Best experience ever!

Samantha went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come to life. She was so helpful and always answered my questions in a quick manner. Our wedding was supposed to be outdoors but when the weather made that impossible, Sam quickly executed our back up plan. It was far beyond what I could of dreamed of. I cannot recommend her and the Blue Skis Team enough!!

The perfect wedding!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Sam for our daughter’s wedding!!! She helped select top rated vendors, worked closely with our daughter to create her “vision” of her perfect wedding day. She was always available for calls to answer any questions that came up, and there were many. She was on site for all the events during the weekend and coordinated everything with the resort’s event planner and with all the vendors. The wedding weekend was seamless! We highly recommend Sam!!!

The BEST planners!

I cannot thank the Blue Skies wedding planning team enough! I mainly worked with Heather for the Demi Couture package for my destination wedding of 180 guests on 3/29/25 at the Don CeSar. She was an elite planner who went above and beyond the partial planning package. I knew when I spoke to Heather for our initial consult that she would be my go-to girl! (I had spoken to quite a few planners in the area).
Heather has a calming presence that I very much needed during wedding planning process. She is enthusiastic about all things wedding and guides you into picking the best vendor and décor decisions - all while keeping your budget in mind. She is extremely responsive, kindhearted, and trustworthy. My wedding venue was affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton and had closed for 6 months. Heather was the positive reinforcement/friend I needed through all the ups and downs. She was super flexible in rescheduling floral/ planning meetings due to the hurricanes. She was creative and set backup wedding plans in place (alternate venues, tents, etc.). I had security knowing she would help us find another venue if ours was not open by our set wedding date. Fortunately, we were able to move forward with our original venue, but I could not have gone through all the planning without her.

Additionally, Heather curated the finer décor details to perfection. She went to my venue days before the wedding just to check on the hotel (as it had just re-opened) and to set up the most perfect table settings I’ve ever seen! I’m forever grateful for this peace of mind days leading up to my wedding. During the wedding, she took the lead and was assisted by planners Samantha and Cate (who were also amazing!) to make things flow between vendors and bridal party perfectly. Samantha even helped create the most beautiful wedding sign, seating chart, and name tags! Heather and her team made the entire wedding day stress-free. Even after the wedding, she continued to help me with vendors and find missing items. I simply could not have planned this wedding and had the best day of my life without Heather and her team by my side! I can honestly say that it was the best money spent from my wedding budget.

With the Blue Skies wedding planning team, my husband and I were able to have our wedding vision brought to life and have the wedding of our dreams! Everyone states how “something will go wrong the day of your wedding.” Well with Heather and the Blue skies team, I assure you that you will have the PERFECT wedding day no matter what! Amazing!!!!

Chris and the Blue Skies team are phenomenal! Chris is an excellent communicator and great with event logistics. One of my favorite things that he did was create a 3D layout of the venue so we knew where every table, chair, decor item etc. was going. He is detail oriented, communicative, professional, calm, and knowledgeable. Chris kept our wedding day flowing so smoothly! I was pleasantly surprised when he stepped in to help us way earlier than expected. Future brides- hire a coordinator and hire Blue skies! It was optional for our venue but one of the best investments we made. It was so nice being able to have a stress free wedding week and wedding day. Forever thankful for the Blue Skies team 🩵

I hired Blue Skies for my month of coordination and it was the best decision I could make. Before the month of point, they were easy to reach and ask questions to. They provided a wedding to-do checklist which made planning so easy and kept me organized and on track with things to do! Samantha was my lead planner for my wedding and did an incredible job! She stepped in seamlessly to help coordinate my vendors and make my wedding vision come true. After speaking with her for a few mins, I trusted her to make sure everything would come together without adding any stress to me! On the wedding day, I didn't have any worries because I knew she had everything under control. She was professional and managed all my vendors, timeline, set up, and bridal party with ease! It felt like having extra friend there throughout the day. She really did an amazing job and I couldn't be more thankful that she played such a crucial role in helping us have the best day ever!!

We cannot say enough great things about the stellar service Blue Skies Events provided as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, Heather and Amanda took my vague and scattered ideas and turned them into a cohesive vision for the big day. One of the highlights was our wish for a disco ball effect in a venue where nothing could be hung from the ceiling—a challenge Heather and Amanda tackled with creativity and determination. Thanks to their resourcefulness and vendor connections, she brought our dream to life without compromising the room’s restrictions. This is the Go-to Wedding Planning Group!

We originally hired a different wedding planner who was not responsive and we wound up terminating the contract. Shortly before our wedding, we hired Blue Skies because we still felt strongly that we needed a month of/day of coordinator for our wedding. Blue Skies was highly reviewed online – and not cheap – but you get what you pay for. We had a crisis two months before our wedding when the floral company we had signed with prior to Blue Skies being our planners, Blümprint Florals, was identified as a fraudulent company. I emailed Blue Skies at 6:00 pm about the issue. Chris from Blue Skies emailed me back at 7:00 pm and said they’d ask around if any florists were available for our wedding. By 6:00 am the next morning, Chris has already lined up Jennie’s Flowers for me, which was in my price range, reputable and by my house. I cannot tell you what it feels like to have someone step in and help you the way they did. And they helped me before my month of contract even started. I had Samantha as my wedding planner and she was always reachable and real with me. She was in close contact with Lizzie at the Hyatt and handled vendor timeline conversations for me. The day of the wedding Samantha and her assistant were on top of everything and I felt very supported in that sense. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, this team is your go-to!

Blue Skies is amazing and I highly recommend choosing them to help you plan your wedding! I worked with Samantha and she is AWESOME! My wedding was a destination wedding and Samantha made sure my wedding day would be perfect. Since we were not from the area, Samantha gave wonderful recommendations for vendors and worked closely with them to make sure everything was ready for the big day. She was so responsive whenever we had questions, was organized and had a listed of action items each time we met and helped us get all of our wedding supplies down to Clearwater. On my wedding day, I had zero stress because Samantha handled everything! I feel like I showed up and everything was exactly as I imagined. The day was timed out perfectly and everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Blue Skies and Samantha for a stress free wedding planning experience, you will be in great hands!

The only planner you should hire

HIRE THEM! We had a smaller event so I was not sure I needed a month of coordinator, but it turns out it was by far the best decision I have ever made! Chris was our assigned planner and he was truly astonishing. We had some major issues with our venue so I had contacted him a bit earlier than our contract said( since I only purchased month/day of services) just to see if I could ask one question and within minutes he called me on the phone for over an hour helping me. I know that our wedding day went so smoothly and was absolutely beautifully thanks to him and his company. He was responsive, organized, calm, professional, and did not let anyone at the incredibly unorganized venue miss any detail of our day. If there is anything you do for your wedding, it should be to hire blue skies, I promise you will not regret it.

Great Month of Coordinator

Loved working with Chris and his team! We hired them for my friend's wedding at the Opal Sands Resort and we absolutely loved working with them! Chris knew the space very well and had great recommendations throughout the planning process. He was very familiar with the other vendors we used which as well was super helpful!
The day of run incredibly smooth because of him. He was calm and patient with the family and really was such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this company for if you need a wedding planner up in the North Florida area!

Perfect planners! Worth every dime

Choosing Blue Skies was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris Tyler and everyone at the company are miracle workers. We threw our wedding at Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater (July 2023) and Chris was our assigned planner. My spouse is serving on active duty, and we’re stationed in west Texas, so we were concerned about long-distance wedding planning. We both work full time, but were ready to dedicate all our free time to selecting, contracting, and managing our own vendors, so we chose “Couture Coordination” with Rehearsal Services, and it was perfect for us. Chris was an enormous help on our calls throughout the month prior. He was the first vendor we saw on the day of the wedding and was so well prepared. Blue Skies made everything look seamless, and Chris’s assistant even bustled my gown. He and his assistant were there right until the end of the night, and he helped us bring things back to our suite. Chris is a deeply calming presence, and it felt as though we had a patient, knowledgeable family member standing by our side throughout the preparation process. He was nonjudgmental, very knowledgeable, and provided gentle guidance and answers when we needed them most. Blue Skies went above and beyond in every aspect of setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces, and our day was perfect. Our friends and family consistently say it’s the best guest experience they’ve ever had at a wedding (and we say Chris should get most of the credit for that). Book Blue Skies immediately for a stress-free event!

I am so glad we hired Blue Skies for our Nov. 2023 wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Pete. We had several guests comment on how seamless our wedding was, and I attribute that to our planner, Kelly! Leading up to our event, I genuinely NEVER felt stressed about vendors/timelines/details coming together because I knew Kelly had it under control. She had great relationships with several vendors, and had recommendations during the planning process that I would have never found on my own. It was so fun brainstorming with Kelly and figuring out details during our monthly calls leading up to the wedding. When the day came, all we had to do was show up and have fun. Worth Every Penny

The folks at Blue Skies could not have been better. The money we spent to have them as our wedding planners was the best money spent on ANYTHING related to the wedding. They provided so much value. They did everything they said they were going to do, and they went above and beyond to make our daughter's day so special. I have no idea what we would have done without them or how we would have managed on the actual wedding day. The team was very easy to work with, were professional, and they were geniunely invested in making the wedding wonderful. Blue Skies made every step of the wedding planning process an absolute bliss! From our first call deciding which package we wanted, to re-scheduling our wedding, to walking us through every bit of the process, Blue Skies was there 1000% of the way and ensured our day was nothing short of perfect.

We both had an idea of what we wanted but Samantha made our vision come to life more beautifully and memorably than either of us could have imagined. Whether it was helping with other vendors, keeping us on schedule, or answering our endless questions, Samantha was there every step of the way and made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and prepared.

Most Amazing Experience!

We cannot begin to explain how much Blue Skies helped us throughout our wedding planning process. We hired them to help us find our perfect wedding venue and they helped us with literally every other thing we could think of and especially with the things we couldn't think of. Our planner, Heather is an extremely calm, chill and such a cheerful person, which makes talking to her delightful and made the whole process feel easy and more stress-free than we could have imagined. She is also SO extremely organized which is what you want in a person who's helping you pull together the most important day of your life. Blue Skies kept us extremely organized with their Google Drive checklists and their amazing planning tools. They have such amazing relationships with everyone they work with, which makes vendor outreach and initial phone calls so incredibly easy and fun! We honestly could go on and on. We worked with Samantha for our wedding & I couldn’t have asked for a better person to put my mind at ease on my wedding day. We are so grateful to Samantha and the rest of the Blue Skies team for helping us bring our dream wedding to reality! Samantha was our Lead Planner for our wedding day with Partial Planning services. Samantha helped us find most of our important vendors, like our caterer, entertainment, rentals, officiant and florals! Blue Skies Did Both My Children's Wedding in One Year!

I already did a review for our daughters wedding, but I would be remiss if I didn't take the time to discuss how fabulous they were for our son's wedding also. The venue was in Charleston, SC so they had to travel North. Not only Blue Skies staff, but the other vendors they work with such as Photography, Video, Makeup and Hair. I think it must be so much easier to work locally with various venues they are familiar with, but what an attribute to be able to travel out of state and pull off such an amazing wedding. This wedding was not easy and had so many moving parts and they adapted to every hitch. As an example, the venue itself was a struggle along the way, not bending one bit, even on small items. Heather has the patience of a Saint, and took over communication so it would not stress out the bride. The day before the wedding the venue declared we would have to rent a generator for the band, even though they had not required this in the contract. Chris with Blue Skies sourced out an impossible to find generator, negotiated a discount, and made arrangements to have it delivered, even before he picked up the phone to let us know. The day of the wedding was supposed to storm and the bride desperately wanted to get married under a fabulous Oak Tree. Blue Skies set up a ceremony site inside where the reception was as well as under the tree so we could watch the radar and make a last minute decision. So much more work for them. I loved how they worked so hard to make sure their day was special and encouraged the Bride and Groom to put their own personalities into their wedding day. I cannot thank them enough for being on this journey with us.

Spectacular Wedding that couldn’t have happened without Blue Skies

There isn’t enough space here to describe a four day extravaganza created and executed by Blue Skies. Our daughter married a Palestinian man and they wanted to combine cultures to create a special event. Thursday was a Women’s only Red Tent event with Henna, celebrating the important women in the brides life where they gave her advice on married life.
Our beautiful location was remote so we wanted to include the entire wedding for a welcome party Riverside Friday evening. Heather and Chris created a spectacular combination of cozy and elegance along the Chesapeake Bay.
On the day of the wedding the weather called for squall like conditions. Blue Skies calmly handled logistics and we adjusted our plans to accommodate. Their creative ideas (and calmness) made everything go off without a hitch. The moment the Bride and Groom came leading an Arab Zaffa Band the guests were enthralled.

There were thousands of logistics to think through with this event and I am honored that they took this journey with us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely Amazing - Always Went the Extra Mile

Heather, Chris and Kelly just went above and beyond helping us with our wedding in Charleston, SC. They took care of issues we didn’t even know we had until after our wedding making sure my now husband and I were as relaxed and happy as possible on our big day. They were professional and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. Especially with our difficult venue we had. Heather also was a voice of reason for me during stressful planning decisions and any road blocks that came about. I will forever be grateful and forever singing their praises! Samantha and Blue Skies are THE BEST!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Samantha and the Blue Skies Team help plan my November wedding. I cannot even begin to explain how great it was working with Samantha. From my first time meeting her, I knew she was going to be fabulous. I personally do not enjoy planning events, so I knew planning a wedding was going to be extremely stressful for me. Samantha helped alleviate so much of the stress. I had most of my big vendors already hired before Sam started working with me, but she helped with the last minute vendors I had procrastinated on. As the wedding got closer, she touched base with all of my vendors and created timelines, etc. so I didn't have to worry about any of that. She was always available to chat if I needed anything or had any questions. She knew my vision and I completely trusted her to make my wedding dreams come true. She made the couple weeks before the wedding soooooo easy for me. Then on the day of the wedding she was INCREDIBLE! My one request was that on my wedding day, I didn't want to stress about anything. She made sure everything went smooth and if something went wrong, I had absolutely no idea. My venue was outside and it rained for literally 15 minutes before I arrived to the reception. When I got there, Samantha already had every vendor helping wipe my tables down. I would have never even known it rained because they made everything look brand new. She checked in on me and my husband throughout the night to make sure everything was going well. I cannot stress enough that my day would not have been possible without Samantha and Blue Skies. If you want a stress-free wedding with a planner you can trust to do the BEST job, then hire Blue Skies! They will not disappoint.

Chris was so amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about him. I got married in Florida from out of town and he was with me every step of the way. You need them!

I did wedding planning on college and didn’t think I’d need a full service planner. But let me tell you, you need them! No matter how much of a planner you think you are, it is your time to enjoy the day and having someone to look to on guidance and direction is what you don’t know you need. Samantha was incredible in making me feel all my ideas were valid and great and she made sure to see them through. When I wanted to take more wedding party pictures she looked me in the eyes and said “it’s time for you and jack. These are the pictures you’re going to want forever” and she was right! Highly recommend Heather!

Heather was an absolute God send when it came to planning our wedding! I’m not great at articulating what I want in regards to aesthetics, colors, etc and she was able to help me figure out what I really wanted and execute everything perfectly . She had a solution for any hiccup we ran into during the planning process with vendors and helped to take a lot of stress off my plate throughout the final months of planning. I would recommend her a million times over - she was the best!! My husband and I were saying the day after the wedding that we were sad we wouldn’t be talking to Heather regularly anymore because she’s so great!

The greatest support!

All that needs to be said is when our venue threw us a bit of a wrench only 2 days before our event, this Covid bride here was crying on the floor of her closet next to her husband wondering how another thing could possible go wrong. Blue Skies is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I cannot imagine going through the process without them! I had the pleasure of working with Heather and Chris for our big day with their Full Planning Services and they made planning so smooth, and gave us so many creative ideas to make our wedding unique to us as a couple.

From our first phone call to our send-off, I always felt like I was their number one priority, even though I know they are so busy! They thought of so many details that never crossed my mind and I did not have deal with any of the logistics because they handled all of it. Additionally, the design of our wedding was just EPIC!

Over our wedding weekend itself they were ON IT! They were our advocate with vendors and handled so many situations that I did not even know about. Blue Skies was fast and responsive in the beginning of the wedding planning. Once Samantha was assigned as our coordinator, all the pieces came together perfectly. We could not have had the wedding we had if we didn’t use Blue Skies. Samantha was responsive but also became a friend during the process. We got the Elite package with Blue skies and WOW, they were FANTASTIC. We got to work with the owner, Heather and let me tell you: she is amazing. There's no way we could've done this wedding without her and her company. All of the vendors she recommended exceeded our expectations. She makes you feel like you're her friend instead of her client. All of our phone calls and meetings were like catching up with a friend. Best planner ever

Words cannot express my gratitude for Heather and the Blue Skies Team. My wedding was absolutely stunning and something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of them. I reached out to Heather with a simple idea and she created an absolute stunning masterpiece catered around the two of us. We honestly couldn’t have told our love story more perfectly. My husband (I love saying that!!!) and I had a long engagement and Heather was with us every step of the way. Providing incredible recommendations for our wedding vendors to keeping us up to date on month to month progress, customizing our timeline and so much more! Best purchase made for the wedding

Blue Skies Weddings and Events was by far the best purchase made for the wedding. I am not much of a planner by any means, and, my husband and I didn't even really want a big wedding (our families wanted us to have one). With that being said, we had little motivation to plan the whole thing. I booked Blue Skies about 3-4 months prior to our wedding. Immediately, during the consultation, I knew this was the company I wanted to help coordinate the wedding. Mr. and Mrs. Tyler were helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. I ended up booking them that day. What I also liked about them was that they did not try up upsell me whatsoever during my consult. I told them what I needed, and they chose a very well-priced package. And, I feel as though they went above and beyond what that package called for them to do. Chris Tyler was ultimately the one who coordinated everything. Chris was very organized and responsive. We did a run-through with my venue and he asked questions I would've never thought to ask. You can tell he's been in this industry a long time. He was also very calm throughout the whole process, which in turn helped me feel calm. All of my friends and family complimented Chris on ensuring everything was in order for the wedding. Please, if you're looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, book a consult with this company. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Having a day-of coordinator was the best decision we made, and having Chris as our coordinator was even better. He was very laid back, in such a way that put me at ease knowing our day would run smoothly and stay on track. He brought small details to our attention that we had not thought about and was just an overall delight to me, my husband, and my guests. In fact, several guests had come up to us after saying how professional, yet very approachable Chris was. If you are on the fence on whether or not you need that one extra person to assist, do it and make sure you hire this vendor.

January wedding

One of the best decisions you can make regarding your wedding day is to hire a wedding planner. Chris and team at Blue Skies helped make this special day go perfectly. We were all able to be present and truly enjoy the day. Chris was such a pleasure to work with, he made sure that we were exactly where we needed to be at the right time and worked with every vendor, ensuring what needed to get done got done. Amazing and so easy to work with!

Heather and the Blue Skies team are the perfect wedding planning team! I hired them for month of planning and they made everything come together flawlessly!
The most stressful time of wedding planning for me was the last few months leading up to the wedding there were so many details I didn’t know what I wanted but Heather and her team were able to take our vision and personalities and create a perfect day! My mom also worked with Heather and she lives out of state but it was so great that they were able to connect and work together because I am very busy with my work schedule! I highly recommend Blue Skies. Even things that didnt go as planned or I didnt know what I wanted Heather took action and made it happen/ pulled it together!! I wish I could get married again because I loved working with this team and it was such a great day!

Amazing Day of Coordinator

Blue Skies was an incredible vendor to work with. I hired Kelly from Blue Skies as my Day of Coordinator. Let me tell you, "day of" coordinator was actually several months in advance coordinator. I started talking with Kelly a couple months before my wedding to share my vision and what I needed help with. We then chatted often, working on the seating plan, schedule for rehearsal, and every detail of the Big Day. She coordinated all of my vendors meticulously and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE thing on my wedding day. Every little detail was handled by Kelly. Also, my event space was a complete blank canvas. I had to use so many items (bins and bins and ins and boxes of items) to decorate the space. Kelly took on all my decor and decorated the space even better than I could have ever imagined. Again, a detail that I did not have to worry about at all the day before or the day of. I highly recommend hiring at least a day of coordinator to help with the ease of wedding planning. I could not have had my wedding day without Kelly and Blue Skies. I highly recommend the services offered by Blue Skies, their services were invaluable.

Above & Beyond

Blue Skies went above and beyond for us! We got the cheapest plan just for the day of coordinator because our venue required it, however, I am SO happy we had them. They helped everything move smoothly, set up all of our decor, and communicated with all of the vendors. They even provided decor for us to help make the tables look better. They made the day of so easy and the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding. Heather & Chris did a fantastic job and made sure we had the best time ever. I’d highly recommend them. I am extremely happy with how everything went and you cannot go wrong with them! We even got a small discount for our wedding being on a week day instead of a weekend.

Samantha with Blue Skies is INCREDIBLE! She made the whole process so stress free and enjoyable. The amount of work she took off of my plate made wedding planning fun and enjoyable. Simply the Best

If anyone thinks you don’t need a wedding planner, think again! I’m an organized person, but a wedding is another world of its own! Chris was involved in everything start to finish. I really can’t even begin to tell you how much he made the wedding come off without a hitch! He kept everyone on schedule and even knew how to help mom bustle the wedding gown. Simply, we could never have done it without Chris!

Best decision!

Like many brides, I thought I didn't need a wedding planner and maybe not even a DOC. Boy was I wrong! I am so glad I hired Blue Skies, they saved my wedding day! They were very responsive and professional. They have many packages to choose from and I chose the month of coordination. In this month they reviewed all my contracts, touched based with all my vendors and made my timeline/information packet for me. This was so helpful as I tackled all of the last minute details of wedding planning.
On the day of, Chris coordinated all of my vendors and helped my wedding party and myself & groom be where we needed at the right times. Favors were put out, gifts were collected and put in our room..it was awesome to not have to stress.
Can't recommend them enough!!

Phenomenal

Just do it. Blue skies is a MUST. I am absolutely blessed to have had Heather and her team. My wedding in particular was not easy: Two veryyy different cultures, Covid AND Changing venues (a week before wedding). I was a mess more than half of the time and heather completely took everything and ran with it. Her team is amazing. Day of wedding I didn’t have to stress everything was under control. She completely killed it! Indian weddings are a different beast and she knew all the rituals and everything! . If you value your sanity ... hire them! I regret nothing!

Blue Skies for the WIN

If you are looking for a wedding planner that cares, that is genuine, that will support you, guide you, walk with you, advocate for you, accept you and work for your happiness and not just your paycheck . . . then Blue Skies is the company for you. My husband and I got married on December 28, 2019 and we worked with Heather and Chris. I began nursing school right after our honeymoon, making this review is long overdue, but I never once forgot about needing to do it - that's how much we adore Heather and Chris. In total transparency I was a type A, OCD, meticulous bride and they both handled this with stride. We had a lot of hurdles thrown our way, from issues with family and friends to issues with vendors and all things in between, but having them there made everything that little bit easier. Im truly not sure what we would have done without them and are most thankful for the lifelong connection that we made with both Heather and Chris.

Samantha is an angel sent from above!!

We made the decision to get a day-of relatively last minute- a little less than 6 weeks before our big day- but THANK GOODNESS we did. We had about 90% of the planning done, so we went with the Couture package to help us tie together all the loose ends (which really can be the trickiest part). We were paired with Samantha and I clicked with her immediately. Truly, I cannot say enough positive things about this girl. She was extremely professional, helped me keep realistic goals, was full of great ideas/advice, instrumental in the layout of our backyard venue space, and always kept a positive outlook, relatability, and sense of humor. She helped our rehearsal run smoothly, even with my crazy family, and on our big day, she kept all the vendors in order and kept everything running flawlessly. She was there by my side when I needed anything, completely prepared, and I was able to enjoy my day without stressing or making family members deal with it. I know for a fact we could not have pulled the day off without her. My sisters are both getting married within the next year or so and have already decided they want Samantha, too! She is just that good. Thank you Blue Skies and Samantha for making all of our planning and hard work worth it!

Absolutely fantastic experience!

Chris and Heather from Blue Skies were absolutely amazing during our wedding day. We ended up having to move our wedding day up from Friday to Wednesday due to Corona Virus and WOW did they come through for us! They helped contact vendors, organized new timelines, helped to make a private residence backyard into an absolutely gorgeous and romantic affair. I am so grateful that we chose to work with Blue Skies. They were essential in turning our new wedding into the day we will always look back on and love. I can't recommend them enough.

I started working with Blue Skies once I had already secured the venue and a few other vendors. I worked directly with Chris, he was amazing and kept me sane throughout the process. Amazing team!

My fiance gifted me with a wedding planner when we started planning because we both have busy jobs and he wanted to make sure the process wasn't stressful for me. We picked blue skies after we picked our venue because they had the most gorgeous photos of decorating the space. They were so professional and organized throughout the whole process. Kara was my planner and her positive energy and great attitude made me feel at ease and like everything was being taken care of. She kept me on track with deadlines, gave me great ideas for vendors, and managed anything that came up. When we discovered that the weather was going to be colder than we anticipated, she helped us find space heaters and kept our spirits up. She worked well with my budget and gave great advice on where to spend money and where to save. The wedding turned out beautifully and the day ran so smoothly. I didn't worry about a single thing the day of my wedding. I just had to wake up and get married! Kara was my best ally- encouraging, positive, and just so sweet, while at the same time managing everything like a boss. I am so happy we chose Blue Skies!

Flawless Wedding Day

Blues Skies was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! Chance & I had Chris as our lead planner and he did an unbelievable job. We relocated not once but twice during our one year engagement and the monthly calls + quick email responses from Chris & his team made wedding planning so much easier. He met Chance & I for our tasting, final walkthrough, the night of the rehearsal, and of course on the day of the wedding. Every question no matter how big or small was answered with professionalism & made us feel relaxed about the big day. About a month out, we delivered all of our wedding day supplies + welcome bags to Chris (it was a lot) and he made sure everything was setup perfectly the day of. We without a doubt recommend Blue Skies for your upcoming wedding. I did a majority of the planning myself (with an amazing team of vendors) but having Blue Skies there to assist with things that I’d never think of, or have no idea how to go about, really took stress off of my plate. Chris went above and beyond!

My now husband and I hired Blue Skies Wedding and Events for our wedding celebration at our new home with 140 friends and family members. We were pretty nervous about how that would look and how many people would be able to fit comfortably. Chris showed up six months prior and walked us through every step. He met at our house and helped us imagine how it would flow and where everything would go. He assured us everything would be perfect and put us in touch with appropriate (and incredible) vendors. He kept us on track as the big day approached and on the day of he was there to put it all together as promised. We were BLOWN AWAY by his extraordinary professionalism and attention to every detail. He surpassed our expectations and was quietly there for us at every turn. The event was so smooth.. we couldn’t believe there were never any lines at the buffet, bar, or bathrooms. What a Great Experience!!

It was such a pleasure working with Blue Skies Weddings and Events. They were very professional from start to finish. From our very first conversation with the owner, Heather, we knew this was a team of experienced planners. Every conversation thereafter with our designated planner, Kelly, only confirmed this and increased our confidence in their team. We had an extensive wedding itinerary stretching across 2 days with lots of things to keep organized. Kelly helped us stay on track the few months leading up to the big weekend and helped tidy up a few last minute things like finding hand-held fans for our outdoor ceremony and companies to hire to decorate our cocktail hour space. It was so convenient to have Kelly as our single point of contact to communicate with all the vendors and she did a wonderful job. At the reception, we were able to fully enjoy ourselves as Kelly was able to take care of everything in terms of keeping us on schedule, ensuring the vendors arrived on time, making sure food was served promptly, etc. Just two days before the wedding, we found out that we could not print our banners with the seating chart and Kelly was able to pull together a last minute seating chart display for us. We were so grateful for her quick thinking and drive to find a solution for us. We highly recommend this team!

Heather is the BEST!

We cannot say enough great things about Heather! I planned the wedding with my mom and we would have been totally lost without her. We had the wedding at a private residence and all of our ideas were thrown out the window once she came through and advised us on all the locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. She kept us on top of everything throughout the planning process and really cared about how we were feeling about it all! Sam was our day-of coordinator and she did a fabulous job helping all the vendors and placing the flowers on our cake (because we would have been too nervous to do it). From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank Heather enough for all the hard work she did! The day came and it was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined or thought possible and it was all thanks to Heather and her amazing ideas! Thank you Heather! We love you!!

One of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding!

Five stars across the board! Chris and Heather of Blue Skies Events are amazing. They were referred to me by a friend who got married a few months before and she had nothing but wonderful things to say about their service. The moment they took over the planning I felt so relieved because they had a their bases covered and came 200% prepared. They were warm and friendly yet professional throughout the entire process. Even when things started going wrong, due to Hurricane Dorian, they managed to help us figure out small details and completely handled the bigger details so my husband and I didn't have to worry. They stayed on top of every detail and made sure that not only my husband and I were taken care of, but also the guests as well as the other vendors. Surprise Wedding

My husband and I decided to have a surprise wedding and knew we would need help to pull it off. Heather was our planner and she was fabulous. We had about four months to plan our 150 guest event and she made the process practically effortless. She had ideas for venues, florists, decor, photography, furniture rental--literally everything that you could possibly need for a wedding. Heather kept track of everything and was the primary contact for all the different vendors. I still (almost a year and a half later) have people come up to me saying that our wedding was the most fun wedding they've ever attended!

Amazing is an understatement! ❤️

From the first phone call I knew that Kara and the Blue Skies Team was the one we wanted to be beside us through the wedding planning process. She deserves so much more than five stars for she gave us a magical five star wedding. Kara was with us from the beginning of the planning process and we are thrilled she was. From the very start she had been such an ally and right on point in regards to each choice we were to make, and there were many! With Kara there was always a smile, (little haha humor too when we needed it, lol), calmness and methodically leading us through the planning process. With dealing with all the personalities (just a few in our family), to designing, to the smaller and personal details – She is a genius! There are no words that I can use to express our deepest gratitude. The only wish I have is that I could have stopped time and my wedding day would have never end! Heather did an amazing job!

We chose the couture coordination package, since I already had most all of my vendors picked out and all the big stuff planned. I needed someone to help me get the finer detailed figured out in the final weeks before the wedding, and to be there during the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly and according to plan. Heather was amazing! She made my vision into a reality, she was professional and friendly, and she handled everything with ease. It was the perfect day and I owe it all to Heather!

Initial consultation

Initial consultation was amazing. They put all (or at least what they could) anxieties at ease. I cannot wait to see what magic they put together! I was hesitant to hire a planner as I am some what a control freak, but best decision I ever made!!

Best planner ever!

Blue Skies is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Couples stop what you're doing and book this incredible company and their team!!!!!! Any expectations you may have, they will far exceed them! Heather was our planner and she was my God sent on my wedding day and throughout the entire planning process! Every thing was just flawless! I was able to be present and in the moment and didn't once worry about anything because Heather and her team were present every step of the way. She seriously is incredibly so talented and knowledgeable at planning every detail and icing on the cake is the sweetest and kindest person ever. Heather, I appreciate everything you did for James and I on our wedding day. Our family and friends haven't stopped raving about how amazing you are! You made our day incredible and couldn't be more thankful for you and the Blue Skies Team! I absolutely recommend Heather and the Blue Skies Team to anyone and everyone!!!

Samantha was amazing to work with. From our first phone call I felt completely relieved about any wedding stress I had. Leading up to the wedding Samantha was attentive, flexible, and comforting. The day of she went above and beyond making the day run flawlessly. It was a dream. I want the keep thanking her again and again.

Samantha was AMAZING!

We worked with Blue Skies from the beginning of our wedding planning process. We initially worked with one staff member that eventually left the company. We were given Samantha in her place and we could not have lucked out more! Samantha made the entire process as smooth as possible. She went out of her way to work with our work schedules for meetings and phone calls, she was available for all my needs and always found a way to make me feel like it was all under control. Samantha is truly great at what she does. On our wedding day, she listened to us and really helped keep us calm and relaxed to enjoy ourselves. Even when things did not go according to plan, Samantha and Kara worked endlessly to keep our wedding the best day of our lives (and it was!!)

O’neill/Spain wedding. 5/4/19

Kelly did an amazing job for my son’s wedding! She made sure all vendors were set up on time and ready to serve guests. Decorations were beautiful, ceremony was started on time and the wedding party ready to go! The bride did not have to worry about a thing. I would highly recommend Kelly!!!!

Chris and Heather were truly amazing to work with ! They went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding day remarkable.
