    Outstanding service!

    Natalie and her team were outstanding. I cannot imagine the day without them. Every detail was taken care of so I could be fully immersed in our special day. Natalie even snapped some photos throughout the day and sent them to me the day after so I didn’t have to wait for the photos from the photographer. Details were taken care of such as table decorations, emergency steamer, setting up the cake/dessert table, and keeping the boys in line. She was so thoughtful and consistent. Please do not pass them up. Worth every penny!

    I loved working with Ashley. She was proactive and professional in her communication. She thought of details and had recommendations for problem-solving that I wouldn’t have thought of. She calmed me on the day-of and left a great impression with our vendors and guests!

    A dream team!

    How can I even put into words how amazing and wonderful Brava Events is? We had the “Finale Package” and it was the perfect package for my husband and I. I would say that I was extremely detail oriented when it came to our wedding and we planned it for two years! I needed someone to help take over and make the day enjoyable & stress free.

    I cannot thank Natalie and her assistants (Ashley & Serena) for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. From venue walkthroughs, meetings, many phone calls and texts, the rehearsal, and then finally the wedding day, our planning process was perfect.

    Natalie was our go-to gal for anything we needed during the last month and I knew we were in great hands. The day of they tackled not only the timeline but any little details that came up along the way. If things went wrong, we had no clue!! They set up my boxes of decor, pinned on boutineers, hung signs (after my plan of hanging didn’t work too), lit candles, assisted with vendors, got me down the aisle, fluffed & pinned by dress, and sooooo much more!!!! It was a perfect dream day and I cannot thank the Brava girls for helping with that.

    We absolutely cannot wait until we have an anniversary part just so we can hire Brava Events again. We love y’all!!!💓

    Brava Events- Wedding Day Coordinator experience

    My husband and I got married this year on September 21st, 2019. During the planning process we were questioning if we should hire a coordinator for our wedding day, and let me tell you! Hiring Brava events was the best choice we made in our planning process. We had the pleasure of working with Natalie and she is just amazing at what she does. I was an out of town bride with many questions that she was always willing to answer and help me with. I had a vision about how my wedding day would flow and Natalie delivered just that! If you are thinking about hiring Brava events don’t “think” just DO IT! You will not be disappointed by their services! Natalie thank you again for making our day so special and stress free, you hold a special place in our hearts!

    Natalie and Ashley were simply amazing! Our wedding day was great and stress free, Natalie took care of everything so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We will definitely recommend Brava again and again. Thank you for making our day truly spectacular 😊

    I cannot recommend Brava Events enough!

    Natalie and Courtney were incredible to work with. Super responsive, professional, and experienced. My wedding day was stress free and wonderful since I knew we were in good hands. These ladies made it possible for us to just enjoy our day! I can not recommend Brava enough!

    Life.Saver. No really! We love Brava!

    Natalie was so amazing in helping us plan our wedding! Because we are a military family, we literally had to put everything together in less than 2 months and she found us a venue and put together the rest of our planning details. I went into the planning sooo overwhelmed because we didn't know where to begin. She was knowledgeable about all of the venues and vendors and made sure that the wedding day ran smoothly. Top notch planner and super down to earth! Thank you again for giving us peace of mind and a day we will never forget!!

    Natalie and Courtney are the best. We brought them in for the day of the wedding, but they confirmed everything with the vendors before the wedding and they were very responsive whoever I, mother of groom, had a question. I don't think we could have pulled off this wedding if we didn't have their help. Or at the very least, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy everything as much as we did! I would highly recommend this team as they know their business and they are wonderful to work with. Love you both! Thanks again, for everything you did for us.

    Courtney and Natalie were my day of wedding coordinators, and they were excellent in every way!! At first, I didn't plan on having a coordinator as I thought I could do everything myself. However, I eventually accepted that I wanted our wedding day to be as stress free as possible. My friend had hired these ladies for her wedding day, and she recommended them without a doubt! Courtney and Natalie are highly experienced in the wedding field and know all of the best vendors. Even though they were only my day of coordinators, they were always available if I needed advice or recommendations. The reception went so smoothly that I'm not sure if anything went wrong! They make sure to keep the bride and groom's wishes a priority and work with you to make them come true. If you want your wedding day to be a success and stress free, Courtney and Natalie are definitely ladies to go to!!!

    Anyone I know that's getting married I will highly recommend Brava Events! They will not miss a single detail! They were so welcoming and professional through the entire process. You will not regret hiring them. I hired them for my day of coordinators and I quickly realized things could not run as smoothly if I didn't have them there!

    I was a bride who didn't initially budget for a wedding coordinator, thinking I might not need one since my venue did most everything in house. As a bride on budget, I tried to convince myself that I had everything under control and that I didn't really need one...until about a month out, I finally got overwhelmed with the never-ending to-do list that is wedding planning--cue Natalie and Courtney! These two ladies went above and beyond our expectations and I cannot say enough good things about them; they are a great team and so professional, yet fun, to work with. Our photobooth company canceled on us and I didn't even have time to freak out because they found us another vendor in literally 5 minutes. It rained all morning the day of our wedding and the banquet captain was calling my husband trying to get permission to move everything inside (even though the rain was supposed to stop). Courtney and Natalie handled everything and our wedding turned out beautifully, and most importantly, ran smoothly. Wedding coordinating was sort of a last minute add-on for us and we were just expecting someone to cue the wedding party down the isle and make sure the vendors were all where they needed to be during set up. BRAVA EVENTS WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT! They handled everything from the rehearsal, to set up of all little details and decorations, cueing everyone down the isle and out for the reception entrance, the exit, and packing up all our décor, gifts, and cake! They also brought some of their own supplies and specialty linens to give our wedding that extra umph…talk about going above and beyond! Now that it’s all said and done, I can honestly say that booking Brava Events was worth every penny! My advice to brides on the fence about hiring a coordinator: all the time, effort, and money that goes into planning a wedding will be sort of wasted if your day doesn’t run smoothly. Courtney and Natalie take care of all the details, especially the ones you would never think of!

    Natalie and Courtney were amazing!! They were quick on their feet and there were no problems at my ceremony and reception (at least I didn’t know about them). They took care of business just as I asked them to. Great planners! Book them!!

    Okay experience. Worked with them for 9 months they were hired to help with the planning and day of. They like to communicate which is a plus. However not really great at documenting changes. Several things discussed were changed and the day of our wedding did not reflect changes. They are however really flexible and super easy to work with. Really wish they were friendly to our guests the day of the wedding, that was our main complaint from our guests. We saw them work a friends wedding prior to hiring them and we loved how friendly and happy there were at their wedding, but we did not receive the same excitement the day of our wedding. They seemed burnt out, probably because they've been working with us since January and our wedding was in September.

    Brava lacks attention to detail

    If you know EXACTLY what you want for your event, then I would recommend Brava, but you would be wasting your money because couldn't you just ask a friend or relative to take care of that? We hired Brava for the vendor recommendations and insight into detail coordination for our wedding at Juarez Plaza, San Antonio. My husband was quick to criticize the list of recommended vendors; when we asked for tejano bands, we got a country singer; we asked for a caterer who would do family style but got a recommended caterer who had never (and refused to) accommodate family style serving. It was obvious why Brava had recommended the caterer when we were told that the caterer automatically charges for all vendors to be fed. I also found the photographer, sound guy, and every other vendor on my own instead of getting good recommendations from Brava. It was also frustrating communicating with Natalie because she refuses (or doesn't know how) to reply all to emails; this was particularly critical because my husband and I split planning duties and he goes out of town every other week, so we're not always in the same room talking about an email either he or I received from the even planner. I was so disappointed on the day of my wedding because I had to constantly be in charge of the details, after all isn't that what an event coordinator is supposed to be in charge of? For example, the coordinator told us she had done an event at La Villita before, so I didn't worry about anything further; but on the day of my wedding I arrive at the reception and see the tacky flags hanging in Juarez plaza: I had to direct her to take them down. Worse, we had given her a script of the ceremony and apart from the fact that there was no wine in the kiddish cup, she told my husband that she would have appreciated if we would have alerted her to [a pretty big moment in the script], making it obvious that she hadn't even read the script we gave her more than a week before the wedding. I also worked tirelessly to put together a champagne wall for which I provided a list of people that included my under-ten niece and nephews to receive apple juice instead of champagne; the coordinator must have thrown away the list I created because these kids' glasses had champagne in them. The coordinator also told me that the stand that I had given her to prop a sign broke and so the sign for the champagne wall had to lie on the floor. But the broken easel was never returned to me so that I could get a refund. I actually never saw the easel, so for all I know the coordinators just forgot about it and didn't want to deal with it during the reception. I was constantly having to direct the caterers what to do and the coordinators' two assistants sat on their phones most of the night. For the desserts, the coordinator and her assistants didn't bother taking the cupcakes out of the plastic containers, making the display look very cheap. I had also asked for a bathroom basket to be placed in several public bathrooms that would be closed after 6pm, but Brava lacked the attention to detail to wait to set up the baskets until after the public no longer had access; the result was numerous items taken before my wedding guests even had the chance to use them. I really wish we hadn't wasted our money because I had higher expectations than I would have if we had just asked our close friends to help on the day of. Natalie did come to my parents house the Thursday before to pick up all of the boxes of items we had--including decorations, which they didn't bother to put up. In fact, my mom went through so much trouble to find wedding papel picado, and Brava never returned it (the excuse during the wedding was that they didn't have a ladder to decorate, even though they should have known about the decorations before the day of the wedding). Brava also failed to set up the simple photo booth I had entrusted them with; instead, my friends had to set it up during the reception. And even though I was the last one to use it, Brava failed to return the remote to the photo booth display. Finally, I had purchased cups that were supposed to be on the tables for water, but I was told that everyone needed to go fetch their own water instead of letting the servers handle it. I vented to the coordinator's assistants, who told me they had been working since 11AM that day--well, for 13 hours, there sure wasn't much to show for their work! As a lawyer, I scrutinized the contract I signed with Brava, but nothing prepared me for the abysmal service I received. I was appalled to find out--two nights before my wedding--that Natalie had another event planned at noon the very next day after my wedding that ended at midnight. I don't think she gave my event the attention to detail that $2k deserves and am extremely disappointed that I ever hired Brava Events. I highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding: think through every single detail if you really want to hire an event coordinator.
