Skilled, detailed and fun event planners!
Marci and Kari made sure everything was absolutely magical for us. They paid great attention to details and made sure there were no loose ends so we could enjoy ourselves! They came prepared for anything -- even bringing a lint roller for my husband's suit and a safety pin for my fur stole. We felt confident in Marci and Kari's ability to handle any situation and make sure the day went smoothly. We couldn't recommend Coastal Events highly enough! -

If I could tell you one “extra” thing I couldn’t live without on our wedding day, it was Coastal Events. They knew every detail of our wedding and kept me at ease on the big day. If there were any “mishaps” I had no clue because Marci and Kari were so on top of everything. I would definitely recommend Coastal Events for a stress free wedding day; you won’t regret it! -

Both Marci and Kari were Great!! They helped with all my questions and concerns about the preparations for our Daughter's Wedding. Everything turned out beautifully and went very smoothly. If any issues did arise, I was not made aware, as they kept everything organized and professional. I don't think there were any issues though... 🥰
We would highly recommend these fabulous ladies to anyone and would certainly use them again ourselves... we do have other children, so who knows!! Thank you so much for such a magical day and wonderful experience!

I can honestly say I enjoyed every single moment of our big day because of them! They were so accommodating and made sure everything was flawless and that we we didn't have to worry about a single detail! They were available at the drop of a hat for any questions we had leading up to our wedding and made sure that our day was exactly what we imagined! I strongly recommend a day of coordinator for anyone getting married and if you live in Hampton Roads, Coastal Events is the team to ensure you enjoy the best day of your life!!

Marci and Kari were the best day of coordinators we could have asked for! They are warm, fun, and extremely organized. They made sure to go over every little detail with us before the day so it would run smoothly and we wouldn't have to stress about anything. While the day mostly went perfectly, there were a couple of unavoidable issues like the tent heater not working. However, we didn't even know that had happened until the day after- they really prioritized making our day stress free. It was truly the best day of our lives, thanks in large part to Marci and Kari! Highly, highly recommend! -

Thankful to have this team of ladies when I got married. Had a few situations with family, my dress, food etc. As with most weddings, situations happen..mine probably a little more than others.
BUT, myself or my hubby didn’t have to be the ones to handle them. Matter of fact didn’t even know about a few until sometime after the wedding. To me, this is what having a wedding planner is all about. They were there during planning with ideas and notebook ready, but I liked planning. They really shined the day of which is what I ended up needing most.
I highly recommend these ladies -
