Best part of wedding
Ashton was amazing. She put me at ease. Knowing I had her on my team I was confident everything was going to be perfect . She was on top of everything and so professional. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her. Hiring her was the best decision we made about our wedding. -

Highly recommend Amanda and her company
Amanda Brown is AMAZING. I had large party for a milestone birthday at a venue in Austin. I invited 125 people, and had it catered, and I selected Amanda and Bluebonnet Events to be my event coordinator. I am so glad I did. She is very experienced, and helped me tremendously in planning cost effective and lovely decorations (my request). She supplied anything I needed and didn’t want to purchase (like cocktail table linens, greenery, even the best cups to use for the bartenders), which was so easy! She also has experience with bartending and alcohol, wine, mixers etc and told me just what to order - made it so easy. She was responsive to every text and every question. She created a timeline and coordinated with all the vendors. She was on-time to the event and so friendly and down to earth - my guests loved her as well. I also liked that when she would ask me a question, if I seemed like I couldn't make a decision - she could tell and would say "Ok, I'm going xxxxx - does that sound ok?" and I was so grateful. She is not timid, but also not aggressive in anyway. She is the perfect personality you want for a successful and stressful event. Loved her and highly recommend her company. -

Proactively made our day amazing!
Wow! I am so grateful to have worked with Bluebonnet Events. Planning and organizing is a passion of mine, but Amanda and her team proactively addressed concerns that I would never have thought of. Our day was seamless, and I know that this was only because Amanda helped ensure everything was on track throughout the ceremony and reception. -

Wonderful wedding coordination
Bluebonnet events did such an amazing job, from helping us with our timeline, to also providing linen & charger rentals. On my wedding day I had absolutely no worries. Everything was set up exactly how I envisioned and couldn't be happier with the service. Do yourself a favor and don't try to get by without a coordinator, having them took so much stress off and I was able to fully enjoy the day. I highly recommend Bluebonnet events! -

The coordinator you didn't know you needed!!
My husband and I were doing a 10 year vow renewal. The original place we decided on required a day of coordinator. That's how we found Amanda at Bluebonnet Events. She was easy to talk to and easy to trust. As our special day approached we realized that, even with the small package that we chose, the venue was still going to be over our already tight budget. We asked Amanda to think WAY out side the box for the 30 people or less guest list. I love the way her brain works. She reached out and had a meeting with the Hard Rock Cafe. This was the perfect place for our red carpet themed wedding do-over. Amanda helped me keep in contact with Hard Rock when I had questions and needed clarification on stuff. Being able to get in touch with Amanda whenever I needed really put my mind at ease. There were a few times when I hit panic mode and Amanda was there to reassure me and take care of whatever the issue was right away. Not only was she there for the rehearsal, she came to the walk-through the week prior. I can't sing her praises enough. Amanda made it really easy to enjoy the wedding day with my family and be care free. I made the flower arrangements and some of the table décor but rented the rest of the themed décor from her. It turned out so much better than I imagined. The hair and makeup ladies that Amanda recommended also did an amazing job. Amanda got to Hard Rock at noon to set up. The ceremony started a little after 2:30 and people left between 6;00 and 7:00. The wedding went smoothly. Everyone had a great time. It couldn't have been a more perfect day. I would absolutely recommend Amanda at Bluebonnet Events for your special day. -

Trust me, you need a wedding planner, and Amanda's the best.
To preface, I'm a very organized, methodical person and have experience planning and dealing vendors, etc. I went into planning my wedding feeling confident that I could handle it on my own. However, my sister was adamant about getting a wedding planner, so eventually I caved. I am so thankful I did. I could not have done it on my own - even with my whole family helping. IF YOU'RE ON THE FENCE ABOUT GETTING A WEDDING PLANNER PLEASE DO. It makes all the difference. Amanda was able to provide us with a comprehensive list of phenomenal vendors (all of whom we were happy with) and rolled with it when my husband and I's vision for the wedding changed more than once. Amanda made everything flow smoothly. When it comes to planning a wedding, there are a lot of small details that are easy to overlook (ice, extension cords, etc.) - Amanda knows what needs to happen and takes care of it. Life throws curve balls, and there's always something that goes wrong on the wedding day. For us, there was a major wind storm that damaged the reception tent. We got married in mid-December, so without the tent, guests would be standing in the freezing rain all night. Had I planned it myself, that's what would have happened. However, because of Bluebonnet Events, by the reception, the tent was not only as good as new, but decorated and heated. The best thing I can say about Bluebonnet Events, however, is that they made our vision come to life. Looking back our wedding was exactly as we'd hoped. Amanda and her team worked to make our wedding ours - even though it wasn't a conventional wedding. They listened to what we described and help turned our idea into a reality. -

Made the day easy
Knowing we had Bluebonnet Events on the day of the wedding was a huge relief! Amanda made it every easy to reach out to her and answered any questions I had along the way. The week before/the day of the wedding I explained what I wanted the entire venue to look like and Amanda and Gracie did just that for us. From providing the linens, setting things up, to the clean up at the end. They made the day so easy for us and everything (as far as I knew) went smooth and was simple. All we was just enjoy the day. -

An amazing experience that helped make my wedding day perfect
i cannot thank bluebonnet event enough for all they did for my wedding. They helped with coordination, wedding center pieces, wedding set-up, and last minute catering help that i needed! Bluebonnet was there for all my questions during the wedding process, my day would of been completely different without them, and she made my vision of my center pieces and decor just pop the day of. Bluebonnet made it so easy to work with them, always responded to help me, and the overall price and quality was amazing. Definitely recommend, i have been recommending them to all my friends who have been planning their weddings! -

Absolute must have for our wedding day
Aside from my wedding dress and our rings, this was the most have purchase of our wedding. Gracie worked wonders for us leading up to the wedding and of course on the big day itself. She was in control of things but not bossy towards anyone. She handled family with kindness (even the difficult personality family members) and worked with my vendors to ensure I had nothing to worry about other than enjoying myself. There were several times that I did not see her on our wedding morning because she was off smoothing out situations I will never have to know about and I greatly appreciate that. She also checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were enjoying the day and had everything we needed. Working with Bluebonnet Events will help you get the blissful wedding day you are looking for. I highly recommend them! -

Absolutely amazing!
Words will never express how thankful and grateful we are to have had Amanda be our coordinator. Going into the wedding planning we honestly had no idea where to even begin but after only our first meeting with Amanda she assured us that she would take care of us and that’s when we instantly decided that we would be using her as our coordinator. From beginning to end Amanda was always instantly available. Any questions we had she would get back to us immediately and helped us alleviate so much stress that comes with wedding planning. Not only did she coordinate our wedding but her company Blue Bonnet events also supplied our centerpieces and floral at a ver affordable price. We were able to stay within our budget thanks to the affordability of blue bonnet events. On our wedding day we actually were able to enjoy our wedding and had the best night ever because Amanda and her crew handled our big day with ease. Amanda thank you so much for making our big day so special and enjoyable, we received nothing but great compliments from our guests!! My wife and I would 100% recommend blue bonnet events to anyone and everyone. -

Amanda was nothing but amazing! From the communication throughout the planning process, down to most tiny details on our wedding day.. she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Carlos and I had no idea on where to start when we got engaged but with the help of Bluebonnet Events, our special night was absolutely perfect! Our wedding planning was a breeze as Amanda and her crew offer so many services including coordination, centerpiece rentals, floral and service team. After our first time discussing our ideas with Amanda there was no hesitation on whether or not we would go through her company for these services and we are so happy that we did. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. Amanda and Cene we’re absolutely fantastic! Thanks to their services I didn’t have a worry in the world on such a chaotic and important day. Great experience!
Amanda and BlueBonnets were one of the best decisions in vendors I could have made for my big day! Amanda was incredibly helpful in the pre-planning stages; even in areas in which she didn't have to be. I went to her with questions on the actual venue when the venue coordinator was out of town--and she was nothing but helpful! It was important to me to have waitstaff & bartenders who had been at the venue before, as in my experience that tends to lessen the chance for last minute problems--and they definitely delivered! The linens were delivered on time and set up in what seemed like record time (they estimated to be done by 2 or 3pm; and they were almost completed by the time I arrived at the venue at 1:30) Dinner was served in a timely manner (buffet style); and the cleanup crew did a great job of cleaning everything up quickly and unnoticeably.
While I didn't get the chance to meet the bartenders, all of my guests had nothing but great things to say about their friendliness and service, and I am so glad we went with them!
In addition, an important family piece was accidentally packed away with the other dishes. When we realized it was missing, Amanda took time out of her vacation to contact the staff that night; and people who could look and located the missing cake slicers! She offered to drop them in the mail, at no cost to me (though I opted to pick up). Working with Blue Bonnets was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to any of my friends looking for: linen/dinnerware rental; food servers/cleanup and bartenders. -

I was clueless about weddings, Amanda was a LIFESAVER.
I found Amanda just by googling wedding planners and was shopping around for price ranges and what services were offered. After talking to a handful of planners (many were very well known) It was the conversation on the phone, the tone in her voice and her genuineness I could hear and feel that told me I had found the perfect person for the job. July/August 2018 i asked if she could send me a few venue options based off of my budget and vision. She not only found the locations, she set up tours for me and included a very professional excel sheet comparing all of the venues and what the total wedding cost could come out to based off of what the venues offered. It was so detailed and me not knowing ANYTHING about weddings (barely knew what a bridal shower was) she gave me the best head start. Throughout the next couple of months, we discussed details about the wedding, she answered random questions I’d send her way and she never judged me for not knowing something as simple as a getaway car lol. Come 30 days prior to the wedding, it was crunch time. She sent me and all my vendors a copy of the timeline for revision and I think she’s a mind reader because everything I wanted, she already knew about and somehow got it into the timeline. Any changes I wanted to make to the timeline was fixed by her before I could blink and all the vendors knew before I remembered to even ask if they all knew of the change. Come rehearsal day, I had some people not show up that I needed there. She’s not only there for you to help plan a wedding but she put me at ease and reassured me that things would turn out ok & did she deliver!!!!! Day of, everything went AMAZINGLY. She let me sleep in while she took care of everything to include her amazing assistant Gracie. My goal was to make sure my husband and I got to ride the zip line in my dress and his dress blues. She made sure I wore joggers so my dress wouldn’t get ruined. Small details like having a pair of socks I didn’t have, she had for me. Also she’s so AWESOME, she rode the zip line herself. She helped me change out of my complicated dress and into my 2nd dress for the reception. By the end of the night, she had our food containers ready to go, our bags ready to go, and I was NOT ready to let her go anywhere. It was so strange that all these months went by and I felt like I had made a close friend. Amanda and her assistant Gracie will go above and beyond for you. Yeah you pay for their services but she truly loves her job and enjoys what she does and will invest into her couples more so than any other planning company I’ve ever heard of. -

Affordable Chargers!
I had a little bit of extra money in my budget and really wanted to do a charger to tie everything in at our place settings. Luckily my wedding coordinator knew of Amanda's company! We rented chargers at 50 cents a piece, which is a steal! Limited selection, but it was perfect for us and any budget bride!!! -

From our first phone call to the end of our reception, Amanda Brown took care of every detail. She was proactive every step of the process and on the day of— she really shined, taking care of every detail before I could even consider her. High Class Service - Knows her stuff and worth every penny!
Don’t know where to begin with on how amazing Amanda and her team are. She cares about the interests of the bride first and foremost and delivers top class service. Great resource for referrals; she strives to improve the quality of life of the bride. She decorated and took down decorations for the bride. Amanda with Bluebonnet Events
When I was researching day of coordinators, I truly didn’t know what I was looking for regarding value or services. I can’t recall exactly who gave me the brochure for Bluebonnet Events but I wish I could thank them immensely!
My first meeting with Amanda at Bluebonnet was slightly awkward, only because I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing or what questions I should be asking. Thankfully, Amanda took control and asked many pertinent questions and immediately put me at ease. I had no hesitance booking and paying for Amanda’s day of services.
Since our first meeting, she kept in contact with me until the day of my wedding. I asked many questions (which I always thought were dumb questions) and she responded so professionally and friendly. She had no issues helping me find things I needed or recommending vendors for my big day.
On the day of my wedding, Amanda was more than the coordinator. She was a time keeper and was always on schedule, she was a very personal assistant (she placed my wireless mic inside my dress), she thought of things I never would have thought of, she was ALWAYS smiling and she always made sure we had drinks ready in hand as the bride and groom.
Amongst all of these things and many more, she was a friend. Without her, I’m not sure how the day would have gone. I am so incredibly happy to have found Amanda and to have had her there every step of the way. I’ve recommended her to many of my engaged friends and will continue to recommend her. -

We asked Bluebonnet Events to help us with the day-of coordination, and it was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! Amanda Brown was absolutely amazing in every way. From our first meeting with her, we just knew she was the one! We had no idea what we were doing or where to start in our wedding planning journey, but Amanda put us at ease immediately. She helped us create the perfect wedding day timeline, come up with ideas for the guest favors, suggested other vendors that she has worked with, and she even helped with the small details like our seating chart and centerpieces. My favorite part of wedding planning with Amanda was whenever I would worry about not following some of the traditional wedding protocol, she would say "It's your wedding, you can do whatever you want!" She made sure that we got the wedding of OUR dreams! On the day of our wedding, Amanda made sure that my husband and I were stress free. It is inevitable that something doesn't go according to plan, but I never knew about any of the mishaps because Amanda was on top of it before it was even happening! She kept our wedding on schedule and all events on time. She even worked with the photographers to capture great shots of our little details from our wedding that I never would have thought of. To say Amanda Brown is amazing is an understatement. I highly recommend her services to everyone searching for the dream wedding because she can make it happen! We even have her booked for my younger sister's wedding coming up... that is how awesome she is! -

Amanda was wonderful! Being from out of town, Amanda was outstanding in bridging the gap to San Antonio. As the mother of the bride, the only thing I would have done differently is reserving Amanda for the entire night. We needed her ALL NIGHT LONG! :) She was great! -

Amanda and her staff is amazing! She helped alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding day by providing helpful tips, assistance with decor and other resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. Her professionalism, knowledge and punctuality when working with her assured me that we chose the right cooordinator. Our Harry Potter themed wedding was simply perfect even with some minor hiccups(which were my fault). Amanda was quick to help me with that so I wouldn’t worry. Where do I begin to explain how incredible Amanda was at our wedding? It was a last-ish minute decision to hire a day-of coordinator. I planned everything and hired vendors myself, and then about 2 months before the wedding I decided that I wanted the peace of mind of having someone to make sure everything ran smoothly. I found Amanda with Bluebonnet Events, and after our first phone call I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I hadn’t even hired her yet, but she sent me a mock-up timeline anyway. She told me that even if I didn’t hire her, that I should use that timeline, which had details of things I would never have thought of ahead of time. I hired her the next day, and I am so glad I did. She met with my mom and me at the venue about a month before, she came to our rehearsal and ran that, and she was there all day for my wedding WITH an assistant. Because of Amanda, everything happened right on time. The photographer and important family/friends were there to witness cake cutting, toasts, first dance, etc. When dinner was served, she made plates for us and made sure we were able to sit down and eat. She always made sure I had a glass of champagne and my husband had a beer. She monitored the entrances to keep random people from wandering into the reception (many tried). She coordinated everyone in lines at the end for our confetti send-off. I can’t say enough how necessary a coordinator is, even if you don’t think you need one. I 100% recommend Amanda. Because of her, we had an absolutely perfect wedding, and I wouldn’t change a thing. -

Amanda helped plan our wedding and did flowers for the bridal party. She was absolutely amazing and hands-down one of the sweetest persons I've ever met. I was really nervous about my wedding day and the logistics and details that go into it but Amanda was very reassuring and made my day absolutely perfect. She helped with minor details as well. Our cake came in the different color flowers and she offered to change them out for free, she went above and beyond and help making my wedding amazing and my guest feel welcomed & our flowers were beautiful. My fiance and I are SO happy with our decision to engage Amanda Brown of Bluebonnet Events as our day-of wedding coordinator. She was super pleasant and easy to communicate with from the get go, and especially in the weeks leading up to the event. (We live out of state and were planning the party from afar, and we were so grateful that Amanda could go on a venue-walk through for us.) Then, she was absolutely invaluable on the day of the wedding, as the point person for our other vendors and the lead person setting up decor. (In addition to day-of coordination, we added on her services to set up table arrangements, hang banners, place the uplights and some floral arrangements, arrange a beautiful display of family photos, and more.) She brought us food and drinks, helped us and our families stick to the timeline with polite and friendly reminders and cues, even sent her assistant to get a Tide pen for me when I got something on my dress! After the party was through and we made our grand exit, Amanda worked with the caterer to make sure everything was packed up and loaded into family cars, so that our wedding party and parents weren't stuck with a huge clean-up task. I'd absolutely recommend Bluebonnet Events to anyone. Thank you, Amanda!-

Amanda's services are much more affordable than anything else I could find. I had to make a few changes last minute and she was very flexible. They started setting up at my venue very early and the attendants were very attentive to my guests. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and fun my wedding was. -

Our experience with Bluebonnet Events was AMAZING! Working with Amanda was definitely the best decision we could have made for our wedding. She was always on point when it came to her services. The professionalism her and her staff held was very satisfying. Our guest were all impressed and loved the setup and the way they were treated. We always had no problem getting in touch with Amanda. She is always understanding and asking question to ensure our vision, which we definitely loved! And anytime we wanted to change something, because we did have an outside wedding, so many things did change almost last minute, Amanda did not even sweat, and we were very impressed! We definitely received more than what we paid for, but the execution was so flawless, a price point wouldn't have mattered. Our big day was more than what we could have imagined, and along the way, we didn't only have a great experience, but we also sparked a great new friendship; Amanda is the sweetest person, warm heart, and great to work with! One thing we do regret, is that we did not have her as our wedding coordinator; and I'm sure if we did have her as a coordinator, more stress would have been taken off of us, but even at that, Amanda still worked wonders and had us happy from day 1! Amanda and Bluebonnet Events have so much to offer at excellent prices with a high level of professionalism. For our wedding, we purchased services for our centerpieces with floral decor, reception table settings, bouquets and boutonnieres, bridal bouquets for the ceremony and bridal portraits, bartending and mixer packages. Amanda was involved in every aspect and was readily available at any time for the million questions I seemed to have. She was also readily available with suggestions for the parts of the wedding that we hadn't settled on. She actually became what we call "The fairy godmother of weddings". We had to move our wedding up 4 months from our set date due to military obligations. In her understanding of the military lifestyle, she was able to keep the contracts for our new wedding date, she recommended an awesome and affordable caterer that we used, AND she helped us find a wonderful venue! Amanda went above and beyond both of our expectations for our wedding! As a testament, our guests also loved the decor, the flowers, the food and the drinks provided at our wedding. My bridal party loved their bouquets and the groomsmen thought the boutonnieres were awesome, since they included bullet casings from my husband's AR-15. My husband and I highly recommend Amanda and Blubonnet Events for ANY wedding needs! -

The linens were clean, which was very appreciated, and the colors were exactly what we were looking for. I loved working with Amanda Brown from Bluebonnet Events. From the very first meeting, I knew she was someone I could trust. As a bride there are so much to remember and I had a sense of relief that all the details would be in good hands.
Amanda stayed in communication with us throughout the whole process and didn't hesitate when accommodating our busy work schedule. The cost of her services are very reasonable from flowers to photo booth which made it easy to stay within budget.

Wow! I can't even begin to explain how pleased and thankful we are for Amanda and Bluebonnet Events. Amanda is a gem and godsend! Before planning a wedding, I was super overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. However, when Stephen and I set a date and venue, we knew we wanted a coordinator to help with our wedding.
I'm so thankful I found Amanda! I met up with her and we talked about my wedding and she was so helpful. She was so comfortable to work with and so friendly and put me at ease very quickly. I knew immediately that we would get a long well. Amanda was always available and so reliable during the whole process before the wedding.
On my wedding day, Amanda was a rock star and seriously amazing. We had about 130 guests at my wedding and she coordinated everything so well. My wedding exceeded my expectations. She took care of my guests and made sure that everyone was comfortable and that everything ran smoothly! Even my guests and family complimented how wonderful she was. She is so warm and welcoming!
I am still smiling and over the moon about my wedding- it was an incredible night. I know it wouldn't have been if it wasn't because of Amanda and Bluebonnet Events. Stephen and I are just beyond grateful for Amanda. She went over and beyond to help us. She truly cares about her clients without a doubt. It is evident that she has a passion for weddings and loves doing what she does. Thank you so much Amanda for everything! I hope we see each other again in the near future!

At the time Amanda was working at the facility my husband and I got married at! I was a very thorough bride and Amanda was there every step of the way! She always answered calls or returned them very quickly!!!! Which is a super big deal to me! She was there on our big day and implemented everything I wanted and everything we discussed. Amanda worked behind the scenes ensuring my day went as smooth as possible. Amanda, is a very sweet and down to earth girl which made her super easy to work with. There may have been a few hiccups on our big day but I can hardly remember though if there were Amanda was there to take care of them. Overall our experience was great and going into our initial meeting we were a bit skeptical as to if we needed the coordinator services but are definitely glad that we did and we also added other services!
Make sure to have a master list to hand to the coordinator on the day of compiled with anything on emails or anything else that was discussed regarding any details, requests or instructions for the wedding leading up to the day. Anything from where everything is needing to be at the reception area, who needs to have corsages, bouts, how any extra flowers need to be arranged, where other flowers need to go, bar menu posted, a photo of how cake is supposed to look, etc. There is so much in a bride's head as far as all of the planning and ideas and it isn't feasible to make many trips from where she is getting ready to the reception area (even though it is what she thinks she'll be able to do!) or to be interrupted while getting ready for questions and clarification etc. without feeling overwhelmed and stressed when it does happen.
The coordinator was great and helped to come up the ceremony flow, several floor plans, and weather contingency plans. She was perfectly receptive and understanding when the bride was feeling bummed/stressed about the changes in ceremony and plans. She came to a meeting with several vendors at the bride's request before her time officially began and took several texts and calls with grace and promptness that gave the bride piece of mind, several times when she needed it!

Disappointed on our wedding day!
We needed a coordinator for our wedding. Our venue provided a list of preferred coordinators but we decided to look around for another wedding planner who was more affordable for us. We met Amanda at Starbucks and right away we liked her. She seemed experienced and she had answers to all of our questions. We decided to hire her as our Day Of Coordinator. We hired her in the fall and our wedding was the next July. I texted her questions throughout the year and she was quick to respond to my texts. She gave great answers and suggestions. As we got closer to the wedding my mom and I met her for our 30-day out meeting to discuss our wedding itinerary and to do a walkthrough at our venue. She had never coordinated a wedding at our venue before. Everything seemed great up until the wedding day. However, things changed on the wedding day.
-Amanda was over an hour late getting to the venue. This put everything behind schedule. Our rehearsal was supposed to be at noon and instead it ended up being at 1:30. We rented the tablecloths from her so the 20 round tables and cake and gift tables could not be decorated until she arrived.
-Even though she arrived late she still decided to take a lunch break. She left the venue and I do not know what time she came back. She did not need to take a lunch break. There was food in the bridal room. There should be no reason why she would need to leave the venue, especially after getting there so late.
- She was disorganized at the rehearsal.
- She claimed to have a team or an assistant who would be with her the entire day. Her assistant was her daughter when we were told it would be someone else.
-She forgot to put the boutonnières on the groomsmen, father of the bride and groom, ring bearers and groom. A groomsman had to remind her to do it as they were lined up at the door headed to the ceremony. In the photos before the ceremony, none of the guys had their boutonnières on.
-She forgot to put the corsages on the 3 grandmas and the 3 musicians. The box of extra corsages was later found pushed up underneath a table in the reception hall. My mom gave her corsage to one of her grandmas so that she would have it on in pictures.
-She yelled at the wedding party when the wedding party was lined up to go to the ceremony.
- She promised that at the end of the night she would make 2 plates of food and cake for us to take to the hotel that night. We did not receive our food and cake.
She was not experienced with the venue so I think she was flustered. Her overall attitude during the entire day was pissy, disrespectful, and unnecessary. The person we hired was not the same person that showed up on our wedding day. We were completely disappointed in her performance and the way she handled situations throughout the day. I regret choosing a coordinator who was not on our venue’s preferred coordinator list.

We hired BE for decor set up and breakdown for our wedding. Based off our experience, I would never do business with them again. You will be left on read, treated like your business/event doesn’t matter once it is happening or over, and given excuses because they can’t stay on top of their own operations. Things as simple as confirming our event timeline ahead of time, checking in with us, were not done. Reading and responding to emails takes them weeks. Or you may never get a response. They have no problem taking your payments, though. Poorly delivered contracted services agreed upon and they did not do several things they were supposed to, left all my family, myself and the groom scrambling to do the job we hired them to do at the end of the night. Unbelievable. Owner was never present and sent people to work our event that I’d never seen, spoke to, had no contact information for, and we weren’t told this would be the case. Poor follow up, customer service, and execution of services overall. Several things were wrong at our wedding, incomplete, or never done. I was assured ahead of time our requests would be met but they weren’t. They were the most disappointing vendor we hired for our wedding. We would not recommend them to anyone. -

We hired Amanda to do our floral arrangements and as a day of coordinator. At the consultation I showed pictures of what I wanted. She gave me a price and it was significantly lower than others I should have paid attention. She did not give me what I asked for. The centerpieces looked like hobby lobby floral arrangements to which she added roses. Yes she had the nerve to put fake flowers. She also added pink everywhere when our color was fuchsia. She completely cheated us. The worst part is our family probably thinks it’s what we chose and have bad taste. We are so embarrassed. As far the coordinator role she does nothing. She would never respond to our emails until 2 weeks before the wedding and even then she never provided us with a preview of the floral arrangements even though she said she would. She followed the timeline and that is it. All the details like packing our gifts, belongings left overs DIY stuff setting up our exit she was suppose to pack a slice of cake for us but apparently who knows where that ended up. my bridesmaids were running around doing everything. Thanks to her lazy self my best friends no longer talk to me because “ I had them running around “ I don’t understand why Amanda let that happened. She never checked on us throughout the wedding. There are so many things she didn’t help with unfortunately I don’t want to make this review any longer. -
