    Delicious barbecue

    Our wedding happened in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, which ultimately meant going from a 200-person wedding to a 20-person wedding. The team was so accommodating and helped us reimagine a menu that ended up so delicious. I can’t tell you enough about how wonderful our barbecue, mac n’ cheese, potatoes and fruit tasted. On top of that, Stephanie took extra precautions to make sure everyone stayed safe and well fed. I highly recommend.

    Great food and presentation!

    The food and presentation was wonderful! We had so many compliments on the food. Bubbas was easy to work with in preparation and everything was just as promised! I plan to use them for future events.

    Excellent service!!!

    The food was gorgeous and delicious, the price was very fair and customization options were huge! And I CANNOT day enough good things about the staff and service! So professional and helpful we could not have done it without them and it was pretty last minute too! Highly recommend.

    Bubba was willing to meet with me and answer any questions I had and give suggestions on the menu items. The prices are very reasonable, and he was willing to work within our budget. They have a wide range of food items to choose from. Rhonda was extremely responsive to every question I had throughout the process. All of our guests raved about how great the food was so that made us very happy! Thanks Bubba!

    We are so glad that we found Bubba's for our wedding!! Ray and his team are awesome chefs and Rhonda was so helpful to us when we were deciding what we wanted. The food turned out amazing and they made just the right amount such that there was only a bit leftover. We opted for their "Design your own Buffet" (from the non-elegant menu), which had SO many options and was very well priced. They don't do tastings, but Rhonda was happy to describe all the dishes we asked about, and from the meal we got, I'm confident that anything they make would be delicious. They were also able to prepare dishes for a few vegetarian and gluten-free guests at no additional cost. Their set-up was beautiful. Their server and bartender were so friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the Huntsville area!

    Bubba's catered our wedding reception and made our cake, everything was awesome! Ray at Bubba's was helpful with getting us set up and making sure we had everything we needed. We did buffet-style dinner and everything was excellent. They packed up all of our leftovers to make it easy for us to take home. The cake was delicious! We also did a coffee bar and a fruit and cheese spread that turned out great. All of the staff were exceptional and everything went smoothly.

    Our rehearsal dinner was amazing! We had the lasagna, chicken and bowties, salad and banana pudding. Our guests enjoyed it! The staff were courteous and helpful and didn't mind staying later when the rehearsal took a little longer than expected.

    Bubba's catered my wedding this past weekend and I have nothing but good things to say about them! We met with Rhonda back in January when we were trying to choose a caterer and she was great about answering all of our questions and helping us pick the menu - they have a ton of options to choose from! We later met with Ray and he made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Rhonda and April did a great job setting up the buffet at our reception and it was beautiful. They were very professional and went above and beyond to help set out and serve the pies I had in lieu of wedding cake, even though they weren't part of the dinner buffet. The food itself was delicious! We chose a traditional barbecue menu with pulled pork, bbq chicken, potato salad, cole slaw, and a fruit tray. We had many compliments on the food and a lot of people went back for seconds. All in all, we're VERY happy that we chose Bubba's to cater our wedding and would recommend them to anyone in the Huntsville area.

    Bubba's provided a buffet and bar service for our wedding reception and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very quick to respond to all the questions we had during the planning process and were very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Their guidance was very helpful and the prices are better than the other caterers we looked into.

    Bubba's is awesome. They meet with you to be sure they know EXACTLY what you expect of them. They don't ask for a deposit until the week of your wedding. After being CRAZY the week of, and living 2 hours away from Huntsville, they showed up at the wedding with NO MONEY from me. They delivered beautiful and delicious food and gave us the best service. Then of course we paid them afterwards. That showed me that they are proud of their work and trust their customers. They are wonderful-- ask for RAY!

    The food and service provided by Bubba's for our wedding was wonderful! The spread was setup beautifully and all of our guests raved about how wonderful the food was!

    Don't let the name fool you. Bubba's is huge catering outfit. They cater everything from hors d'oeuvre to elegant sit down dinners for extremely reasonable prices. They catered a very nice buffet for our rehearsal dinner and heavy hors d'oeuvre for our reception. They food was high in quality and taste, and the presentation was beautiful. The chef even baked our wedding and groom's cakes. Both were extremely delicious and beautiful. Bubba's was very flexible and easy to work. They are large enough to accommodate any size event.

    On a non-wedding note, Bubba's caters many of the professional luncheons in town, and always done an outstanding job.

    We recently used Bubba's to cater our wedding reception with around 200 guests. They provided food and the bride's cake, and also handled all of the beverages (we bought our own). They were EXTREMELY helpful and easy to work with - you can really tell they know what they're doing. Ray gave us all kinds of recommendations on quantities of alcohol to buy (we were clueless)... we still ended up buying more than he suggested just in case, but he was pretty close. The staff they use at the event is very professional and friendly. They all had smiles on their faces throughout the reception.

    The food was delicious (beef was a little overcooked, but not bad), and we had plenty of it to go around even with that many people and a buffet. The cake turned out better than I could imagine as well. Exactly like the picture I showed Ray, if not better. The price was also great for the kind of reception we had. I would highly recommend this company for any type of catering need.

    Fried chicken was over done and tasted like it was reheated from day before

    Celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday with family last Sunday and Bubba’s caterer arrived with only one person. We helped her set up as she didn’t have a cart to move food, chafing dishes, linens, tea and ice to the outdoor event. The fried chicken was horrible. No one ate it because it was overcooked. Possibly from the day before. Other food was OK.
    I just spoke to Bubba and he defended his fried chicken as the best. It was not. Something went wrong. His chef said he would check to see who cooked the chicken. I told Bubba, “if your grandkids won’t eat the fried chicken there is a problem.” Such a disappointment.

    Ran out of food. I upgraded most expensive package. Served child alcohol. No food packed for bride and groom.
