We had our wedding in April and utilized their Month Of planning services which was exactly what we needed. A little before a month out, Jennifer reached out and collecting vendor list & details about our wedding. There were scheduled calls but also answered any questions we had along the way via email. Our day of coordinator was Ella Carter and cannot recommend her enough. Even our families were raving about how on top of everything she was throughout the day. One thing I especially appreciated was how she always made sure my husband and I had a drink in hand and a moment to just breathe—it made all the difference. Thank you Ella Carter & Jennifer for your coordinating services and making our magical day go seamless! -

We hired ATX wedding planners for their month of coordination services. Jennifer was absolutely fantastic and available for any calls, opinions, or questions for the entirety of our planning process. The day of, it was such a load off our shoulders knowing someone was there ready to take over and ensure everything was how we wanted it. -

My wedding coordinator from Atx was excited for me and very accommodating on my wedding day. I appreciated her positive attitude so much! Amanda made sure that my day was exactly what I wanted. She worked well with all my vendors and handled every little issue that came up. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, let me tell you it is worth every dime! I didn't have to expend any thought on my day - I just enjoyed it. You really can't put a price on that peace of mind. -

Incredible coordinator & caterer
We hired Jennifer and her team to coordinate our special day, and then we discovered that she also does grazing tables (which is what we wanted to do for our wedding dinner). Ella ended up being our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute dream. It was a small affair (about 50 guests), but I was still feeling a bit stressed thinking about everything that needed to come together the day-of. I was running late getting ready that day, but when I got to the venue, everything was already set up and running smoothly! She made sure that we didn't need to lift a finger, which made it possible for us to simply sit back and enjoy the moment. Jennifer set up and served our grazing table (which was gorgeous and delicious!), and she was kind enough to make plates for both my husband and I beforehand. The stress I had been feeling that morning immediately melted away. I really can't imagine the day without them. -

Can’t imagine my wedding night being as great as it was without Jennifer and her team. Everything was smooth, I had no worry the day of.
One special moment was when her team brought us appetizer plates since we were not able to join cocktail hour by taking pictures but we were really looking forward to those appetizers. That small act act meant a lot us and showed how much they cared. It also helped us tremendously by having her provide the linens and extra staff needed by the venue -

Jennifer was exactly what you want for a wedding coordinator. She is thoughtful and thorough. She obviously has vast experience and is willing to share that with new brides and mothers-of-the-bride. Jennifer rocks. When it came to planning a wedding, I had zero clue or direction. She made the day-of process seamless. I didn't have to think she is exactly what you want out of your DOC. My cousin has booked Jennifer for her wedding next September! Hire her! -

Couldn’t have been better!
I was highly advised to get a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding for sanity’s sake. I have to say tat was one of the best choices I have made! I was not looking to spend a lot of money and I got lucky and found Jennifer at ATX wedding Planner! I also got to save $250 for booking during a special! She was so willing to help me in any way she could even just in our first conversation. We had a phone call a Month before the wedding and went over the timeline (which I was dreading). She made this task much easier with her advice and guidance! A week before the wedding we reviewed if there were any changes. The day of the wedding I had a piece of mind that everything would run smoothly and it did. This was because of Jennifer’s diligence to keep everything on track and running smoothly. Thank you Jennifer! -

As brides we know weddings are stressful enough specially when you’re planning your own wedding. I hired ATX Wedding Planners for the day of coordinating and we’re glad we did! We scheduled a couple of appts via phone to go over plan. Everything looked great the day of the wedding and Jennifer delivered. Also, the price was great compared to other vendors. They also provide flower arrangement services for aisle decor, which was great to know. Jennifer recommended various things for the wedding that I wouldn’t have thought of. I highly recommend ATX Wedding Planners! -

Jenn did an awesome job for us and our wedding. We brought her on SUPER last minute (about a month before our wedding), and she got up to speed within just a few days of our signing the contract, and also got us on track on the items and tasks where we were terribly behind (and had no idea we were until we talked with her)!
It poured down rain on our wedding day and as a result, so many things ended up going wrong/needing to be redone, and Jenn handled everything like a champ, including my various meltdowns and freak outs! She's on top of everything, patient and experienced.
We can't recommend her enough, and she's affordable to boot! Hire her, you won't be sorry! -

Jenn helped us plan a wedding when we had no idea what we were doing. She helped us pick out vendors in the area and in our budget, and told us where to be and when to be there!
When I say I was clueless, I really mean it! She helped so much with the little details I would have never thought of, and helped our big day run so smoothly! -

Jennifer was super responsive from initial contact all the way to day of! I was on a tight budget and she provided great help for a very reasonable price. We were also able to get our cocktail hour setup through her and our guests were extremely happy with it! -

I had never met or talked to the woman who showed up on my wedding day. Jennifer was great to speak with over the phone and do all of the planning ahead of time. I would recommend this service because of her. However, I was not told Jennifer would not be present on my wedding day until I was ready to walk down the aisle. The lady who showed up kept calling the groom the wrong name, messed up the wedding procession for the church, and did not communicate with the catering staff to lay out the party favors we had asked to be put out on a table. When I originally talked to Jennifer, she said she would be able to set out the party favors at the reception (I knew I would decorate everything else). For the price, this is a decent service. I think the communication could be better. I also paid extra to have Jennifer hire someone hourly to help clean up toward the end of the reception. The people that were hired were not helpful and did not help clean up the trash or anything. Most of my family had to stay for a while after the reception doing tasks that we had paid for the hourly staff to do ($350 total paid for staffing).
