Wonderful Wedding Planner

We hired our wedding planner for the month leading up to our wedding, but looking back, if I had known just how incredible and helpful she was going to be, I would have booked her from the very beginning of our planning process. From the moment she met with my husband and me to go over the details, we knew we were in great hands. She was incredibly thorough and thoughtful—she covered every detail, even the things we hadn’t thought about.

Not only is she highly organized and professional, but she’s also genuinely kind and personable. We felt comfortable with her right away, which meant so much to us during such a personal and emotional time. She was always within reach—responsive, dependable, and quick to get us any information we needed. At the same time, she respected our time and space, never overwhelming us with communication, which we appreciated immensely.

The final month of wedding planning can be especially stressful, but she made the process feel seamless. She took care of so many last-minute details that would have otherwise caused me a lot of stress. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes so effortlessly that I was able to truly enjoy myself, knowing that everything was in her capable hands.

She even reached out the day after the wedding just to check in on us, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. That kind of care and attention to detail is rare—and it’s what makes her such a wonderful wedding planner and person.

I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, kind, and truly dedicated to making your day perfect, she’s the one. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again for any future events—and I know she’d be just as amazing. She’s not just great at what she does—she’s exceptional.

The best wedding planner!!!

I cannot recommend Cely’s Events enough! From the moment we first spoke and connected, her expertise, attention to detail, and passion to make our wedding day perfect were evident and I knew I needed her by my side. She was always accessible for advice, suggestions, and solutions every step of the way. Her professionalism and calm demeanor made everything so stress free and even when things became chaotic she was an angel and handled it all. We loved her and I would recommend her 1000% trust when I say you will not regret it she is the best in what she does ❤️

Let’s not even talk about the big day! I felt so amazing. I did not have to worry about a thing I was so calm and it was all thanks to Cely. She handled everything from A-Z.

Amazing wedding planner

My husband and I hired Cely as a partial wedding planner as we had already booked out venue by the time we connected with her. She was so receptive and attentive to our every need, not only leading up the wedding day, but also the day of. I would highly recommend her, especially if you’re wanting everything to be perfect. Stress free day thanks to Cely!!! Affordable and reliable wedding planner

Cely is INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner because of our budget (I'm a medical student so we were working with one income, as you can imagine it was a tight budget). At first, we thought we didn't need one because our venue had an event coordinator and we thought that would be enough (I look back and cringe at this because our wedding would have been a disaster without having Cely). I went out on a whim and messaged Cely after seeing her on our wedding venue's Instagram story. She sent over her pricing and she worked within our budget, we were able to hire her as our month of planner! She was always available for phone calls and emails throughout our entire wedding planning process even before the month of. Truthfully, I can't even tell you everything she did for our wedding because I never had to worry about anything!! None of the little details, set up, break down, creating a timeline, transitioning from the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. Cely truly made me look back on my wedding day with NO regrets. She handled everything beautifully, never came to me with issues, handled everything in my husband and I's best interest (which is a DREAM as a bride, it was key to our no-stress wedding day), and was such a pleasure to work with. She's creative, resourceful, has so much experience, and will save you money in the long run. Don't hesitate and book Cely, trust me when I say it will be the best money you spend on your wedding day!

Amazing Event Planner and Coordinator

Cely is absolutely amazing! She’s so sweet, kind and professional. She was extra helpful leading up to our wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us in the right direction when planning. For day of coordination she was absolutely perfect she reached out for me for whatever I might need input in and she was totally hands on behind the scenes making sure me and my husband didn’t have to worry about anything and just enjoy our big day. We loved having Cely and her amazing assistant and would recommend her 100%!!

We loved cely!

Had such a great experience with Cely as our planner! We had a very long engagement so Cely was with us through it all (and she definitely talked me off the ledge a few dozen times while we navigated COVID). She was patient, kind, and there when we needed. When I walked into my reception I was absolutely floored at how beautiful everything was- and it wouldn’t have happened as smoothly without Cely!!

Best wedding planner!!

Cely was our wedding planner for the most spectacular night of my and my husband’s lives. She was invaluable when it came to coordinating with vendors and making sure everything was accounted for. Planning a wedding is very time consuming and there are so many details that you don’t even think about, but Cely knew everything that needed to be done. She had so many creative ideas and knew a ton of vendors, many of which were super affordable. One of the most appreciative qualities was Cely’s ability to calm me down when I needed it the most. I was so relived to know that I could always count on her/text/call anytime and she was always happy and willing to respond. I couldn’t recommend Cely more. She is an outstanding, caring and amazing wedding planner, and will always have a special place in our hearts!

Perfection !!!

Cely is absolutely amazing. Since day one she totally gained our trust. I told her how I pictured my dream wedding and honestly it was more than I expected it to be! She is very attentive at all times, I would text/email her and she would quickly respond. Everyone loves her, our vendors were very happy to work with her because of her professionalism. Throughout the wedding day, I was able to relax with my bridesmaids and not worry about the reception because I knew it was in good hands. I would highly recommend Cely for your upcoming wedding. I hired her for a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond what was outlined for a day of planner. She not only was extremely organized and patient with myself (and my mother), but she is one of the sweetest people ever.

Couldn’t have done it without her!

No words to describe Cely! I am a planner it’s what I do for work and enjoy doing it. When I first started to plan my wedding I was going to do it alone and thought I didn’t need a wedding planner. A few months in I realized that you just can’t do it all by yourself. Cely was recommended to me by my DJ who has worked with her on many weddings. The moment I called her she was so helpful. We met for the first time a year before the wedding and I told her my ideas. If there were things that wouldn’t work she would be up front with me and provide her honest feedback. I did partial planning with her but I definitely drove her crazy way before then. Never did I feel like things weren’t being done. Cely was so on top of everything. Being a person who is always in control is was hard to let it go and leave it in her hands. But I am so glad I did. She made wedding planning so easy. Always following up with me and ensuring things have been taken care of. She knows so many people in the industry, so when she recommends a vendor trust her opinion! Wedding day came around and everything was handled perfectly. No worries what so ever. She would text me to check in and make sure my girls and I were good before getting started. The moment I saw the venue put together it took my breath away. Everything that we had worked so hard on come to life was beyond amazing. She put some much love and detail into her work. She truly made me have the wedding of my dreams. I could not have done it without her. Cely got to know me and my husband very well to ensure the wedding was everything we wanted. What can I say besides Cely was absolutely amazing!!! Even before I started wedding planning I would see her work through Instagram pictures and I always told myself I wanted her to be my planner. Nothing short of amazing.

When I initially started my wedding planning I said to myself “she’s the wedding planner I want.” Her work speaks for itself but working with her was truly the best part. She is understanding, outgoing and exactly the side kick you need when planning a wedding. Someone who really genuinely cares and it’s excited to be the process of the wedding.

I wouldn’t just recommend, I suggest her. She really does have an eye for detail but most importantly an eye for making SURE things that things are going accordingly and that the wedding day is seemless although things always happen lol. Amazing!!!!

Wow, where do I start? Cely is the best! We had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico and she was the MVP of the whole trip! She listens and she was sure that I wanted happened. I had so many silly questions but she answered every single one of them. She was even there for emotional support when things got very stressful lol I truly reccomend her! My family loves her too!

Wedding Planner/Day Of Coordinator

LOOK NO FURTHER!! HONESTLY STOP LOOKING FOR A WEDDING PLANNER AND CALL CELY!

I had a two year engagement and met with her after meeting with another planner who I am beyond thankful didn't work out. Cely was the Ying to my Yang. I am super detail oriented, punctual, type A, and have obnoxious eye for symmetry. As you can imagine, this can be challenging for any other planner but not for Cely.

From the moment I met I knew she was it. She was patient, kind, a great listener and open to my crazy ideas. She is open and honest but also respectful. Her attention she gives you during the planning process is BEYOND exceptional--from meetings with vendors, phone calls, late text messages, Starbucks meetings, etc etc. Do not get me started on her day of attention to detail--you just wont find it with anyone else!

My wedding wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for her.The timeline she set was seamless. So many things went wrong with other venues and venue-- I had no idea, actually no one did except for her. Everyone was on time and I enjoyed my day from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep. I never once felt like I couldn't enjoy my wedding or that the day passed so quickly because of HER.

There's a saying "if you want something done right, do it yourself" she actually does it better than if you were to do it yourself. Also, save yourself the headache and go with the vendors she suggests--honestly trust me on this one. I learned the hard way.

I am grateful she was placed in my path and will forever hold a special place for her in my heart. Thank you Cely!

Having Cely help me with my wedding was the best decision I made. From the second she got involved I Felt the biggest relief because I knew everything would get done. She made so many things happen in a short amount of time, and everything I could have envisioned and more. The best part of Cely is that she becomes your friend throughout the process. You can text her at any time. She gives you honest advice. She recommends the best vendors. You become her main focus. She took care of us before, during and after the wedding. And when I say during.... she literally was bringing us napkins and drinks all night. I am very grateful to have had Cely coordinate my wedding and I can’t wait to use her for future events!

The Only Planner You Need to Meet!

Where do I even begin with Cely?! When I got engaged I knew immediately she was going to be my wedding planner. Cely and I went to high school together, and thanks to social media, I'd kept up and seen multiple weddings she had planned. Every single one was gorgeous and many even breathtaking. She was the only planner I met with and the only one I needed. She is a beautiful person inside and out. From our initial meeting to the very last minute of the wedding, Cely was available to answer any questions and ease any doubt. She has an incredible team of vendors, all of which are ready to make your vision a reality. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Cely. She made everything effortless. Best. Decision. Ever.

Cely came highly recommended by some mutual friends of my husband and I and we couldn’t have made a better decision than hiring her for the Month Of wedding planning. From our first meeting about 6 months before the wedding she was super sweet and we hit it off immediately. I felt comfortable that she was gonna help me pull everything together and make it perfect. Or as perfect as possible. I’m a very organized person so I’m sure she appreciated that but so was she, we went through EVERYTHING we would ever need and things that you don’t even think about she reminded us about. Best decision ever!

I decided to hire a wedding planner because I knew I wanted to have a beautiful wedding but also a beautiful planning process. I wanted to make sure I had the guidance of an expert and the much needed help due to my busy schedule. I met a couple planners but no one like Cely. When we met I connected with her immediately. Her organization and the way of carrying herself won me over so I hired her for full planning. My now husband and I knew we were in good hands and the fact that all the other vendors kept reassuring us that we were set having Cely as our wedding planner gave me the peace I needed to enjoy it all from beginning to end. I truly had an amazing experience with her every time we had a meeting or we had an appointment with a vendor. Our wedding was a complete success and everyone (our guests to my family and friends) were all impressed with her and how well planned everything was. I must admit I am a control freak and after a year of talking practically every day, Cely became my friend and she got to know me so well that many times she had already taken care of the things she knew I was going to ask her. I could go on and on about this past year but all I can say is that Cely was the first and best decision of our wonderful wedding. I already told her I am going to miss her so much over whatsapp but I am still going to write it here because she is simply spectacular!!!

Cely is definetly without a doubt an amazing wedding planner. I knew she was perfect since the day I met her. She is very organized which gave me a HUGE peace of mind. We encountered little issues the day of our wedding but Cely was on it and she made sure our day wasn't ruined because of it. I got to admit that I'm a perfectionist and I like things done a certain way but I felt so comfortable with her that I told her that she could make judgement calls with how things were set up because I gotta admit she has good taste. Cely I will be forever grateful for putting together my dream wedding. It seriously surpassed my expectations. Also, her vendor recomendations were without a doubt exceptional. Thus, if you want a perfect wedding she is the one to hire.

The easiest part of my wedding!

Wedding planning can be very stressful and at times difficult. Cely, however, made things very easy for me! With many areas, I was completely clueless and confused and Cely always made sure to give me her suggestions and honest opinions, which I appreciated a great deal because it helped me make decisions much faster, considering how indecisive I am! There were so many last minute details that she completely took over for me and that was extremely helpful because I knew I could count on her and I knew she would do an excellent job; and she did! She truly helped make my vision come to life and it exceeded my expectations! Cely would consistently call and text me with updates and with reminders, which also was incredibly helpful because I am a forgetful person! Even on the day of the wedding, we had a few minor hiccups; For example, my husbands ivory jacket got a bit stained and a part of my dress ripped at the beginning of the night, and Cely immediately corrected both issues within seconds! Throughout our wedding process we had a joke where I constantly would tell her " oh my goodness.. your just like J.Lo in the Wedding Planner!" ... All jokes aside, she truly is. She ALWAYS finds a solution and she is more than willing to take on any task for you. She is also very open to recommending vendors and giving you her honest and professional opinion on any questions or concerns you may have. I would highly recommend her and would recommend listening to her when it comes to vendors. All of our vendors, which she recommended, were incredible.

Cely is amazing!

When we first started Wedding planning, I thought I could do it myself. Quickly I realized that wasn't going to happen, and I booked Cely's Events to be our Day Of Coordinator. Throughout the planning process, Cely met with us several times and got to know us and our vision. There were SO MANY details that we would have missed had it not been for Cely's guidance. She quickly responded to all our communication, and provided recommendations for Vendors anytime we needed assistance. As we approached the wedding, we met with her for a planning meeting where she covered every single detail. We felt so at ease after that meeting.

On Wedding Day, Cely ensured we and our guests were taken care of. I had a Bridal emergency and she was right there as soon as I got to the Reception to tackle the task. Cely and her assistant tried everything to ensure we solved the problem. When our Reception started - Cely and her Team took care of everything - we did not worry about a single thing!

Thank you Cely and your Team for taking care of everything so that we could enjoy our day! We loved our Wedding Day and could not have done it without you!

A dream come true

To say that my wedding was perfect is just an understatement! My husband and I began planning our wedding about 2 years ago and after trying to do things ourselves, we quickly realized that we needed help! That’s when we found Cely! From the moment we met her I knew she was the one! Throughout the entire process she put me at ease, recommended the BEST vendors and got things done! From the moment I met Cely at a bridal show, I knew that I wanted her as my wedding planner. Choosing Cely as our wedding planner was the best decision ever! Cely is seriously an ANGEL sent from heaven!!! I only used Cely for her month of service but honestly she was there no matter what. I couldn't possibly have picked a better wedding coordinator. She had every little detail down to a tee. Definitely trusted her with my eyes closed and I'm so happy I did. My now husband and I reached out to Cely earlier this year when we were looking for a Day of Coordinator. We had recently made the decision to replace our venue and were needing someone to help us make sure our wedding was brought to life the way we envisioned. The first time I spoke to Cely, I knew I loved her. She is extremely sweet and personable and knows how to keep her brides calm. We felt like we had a personal friend there the day of the wedding to have our back. The night of the wedding Cely even helped us execute a unique favor for our guests. For our favors, we wanted to give our guests McDonalds cheeseburgers and Cely completely took care of this for us. From coordinating with the McDonalds ahead of time, finding packaging options to night-of pick up. She made this idea possible and they were an absolute hit. I'm not very good at writing reviews but our wedding planner deserves more than one. Since the beginning we felt the connection between us and we knew that our wedding was going to be a blast. My Cely, where do I begin. It was a full year of planning and none the less a very memorable one. Cely events, was there to help me with it all. I was so happy I was able to save a lot of money, with Cely's recommendations and advice. With out her I would of been lost. My husband and I are very hard workers and with our Business we were not able to give our 100% on the wedding, on our own.

We were so blessed to be able to have Cely to help us with it all. On the day of the wedding, Cely and her assiatant went above and beyond! They made sure my Fiancé and I felt no stress and just full enjoyment from the rehearsal dinner till the day of. She made sure it was all PERFECT, and PERFECT it was!!!

I was very glad to be able to have her in all my vendor appointments because she was able to guide me in the right direction from picking Linens, cake, music, wedding gown, florist, officiant, jewelry, well lets just say it ALL !! If it wasn't for Cely, I would of most likely spend a lot more money on unnecessary things and gone bridezilla. I was able to get discounts in all her recommended vendors. It was super cool to mention a vendor and she would be able to let me know her opinion on the service and pricing. Lets be honest, planning the wedding of your dreams cannot be done by yourself, even if you do not have a full time job, the experience and knowledge Cely has is enough on its own, not to mention she's one of the sweetest people I know.

Our wedding was in May 2015, with all the unexpected turns we had in 2015-2016 we simply forgot to write this review. My husband and I thought we had everything planned a year before our wedding but then we met Cely! At first, we were only going to hire a wedding planner for the day of (what a mistake that would’ve been). We decided to hire Cely to help us plan our whole wedding. She was always on top of all the wedding planning, she knew exactly when we needed to see and book vendors. Cely always recommended vendors who she had worked with but was always open if we already had a certain vendor in mind. The vendors that she recommended would offer special pricing, which helped us stay near budget. Cely would book and meet with us at every vendor, she would also meet with us every so often to catch up and to ask us if we had any questions or concerns on the planning. When the big day came around, Cely arrived to the hotel bright and early (I could’ve sworn she slept there), she began working with hotel staff and outside vendors to make certain all the small details were just how we wanted them. Cely was between that and making sure we were on time with our timeline. At the reception, she was on top of everything so we could enjoy every moment of our special day. We had many compliments of how well organized our wedding was and it is all thanks to her! Cely is an amazing wedding planner who I would recommended to family, friends, or anyone planning a wedding. Her caring touches made our day stress-free and most importantly unforgettable. We are grateful she was part of our wedding!

Cely saved me with about a month to go before the wedding when I let go of my previous planner. She came highly recommended by our venue and she really helped make our wedding perfect. She went above and beyond and dealt with the event rentals company when they tried delivering chairs that were broken. She executed everything perfectly! Having Aracely as my wedding planner allowed me to enjoy the process of planning my dream wedding while taking away the stress of it all. She is extremely organized. Cely was instrumental in the success of our recent wedding. She has proven to be a reliable, competent, professional and well-connected planner. Her guidance allowed me to fine tune and materialize the vision of our wedding. She was beyond helpful, enthusiastic and an active participant in every step of the planning process. She was very organized, providing many helpful ideas for every decision I had to make as a bride. I don't believe there is any planner out there who could be as helpful and involved. She genuinely loves her job; her true passion is reflected in her work. She was very responsive and I felt her support throughout the entire process. She even responded to my messages at 1 am asking about reception song ideas! She found examples of the kind of invitations I may like; she forwarded table and place card examples that would fit my vision. She came with me to my fittings and helped me pick a veil (even after I tried on the same 2 about 20 times!). Knowing how stressed and busy I was with working up until my wedding, she took the initiative to order and print and put together the table numbers and place cards. She referred me to vendors that were an absolute pleasure to work with that helped to make my vision and dream come true. She was very confident about not endorsing someone who she did not know to be professional and trustworthy. Cely is very well liked and respected in the industry; working with her provides an advantage to any bride. She is warm, genuine, hard working, and on top of her game. The absolute pinnacle of her performance was seeing her in action the day of. She executed our event flawlessly. It was well worth it to enjoy our wedding day worry free, as Cely looked over every detail to make sure there was no room for error. Our day was surreal; it was the best day of our lives and it would not have been possible without Cely. I am eternally grateful and would strongly recommend her for any future event without reservations.

Cely is absolutely amazing. She was able to capture every detail of my wedding exactly the way I wanted it. She was reliable, responsive and caring. Exactly the person you want to have next to you on this special moment. The fact that she is bilingual was a plus for me!!!!
Her fees are very reasonable compared to the average wedding planner in Miami and she is worth every penny!!!

Cely is an outstanding wedding planner. She can work with about any budget and definitely devotes herself to making everything perfect. She's very professional and considerate to the bride and groom. I just have to say that there aren't enough stars in the sky to rate the level of quality of Cely's work. It was about 6-7 months till our wedding day and all I had was a down payment toward my venue and my dress. I quickly called Cely to make an appointment and explained I only needed her services for the day of the wedding. Of course, family members were going to help with it all, right? Biggest joke ever! :) On our first consultation at our nearest Starbucks, (turns out we only live a few minutes away from each other), she politely gives me a run through of both service packages - day of and full service. Her itemized list consists of every single detail and step that must take place prior to this most special and costly day of anyone's life. After imagining the disaster my poor wedding would turn out to be without this angel before me, I instantly go for her full service package. She listened intently to my ideas and plans of the perfect day. The days and months passed and everything slowly came together so effortlessly. She was a real godsend. She truly listens, takes your best interest at hand. She enjoys what she does whole heartedly and strives to make that day the best day ever for her brides. I can tell you today, now two months later, it was truly the most magical day ever. Our wedding day was incredibly beautiful, it was more than what we'd ever hoped and dreamed for. I felt light as a feather, without a worry in the world because I trusted everything would be just right. Thank you, Cely, for orchestrating our fairy tale wedding, we definitely started our happy ever after in the most perfect way all because God decided to put you in our path.

I was really overwhelmed with the whole wedding planning process but Cely made it easy ! I had no worries on the day of my wedding. I was really panicking because I did my seating chart literally the night before the wedding....but Cely organized everything and it turned out perfect!
