Worth every penny!! As a type C bride, they helped me in every way. They designed the perfect vision board and helped relieve all stress that wedding planning can bring. Hiring the Bianca Nichole team was one of the smartest decisions we made. When we first met with Kelly, we appreciated her genuine interest in our relationship and vision for the wedding. We were having trouble taking our design ideas from 2D to 3D, and Kelly did that for us. The first design proposal she sent us was great, and each new version got even better! She accepted all our feedback and incorporated it.
The second reason we hired the team was to help match us with additional vendors. Kelly connected us with Christie Turner Floral Designs, Eventive Designs, Midnight Lighting, and Premiere Events Rentals.
We were introduced to Maci when we were three months away from the wedding date. Immediately we could tell how prepared and detail oriented she was going to be. When we met her on December 18th at Lost Pines, it was such a relief to see her ask Gina many questions and begin to plan the day. Maci then took over all communication with our vendors; reducing the work for us!
Two days before the wedding, we changed venues on the property because of the weather forecast. Maci led our team of vendors through executing Plan B to perfection. It was impressive how quickly she created that plan and aligned our vendors. God bless her for running around the venue on our wedding day making sure all was happening according to plan! Every time we asked a question to her or Chloe the answer was “it’s already been taken care of!” There was almost no work for my wife and I to do before and after because of them; we enjoyed every minute of the day!!

Best of the best!
Bianca Nichole and Co came highly recommended by another bride, and I’m so glad I followed that advice. It was also important to me to work with a coordinator who was familiar with our venue—someone who had worked there many times and truly understood the space. Their experience gave me so much peace of mind throughout the planning process. I absolutely loved working with Danae. She was always just a voice memo away whenever I had questions, follow-ups, or last-minute ideas. Her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the process feel so seamless. She was a true joy to work with and always willing to go above and beyond to bring our vision to life. -

We booked BNCO to coordinate our wedding and it was the best decision we made! We got paired with Maci and she exceeded expectations! Maci is type A, like me, and thought about everything. As a person who wants all the control, I was able to willingly release the reigns and trust that Maci had everything under control. Our wedding day was perfect- PERFECT!!! I know that has a lot to do with the incredible team we had. As a wedding vendor myself, I know all the the things that can go wrong and problems that need solving but Maci was obviously on top of it all because our wedding was the smoothest event I've ever been apart of. From start to finish, our experience with BNCO was nothing short of amazing. Even with just the “day-of” coordination package, the level of service and care we received went far above and beyond what we ever expected. This is not just a team that shows up on wedding day — they truly have your back throughout the entire planning process.
We had the pleasure of being assigned Maci as our coordinator, and let me tell you — she is a total rockstar. Super organized, incredibly responsive, and someone who genuinely cares about her couples. When the inevitable wedding-day hiccups came up (because there’s always something!), Maci was already on it — thinking outside the box, keeping us calm, and ensuring every detail stayed on track. She made sure not a single timeline moment was skipped and kept all our vendors in sync like a pro.
A special shoutout also goes to Bianca and the entire BNCO team. When we hit every bride’s worst nightmare — getting double-booked on our wedding day — Bianca immediately stepped in and handled it like the seasoned expert she is. Within hours, her team had already lined up five alternative venue options and kept us reassured that everything would still turn out beautifully (and it absolutely did). They even had team members in North Carolina on standby to help us pivot and problem-solve — that’s how committed they are. If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator: do it — and do it with BNCO. We couldn’t have asked for a better team! -

Bnco is the best!
If there was a way to rate Bianca Nichole & Co higher than 5/5 stars I would. My wife and I wanted to get married on her parents’ property/home in Round Mountain, TX and from the moment I reached out to BNCO, I knew this was the team we wanted to use. We knew it wouldn’t be easy to have a wedding on a private property but they certainly made it feel that way. Bianca was incredibly responsive from the beginning, and her and Kelly helped to create the dreamiest design and color palette for our day. Bianca helped us determine the location of cocktail hour/reception, flow of our wedding and what would be best for the guest experience, along with every detail in between. Maci was the most incredible wedding coordinator out there. She also EXCEEDED our expectations and quite literally did not miss a single detail of the day. She had to adjust plans day-of due to crazy winds and did so flawlessly. I’m not sure there are enough “thank you”s in the world to truly thank BNCO for their incredible work. I HIGHLY recommend working with this team!!!!! -

I don't know if you'll ever truly feel at ease on your wedding day...UNLESS YOU HIRE BIANCA AND HER TEAM.
Logistically: Bianca did so much behind the scenes to make sure everything came off smoothly. My husband and I had the most fun of our lives and it's mostly thanks to Bianca and her team for doing all of the behind the scenes work to make it so we didn't have to stress about anything. I didn't have a feeling that anything was wrong or that anyone was unhappy. She literally coordinated everything in a way that we just had to show up and get married and have a blast. I know it takes a lot of work and professionalism to make that happen so we could not be more grateful.
Personally: Bianca and her team are so personable, sweet, bubbly, and warm. Even when she's holding her clipboard and getting every specific detail right - she gave us a sense of calm. It's a true gift to be able to be so detailed-oriented while also being super friendly and kind.
Our wedding day would not have been the most wonderfully fun day of our lives without Bianca. She saw our vision, made it come to life, and made us feel so taken care of. She is amazing and if you want to be totally stress free on the most important day of your life, I wouldn't consider anyone else but Bianca. -

Bianca and her team were fantastic! We chose the 90-day coordinator option and later added 4-hours worth of meetings and planning assistance prior to the 90 day mark as well as the transportation services. Bianca was great every step of the way. We started the wedding planning process early and there were many times that I got overwhelmed and stressed about what should be booked already and what I should focus my energy on next. Every time I started to get stressed, I scheduled a meeting with Bianca which was super easy through the portal. After every meeting, Bianca helped me feel less stressed and more confident that I was right on track with wedding planning.
At the 90-day mark, our coordinator was Rosie and Catherine. Rosie was mostly in contact with my mom during this time and they worked so well together! Rosie was amazing with addressing all of our concerns and questions and constantly updating our wedding timeline with all the different changes we made. She did an awesome job in contacting all of our vendors and ensuring they adhered to the timeline created.
The day of our wedding was so seamless and stress free! Rosie and Catherine took care of everything so Zach and I could fully be in the moment for our wedding. If they ever saw me or a family member stressed they reassured us that we were right on schedule and to be in the moment. They worked so hard and our wedding day ended up being everything we had hoped it would be. We are so grateful for this amazing team and highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the Austin area!! -

I am so thankful that I found BNCO!!! I hired them for coordination and got to work with Maci on, and leading up, to my wedding day. She was the biggest blessing throughout the whole process. Her guidance, tools, communication, and organization are truly irreplaceable (especially in those last 90 days before wedding day). She was so patient with me throughout the whole process, even as I was changing my mind or slow to make decisions. On wedding day, she brought me so much peace and made sure that every detail was just as I imagined. She truly made my husband and I feel so special and taken care of on our big day. On top of that, we received countless compliments on how well our day was run. I cannot even count the amount of times a guest or someone in our wedding party mentioned that it was the most organized and efficient wedding they had ever been to. The timing of everything was so well-thought out and Maci was the one to thank for all of that. My parents and wedding party also just enjoyed spending the day with Maci, and were so thrilled with how kind and professional she was. She truly enhanced the whole day for us. Bianca and her team are nothing short of amazing! They are worth every single penny and go above and beyond for their couples to ensure that they have the beautiful and stress free wedding day that everyone dreams of. As a wedding vendor myself, I knew when the time came to plan my own wedding I would want the best of the best and I would take nothing less. Bianca was the biggest help from the start and I wouldn't have made it through the wedding planning process without her expert guidance!
Truly, the only regret I have is not going the full planning route and letting Bianca fully handle everything from the beginning! Even so, Bianca was there for me and my husband with any questions we had and easing any concerns that popped up for us along the way while wedding planning. We used BNCo as our day of coordination service and had an amazing experience! Sam was our lead coordinator and we loved working with her. We were planning from out of state and needed to do a super early final venue walkthrough which she was able to accommodate with ease! She checked in about 3 months out and starting a few weeks before the wedding took over pretty much all of our vendor communication. Whenever we would meet, I would say something that was on my to do list and she would offer to take care of it for me. The day of the wedding, I felt so confident in her that I didn’t worry at all! The night went flawlessly, from my perspective, which tells me she handled any issues that came up, quickly. They’re worth every penny and probably more!! Would definitely recommend them to any couple in the area! -

There is no question that Bianca went above and beyond for us and we are truly so appreciative of all her team's efforts during our wedding day & prior! The team was so organized and made sure the day ran so smooth which allowed me to not have to worry about anything on the day. One of the most stand out things that happened during our day was my brother ripped his pants minutes before walking down the aisle. As you can imagine, it was quite an upsetting moment as we were deciding if he could walk down the aisle. Bianca came running back in with a pair of pants she was able to find with seconds to spare! I still don't know how she was able to pull that off but it was just one of those moments you truly realized how much she cared to make the day the most special and stress free!
I never felt like I was just another couple on their list. I always felt valued & important despite our wedding being over a year away when we hired Bianca Nichole & Co. I always felt that the team was so excited for us & that was a great feeling!

If I can recommend one thing from my entire wedding planning process: Book Bianca Nichole & Co for your wedding right now. It will be the BEST investment you make in your big day. BNCO was with me from day one, helping to sort through vendor recommendations, pulling together all of my thoughts and ideas for our wedding design, working through our timeline with me and my photographer and SO much more. I was a very type A bride, and the team was very responsive throughout the entire process and led with such grace every time we met - this was huge for me!! At the final walk through, the team helped perfect the flow of the day and finalize the layout and other details. From there, they did all of my final vendor communication so I could be as stress free as possible leading up to our big day. Maci was our lead on the day of our wedding and it truly felt like my husband and I didn’t have to do anything. Every time we would mention something to Maci, her and her assistant, Sam, already had it done! We didn’t have to think about a single thing besides spending the day with the people we love most and truly being present for every single moment of the day. If anything went wrong, I have no idea - Maci made it feel like an actual fairy tale and I could not have even dreamed of a better wedding day. Hiring Bianca was one of the best decisions I've ever made and that's not hyperbole. For an event that is so special and meaningful, you cannot have anything other than the best when it comes to vendors, and especially wedding planners. Bianca is that! She is the cream of the crop, the absolute sweetest human being that will get things done for you and put you at ease. I remember saying so many times throughout planning the wedding, "I'm not worried, I have Bianca." And that feeling went all the way through to the end of the wedding. When I tell you that I barely felt stressed throughout the 15-month wedding planning process, I mean it and it is all thanks to Bianca. She helped me find every other vendor I needed. She was there to guide me when I didn't know how to handle certain things. She made me feel comfortable to relinquish control when it needed to be relinquished, which for anyone who knows me can tell you is a tough feat. Everyone in the wedding party loved Bianca, too! We worked with Kelly for month-of wedding coordination and it was the best decision we could have made! Even though we booked just the month-of planning, Kelly was there to answer questions, share recommendations, send tips and check list items to help me stay on track with my planning from day one. Once we got to the month of hand off, I finally could sit back, relax and know that I was in good hands! And I was - Kelly went above and beyond to make sure everything was finalized and ready to go for wedding day, from the final walk through to tying up loose ends with each vendor. We would not have survived our wedding day without Kelly. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing with her in charge. I couldn't recommend working with Kelly more - she was our wedding angel!! -

I always knew I wanted at least a month of coordinator, but I didn’t realize how incredibly helpful she would be. Bianca went above and beyond during my most stressful times to make sure everything was handled. From last minute Sam’s club runs when things were missing, handling all vendor communications, advising me on what to do when the weather was HORRIBLE, all the way to reminding me to breath right before walking down.. she was great. My dad even made the comment after the wedding that he thought she was just a really good friend helping me out because she was so nice and friendly to everyone. I can’t express my gratitude towards here. I was lucky enough to have Bianca as my bridal consultant at Blue Bridal Boutique in Austin and she helped me find my perfect dress plus made the experience so fun and easy. When she told me she did wedding planning, I just knew I had to jump at it and book with her! Throughout the planning process Bianca was so organized, prompt, professional, and had the best advice for every situation. Her process really covers ever detail and all the steps so I felt so confident in trusting her with our big day.
Our wedding turned out to be extremely windy and we were running super late with makeup but Bianca took care of every hiccup. During our reception (the entire day was outside) it started to rain and HAIL🙂 Bianca immediately took action and worked with our venue, DJ, and all of the necessary vendors to move us into a backup ballroom less than and hour and the party did not stop at all. We didn’t have to go worry about a thing and it was still the best night ever. She had all of our inventory packed back up and ready to go the next day and just our whole wedding experience easy and fun. WE LOVE BIANCA AND HER TEAM♥️ -

Bianca was such a JOY to work with, and I am so happy we had her professional opinions to guide our planning. Bianca helped us with design planning and month-of planning. We wanted a fun, springtime, fiesta color scheme, but were worried how to make it wedding appropriate. Bianca not only eased our worries, but also dove in with such excitement for our more unconventional color palette! She supported our vision and cheered us on along the way! Bianca personally contacted all of our vendors in the final month (when I was ready to put planning aside and get excited), and coordinated them all with a detailed timeline. I did not have to worry about a thing our wedding day (even with one small mishap, Bianca took charge and problem-solved so I would not have to!). Bianca was always incredibly responsive, honest, creative, and kind. She felt like a trusted friend, along with a seasoned professional, along the way. I recommend her great work to any couple! -

I was referred to Bianca from another wedding planner and I can honestly say I’m so glad they did!!! I was a COVID bride who had to postpone my wedding from April 2020. Bianca offered a free phone consult for COVID brides in need of some help navigating their individual situations. I knew immediately after talking with her that she would be able to help coordinate the day of my wedding with ease.
Bianca is highly skilled at what she does! I was so impressed with how she organizes all of the planning stages. Bianca always made me feel heard which put me so much at ease. We were able to work together as a team to design a beautiful wedding day!!
On the day of the wedding, my family was wowed by how calm Bianca was with set up on a limited time frame before our reception started. She was never stressed and was able to put everything together in an effective and efficient manner! My husband and I had nothing to worry about and were able to enjoy our special day stress-free!

Bianca was nothing short of AMAZING! My wedding day would not have gone so perfect and smooth without her. My husband and I were able to just really enjoy our wedding weekend and not stress because we knew Bianca had everything under control. We used Bianca for our Month of Coordinator (6 weeks out). She organized all of my planning and helped put together all of the last minutes details. She not only created a timeline for us, but also a packing list which was so helpful. She was always available to talk and give ideas/solutions. One thing that we absolutely loved, that was so small but we appreciated so much, was that after our ceremony when we were taking photos she was there with our favorite drinks in hand so in between each picture we could have a drink and start celebrating and relaxing already. My husband and I (and even family & friends) highly recommend Bianca. She was not only professional, but also made us feel like we had been friends forever and our wedding was her only focus. If you want a stress free, peace of mind, perfect wedding, you will be so glad you hired Bianca! This was by far one of the best investments for our wedding. Wedding Planner Goals
Let me tell y'all!! Bianca and her team were so amazing! I hired them for partial planning and day-of coordination. About a month before my wedding, she completely took over and worked out the timeline, small details, vendor communication, etc. The day of, she and her team were so freaking great! They were helpful, attentive, fun, sweet, etc. I truly believe that no event goes perfectly, but our wedding was pretty dang close. Her team took very cute videos and photos of the event, they kept me updated on any changes throughout the day/night, and I hope they had fun too! Truly they made our special day even more special!
Y'all better hire them! -
