Our Dream Wedding thanks to the Amorem Dream Team
My husband and I were doing a site visit at TRS Coral / Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres last year. We stumbled upon a wedding at the theater and were lucky to meet Lu from the Amorem Weddings team.
Seeing that event sealed the deal on the resort, reception venue, and external wedding planners for our destination wedding — it was the best decision we made!
From getting a hold of the resort’s wedding department & staying in contact with them (a challenge in itself as we went through several coordinators) to finding the right vendors who could bring our vision to life — Lu and Kumen were our right hand team and the read thread that brought everything together during the planning process and throughout the weekend of our wedding events.
Both my husband and I have type A personalities and I also work in corporate events. The trust we had with Amorem Weddings was vital in creating the most magical wedding, inclusive of so many personal touches and little details coming to life (some that we didn’t even expect which were nice surprises). We were fortunate to have over 100 of our family and friends attend and while it was a lot to coordinate, so many of our guests raved how beautiful + amazing everything turned out and expressing their appreciation of all the details that went into our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, Catholic ceremony, and wedding reception.
We were so lucky to have Lu, Kumen and Sheema coordinate and problem-solve everything with the resort, vendors, etc. all wedding weekend so we could enjoy each event with our family and friends. We also had Raquel who’s the most attentive bridal attendant that stayed with me all wedding day, keeping an incredibly positive attitude. She was so helpful in making sure I felt my best all day, knew when I needed a break, and even helped with my bridal party so they could enjoy themselves. Amorem also had their wedding content creator, Kat, capture the most beautiful video content from our wedding day that was shared during weekend. It was so special having Kat with us because we got to relieve so many memories the very next day and in the weeks ahead while we wait for our professional photos and video.
Words can’t express how grateful we are for the team at Amorem Weddings who have turned into friends. They are so intentional with each couple they work with, and it shows how much they dedicate to their craft in creating your dream wedding. Thank you to Lu, Kumen and Sheema for turning our vision into our dream wedding - it was truly the best day of our lives! -

The team was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond on our wedding day. Having someone on the ground in the same city was very important to us with planning a destination wedding and they were able to find ways for us to save money and get the most from our vendors. The day of coordination was flawless and we didn't even have to ask for anything, they were there and ready to help! We could not have had the amazing wedding we did without Amorem Weddings!! -

Wedding planner of your dreams
Where do I even begin… anyone who has planned a destination Hindu wedding knows it takes months to plan with many details in between. Without an experienced wedding planner, it would be impossible to achieve. There are not enough words to describe our gratitude to Sheema. In her calm, understanding and supportive nature she listened and took the time to make sure our vision came to light. She never made me feel like any ask was too much even when she changed venues and had to change all our decor. She really vouched for us when needed and really tried her best to help us save when we could. Our wedding would not have been possible without Sheema, Lucero and Bryan! Thank you all for all that you did!!! -

We are still gushing over how amazing our wedding was! Lu was the reason the day was so perfect! She completely understood my vision and was able to run with it. She was able to find ways for me to save $$ on vendor costs. We got married at the Majestic Elegance in Costa Mujeres. MY FAVORITE RESORT, hands down. Our wedding was our 4th trip back there in 2 years. We got engaged there and decided to also get married there. Due to COVID, there was a wedding boom at the Majestic. It wasn't always easy to get ahold of the wedding department, therefore, my travel agent connected me with Lu. As a type A personality, I needed someone that I could easily get ahold of and run ideas by! Planning a wedding in Mexico while you live stateside isn't as easy as you think. You can't easily go to your venue or transport decorations. This where Lu made our life so much easier. She was able to go to the venue and connect with the wedding department there. She had vendor contacts which allowed me to get decor at much cheaper price than the resort advertised. We used WhatsApp to communicate and she was always quick to respond. The day of the wedding, Lu showed up with a very thoughtful gift for me. She knew I loved Harry Potter from our conversations and she gave me the cutest bag. Also, Nic and I forgot to get Mr & Mrs champagne glasses for our toast but Lu didn't forget! Inside the bag were the champagne glasses for us to use. They perfectly matched our decor. I did end up bringing some decor from KC. I was able to hand that over to Lu and she took care of all the setup. Honestly, the way the decor was handled far exceeded my expectations. Not only was Lu there for the day of our wedding but two of her assistants, Marcela & Alex. Marcela was by my side all day and was able to help me with any questions. Everything went exactly as planned. I hear all these horror stories about issues but we didn't have any of that. Our day couldn't be any more fun! If you want to ensure you have the day you envision, you MUST hire Lu. She will take GREAT care of you!
Make sure to check out the Sip & Be Seated wall that Lu did for me! Each margarita had name tags on them which indicated the guest and their table number. A fun way to seat your guests! Lu handled all of that. -

Dream Wedding Thanks to Amorem Weddings!
Sheema and the Amorem team members are amazing and so easy to work with! Sheema helped my husband and I have our dream wedding in Cancun, Mexico. Sheema is very experienced in planning destination weddings and knew many of the staff members at Moon Palace which made the coordination and planning process so much easier. Sheema listened to everything we wanted in our wedding and made it happened. Moreover, all our weddings events went very smoothly with no hiccups because the team is very organized and on top of everything on scene at the resort. I recommend Amorem Weddings to every couple who is having a destination wedding because Sheema and the team members are great at what they do and genuinely care about you and your wedding needs! -

Extraordinary
We had the most amazing wedding thanks to amorem weddings and Lucero. Every detail was looked after by them and they helped curate my dream wedding. They were extremely patient with me and had the best ideas. You can tell that they are highly experienced in their craft and because of that they made all my dreams come true for not only my wedding day but for my welcome party and rehearsal dinner. I highly recommend them to anyone who truly wants to have an amazing wedding planning experience. -
