look when we walked in that day. And the best part was that I was able to actually enjoy my wedding and not worry about the details!!

I can't say enough AWESOME things about Courtney Space Events. I hired Courtney for my full weekend wedding event and they were spot on with everything. She did everything she could to avoid bothering me with any stress or mishaps the weekend of my event which allowed me to fully let go and enjoy myself (and of course my husband and family as well)! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else to make our special day come together the way Courtney Space Events did! From helping us organize every detail, search for vendors, stay on top of vendors and all the little details that need to come together we never once had anything fall through the cracks. Our wedding day was COMPLETELY stress free! I didn't have any vendors asking me anything, they all knew to ask Courtney and her team. She was SO helpful in the months leading up to our wedding day, making sure all of our other vendors knew where they needed to be and tying up all loose ends. She took so much stress off of my shoulders in the final days before the big day, and she was UNBELIEVABLE the day of the wedding. Even our photographer couldn't get over how amazing Courtney and Brooke were. There was nothing too little or too big for them to handle. I felt like I could actually enjoy the day and take in every moment. My mom and I kept saying how we had no idea how we would have juggled all of the moving parts without Courtney and her team. We received so many compliments from the bridal party about how organized and on top of everything our coordinators were. My husband and I can't recommend Courtney enough!!

When in originally reached out to her I wanted full wedding planning but after reviewing our budget more closely we were not able to do it. She was very understanding and kept in touch. I cannot say enough about Courtney Space. I feel truly lucky to have found her and have gotten to know her over my months of planning! She is an incredible person and extremely talented. Leading up to the wedding she helped me tackle every single detail (and trust me there were a LOT!) and helped me coordinate with more than 10+ vendors. I think I, and any bride for that matter, are capable of planning our own wedding and I often take pride in being frugal and doing things myself. However, hiring Courtney as our Day Of Planner was THE BEST decision we could have made!!!! I can wholeheartedly say without the help of her and her assistant Brooke, I probably would've shaved years off my life. If you want to save money, skimp somewhere else. Not only is she extremely professional, prompt, and great with communication, but she just thinks of every little thing that I would have never thought of. Courtney Space and her assistant Brook provided a superb service. Courtney was on time and on point during our pre-wedding planning meeting. She had very good questions and suggestions based on real wedding experiences. For as much as we had tried to plan every minute, her questions really helped us cover all our bases. She handled coordination the day off our wedding that included moving our guests from shuttles to church and back to a reception venue, getting our wedding party to the church on time, making sure vendors tips and payments where handled, accompanying us as we took pictures throughout Philadelphia while her assistant made sure our decorations where set up per our requests. Walking into out reception hall the decorations looked fabulous. We didn't have to worry about having friends set up or take down decorations, Courtney and Brook took care of it so us and our guests could share our limited time. They kept us on track all day. They even handled some technical difficulties we had with our DJ to make sure things got back on track quickly. Our guests barely noticed the problems. Make sure you let her know exactly what you need, where you need it and when--they aren't mind readers! Everything we asked for, they delivered seamlessly and on time. Thank you both!

Leading up to the big day, she was so helpful in getting in contact with vendors and creating a timeline for the day to make sure it ran smooth. Because of Courtney my wedding day was absolutely perfect, and everything went according to plan. As a bride, Courtney made sure that I could really enjoy my day, and not have to worry about the details and how the day would run. She was always available by phone or email, and answered every question I had (and believe me I had a lot) She was extremely professional, and made sure everything was done just the way I wanted it to be. She was with me all day/night, and was always asking me what I needed, or how she could help. Whether it was getting me water, bustling my dress, or just reassuring me everything was running on time. Courtney did an amazing job, and I was so fortunate to have found her to help with my wedding. My friends and family cannot stop talking about how smooth the day went from beginning to end. Hiring Courtney was my best wedding decision. I am a type-A DIY get it all done bride. Between pinching pennies, insanely detailed excel sheets, & tackling all things on my own, hiring a coordinator was not on my to-do list until a few months before the wedding. I interviewed about 10 DOCs (did I mention I'm a perfectionist?) leading to yet another sheet of pros/cons. When I narrowed my list to the top 3 Courtney really stood out. She also didn't put hour limits on the package, which showed that she really was just going to be there to help in any way possible. On the morning of the wedding she was waiting for us with things already underway. She gave me quick calm updates & consulted with me when necessary. If I said it didn't matter she would quickly take care of the problem & I wouldn't hear another word about it. If I had a strong feeling, she made sure it happened my way. She exerted herself when she needed to & was not slowed down by pushy personalities. She was completely professional, kind, & welcoming to everyone. The wedding party loved her! She handled a million details for me, but one that stands out is that I mentioned I was going to have some decorations for the honeymoon suite, but I never got around to setting anything aside. With everything going on I just let it go. When I went up to the room to change I found that she had taken extra flower arrangements & candles from the reception & arranged them beautifully all over the suite. There were flower petals leading to the bed, & my veil beautifully draped over the arm seat. Food & candles were waiting for us on the table & all the extra boxes had been tucked away. It was beautiful & an amazing end to a perfectly-executed day, all thanks to Courtney. I would like to write about every fabulous detail, but due to the word limit I will just say: Hire Courtney, it will be the best decision you make.

The wedding was a great success and CSE made it all happen. The flowers and decorations were tasteful and beautiful. The organization of the details made everything seemless and provided a great flow. During the wedding and reception, Courtney was constantly working making sure everything was perfect, though it seemed so easy and natural for her. And it really looked like she enjoyed it and was having fun. It is very easy to recommend Courtney Space Events and I'll be using her at our next event!

I hired Courtney to help with all of the logistics of getting everyone ready before the wedding and then for the ceremony. Our venue included an 'event coordinator' so we did not hire her for the whole day, although if money was not a factor I would have! She was super flexible to offer her services for the amount of time she did, and I felt the price was very reasonable, especially when compared to what others were charging. She was always on time, ready to go, and very calm. She got everyone out of the door on time, looking great, and was a wonderful asset at the venue. Having her there allowed me to just enjoy the day and not worry about buses and timing and music cues. Thanks Courtney! Book her before she raises her prices.

Hiring Courtney was the best thing we did! We met Courtney only a few weeks before the wedding...we met at our venue and she did a walk through with us asking about every detail. She helped us create a timeline for the day (and she didn't kill us when we changed it a million times!). She contacted all of our vendors and organized our final details and payments. She was there with us for our rehearsal and lined everyone up, explained the plan, kept everyone organized and under control despite the cold :) On the day of our wedding she was an absolute GODSEND. She arrived at the hotel where I was getting ready just before I was about to have a nervous breakdown and literally saved the day. She swooped in and started taking care of everything. From helping me pack my purse, filling up her car with all of our "necessities" for the day, making sure we were on schedule to negotiating with our florist who forgot to drop off the groomsmen's flowers...Courtney and her assistant did it all. She got us to meet my groom on time and rounded everyone up (6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen, my mother, etc) onto the bus. She sat up front with me and seemed to just know exactly what I needed at every moment! She stood outside with me in the cold and held onto my accessories for photos- made sure I looked perfect for every picture! When everything went wrong at the ceremony/reception site Courtney handled it all without having to get me involved. Our ceremony was moved inside at the last possible second and Courtney was there to help make it all happen. We started so late because of trouble with our guests transportation arrangements and Courtney negotiated with all of our vendors to stay an extra half hour :) Courtney was AWESOME as was her assistant. We couldn't have had such a wonderful day without them...she continued to help out with stuff right up to the last minute and packed everything up for us. I highly recommend Courtney- her services were worth every single penny AND MORE!!!!

Courtney was a HUGE help for the entirety of my wedding process. She was alway available to answer any questions I had about the big day, and was 100% the reason my day went so well. The day of, she ran the show perfectly. She helped my vision come to life...and then some. She took care of any problems that arose, and I was able to enjoy the day free of stress. I'm so glad I hired Courtney, I couldn't have done it without her help.

Courtney & Brooke made my wedding day an absolute fairytale. I simply cannot put into words how valuable they were for our us. We booked Courtney in the Spring to be our Day of Coordinator for our December wedding. I can, without a doubt, say that she was my #1 favorite vendor hired for our wedding. I am very organized and love to plan things, so I worked hard to make our wedding vision come true for many days leading up to it, but I knew that I needed someone to take the wheel when the time actually came. I was planning our wedding from out of town and Courtney offered valuable suggestions and expertise in the planning process and the local area that I am so grateful for. She built our timeline and stuck to it religiously on the day of. She confirmed with all my vendors the week of so that all I had to do was show up! "Day-Of-Coordinator" is obviously just a title, because Courtney was super helpful during the time leading up to the wedding. However, on the actual day, hers services absolutely sparkled, starting with the rehearsal. When the church suggested doing something I was not keen on, Brooke & Courtney fixed it. On the morning of, when the house was total chaos, bridesmaids getting dressed, photographer & videographer taking over each room, they made sure the best pictures were being taken and that I was buttoned, zipped & beautified. When it was pouring rain, they carried my umbrella/dress. When we took pictures outside, Courtney made sure my dress never got wet. When the venue arranged our name cards incorrectly, Brooke re-arranged them. When my Mom had nightmares about bustling my dress, they bustled my dress for her! They wiped tears, lipstick, and all concerns away on the day of and I am eternally grateful! I highly highly highly recommend Courtney Space for every Bride!!!

I have seen Courtney in action in three separate weddings but it only took one to realize the importance of her role. Whether she was reviving flowers, setting up chairs, giving the DJ directions, or just re-arranging some things, she was fantastic.
Any event (weddings esp.) are expensive but you can NOT cut out the cost of a coordinator. Courtney has the wonderful quality of becoming a bff in minutes but at the same time, she is no-nonsense. She has the interests of her client at heart and has no qualms calling out anyone who gets in her way. She is a MUST HAVE for any event. && while a friend may be organized and meticulous, she will not be Courtney. You need Courtney. She will make your hopes and dreams become reality. (Corny but true. Hire her & you'll see...)

I am like the reviewer below from 2014 who said she is super Type A and is very detail-oriented. I am also a busy lawyer. I knew I wouldn't be able to let go completely, and we were on a budget, so we decided not to hire a full wedding planner, but opted for day-of-coordination instead. It was important to me that on the day of, I would feel like I had someone I really trusted and could rely on to know all relevant information and to make sure I was not distracted with admin on the day of my wedding. Courtney and her assistant Brooke filled that role very well. Because I had to plan the wedding remotely from out of state, I did not get to meet Courtney in person until a few weeks before the wedding. Fortunately, that meeting was reassuring, as Courtney seemed to be the most professional and on-top of things out of the whole dream team of vendors we assembled, even though she has a youthful appearance. Thereafter, Courtney took the initiative and contacted each of my vendors to fill them in as to her draft timeline and my vision without my prompting. She was also flexible when I wanted to make some adjustments to the timeline she prepared.
On the night before the wedding, I was obviously very anxious after a lax rehearsal that was like herding cats, but come the day of, Courtney kept me calm, was on top of things, and made the day run very smoothly. In particular, I liked that she followed me around with my oil blotting sheets and lip color, stepped in with good ideas for the first look and bridal party photos, and was proactive and did not bother me with the needs of the caterer, videographer, or photographer. I was able to enjoy the day thoroughly and felt like I was in very capable hands! I would definitely recommend Courtney!
