I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Apricity Event Co for our September 2024 wedding weekend in Montauk, NY!! From start to finish, our planner Carly was so lovely to work with, and I'm endlessly grateful to her, Rachel, and the whole team for making our special day so seamless and unforgettable.
Carly's organizational skills are unparalleled (coming from a Type-A planner myself!) - no detail was overlooked and she truly brought our vision to life. She took the time to listen to every idea I had and helped me explore them in creative ways, ensuring every element was cohesive, while carefully monitoring budget along the way.
What I loved most was how she made the entire planning process feel stress-free, so we could actually enjoy and focus on this exciting stage of our lives. Carly kept everything on track and was always there with a calm, positive energy that made even the most chaotic moments feel manageable. Any hiccups were handled with grace and she always had a clear solution ready.
Thanks to Apricity Event Co, our wedding weekend was such a dream! We can't wait to relive the memories for years to come, and miss working with them already!! -

We worked with Rachel and her team (Carly and Chandler) on our rehearsal dinner at Goosefeather in Tarrytown, NY and our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in August 2024. It was the wedding of our dreams and would not have been possible without outstanding, tireless work from Apricity. We relied heavily on their expertise and recommendations for the various vendors (band, flowers, photographers, officiants, etc.) which were all exceptional. The Apricity team really took their time to understand the vision for our wedding and came back with multiple recommendations at various price points and provided invaluable advice.
What really stood out was Apricity’s professionalism and attention to detail. With such a large wedding (200+), there was so much coordination and planning that was needed and Apricity was there every step of the way. Rachel did a great job keeping us on track with the various deadlines by scheduling consistent check in calls and she was always available if we needed to discuss something urgently.
On the wedding day, the entire Apricity team was so organized and helpful getting us and our guests where we needed to be when we needed to be there (as the Groom, this was especially needed for me!). The entire wedding was flawless and spectacular and we are still getting positive feedback from our guests. We couldn’t recommend Apricity Event Co enough for your special day!! -

It’s taken us some time to be able to write this review because there are no words that can do Beryl and Charlotte justice. From the moment we met them, we knew we had to work with them. They are warm, calming, organized, but also so creative, and so much fun.
And while we want to go on and on about the actual event (which was actually 4 days of events!!!), We would be remiss if we didn’t first highlight the MONTHS leading up to it. Beryl, Charlotte, and us emailed almost every single day. They were attentive, detail-oriented, PATIENT with us as we went through 10 iterations of floral arrangements, and most importantly they understood our vision better than we even did.
The actual events were beyond our wildest dreams. Beryl and Charlotte understood us as a couple, our taste, our friends, our family. When we walked into our dinner room for the first time, I broke down in tears - I had struggled so much with seeing the vision on paper - but Beryl and Charlotte put together something that was better than I ever thought was possible (they both have impeccable design skills, but they also just understand people’s vision so well.)
Their attention to detail, their ability to keep us on track (down to the very minute) was something to marvel at. We never once even thought about the time, or the logistics, or really anything other than enjoying each other’s and our guest’s company, because we had so much trust in them as a team.
We are so unbelievably lucky to have gotten the chance to work with them on the most important weekend of our lives. Every single detail was perfect and every one of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. There are no words to ever properly thank you, Beryl and Charlotte, but THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

I have previously worked in events within the luxury fashion industry, and I can say with absolute certainty that there is no one better at managing an event than Beryl and Charlotte. Their level of foresight and intuition was extraordinary—they anticipated my every need, even those I hadn’t thought of myself. Their professionalism was flawless, their attention to detail impeccable, and their ability to keep everything running perfectly on time—down to the minute—was beyond impressive. From the very start, they made me feel like family, bringing a warmth and personal touch that made the entire experience unforgettable.
As a bride who had dreamed of her wedding since childhood and spent over two and a half years meticulously planning every detail, I was without question one of the most Type A, detail-oriented, and opinionated brides you can imagine. Yet, at every single step, Beryl and Charlotte exceeded my wildest expectations. They blew me away, from steaming my outfits as soon as I arrived in Paris to seamlessly coordinating food orders and personally putting together and delivering the welcome bags. Their thoughtfulness and care were unparalleled.
Coordinating 100 guests for all three events in Paris and at the stunning Château Villette, 45 minutes outside of Paris, on our wedding day, was a monumental task, yet they made it feel effortless and magical. Every moment was executed to perfection, and the memories they helped create are beyond words. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Having had the misfortune of starting with a planner who didn’t work out, bringing Beryl on board was, without a doubt, the single greatest decision I made throughout the entire process. I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for her and Charlotte.
If I could hire them a hundred times over, I would, without hesitation. They turned my dream wedding into a reality, and I can only hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future. They are, quite simply, the best in the business, and I will forever be in awe of their talent, dedication, and the magic they bring to every event. -

We worked with Apricity (previously Loli) for the vision we had for our wedding since late 2019 (pre-Covid). With the pandemic and a baby, we had to postpone our wedding three times and it took us over 5 years to finally have our wedding in the French alps this past June. Pretty much every vendor and venue had to be reconsidered multiple times across the years as we were planning for a whole week of wedding events and adventure activities for our guests - we even had to change our ceremony location 3 weeks before the wedding due to the unusually lengthy rainy spring season this year. Given the unpredictable nature of mountain top weddings, we worked with the Apricity team to prepare Plan B for every major outdoor event in case of rain, which I'm glad we did because we ended up resorting to Plan B for one of the key events. Beryl was our lead planner from Apricity and we are forever grateful for her positive attitude and calm demeanor through various challenges and crisis moments we came across. She was focused on finding solutions and didn't give up until we found an option that was not only workable, but that we were satisfied with. Her team searched for various venue/vendor options relentlessly and we wouldn't have been able to design our dream wedding week without their persistence and dedication to help bring our vision to life. We had 80 adults and 30 children at the wedding flying in from all over the world (US, Asia, Europe) - so it wasn't the easiest wedding to plan. But Beryl and her team at Apricity helped make our wedding week in Megève as magical as we hoped it to be - we can't praise them enough! -

We worked with Rachel (primarily) and Carly on our rehearsal dinner at Misi in Williamsburg and our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns upstate New York in June 2024. I am a very picky person when it comes to the aesthetics and quality (of anything really), and I also wanted my wedding to be unique even though Blue Hill is a pretty well known wedding venue. I wanted the flowers to look natural and organic, I wanted my band to be able to perform every single genre of music, I wanted my stationary to be so elegant and memorable.. I was definitely demanding in my own way, but I had no stress during my wedding planning process and wedding weekend because of the help I received.
I think Rachel’s team at Apricity went above and beyond to achieve my vision is a massive understatement. They really treat their clients’ weddings as their own. Even though I thought that I considered every single little thing about my rehearsal dinner and wedding, Rachel reminded me of things I would never have otherwise thought about. She meticulously helped me choosing the right vendors that fits my standard and offered me genuine advice while I was uncertain, not to mention she is vouched for by so many wonderful artists and vendors in the industry which made the selecting process so much easier.
Rachel is extremely responsive, forward thinking, and responsible. Whenever I compared my notes with my friends who were also planning a wedding, I bragged so much about Rachel and her team while they ranted to me about their terrible experiences with their planners. The sharp contrast made me realize how lucky I was to have found Rachel and Apricity. Our wedding weekend was everything that we dreamed of - ethereal, fresh, and elegant. We will cherish this memory forever. -

absolute BEST planners, no notes
We are at a loss for words that will do Carly and her team justice - they not only brought our dream wedding to life, but also were a joy to work with along the way! The planning process was manageable thanks to Carly, and the wedding weekend itself was an absolute breeze with her team onsite with us making sure my husband and I could focus on what mattered most: each other! We're beyond grateful to have collaborated with such seasoned professionals who interpreted every idea we had to have for our big day, and executed them to perfection. We're biased, but even our guests commented on how flawless our wedding was so TLDR: hire Apricity and thank us later :) hands down best decision (next to marrying my husband) -

Amazing experience with Apricity Event Co (we worked with them when they were still Loli Events)! My wife and I enlisted Loli to be our “month-of” wedding planner, and we could not be happier with their professionalism, knowledge and services. When we started working with Loli, specifically Carly, we had our venue and a few vendors selected, but were overwhelmed by the seemingly endless “little things” that actually required a lot more attention that we ever imagined. Almost immediately we knew hiring Loli was the best thing we did in the whole wedding planning process. Carly created a customized to do list and timeline for us to stay on track, coordinated with our vendors to make sure what we wanted was what we were getting, walked though our venue with us to provide design ideas, and most importantly, asked the questions we didn’t even know to ask. Overall, we felt at ease that every angle of our wedding had been thought about carefully, and all of our vendors were on the same page for the big day. When our wedding day finally arrived Carly and her team operated at the same high-level as during the planning process. They kept the whole day on track, making sure people were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, ensuring all of the vendors were doing what they were supposed to be doing and generally keeping the wedding day running smoothly. Most importantly, my wife and I didn’t have to worry about a thing other than each other. We could not recommend Loli (and Carly) enough, and would encourage anyone looking for a planner to consider Loli for their wedding. Thank you again for everything!!! -

Our Dream Wedding
My husband (Arun) and I worked with Apricity Event Co. (when it was still Loli events) to plan a multi-day wedding celebration. On top of planning 3 consecutive days of events, we also asked Rachel to execute on a very non-traditional “new American” style wedding that honored our American and Indian family. The events were not only beautiful and perfectly executed but also fun and memorable. My husband and I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a smart and thoughtful planner to help create a meaningful event.
Rachel and her team are absolute SWANS: Calm and controlled above water but they put in serious work underwater. Arun and I felt like we were in great hands throughout the entire planning process and especially on the days of our events. With Rachel, Carly, & team we never felt any judgment if we brought up a new idea or ran into an issue. Rachel graciously guided us if we had difficulty making a decision during the planning process and was incredibly patient with us both. We were continually updated on where we were tracking against budget and the vendors we were put in contact with were super professional. Our wedding weekend felt like a magical fairytale in large part due to the work Rachel and her team put into every last detail. -

Beryl at Loli Events in Paris is truly the best! Our original plans in Canada were cancelled due to Covid, so we had to pivot last minute and landed on our favorite city, Paris. We met Beryl and could tell right away we would be in good hands. Beryl was absolutely incredible - she planned our entire wedding and welcome party in just 6 weeks. She is so kind and her attention to detail is impeccable. I sent her a few visual ideas and translated my ideas better than I could have ever hoped for or imagined. Even with the quick planning turnaround, there was not a moment I was stressed with her support. She recommended the best vendors and venues to fit our style, and there is no way we could have done any of this planning without her. From the sunset cruise, to the flowers, to violinists, to the DJ, to the ceremony setup, the photographer and videographers, all of it was perfect! I could thank her forever for making our wedding week the most magical and happiest days yet! -

We got married in a tiny town in the south of France. Neither of us had ever been to the location or the venue we chose. We got so lucky in finding Beryl and her team at Loli events. We had an amazing meeting with her and outlined everything we’d hope to have at our wedding. Her first stop was to check out our venue for us since we live in California. She took videos and pictures to show us where we’d be getting married/staying. We were very grateful and relieved that we picked a nice place! Beryl helped us plan and check everything off our to do list in a matter of months. We were so impressed by all of her planning and communication leading up to the event which helped relieve any stress. The day of was seamless! She helped coordinate getting a rabbi come from Spain via train to marry us and helped us choose quality vendors including florals, cake and the vintage car we rented for photos! Having Rachel and Carly on our side felt like a cheat code. While friends were planning their weddings and griping about vendors that were hard to work with, unresponsive hotel managers, and budgets getting out of control, my wife Lisa and I kept looking at each other and wondered if we were missing something. Truthfully, Rachel & Carly were just so incredibly organized, experienced, and generally calming presences that we enjoyed every minute of our wedding planning process. We also ended up with a wedding that felt both incredibly personal to us but also a notch above anything that was on our mood board - we owe that to Rachel & Carly's impeccable taste.
A few highlights of the process for us:
1/ The tastings we went on were some of our most memorable date nights. Delicious food (because of course, Rachel knew the best vendors in town), great conversation with Rachel, and the one we went with nailed the late night burgers for our guest that folks talked about weeks after.
2/ When we wanted to come up with a fun way to acknowledge our wedding date being on April Fool's Day, Rachel didn't laugh in our faces but found an outstanding magicians who paid tribute to the day without making the whole affair tacky. He did a short trick with us in front of all our guests that ended with a momento we still have from the night.
3/ Choosing furniture and fun fix-ins was a breeze with Carly and Rachel. We upgraded to really elegant bars in a few choice locations but stayed within our budget overall. Carly even spend nights chasing down a wayward 3am email from me asking if there was any way to install arcade games in a part of the venue (of course she found several vendors, but days later I'd already realized it was a bad idea).
4. Our day-of was magical, effortless, and really really special. When the weather turned out unseasonably warm and sunny, Carly led a last-minute pivot to bring a bunch of cocktail hour tables outdoors so we could use the space before thunderstorms a couple of hours later.
We couldn't be more thankful and would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Loli Events to any bride & groom to be who want to ensure they enjoy the process as much as the outcome when it comes to their wedding. Rachel's calming demeanor, her obvious experience and connections, and her high bar for quality let us make decisions quickly, calmly, and confidently, and we couldn't be more thrilled with how our wedding turned out. Can't wait to get their help again for our vow renewals in 30 years.

While I'd like to think the best decision I made leading up to my wedding was choosing my husband, I think both he and I would agree that the wisest thing I did before the Big Day itself was partnering with Rachel & Loli Events! It was the best investment I made (okay, the dress, but second to the dress is Rachel) and she was 120% worth it!
I was referred to Rachel by a friend who had a wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns the year before - he has exacting standards and impeccable taste, so the fact that he had been so thrilled with her and her team's services made me very interested. In our first meeting, Rachel's calm demeanor and "seen it all" confidence made me feel so much less anxious (I was planning a wedding in 6 months, so it all felt like A LOT) and I knew with this woman by my side, we could get it done. While I'm sure doing the full wedding planning experience would have been amazing, our budget meant the Day of Coordination was our option - even with the lower scope, I always felt supported by her and her team. Her recommended vendor list was incredible and the venue was beyond thrilled to hear she would be there - her reputation proceeds her in the industry and her professionalism, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness makes it easy to see why!
There is a lot to say about how she helped during the process, but one thing I will always remember is having someone with her experience remind me we don't *have* to do every element of a traditional wedding - it gave my husband and I permission to actually pick the pieces that were important to us and ditch the stuff that didn't matter (for us, parent dances, gift bags, too many toasts, etc).
On the day of my wedding, I wasn't stressed - even though we were having a tropical storm in New York City! I was able to be present, excited, happy, and even taste the food - because Rachel and her team had truly every minute on lock. Many friends and family joke that they had assumed I'd be at least 15 minutes late (I'm ALWAYS behind schedule), but not on Rachel's watch! Her entire team was lovely and their solutions-oriented attitude and positivity was clearly appreciated by the entire vendor team. I can't recommend Rachel and her team enough - my vision came to life perfectly, but even more importantly, I was able to be present and savor every second of it! -

We used Loli events and Carly was our planner. She was amazing in every way. Helpful courteous endlessly patient. She was able to take care of everything seamlessly and just allow us to have a wonderful time. When there were a few issues (rain,Nyc transportation) she quickly improvised solutions and we didn’t miss a beat.
She stayed with us through the entire wedding and after party, helping us cheerfully along the way.

Rachel & the Loli team are the best. My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Rachel for our wedding at the Rainbow Room in NYC this past February (2023). She is calm, cool, collected, and will get things done with minimal input from you so that you can enjoy your wedding & the planning process instead of having it become a stress or a chore. Coralie Pratts was incredible, there are not enough words to share how amazing they were. Her and the team were worth every penny and more! If you are even considering hiring her, do it! It was the best decision of my wedding (outside of marrying my husband!!)
She made every decision easy, was available constantly even though we were working on different time zones, I was on NYC and she was in Paris and we were turning around a small elopement wedding in Paris during COVID (August 2021) planned within 4 months!!!
Coralie helped find the most amazing vendors, negotiated with them and helped me design my dream wedding. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND everyday!!!
Day of was a breeze because she had everything taken care of it and thoughtfully organized. I didn't need to think about ANYTHING! It allowed me to enjoy my day with my family and took away all of the stress.

Do yourself a favor and book Loli events (Rachel & Brielle) for your wedding!!! Rachel worked with both myself and my sister for our Manhattan weddings over the last couple years. I could not have enjoyed myself nearly as much without them by my side. They are the most organized people I've ever met. They answer emails with questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. They create a minute to minute plan for your wedding day so the bride does not have to worry about ANYTHING! On the day of my yacht wedding, NYC had a TORNADO WARNING and enormous storm. Rachel and Brielle did everything in their power to make sure everything went off without a hitch and IT WAS PERFECT. I am eternally grateful to Rachel and Brielle for everything!!!! -

Rachel was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were on the west coast, planning our east coast wedding when Rachel (and Loli team) stepped in to help us coordinate the month prior. She kept us organized and on track in completing last minute tasks.

Rachel and the Loli Events team were immensely professional, supportive, and proactive. Despite planning, re-planning, and re-planning again (... thanks, Covid!), Rachel never missed a step. She could anticipate any potential hiccups, offer insightful recommendations, and advocate on our behalf in conversations with our vendors.
Perhaps most impressively, Rachel was able to keep us relaxed and calm throughout the entire process and on the day-of. She managed to trouble shoot potential issues with ease, coordinate every element perfectly, and - although I can't prove this - ensured that the threat of rain miraculously avoided our outdoor reception.

We typically grow up with a dream wedding in mind possibly on the shores of Nantucket, in a beautiful NYC cathedral, or a Father of The Bride style backyard wedding. Wedding planning was overwhelming for us without that known place that tugged at our heartstrings. When my husband suggested Paris I laughed and then my feeling quickly turned to fear as I realized he was seriously considering it. His spontaneity and positivity is what I love about him, but this seemed crazy... planning a wedding overseas as if planning a wedding isn’t hard enough?! Looking back I’m so thankful I trusted this once in a lifetime opportunity and went for it! The phrase “Paris is always a good idea” was spot on for us. We look back and there’s no greater memory for the both of us and it gave us and all of our guests a reason to travel as well as fantastic memories they can’t stop reminiscing about. No one will forget a wedding in Paris!
What we will never forget about our wedding was the experience working with Coralie and team. She listened to all of our wants, needs, ideas, and worries and not only executed but far exceeded our expectations of what was possible. We felt like royalty during our wedding weekend with every small detail thought of. We were able to experience the excitement of each part of the day as if we were guests seeing it for the first time as well.
Losing our first venue, US to France shipping delays, passport issues, heavy traffic before our rehearsal, rain on our wedding day were all gracefully handled by the Loli Events team. Coralie always brought us back on track and usually it was to an even better path than we had previously planned.
The partners she brought in for flowers, rentals, music, photography, calligraphy, mixologists, videographer, venue points of contact, hair and makeup, etc. all felt like family and made our weekend so special. So much so that we still remain in touch!
We recently celebrated our one year anniversary and as we talked through it we realized there wasn’t a single thing we would have changed. We feel so lucky to have partnered with Coralie for our dream wedding and cannot wait to work with not only Loli Events for events to come, but all of our additional partners, now friends, to come. -

Coralie at Loli events and others on the team were indispensable throughout the entire wedding process. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. From the start, they had great vendor recommendations, ideas, and never hesitated to do more research when we needed. Coralie really listened to what we wanted at every step and even made sure to travel to be with us in person and make sure she understood all of our needs in context of the venue. During the actual wedding weekend, we had a few last minute issues because of weather, and Coralie and her assistant were quick to find solutions and make sure we had no stress. We've never seen anyone work as hard as they did while still being positive and smiling the entire time. We enjoyed our wedding 100x more because they were there. -

We hired loli events for our outdoor wedding this July, and it was BY FAR the best decision we made in planning our wedding. I am a big do- it-your-selfer, and put off hiring a planner for a long time. As the wedding neared and my to do list grew out of control, I was overwhelmed and realized I needed help. We meet with Lauren and explained the look and feel of our wedding, and she got it right away. We hired her for the day of the event, and I can't say how valuable her services were. My husband and I both say our wedding wouldn't have happened without her, and it is true. She pulled through and made every detail happen, working extremely hard in the hot sun, and somehow she made it look effortless and easy, without a negative word ever coming out of her mouth, EVER, and believe me, if she had, it would have been justified. We really put her to the test, and she was amazing. She handled any situation that got thrown at her with a smile on her face, looking cool as a cucumber and adorable, to boot! she is so positive and gracious. Professional, hard working, detail oriented, and just a joy to be around. Our wedding was amazing. AMAZING. And loli events was a huge part of that. I can't say enough how blessed we were to have loli events be a part of the best day of our lives. ♥♥♥
