Couldn't have done it without Lori
We worked with Lori and team for both our elopement and our big wedding a year later, and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She and her team were incredibly organized, thoughtful, and supportive, making the entire planning process so much easier. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to them, and I was able to truly relax and be present with my friends and family. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. -

Chantilly Chic is a dream team!
From our first phone conversation with Melanie, we knew that Chantilly Chic was the wedding coordinator for us. She went over our options and we decided to go with the Event Management services given we had already started reaching out to several vendors on our own. Chantilly's Event Management appealed to us given we both would be busy with work in the months leading up to the wedding. We got matched up with Lori at Chantilly Chic, and she was wonderful! Every one of our vendors told us she was one of the most thorough and detailed coordinators they had worked with. Lori did a great job of putting together the finer details, and handling a lot of the minutia that we never would have thought of if we tried to forgo a coordinator. On the day of our wedding, Lori and her assistant worked seamlessly with the venue staff and our vendors to ensure that we could enjoy our day and not have to deal with any mishaps or headaches. Everything was handled smoothly. We would highly recommend Chantilly Chic to any couples that need wedding planning services.-

Best decision ever!
Hiring Chantilly Chic Celebrations was my best wedding planning decision. Before I booked, I had a thorough phone meeting with Melanie. I had spoken to several other planners by that point and she stood out immediately. She was friendly, thoughtful, and took the time to explain the value in the services CCC offered. We booked coordination services and Lori was our lead planner. Lori has an amazing eye for detail, and really helped us stay on track to achieve the vision we wanted for our wedding day. Lori is also an excellent communicator who is proactive, level-headed, and resourceful…exactly what you would want in a wedding planner! She is also really nice and easy to work with, which goes a long way when you feel frazzled from wedding planning. The rehearsal and wedding day went perfectly. I had several members of my wedding party comment how organized and great Lori was. Her assistants were equally nice and prepared. We received a detailed timeline and knew just what to expect on the day of the wedding. Lori also made sure each of our vendors knew the plan and timeline for the day and confirmed all details, big and small, so there were no surprises or hiccups. On our wedding day, we had total confidence in Lori and her team. Thanks to the plan she organized and executed, we were able to just be present and enjoy the beauty of the long-awaited day. I am so happy with my experience working with CCC and Lori, and will sing their praises in the years to come to any friends and family planning a wedding! Book them - you will not regret it! -

CCC is exceptional - a must have!
CCC was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! We hired CCC for coordination for our 150 person wedding. Melanie was incredibly responsive during the entire planning process and Lori went above and beyond as our lead planner! Lori was super detail oriented, communicative, and always brought a great positive and calm energy. We received SO many compliments from our other vendors about how great Lori was - a true testament to her organization and communication! Our day flowed seamlessly and everyone (bridal party, vendors, etc) knew exactly where to be and what to do. The team was so helpful throughout the process and very knowledgeable about local vendors, last minute needs, contracts, our venue, etc. We had many small details planned for our wedding and the CCC team executed perfectly. I was able to be fully present and really enjoy our wedding day because I confidently knew Lori and her team were handling everything exactly how I'd want it to be handled! Lori was a true advocate for us and our vision - it's clear they care so much about their couples. Book them and you will not regret it!! -

Where to even begin!!! Melanie and the entire team at Chantilly Chic truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day magical!! Working with Melanie was amazing from the very start. She knows her stuff, and was so instrumental in guiding us through the unknowns of the wedding planning process. Her vendor connections and relationships were so helpful and she made the everything so much easier for us. We felt so comfortable with her steering our ship, and knew we would be taken care of!! She was amazing at making sure every single little detail was accounted for, and ensured that everything went so smoothly on wedding day. The absolute best!
Book CCC ASAP! I can’t believe I ever even questioned whether or not I needed a wedding planner. I realized very quickly that we could not have done it without CCC! Lori and her assistant Meg get every bit of credit for us being able to enjoy our wedding day and the 2 months leading up to it. This time period can become so hectic and stressful. Watching all of their hard work behind the scenes makes you realize a professional must be involved in the process! These two were so kind, caring, timely, trustworthy, reliable, etc. We loved every second of working with them! -

Best wedding decision you can make!
EXCEPTIONAL!!! When my husband and I got engaged, the first thing I did was set out to find a wedding planner. Trust me, I did all the due diligence – I talked to many planners in the area, talked to my friends, wondered if it’s necessary – and I have to tell you, getting a wedding planner is a MUST and Chantilly Chic Celebrations are hands down THE BEST! I am forever grateful I found Melanie! She is an incredible person and a true expert in her field, she is so organized, professional and well-connected and made the wedding planning process incredibly easy. Best Decision Ever!!
I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with both Catie & Melanie. They both went above and beyond when it came to making sure that everything was as we envisioned our wedding to be. I was initially hesitant on hiring a wedding planner, since our venue provided a wedding coordinator, but I can't imagine not having Catie and Melanie's help. They were so precise and made sure everything was perfect! My sister was our "point of contact" the day of, and she continues to compliment how much they were on top of everything. I honestly don't know what I would do without their help- they are a must! :) -

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator whether it be day of or full planning please stop looking and hire Chantilly Chic now!! They are hands down one of the best in the business and I cannot say enough nice things about them. We hired Melanie for our Day of Coordination and she was beyond WONDERFUL!! She took the reigns from us about 8 weeks out and we did not have to worry about a single thing. She was able to corral all of our vendors and help our vision come to life! She is thorough, her attention to detail is beyond words, and above everything else you can tell she genuinely cares about you and the outcome of your big day. Without her I don't think our day would have gone as smoothly as it did!! We left not only feeling on top of the world but like we gained a new friend in the process :) From the bottom of my heart I cannot thank Melanie and her team enough for all that they did for us to make our dream day as special as it was! -

Best team ever!
First off let me just start by saying you can stop looking for a wedding planner/day of coordinator because Chantilly Chic Celebrations is hands down the most fabulous, professional, creative, fun, on top of it ladies you can get your hands on for the most special day of you life. Melanie and Catie were both the leads with my wedding and seriously they took care of everything…. Like everything! We ended up doing the day of coordinator package which comes with 8WEEKS of their attention and expertise and they’re just perfect in every way. Communication was there and they were able to help wrangle all my ideas and vendors I had for everything to come together so smoothly. They have charisma and charm and will make you feel on top of the world the entire way through! I can only wish that everyone in this world can have the experience I did with them!! -

Amazing/ Professional/ Organized
After we booked our venue the next thing we did was book a wedding planner and Chantilly Chic Celebrations was perfect! Working the night shift in the ER and having a time-involved job, Melanie with Chantilly Chic Celebrations helped me so much! They helped with time management, planning my design, scheduling, and vendors! She helped my dream design and many photos from Pinterest come to life! She helped a lot with flowers and scheduling throughout the day. Basically, it wouldn't have been the perfect day without her. My mom and I looked forward to our monthly meetings to review wedding information. Melanie is professional, organized, attends to detail, and has a lot of fun. Everyone at Chantilly Chic Celebrations LOVES their job and makes planning a wedding fun! She focuses on what's important for the bride & groom and gets to know them in order to help plan their perfect day. My wedding was almost a year ago and it was perfect! We got married at Opal Sands and were referred to Melanie from the venue. We hired Melanie for a day of planner and design / decor help aka partial planning - and it was our best decision. My husband and I have very time consuming careers and really needed some assistance making our dream wedding come to light. I am overly detail orientated and clicked with Melanie. Melanie met with my mom and I monthly and went over items and helped bring my vision to design ! The day of was chaotic and Melanie definitely navigated it with determination and grace while they had to completely change ceremony and cocktail hour location in 20 mins due to bad weather. We cannot thank Melanie enough for all her vendor recommendations and help creating our dream wedding! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!!!-

Blown away
I am speechless. Chantilly Chic was one of the first venders we hired after I met with Mel. We hit it off right off the bat and I knew I could trust her from the start. Lori, was assigned to me as my day of coordinator. When I say I am an organized person...haha I was proven completely wrong. Lori CRUSHED it, just wow. Everything was beyond organized, all the venders knew exactly what to do and where to be along with everyone in the bridal party. Every single person in my party commented how this was the most smooth wedding they have ever been a part of. We had no problems, if we did, I didn't even know about it. Because of this my family, spouse and guests had the most PERFECT day. I cannot recommend Chantilly Chic enough! -

Same Sex Couple Wedding Executed Flawlessly
We are a same-sex male couple that experienced several Covid related delays. We hired CC in 2020 in order to help us with the last 8 weeks leading up to the wedding. We had to delay the wedding twice and they coordinated with all our vendors to get everything rescheduled. When it was actually time to get married, Chantilly Chic went above and beyond. Chantilly Chic, and especially Lori, were fantastic! Being a same-sex couple, they understood our needs were a little different than a heterosexual couple and made us feel very welcomed and included. Lori spent the time to listen to our ideas, take meticulous notes, and come up with detailed agendas. She was very communicative to us, and was flexible when we needed it. She listened to our vision, and executed on it flawlessly so the day of the wedding was not stressful at all! We can’t imagine having our wedding without Lori. -

I chose the event management package, and Kaleigh was my lead planner. She was AMAZING! So organized, on top of it, and quickly felt like a good friend! She was soo helpful in coordinating all of my vendors for all things day-of, and when it came time to "let go" and stop worrying about my own wedding, I was SO happy I had her to take care of the last minute details and coordination! Hands Down Best Planner
Melanie from Chantilly Chic and her assistants by Kaleigh, Elaina and Ally were absolutely AMAZING. I know many may think you can do it yourself or have a friend help but let me advise you don't do it. Budget a planner in anyway you can because the peace of mind that Melanie and her staff will give you will be worth every penny of hiring her. The attention to details, attention to timelines, her organization skills were way above what I expected. They made sure that EVERYTHING ran smoothly and it DID. This was our second wedding in 9 months (2 daughters) and even though she did not due our previous wedding (which I HIGHLY regret not hiring her for that) she made sure that everything with this wedding went up and beyond our expectations. Her eye to details, layout and style is outstanding. You can't go wrong with hiring Melanie from Chantilly Chic. You will be amazed at her professionalism and the best part of it all is she is a hoot to have around. Funny and not stuffy... You will love her... -

A must have wedding planner!
Chantilly Chic Celebrations is a MUST!!! I get it, you think spending the money on a wedding planner just isn’t in your budget, but what’s not in your budget is spending all this money on a wedding day that you don’t get to enjoy cause you are busy trying to be your own wedding planner. To sum it up, Melanie and Crystal are as caring and kind as your mom, as supportive and reassuring as your sister and as helpful and considerate as your best friend. These ladies have YOUR best interests in mind when helping you plan for your wedding day. They are extremely quick to answer all of my phone calls, texts and emails. As soon as a crisis hit, they were there to help me out and keep me calm. Lets face it, wedding planning sucks, but these ladies make it so easy and fun. They have incredible opinions and are exceptionally qualified. They know what works and what doesn’t work. They are there to offer their opinions and help you but always allow you to make all of the decisions since its YOUR day! Crystal was seriously exactly what I needed as a wedding planner. I know my wedding would have never been as amazing as it was if she wasn't the wedding planner. She always allowed me to chose each option and always gave me different options! As for the day of, Crystal kept the show running so nicely behind the scenes! She made sure everything ran so smoothly from the second it started till the second it ended. We were on time for everything and not a thing went wrong!!! Soooo stress free!!!! I got so many props on how incredibly organized and efficient the wedding was. She was there early and stayed late to help clean up. It was everything I could have ever asked for and more! She took my dream and made it a reality. She made my wedding day SO STRESS FREE! And at the end of the day, that is the most important thing…for you to enjoy your day and that is something you can’t put a price tag on. So just spend the money and hire CCC….you won’t be disappointed!!! -

As an event planner myself it was really important to me to have a day of coordinator that really got with my vision was in Melanie and her team at chantilly chic celebrations did exactly that. They were incredible to work with and very accommodating when we had to postpone and then reduce the size of our wedding due to Covid they gave us all the confidence in the world going into our big day and I highly recommend them. -

Great Planners!
Our experience with Chantilly Chic was phenomenal. We went into the process wary about hiring a planner, but Melanie convinced us in our first conversation. We chose the 8-week package, but she made recommendations for vendors and checked in with us throughout the process, to make sure we were on track. Crystal, our day-of coordinator, was a delight. Eight weeks out, she took over as point of contact, and made sure vendors were staying on track. The day of the event, she made sure everything ran smoothly, and she handled all the last-minute changes that came up with no fuss. We were very happy working with Chantilly Chic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner. -

Seamless Experience!
We loved working with Chantilly Chic through our wedding. Sydney was so helpful during the stressful times. I can't begin to tell you how many questions she asked for items we had not even thought about. They also had a bunch of recommendations for other vendors to work with while we were planning from afar.
On the actual wedding day, Sydney made the process run seamlessly. I assume she fixed things that didn't go as planned, but she was so stealthy and on top of it, I never heard about any issues.

Professional, Experienced, Sweet, and Authentic
If you’re planning a wedding with multiple vendors, you should hire CCC. If you’re planning a wedding with a lot of DIY, you should hire CCC. Chantilly Chic is so special in how they operate that I honestly believe they provide HUGE value for a wedding. I had them for event management and Sydney was my main planner. From the initial consult with Melanie, I knew I could trust them whole heartedly to handle multiple vendors and differing family personalities. Melanie was professional and easy to talk to and understood my vision. I could feel her enthusiasm for my special day through the phone.
When I started with Sydney at the two-month mark, it could not have come at a better time. I’m very type A and had all the lists and color coding, but by the time I got down to the final months I was tired. Sydney shares that type A personality and it was easy and comfortable to hand off those final emails and be able to relax knowing she had everything under control. Also, being in the industry, Sydney knows of items that even my type A personality didn’t have. She provided a timeline for everyone at the rehearsal and I cannot reiterate enough how monumental her, and the rest of the team’s support was on the day of the wedding. My venue had a “venue coordinator” but let me just tell you, they ARE NOT the same thing. The venue coordinator is there for the venue, Sydney was there for me. She kept me calm amidst the long day and we were able to build in those necessary moments to enjoy and slow down with my now husband.

January 11, 2020 - Melanie Barker
My wife and I got married on January 11, 2020 and it was exactly as magical as people tell you it is. Melanie Barker at CCC had our backs from the beginning. Even though our contract started in November, when we signed in July she was there to help with any questions that we had for details and overall design. She also had PLENTY of vendor recommendations in her back pocket when we were in a rut. When it came to vendor relations, she was super easy to work with and was always very prepared, organized, and asked all the right questions. We were highly impressed with how much time she spent making sure she knew exactly what we wanted and how we envisioned our day, from the first minute of the day to clean up at the end of the night.
Having a wedding planner/coordinator was very important to us when we talked about our wedding. We both work full time and have very demanding jobs, 3 pets, and were planning a wedding an hour away from where we live. When we found Melanie, she made it very easy for us to update her and have our check in meetings while being remote and within our work schedules. It also helps that she is an awesome person and so bubbly. Even if we were on the phone late at night to get things done, it was enjoyable and we felt like she made the meetings as efficient as possible by asking the right questions and guiding the conversation.
The Day Of execution was wonderful and stress-free. Melanie was as prepared as we expected her to be, took control and had no problem being stern when necessary to ensure the day stayed to the timeline. She did a great job of coordinating everyone to make sure we didn’t see each other prior to the ceremony, per our request. IF we had to complain about something from the Day Of, it would be that we weren’t informed of a glass sign breaking (at the end of the night) and the cake being dropped (again at the end of the night). Neither of these things affected the day in any way, so I understand why she would have chosen not to tell us. I’m sure lots of brides would not want to know - I just happen to be one that would have. It was a real surprise to open our smooshed cake in the box at the end of the night hahaha. This is a very minute detail that shouldn’t take away from the job she did and the work she put in for us.
Chantilly Chic Celebrations/Melanie exceeded our expectations by extending information and assistance when it wasn’t required or in the contract. She really cares about your day and making sure that you get exactly what you want while also staying on budget.
If we ever get our vows renewed in Florida, Melanie will be our first call! ;)
Thank you so much for the effort you put in for us! We’d want to go back and do the night all over again - it was so perfect. -

Sydney and Melanie - a Dynamic Duo!
Melanie blew us away from the moment we had our first phone conversation! She was so personable, enthusiastic, and helpful. She took the time to really get to know us. She wanted to do whatever she could to help us get all the details right and match us with a planner that would best suit our needs. She's not just a coordinator, but a fabulous "match maker" because we could not have been happier to work with Sydney!
Sydney and Melanie are a dynamic duo, and their positivity and enthusiasm are contagious. We were also extremely impressed that Melanie took the time to be at many of our in-person meetings with Sydney. The two of them tackled every detail from the start, with loads of helpful recommendations and vendor referrals. They were also extremely organized and kept us on track throughout the planning. Sydney took care of every (and I mean every) detail of our wedding: finding linens; running the rehearsal; setting up our photo booth, place settings, seating chart, table displays, and more; keeping us on track time-wise; and of course coordinating continuously with all of our vendors!
Always just a phone call away, Sydney counteracted our constant indecisiveness, offering suggestions and support throughout the planning process. She also deftly handled all of the last minute hiccups with ease and insulated us from them. Sydney is also planning her own wedding, so she completely understands a bride's point of view which proved to be an extremely helpful quality.
On our wedding night Sydney and her assistant were wonderful! They constantly checked in on us, helped with whatever we asked of them, and even personally brought us drinks. Our wedding ran incredibly smoothly! All of our vendors arrived, set up, and performed exactly as we hoped. Not a single thing went wrong, and we have CCC to thank for that! They brought our vision to life and made our wedding night the best night of our lives!

Sydney and Melanie made us forget there was a tropical storm outside!!
TROPICAL STORM NESTOR. Did that get your attention? It barely phased us as the bride and groom because we had Sydney and Melanie by our side for our destination wedding in Treasure Island in October 2019.
My husband and I live in Indiana, but we knew we wanted to have a destination wedding in our favorite place. We didn't have a budget, a color scheme, or a ton of time to meet with a lot of vendors to shop around. What we did have was some mood inspo photos, an idea of a "feeling" we wanted to achieve, and less than 6 months to achieve it.
We found Chantilly Chic through a recommendation of another vendor on our venue vendor list. We were so very grateful for this rec because from the very first few minutes of our first phone call with Melanie, we felt confident she was the backbone we needed to keep everything going. I feel stress so deeply that it manifests physically, and I knew I wanted to be a happy, healthy bride that felt great on my wedding day. Melanie gave me the confidence that I would be able to be exactly that for our wedding weekend with her support and her decision to assign Sydney as our lead planner. Having Melanie, who has a strong presence and direct, assertive way of approaching vendors and decisions to be made teamed with Sydney, who knew how to read our moods and in between the lines to make decisions on our behalf (mostly for me) when we were stressed or couldn't be there in person was exactly what we needed.
Their expertise and understanding of us as a couple were so crucial for us on our wedding day when a tropical storm unexpectedly hit right as we were scheduled to have our ceremony on the beach. They sprang into action with very little notice to move everything inside. We had accepted that we would be inside as a rain plan and had just rolled with whatever was going to happen with the changes because we trusted them and how they would handle all our vendors implicitly.
When we arrived at our venue, they had made a new entrance for our guests into the venue to protect them from the rain. They coordinated with our caterer to keep all of the food stations to be kept behind a false hedge wall (which was also a last minute change they arranged due to pipe and drape not fitting the lower ceiling) and had created an intimate aisle/altar so that our guests wouldn't have to sit at their tables watching us in the middle of our food stations saying our vows. Everything was so special and warm, even more than I think it would have been on the beach, because we didn't even need a mic, and everyone was so in the moment.
The event management package was perfect for us because it allowed us to make the big decisions and then two months out, Sydney and Melanie, took over to facilitate everything going smoothly and to ensure all small decisions were made too. And there are SO MANY small decisions that we wouldn't have even dreamed of but really made all the difference. Sydney asked what we wanted our cups to be filled with all night, I just didn't know how massively important that was going to be until we were in the middle of photos and she saw a look in my eyes that said I needed food and drink to re-energize.
Sydney and Melanie allowed us to be US on our wedding day and enjoy all the family that had come a great distance for our wedding weekend. We had a vacation and a celebration, instead of a job, and we'll forever be so grateful for that.-

I'm the bride who second guessed everything, I knew what I wanted, but couldn't seem to pull the trigger on anything...in fear I'd make the wrong decision. I admittedly had high expectations, because let's face it- you want your big day to go perfectly. Well, my indecisiveness and big day fears led me to interview several day-of-coordinators & wedding planners. Nothing felt quite right. No one really got the vibe I was going for and many seemed to make me feel more unequipped than ever to plan a wedding....until Melanie and Sydney from Chantilly Chic Celebrations. Cue the angels singing from above! Finally. I knew after our initial phone call (that def. went over the normal consult time) that they were the ones I needed in my life. They supported that we wanted to plan our own wedding day, but utilize them for event management (day-of, but really much more, coordinating). They never pressured me into hiring them for more, although in hindsight I totally could have-- I trust them THAT MUCH.
Sydney executed every detail of our wedding reception to perfection. Not a single thing went wrong (how is that even possible?!). From setting up our tablescapes to helping me change into a different dress in the bathroom. She did it all. No detail or bra snap was missed. haha She is really sweet and happens to be planning her own wedding reception too, so she can relate to everything a bride is going through. She was always easy to get a hold of and very responsive to her e-mails. She also has great relationships with vendors, which was awesome and helped us score a few discounts. All of my vendors spoke highly of Sydney and their experience working with her the day-of. She and Melanie really brought the fun part back into planning a wedding, answered every question no matter how silly it seemed, and helped alleviate any worries I had.
Outside of marrying my husband, hiring them was the easiest and smartest decision.
Don't waste your time interviewing people and questioning if you can get a better price. I've done it for you. They were a little more and worth.every.penny. Now go enjoy a mimosa and continue scrolling Pinterest for fun details and let Sydney handle the rest. -

I can't even begin to describe how fabulous our experience with the partial plan was. When I found Melanie in October 2018, I had already booked my venue, photographer, and DJ and that was about it. My wedding date was in July 2019. My venue was in St. Pete, FL and we were still in Texas so I was a bit worried I had waited too long to find a wedding planner. All my worries were put to rest after my initial phone call with Melanie. We reviewed the different options and I decided the partial plan was best for me. I HIGHLY recommend this plan for anyone doing a destination wedding. Your overall budget is broken down and simplified, a timeline is set for choosing/reviewing vendors, a design board is created, and you have regular calls throughout the entire time to discuss progress/changes, etc. Communication was EXCELLENT. Even if I had something come up or had a question in between our monthly calls, Melanie was available and always responded quickly. I provided my design inspirations for ceremony, reception, linens, center pieces, and flowers and Melanie completely nailed every single aspect. It was actually better than I could have imagined. Melanie's preferred vendors were absolutely wonderful and she made it so easy to compare proposals. The weeks leading up to and the day of were executed flawlessly. Melanie made sure all the vendors and venue were on the same page and we did not miss a beat at all on the day of. I had absolutely zero worries that day. Melanie touched base with me throughout the day and kept me updated. The timeline flowed so well and was structured to allow some wiggle room. I cannot say enough how wonderful Melanie and her team are. They have a true love and talent for what they do and I am so grateful we crossed paths. If you are planning a wedding in the Tampa area, then Chantilly Chic Celebrations is the only call you need to make. They will literally make your dream come true. -

Dream wedding came true!
Okay so planning for our wedding on our own was much harder than we thought. If you have a vision you definitely need to hire someone who has experience and will help make your dream wedding come true. With that being said if you’re reading this review it’s because you have some interest in securing Chantilly Chic to plan and help create your vision for your wedding. We had the same thought and immediately contacted Melanie and after our first initial meeting we didn’t think twice and hired her right away. Melanie has such an awesome personality that you will feed off of, has a great attitude, forthright, and transparent with any ideas/thoughts we brought to the table. If it can be done she’ll make it happen. It’s seriously one of the biggest days of your life so again experience is key and Melanie definitely showed it throughout the planning. When you have any questions or concerns and with whatever curveball you throw at her she’ll put you at ease as she did with us. Throughout the process she was a fantastic communicator to us and our vendors, extremely organized, and very detailed.
So now to our wedding day; Melanie turned our vision into reality! We had a blank canvas venue that we used for our ceremony and reception and we wanted it to be industrial rustic and she made it happen. Melanie and her team created the most beautiful romantic atmosphere. Everything flowed smoothly and if there was a hiccup we didn’t know. She truly cared and wanted us to have such a memorable night and we did so thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts Melanie for an amazing wedding. All the best to you and your team!

The best decision we made during our wedding plan process was hiring Melanie from CCC. We did the full plan package which made finding the best vendors in our budget so easy! All we had to do was send over to Melanie what we wanted and she sent back a list of vendors which saved me so much time during the planning process! She kept the wedding planning process on track by sending over monthly check-ins with an updated budget and our "to-do" list for that month. She saved the day more than once and made our day go so smoothly with her detailed timeline and full communications with all of our vendors. We couldn't have asked for a better planner. We used Chantilly Chic Celebrations for our day of coordination and it was the absolute best decision we made throughout the process. Crystal started working with us 8 weeks out and was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. She helped make the planning process so seamless and easy. We had a few last minute changes and updates the week of the wedding and she was so extremely flexible and made everything so stress free for us. Melanie is amazing
From the start I knew Melanie and I were meant to be together. If I have a soulmate, other than my handsome hubby 😉 , it is Melanie!!! Her infectious personality, amazing sense of humor, and excitement for all things wedding made all my nerves and anxiety about the planning process melt away. I feel like the most common question you get while engaged is, ‘How is wedding planning going? Are you totally stressed?” and every time I was lucky enough to say “nope not at all! It is going great” and that is 100% because of Melanie and her amazing team.
I did not make it easy on this girl and she delivered far beyond even my wildest dreams!! I had vague thoughts on look and feel for the day but nothing I could really put my finger. Melanie took my two or three comments and totally ran with them, creating the most amazing atmosphere for our wedding. She totally got what I meant when I said, “organized chaos” and “nothing too matchy matchy” to create an elegant and fun New Years Eve wedding.
Now let me tell you, Melanie is one busy lady. Even though she had multiple weddings she was juggling, some even the same weekend as mine, I always felt like her #1 priority. She was so amazing to answer my questions and calm my fears all hours of the day.
Melanie, Corey and I cannot even begin to thank you for being you, keeping us laughing, putting up with my moments of crazy, and creating the most memorable day for us! We love you and can’t wait to see you on our annual trips to Florida! 😊

The best decision we made through out our entire engagement was hiring Melanie and the whole Chantilly Chic Celebrations! She went above and beyond for our last 8 weeks and took full control which we needed! She’s so sweet passionate about helping us (the bride and groom) be in control and make decisions we want but also give us input from her past experiences. Crystal was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so easy to speak with and knew exactly what we wanted & made sure all of our expectations were met. We used CCC for the 2 months leading up to our big day honestly wished we would have booked with them earlier! Crystal made sure our vision came to light with no bumps along the way. The absolute best.
There are not enough stars in this rating to express the immense amount of gratitude we have for Melanie and Lori. I can honestly say, I do not know how I would have planned my wedding without them.
I was initially impressed by my first phone call with Melanie; who asked all sorts of questions to better understand my dream wedding. Her positivity and energy was contagious. I felt like I was talking to a friend from long ago who wanted "the scoop". From there, we setup our first in-person meeting. Melanie and Lori arrived looking very chic and professional and I thought to myself, "These ladies know what they are doing." We met for close to two hours, where we planned on how to make my vision come to life. Their wealth of knowledge and experience was apparent from beginning to end. They kept me on track and whenever I needed a little push to get something done, they always found a way to do it (nicely). Melanie and Lori work phenomenally as a team. Together, they never miss a beat.
As far as the wedding, it could not have gone more perfect or smooth. If we had any hiccups, I didn't know (and still don't know) of any. When we got a sneak peak of the ballroom before our guests came down, I cried true happy tears. They took boxes of decorations that they have never seen before and transformed the ballroom into something out of a movie for me. Their eye for excellence and strong will to impress was appreciated by all.
Once again, I can't thank them enough for working so tirelessly and always being so warm and positive. We are forever grateful. -

THE Best planners ever!
Hiring Chantilly Chic Celebrations was the best idea we had in all of our planning! Working with Melanie was an absolute dream. She is organized, accessible , punctual and thorough. She thought of every single last detail that I would have forgotten to handle. She created these amazing floorplans and timelines and coordinated all vendor efforts and communication. I would have been completely lost without her foresight. From the Bride: We worked with Crystal mostly and Melanie helped too and they were amazing! Crystal provided day of planning for our wedding day and was the calm to our crazy. Especially with a wedding venue that turned out to be very difficult and their first time working there. She was quick to respond to phone calls and texts, helped setup our decor, managed experience vendors and new vendors with ease, and managed our venue. The weather even turned chaotic just before our ceremony and she was calm and was able to quickly move cocktail hour inside to ensure our guests had the best time. No one even noticed how crazy it truly was. At the end of the night we had all our boxes ready, they quickly packed our stuff and car for us to leave the venue quickly and enjoy more time with our family/friends. We can't thank them enough and wished we had them on sooner.
From the Groom: I am so happy my wife and I enlisted Chantilly Chic for day of preparations for our wedding. Crystal was great to work with: she asked all of the right questions, was incredibly responsive, was easy to get along with, and was constantly looking out for our best interests. She was super professional in setting up meetings and reviewing contracts before the wedding. We booked her 6 weeks out and my only regret is that we didn't book her services earlier than that.
On the wedding day, Crystal did a great job of keeping things together at our venue (Grand Plaza St Pete Beach), which was very chaotic. Additionally, her and Melanie documented all of the things that our venue did wrong and brought it to their attention immediately. You see, our venue was awful to deal with and were very unprofessional in how they dealt with us. As a groom who is usually looking to save, I would say that this was some of the best money that we spent, even to the point of wishing that we booked Chantilly to plan the entire wedding. I definitely recommend that you enlist their services for your wedding. -

I will truly never be able to thank Melanie and her team, Lori, Amber, Kelly for everything they did for our special day! During the craziest, most exciting and yet quite possibly the most stressful season, they were so good about keeping me calm and confident in our planning and decisions. Everything was more beautiful and perfect than I ever imagined. The whole day went so smoothly and I was just blown away by how easy and happy our day was. Their day of timeline, venue layout, etc they made was all so organized and detailed, I felt so good going into the big day. Our venue was the Moreans Arts Center for Clay so we had to bring everything into the venue ourselves (catering, bartending, rentals, florists etc.. all of it!), which seemed kind of hectic but they were so good and organized about contacting and keeping our many vendors organized and prepared. I work north Tampa but they were flexible with my schedule and made our meetings work, even staying late when needed to make sure I felt good with all questions answered before leaving. We were referred to them by a couple past Brides, and we're so glad we listened! I will definitely be continuing on the referrals to anyone getting married in the future. My mom and I could not have had a better experience, and booking Chantilly Chic is BY FAR the best decision we made for our wedding. -

Chantilly Chic Celebrations was our month of planner for our wedding this past February. Melanie was our lead planner and she did an INCREDIBLE job! My husband and I got married at the Ybor Garden Museum in Tampa which is basically a blank canvas and Chantilly Chic transformed the park into a magical setting. In my mind, I knew exactly what I wanted, but of course, didn’t have the time the day of my wedding to set everything up. I also didn’t want my family and friends to have to work and stress the day of the wedding. I met with Melanie twice the month of my wedding, sent her a few inspiration pictures and what seemed like a million emails (she answered them all graciously) and Melanie and her team executed my vision flawlessly. In addition to working with my husband and I, they also coordinated and worked directly with our venue and all our vendors to ensure that the day ran smoothly.
The day of my wedding I was completely confident in Chantilly Chic and did not have a worry in the world thanks to Melanie and her team (which is how all brides should feel on their wedding day). With Melanie’s help, our day-of-timeline ran like clockwork. Everything was seriously perfect! If I’m being honest, I have a “type A” personality and have always preferred to do things myself; however, working with Chantilly Chic during the month leading up to my wedding was the best wedding planning decision I made. I could enjoy every minute of my wedding day and was able to stress a little less leading up to the big day. I have so much respect and gratitude for Melanie and her team and highly recommend them! -

I have always wanted a gorgeous wedding, but never had any interest in wedding planning, so it did not take my fiancé and I long to come to the conclusion that we needed a full planning package. I spoke to a few planners on the phone before finally speaking with Melanie from Chantilly Chic. As Melanie came to find out, I am pretty indecisive and it can take me forever to make a decision and stick with it, but the extra effort from Melanie made me feel like she genuinely cared for me and that I could put the most important day of my life into her hands! Melanie is very organized and she was able to motivate me and keep me on track during the wedding planning process. In December I got the pleasure to finally work with Melanie!!! Let me tell you when I say she is one of the best planners I have ever worked with, I am NOT kidding you! If you ask her to jump, she wont even need to ask how high, she will jump higher than you kew was possible (and I have the pic to prove it haha!) Everything was perfect to ever single detail. For the first time in years of photographing weddings WE HAD EXTRA TIME! to just let the bride and groom relax after portraits, and we had so many amazing ideas we were able to carry our during photo time all due to her ability to schedule and manage. What can I say, Chantilly Chic was AMAZING to work with. I hired the CCC team for a coordination package that began 8 weeks out from my wedding. I had quite a bit of planning left to do and needless to say I was very overwhelmed. From the moment I had my first phone call with Melanie and Kelly, I was immediately put at ease. Our first call was well over an hour and I felt like they had walked through every single detail of the upcoming day. Following our first call, they immediately assisted in booking all of my final vendors and walked through every single design detail with me. They reached out to all of my existing vendors and got everyone on the same page. The communication with the team was constant, immediate and flawless. I thought it was so nice to be CC’ed on all communication, as I never felt like I was out of the loop, Melanie and Kelly were always keeping me informed. They also produced the most detailed timeline for the day-of.
As the day approached, we were forecasted to have very cold and rainy weather (we had planned a 100% outdoor wedding). Melanie kept me calm and helped me construct a backup plan. The day came and we had to move the ceremony. Melanie and Kelly directed all of the vendors while I was getting ready and she kept my bridesmaids informed of changing details.
Many brides would have been freaking out about all of the last minute change, but Melanie and Kelly improvised fabulously, communicated flawlessly; they put together the most fairy-tale like backyard ceremony you could imagine. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the ceremony was and so were my husband and I. The rest of the night went along so smoothly and every detail was in place. We couldn’t have asked for a more fun and beautiful wedding from beginning to end.
I am just blown away by the attention to detail and attentiveness of the CCC team, they truly went above and beyond in helping us plan our dream wedding. -

From the moment I met with Melanie and Crystal, I knew they were the girls for me! I knew I wanted a day of coordinator for my wedding at the Magnolia Building in Lakeland, Florida. I ABSOLUTELY could not have done it with out them. They were my saving grace. My wedding was beyond beautiful and was everything I ever wanted and more. They are both so caring and sweet. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie from Chantilly Chic Celebrations for day-of coordination and she was wonderful! Melanie was by far the best decision I made! She was so incredibly helpful, from the second I hired her, an enormous weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Melanie was so quick to answer emails, texts, and phone calls about any question I had. She put together a whole schedule for our wedding day, and it was super helpful and made the day run so smoothly. Melanie got in contact with all of our vendors, and let them know when to arrive and where to go. She went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and put in so much effort.
My venue had suggested hiring a day-of coordinator and I was on the fence for a long time, and felt like it just wasn't planned in my budget and wasn't worth the money, I couldn't have been more wrong. If I could go back, I would've hired Melanie long before I did! Of all of my vendors, and people I worked with and spoke to throughout the wedding planning process, Melanie was by far the best, she couldn't have done a better job. Crystal and Melanie were the BEST wedding coordinators I ever could have hoped for. I hired them as month of coordinators but I was in contact with them throughout my planning process. There were multiple times when I started to stress about certain parts of the reception set up or just needed to brain dump my ideas and they were always there to talk me through things and understand exactly what I wanted. They met with us multiple times before the wedding at the venue to do a walk through and make sure that we were all on the same page about what would go where and the week before Crystal met with us and provided floor plan pictures and a super detailed timeline of the day of so that the wedding party and families knew exactly where to be at what times etc. They also saved the day when I realized I had forgotten to organize the pickup/delivery of my wedding cake 2 hours before the reception started - All I did was call Crystal and she said "we've got it don't worry" and when I showed up everything was absolutely perfect. They are professional in every sense of the word. They will handle everything, including small details you would never think of on your own. Where to start? To say my wedding day would not have been the same without Chantilly Chic would be an understatement. Melanie and Crystal were absolute lifesavers. My venue was very much a blank canvas and they brought to life the (very specific) vision in my head down to the last tiny detail. I couldn't have done it better myself; and as a very type A person that is not something I say lightly! Everything was executed timely and professionally, but most of all my new husband and I did not have to address any of the random issues that inevitably arise during a wedding (in fact, we didn't even know about any!). Not once did I have to find someone to ask them to do anything. I can't even imagine how my wedding day would have gone without them- they were absolutely wonderful. The weeks leading up to the big day, the worry was taken off my shoulders as they called to confirm everything for me and looped me in to the goings on with all the vendors. I can't tell you how helpful that is when you have a million other things to think about. After the wedding day, I continued to be impressed as I received several compliments on Chantilly Chic from both my other vendors and my guests. My parents and new in-laws were especially impressed given that they had seen the venue before and seen the transformation after. Additionally, all of my items were neatly and safely packed up after the reception. I had no issue finding anything when I unpacked my boxes after we returned from our honeymoon. From start to finish, the planning, the event itself, and even the sweet follow-up email of congratulations after were all comforting and reassuring. Bottom line, I cannot recommend Melanie and Crystal enough! They will think of things you don't, offer helpful suggestions, create and help you stick to a timeline, make sure you eat and stay hydrated on the big day (you'd be surprised how rare that is!), tackle any issues that arise, and take the stress out of the happiest day of your life. -

You can't go wrong with the guidance and service that you will receive from Melanie and Crystal from Chantilly Chic Celebrations! They were with us every step of the way in planning our wedding and did it in just a few short months. They took my bits and pieces of a vision and came up with something beyond my visions and imagination for my perfect day! They helped me book all our wonderful vendors and were pivotal in executing and managing all the logistics for our wedding day. Very impressed with their organizational skills and professionalism. You won't be disappointed and be prepared to be blown away on your wedding day! -

These two wedding planners were great to work with! They did day of coordinating for our June wedding and we were blow away by the job they did. They captured our idea beautifully and we just loved everything about them. They were super nice and very professionally, every question we had was answered immediately. We highly recommend Chantilly Chic Celebrations to anyone looking for wedding planners because they are truly the best and worth every penny. -

Chantilly Chic Celebrations made my wedding absolutely amazing! Both planners were very involved from the moment we met. They made arrangements to meet with me to discuss the wedding planning that worked with my crazy work schedule. They took all of the stress of wedding planning away. Prior to the wedding they were very diligent about making sure all vendors were contacted, all venue to do list were completed, all contracts were finalized & they were personally available any time I needed them! The wedding day could not have flowed any better! They arrived with energy & organization! They made sure every vendor arrived on time, set up the wedding decorations & details perfectly & even made sure the guest were exactly where they should be. They had my entire day planned down to the minute. They even schedule time in between the ceremony & reception so I could spend a few minutes alone with my groom! I truly could not have imagined my wedding without them!!! -

I cannot say enough about these ladies. They made my wedding day/planning experience so much easier and they were SO worth the money. Hard to deal with coordinators at the venue? Not an issue, these girls have it under control! Have no idea what the heck you're doing in planning your wedding? Don't worry, they got your back! Absolutely incredible experience with two super sweet ladies. Love love love. -

My only regret with choosing Chantilly Chic Celebrations as our wedding planners was that we didn't hire them sooner! We could of benefited from all of their tips and saved even more money if we would have bitten the bullet sooner than we did...but live and learn :) My fiancé and I hit it off with the ladies of Chantilly Chic IMMEDIATELY! They are so kind and professional and attentive...very easy, to not only do business with, but become friends with as well! It took a village of family and friends and planners to put together our rustic DIY wedding, but it was
such an amazing experience for everyone involved. The vendors we did hire got along so well that they ended up networking and have collaborated with each other and have now worked with each other again, which is a true sign of professionalism and passion! We even had friends hire the CCC team for their very own wedding based on mutual friends feedback from our own wedding! We couldn't be happier with our decision and look forward to utilizing CCC's services again as more major life moments arise! -

We couldn't of pulled off our January wedding without the women of Chantilly Chic Celebrations! Such a pleasure to work with from the very start...from month out planning to final walk through, from rehearsal day to day of...not one detail was missed and the methodical organization definitely shined through on our big day. Very easily our DIY wedding could have gone awry and somehow miraculously enough they were able to not just pull off our vision, but make it shine! And to top it all off...we have gained valued friendships from the experience! I cannot recommend this company enough, we plan on utilizing their services for other life events as they come along! -

Groom: My wife and I just celebrated our first year of matrimony and we have come to the conclusion that our first year has been a "magical mystery ride," because we had such a wonderful experience on our wedding day.
It was such a wonderful day to celebrate with our family and best friends. I think that what made it so magical was to see the vision of our wedding day faithfully executed. The event was beautiful.
Every moving piece from the flowers, to the live plants, to the baby grand piano, and every center piece for every table and every setting was arranged to our vision. It was wonderful to see and experience that come to life.
All this took coordination. We had a lot of friends and family helping. Coordinating the efforts of our family and friends and all those moving pieces was essential to us. My wife never had a "Bridezilla" moment. She was the most beautiful and carefree and I would say radiant because of Crystal's hand in our event.
She was the buffer and assurance my wife needed on the day of our marriage. Thank you Crystal for helping make our wedding day magical. We love you!
Bride: Our wedding was a beautiful and wonderful day. We were able to enjoy every moment with our family and friends knowing that Crystal would execute all our plans and take care of every detail.
The wedding reception hall was our vision come to life. Her attention to detail was evident in the exquisite guest table centerpieces, the bridal table decorations, welcome table presentation, candy and gift table arrangements, and the dance floor display.
She coordinated with many of my friends and family seamlessly. Her assistance to me was invaluable. Her calming presence was welcomed and appreciated. Crystal helped to make our day special and memorable.
My advice to future brides is to have a wedding coordinator not only for your wedding day, but for the week of your wedding to handle all the details and final meetings with your vendors. -

My daughter chose Chantilly Chic Celebrations because she had attended a wedding that CCC had coordinated. As Mother of the Bride I was so impressed with the entire experience. The coordinators communicated with my daughter and her groom constantly taking all the worries concerning every detail of vendors, florist, cake, DJ and table settings. To see my daughters eyes light up at the reception hall for the first time, and to watch her enjoy her special day with her new husband, only focused on each other, made me so happy. I will absolutely use CCC when my son is ready to walk his bride down the aisle.
