Working with Heather, Chris, Sam, and Amanda from Blue Skies was an absolute delight. Every interaction, from their thoughtful emails to our monthly meetings, filled us with excitement and confidence. Every vendor they introduced us to was incredibly talented, genuinely kind, and people we were excited to be able to work with. It truly felt like we were assembling a dream team for our big day.

Chris and Heather made Mollys day very special.
Chris and Heather carried us through every step of the way for a solid year and helped make decisions when we didn’t know what to do. They are also very creative with making your vision come to life. Far exceeded our expectations.
From first contact until the very end of our reception Chris and his team were kind, organized, efficient and paid attention to every detail! Chris and his wife helped us from the start of the process and were truly there for us every step of the way. Treated us like their own family and made us feel at ease on a day that could have been stressful.

I am so glad we hired Blue Skies for our Nov. 2023 wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Pete. We had several guests comment on how seamless our wedding was, and I attribute that to our planner, Kelly! Leading up to our event, I genuinely NEVER felt stressed about vendors/timelines/details coming together because I knew Kelly had it under control. She had great relationships with several vendors, and had recommendations during the planning process that I would have never found on my own. It was so fun brainstorming with Kelly and figuring out details during our monthly calls leading up to the wedding. When the day came, all we had to do was show up and have fun. I highly recommend Blue Skies!! -

Perfect planners! Worth every dime
Choosing Blue Skies was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris Tyler and everyone at the company are miracle workers. We threw our wedding at Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater (July 2023) and Chris was our assigned planner. My spouse is serving on active duty, and we’re stationed in west Texas, so we were concerned about long-distance wedding planning. We both work full time, but were ready to dedicate all our free time to selecting, contracting, and managing our own vendors, so we chose “Couture Coordination” with Rehearsal Services, and it was perfect for us. Chris was an enormous help on our calls throughout the month prior. He was the first vendor we saw on the day of the wedding and was so well prepared. Blue Skies made everything look seamless, and Chris’s assistant even bustled my gown. He and his assistant were there right until the end of the night, and he helped us bring things back to our suite. Chris is a deeply calming presence, and it felt as though we had a patient, knowledgeable family member standing by our side throughout the preparation process. He was nonjudgmental, very knowledgeable, and provided gentle guidance and answers when we needed them most. Blue Skies went above and beyond in every aspect of setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, and our day was perfect. Our friends and family consistently say it’s the best guest experience they’ve ever had at a wedding (and we say Chris should get most of the credit for that). Book Blue Skies immediately for a stress-free event! -

The absolute BEST wedding planning company!
We worked with Samantha for our wedding & I couldn’t have asked for a better person to put my mind at ease on my wedding day. Samantha answered all my questions, even at the most random of times when they popped in my head (bride brain!), kept me on time & stress free on the big day and even helped undo the 20 somethin buttons on my dress for my outfit change! I felt so comfortable with her from the very first phone call & trusted her with EVERYTHING on my big day. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further than Blue Skies! My wedding day wouldn’t have gone nearly as smoothly without this company- most importantly, Samantha. -

Blue Skies made every step of the wedding planning process an absolute bliss! From our first call deciding which package we wanted, to re-scheduling our wedding, to walking us through every bit of the process, Blue Skies was there 1000% of the way and ensured our day was nothing short of perfect.
We both had an idea of what we wanted but Samantha made our vision come to life more beautifully and memorably than either of us could have imagined. Whether it was helping with other vendors, keeping us on schedule, or answering our endless questions, Samantha was there every step of the way and made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and prepared.
Every wedding can be stressful but I can honestly say the day of my wedding was the most relaxing, easy-going, and beautiful day of my life. Everything was prepared, ready, and being taken care of. I truly got to enjoy every single moment of the day and I know that is in large part because of the incredible work and attention to detail that Samantha put into our wedding. -

An absolute must have planner!!!
We hired Kelli as our day of the wedding coordinator. Words can not describe how grateful we are to Kelli. She made our day PERFECT. She went above and beyond to even pick up my maid of honor outfit from alterations. She organized the entire event exactly how I envisioned. Highly recommended! -

Amazing Wedding Pros!
Blue Skies was fantastic to work with from start to finish! Heather spoke with us when we first inquired and helped explain the entire process of their planning and answered all of our questions. We then were assigned our planner, Sam, who was just an absolute joy to work with! She is so detailed, professional and thoughtful. She never made me feel like I was a bother with all of my questions and made sure everything was seamless on the wedding day. We are so so grateful to Sam and the Blue Skies team and are lucky that they were a part of our wedding day! -

Samantha was my planner from Blue Skies and she was an absolute godsend! She helped keep me on track all the way to the wedding. The day of the wedding she came to home to pick up items and take them to the venue. I didn't have to worry about a thing. She kept me in the know about where and when I needed to be somewhere and had the whole day planned out to a tee! She was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend her to any bride-to-be! -

Spectacular Wedding that couldn’t have happened without Blue Skies
There isn’t enough space here to describe a four day extravaganza created and executed by Blue Skies. Our daughter married a Palestinian man and they wanted to combine cultures to create a special event. Thursday was a Women’s only Red Tent event with Henna, celebrating the important women in the brides life where they gave her advice on married life.
Our beautiful location was remote so we wanted to include the entire wedding for a welcome party Riverside Friday evening. Heather and Chris created a spectacular combination of cozy and elegance along the Chesapeake Bay.
On the day of the wedding the weather called for squall like conditions. Blue Skies calmly handled logistics and we adjusted our plans to accommodate. Their creative ideas (and calmness) made everything go off without a hitch. The moment the Bride and Groom came leading an Arab Zaffa Band the guests were enthralled.

ALL orchestrated by Blue Skies. I think what we loved most was they EMBRACED and ENCOURAGED us to be as creative and out of the box as possible to make the event stand out and to be a special event. We couldn’t have done it without them and honestly…we now consider them family.
There were thousands of logistics to think through with this event and I am honored that they took this journey with us. I cannot recommend them enough. -
