Perfect & Easy
I’m a local to Florida and wanted a small wedding on a beach with a small reception, but didn’t want to do the planning. We went with the boho sunset package and to say that I was blown away with how it tuned out, would be an understatement. They far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful wedding and great people to work with
I got married on Clearwater beach on oct 21 2023. First I want to say cherished ceremonies was very responsive and walked me through Every thing. I live out of state and they were nice enough to get the beach permit for me as well. When I was looking at prices for beach weddings and what was all included this was by far the best I found! Most of them don’t play a song of your choice for the aisle walk unless you bring your own speaker and a lot didn’t offer a first dance. Most the the packages I saw from other places for the same price was just an arch. Not really any decor or ect. The wedding was beautifully set up! Also reverend Rodriguez was great and so much fun. My family LOVED him as did me and my husband. The photographer they hired was also super nice and very sweet and chill guy. Thank you guys so much again !

Incredible Ceremony
Cherished Ceremonies ended up being a huge blessing for us in more ways than one, which completely surprised me! First, our original ceremony company coordinator we choose 1 year prior to our wedding, backed out with only a few months prior to our set date (during the busiest wedding season). I was in a panic to find anyone, let alone someone that was actually good quality, professional, and of good value. Well, Cherished Ceremonies put that stress and anxiety at ease when they aligned with my date, our budget, and even a few of our custom asks. Vilma was very responsive, I never waited a day to receive a response to an email with any inquire. She was always on top of it all, addressing all of my questions and concerns. Throughout this planning process, I found that a lot of these companies do not like to meet the bride/groom's requests and wish to stick with their set offerings/plans. However, CC allowed us to pick from various packages to build our own if we wanted and even was 100% open to a few custom requests, which was amazing. Not all brides may have a unique vision, but I did. Additionally, they provided us an officiant (free of charge) that was incredible! He was extremely kind and patient. Him and CC took photos for us and shared them after the ceremony which was very unexpected and so sweet!
To say they were anything less than exceptional, I'd be lying. Our original ceremony coordinator backing out was a blessing because we never have found CC and our officiant who provided us our picture perfect wedding. HIGHLY recommend for any couple getting married on the gulf coast of Florida. Do NOT pass them up. Trust me when I say, I looked everywhere and they are by far the best price and value out there! They provide a personal touch that so many companies do not.

Memorable wedding with amazing decor
Vilma Suarez was the coordinator for my wedding decor. She did a great job in understanding the details of the hindu wedding and assisted with the setup of the mantap. She did a beautiful beachy theme for our hindu temple wedding with amazing yet simple colored flowers. She was always responsive about trying to work on different ideas as well. Working with her was super easy and she has ideas and options to make the decor match indian weddings.

Amazing Destination Beach Wedding!
We decided we would get married on the beach just a small wedding of about 20 people. I searched and searched for a company for the ceremony and I found Cherished Ceremonies and I'm so glad I did! The set ups she offered were the prettiest I had seen and honestly the best price for the packages and she added some aspects that I had seen on Pinterest that I really wanted. I really didn't worry about a thing which is odd for me LOL. If you are looking for an affordable wedding option on the Beach they are the best!

Rustic Romance Wedding
Words can not express the awesome services that me and my new Hubby had experienced with having Cherished Ceremonies to plan our beach wedding. Vilma and her team coordinated the entire event from start to finish with no misses.
The Layout was absolutely breathtaking. The cost was so reasonable and Vilma made easy for us to make our payments electrically, since we live in another state. Also, she made it easy for us to make adjusts up to 14 days prior.

We used Cherished Ceremonies as our Day Of Coordinator, and we are so grateful that we found them!! Vilma was amazing in answering all of my questions through email. She helped shape our vision for our wedding day and we were able to rent so many items from her for the day of, which helped us save a ton of money from buying unnecessary decorations! Vilma was very organized and patient with me as I decided what we would need for our wedding. Our Day Of Coordinator was Sharon, and she was seriously amazing!! We began discussions with Sharon about a month out from our Wedding Day. Sharon was extremely organized and helped make sure everything was taken care of. Sharon even met us the day before our wedding at our venue, since she had not done a wedding there before and wanted to see the venue. This helped me show exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. What can I say about the day of, except that everything was even better than I could have ever imagined for my wedding day!! Sharon was seriously amazing - everything was set up even better than I planned (the chairs, decorations, vendors). Throughout the afternoon and evening of the wedding, Sharon made sure that we were doing well and kept checking in on us. After the reception ended, she did a great job of taking care of clean up so that our family did not have to do much. Overall, I was beyond thrilled and amazed by the services we received from both Vilma & Sharon - so thank you both SOOO much for everything!!

Where to begin? Well, our wedding was two months ago 3/12/2017 and thanks to Vilma and her staff, our wedding was amazing. Just like any other bride I wanted our wedding to be unique, different, fun but still elegant. I thought to have a coordinator/planner was going to be hard as I am used to be hands on. However, Vilma made the planning process smooth as possible. The first time we met I was really nervous because I had the colors but I was not aware of how much effort goes into planning a wedding. She walked me through it and we started brainstorming. I send her pictures of what I wanted and she was able to pull everything that was on the picture to perfection. The décor was spectacular (I used tiffany blue and gray). She responded to my email and calls at any time, she provided suggestions and what would look better. Many vendors nowadays charged for every little thing not included on the initial charge. In the other hand, Vilma is a professional who values her work and the happiness of the couple. Therefore, she was able to add a twist here and there with no charge.
She even helped me picked up a location; mind you that we have seen many venues before but they were all expensive and nothing that appealed to us. The officiant, DJ, and photographer that came included in our package were friendly, motivated, and bilingual which was a plus for us as we had family coming from outside the country.
One thing that I would like to suggest was the coordinator we had throughout our wedding (ceremony & reception) was not really helpful and here is why: We met when I was about to get my makeup done, and every time I asked her a question she would respond as to “she would do that later (because everybody else was getting ready) or she had already taken care of it. When I walked down the aisle I realized that my maid of honor (my sister) was the last one on the row, not to my immediate back (which is how it is supposed to be and how I wanted it to be).

Rev. Angel did a fantastic job working with our rather complicated script because I wanted a more non-denominational christian wedding. I provided the script and he had it translated perfectly.
He was very professional and flexible with some last minute changes and staying in communication during the process. He was also very good at pacing the ceremony and providing an excellent vibe in his method of speaking.
His bilingual translation of the wedding was very beautiful and provided a very inclusive feel for the guest of the wedding, some of whom did not speak English.
We highly recommend Rev. Angel as a minister for your next bilingual wedding ceremony!

Rev. Rodriguez was truly a blessing for me and my husband. Literally I was going crazy 1 week before my wedding looking for an officiant. At this point I didn't care whether they were bilingual or not. Vilma from Cherished Ceremonies quickly responded to me and said she had an officiant for me for my day. She told me he was bilingual and could create a ceremony that would be memorable for us. Rev. Rodriguez was so prompt to contact me and get all the details for the wedding. I had no worries that he would preform such a beautiful ceremony. My guest loved how the ceremony was both in spanish and english. I believe that hands down we made the best decision going with Rev. My wedding was amazing! I worked with Vilma, Angel and Michelle. They all worked so hard to make our day special! Vilma put my vision together better than i had even imagined! When i saw the venues I was in awe at how she decorated them! Angel was our officiant. He contacted me several times to go over everything. We wanted to have a bilingual ceremony, and we had a very difficult time finding an officiant that could speak both Spanish and English in our area. When we found Reverend Angel, and spoke to him he was enthusiastic and more than willing to answer all of our questions. He spoke to us in both languages and was very professional with each of our interactions whether it was on the phone or via email. He quickly sent us the ceremony script for what we were going to say, but was more than willing to incorporate our vows and other events (i.e. unity candle, sand ceremony, etc.) if we wanted. Although we were not able to do a rehearsal with him the day before, we were able to quickly do it the day of. He was extremely flexible with the rehearsal and patient with the delays we suffered the day of the wedding. We would definitely recommend him for others looking for a bilingual officiant.

My wedding was on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at The Don Vicente in Ybor City, Tampa, FL.
It was getting close to the wire and I needed a wedding efficient for my ceremony. Luckily, I found Rev. Rodriguez who worked with me, is bilingual and a pleasure.
The minute I spoke with him, over the phone, I KNEW that HE was an excellent choice to incorporate into my wedding. We practiced my (then Fiance's name - difficult to pronounce in any language) and checked in regularly.
Rev. Rodriguez came to the venue (for the ceremony) early and checked in to see which formal attire I preferred for him to wear while conducting our ceremony. He was patient, kind, and affordable.
He has GREAT ENERGY and a positive influence. I highly recommend Rev. Rodriguez. FANTASTIC!

My now husband and I got married on Clearwater beach. Words can't express how grateful I am to have found Cherished Ceremonies. Vilma is beyond wonderful. She made our wedding day more than I could ever imagine. Very professional, caring and attentive to your every need and concern. She did everything I asked and more in terms of the decor and theme. Reverend Rodriquez does so much more than just perform your service. i just got married on March 17. I really had an easy time with them. I would email a question and within a few hours (Usually) I would have a response. They would double check certain items with me and before my wedding date, they made sure I had everything I needed. We had Rev. Rodriguez as our officiant. He was very kind and didn't make the ceremony last forever, which I loved!

We had the best day ever. Velma was soooo helpful with my wedding. She alway answered the phone and was every helpful with all of my questions. They even moved the time for me due to rain in the forecast. We had a Beautful sunny wedding day! They are the best!

Completely satisfied with the services offered by Cherished Ceremonies! Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and punctual. With so many things to to be concerned with on the big day, it was such a pleasure not to have to worry about the actual ceremony or photography. Rev. Angel was wonderfula and the photographers were the best!!!

Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be. The minister (Rev. Rodriguez) was wonderful! He was very personable and professional. The photographer was very nice. He showed us some of the gorgeous pictures and we can't wait to see them online. I'm so happy I went with this company!

I live in PA and was planning a wedding in FL to make it easier on my family who all mostly live there. Needless to say planning an event as special as this one entirely over the phone and via email had me a little stressed just thinking about it. I did my countless hours of research online and after quite a few days of browsing through different sites I came across this one. I was impressed with all the sevices they had to offer in just the one site that I honestly thought to myself "What's the catch" this looks and sounds too easy. So I decided to give them a call and spoke to Vilma for the first time that evening. I was immediately put at ease and felt a huge relief that I was speaking to someone who had a lot of experience at wedding planning and I knew right away that I had made the right choice. Brides can feel a little helpless planning an out of state wedding when you can't physically see what you are actually getting and can only rely on someone to visualize what you want from mere conversation alone and make it happen for you.
Vilma listened to exactly what I said that I wanted and set everything up for me. My decor for an intimate beach wedding, the photographer, and the violinists. Even until the moment I arrived I still didn't know if everything would be as I imagined and all I can say is that it was that and so much more. I was more then pleased with everything and couldn't believe that all this was at a price that was extremely fair in my opinion. My family was so impressed with the way the whole event turned out that we are all still talking about it weeks later.
I would definitely recommend their services to any and all brides that need the extra help planning their special day. They will make you feel that it is as special a day for them as it is for you! Thanks again Vilma, we will never forget what you have done to help make our "special day" one we will remember for the rest of our lives!!

My husband and I have not stop talking about how wonderful our officiant Angel was last Sunday 10/16/2011. He was very passionate about conducting the ceremony. Also from day one of contacting Vilma Suarez it has been nothing other than professional, courtesy, and rapid responses. I had so many questions and Vilma answered them all, in a timely manner. I never worried about any issues with our wedding day, she took care of everything. I also had to change my wedding day and was able to do it without any hassle. Letting Cherished Ceremonies handle my wedding details was the smartest decision I ever made. I would recommend their services to family and friends!!

It's always scary to plan such a big event solely via email, but luckily Vilma knows what she is doing! We were a simple wedding, all we required was the beach and someone to perform the ceremony. But that didn't stop Vilma from treating us like we were using every service she provides. We never went more than a few hours without a response to any questions we had via email. She could not have made our special day any easier for us. A huge thank you to her. (And we saw the rainbow you set over the water for us)

Vilma provided so much wonderful assistance, proffessionalism, and perfect attention to detail to every little specification that made my wedding the most wonderful, perfect day of our lives, for an amazing price that was in our budget. The photographer (Tungsten Photography) and officiant (Angel) that were provided were also amazing and catered to everything we requested. Would reccomend this company 100% hands down. I did not have one complaint or hiccup on my wedding day thanks to Vilma and Cherished Ceremonies.

I had the pleasure to use Ms. Vilma and her services for my parents 30 yr. wedding ceremony. I was so impressed by the entire Team , from the officiant to the setup that was done at the beach. Cherished Ceremonies were so great. They were not only very affordable, but very accomadating for my last minute wedding. In the end, the wedding did not seem to be a last minute one. It was perfect and Velma did everything. Thank you.

My future husband and I were on a budget and knew we were going to elope but had no idea what to do or how to do. We contacted Cherished Ceremonies and Vilma responded immediately with what we needed. Our officiant Angel emailed us the vows and made changes where I requested for the ceremony. I had the forsight to email our photographers at Tungsten Photography pictures of my husband and I prior to the ceremony so they didn't feel like it was the first time they were meeting us. Julie was great she gave personal service I could never have gotten anywhere else. They were flexible with me with the fact we were marrying at my bosses condo on a private beach. They made me feel so calm on that day and the pictures came out amazing! I could have never dreamed some of the poses they put together. All in all this was the greatest day of our lives thanks to Cherished Ceremonies. We saved a ton and received a ton of value.

Vilma and her whole crew were absolutley fantastic! Vilma went out of her way to help me in any way that she could and made sure everything was as I liked. Angel was professional and made the day very special. Vilma also set us up with Julie and George Lindsay for photography who were fabulous! The weather wasn't exactly cooperating, but they made sure to accomodate us with another venue which worked out perfectly. Vilma did an awesome job with the planning of my wedding. She basically took care of everything for me and made my wedding a huge success and very special, not to mention stress free for me too! The only thing I could not prevent from happening was the rain; but despite the weather, Vilma kept in touch with us and the ceremony went on. She made sure that everything was taken care of. By the start of the ceremony, the rain had stopped and it turned into a beautiful evening. Again I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to Vilma for making my wedding a success and very special. It was the perfect wedding I could have hoped for!!

My photographer Julie with Tungsden photography, recommended Vilma to do my flowers. I was on an extremely tight budget, and she worked with me to suit my needs. I had to communicate with her via email, so I was unsure what she was going to do for my flowers. I had a vintage theme with browns and oranges. My bouquest was Ivory roses, with brown vintage feather, and a rust ribbon. It was absolutely STUNNING. I highly recommend Vilma for flowers. And she is very professional and responsive to your EVERY NEED!

Vilma did an amazing job of organizing my daughter's wedding - the flowers were absolutely beautiful, the decorations both inside and outside were exactly what we wanted (Davis Islands Garden Club), and her recommendations for caterer, DJ, bartender, and photographers proved to be perfect. Many of the wedding guests commented on how beautiful the venue was thanks to her decorations. Vilma kept reassuring us that everything would be what we wanted, and not to worry about anything, and she was right! I would recommend her services to any bride in the Tampa area.

Vilma really worked with us and put her heart and soul into making sure our wedding day was everything we wanted, from the decorations to the cake. Unfortunately, our beautiful beach wedding was ruined by rain. My husband said everything was beautiful before the rain took our beach wedding. However, they can't control the weather and Rachel, the wedding day assistant, got soaked trying to get everything together.
The package was at a very good price and she was great at working within our budget! Thank you very much, I appreciate everything!

Our wedding was at the clearwater beach and we had the most amazing service from this company, Vilma was always very attentive to all of our request, all the vendors who participate on our ceremony were very professional.
