Alejandra and her team made our dream wedding a reality! We had a small family wedding that required coordination across three different venues (ceremony, boat, and dinner). Alejandra made the flow of the day feel effortless and seamless.
Her ability to think through the logistics while being so emotionally supportive and kind made all the difference. She took our vision and elevated it, managing the Month-of and Day-of details so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We are forever grateful to this team for making our day so special! -

I am so happy I found ABC Events to help us coordinate the most amazing day. Ale and Angie worked closely together with us to understand our vision, and help us fully execute our dream wedding. I met with them about a month out from our wedding, and they truly helped ease the last month of prep and planning. On our wedding day we got so many compliments with how flawless Angie made everything happen, and she was by my side to check in with making sure we were good throughout. I don’t know what I would have done without Ale and Angie. I truly owe the success of my entire wedding to Ale and her incredible team. I know that sounds dramatic, but we pulled off a Miami Beach wedding in just seven weeks—and somehow, Ale made it all happen flawlessly.
From day one, Ale was on top of everything—organized, professional, and always kind. She never complained, always had a solution, and her deep connections in the Miami Beach wedding scene were invaluable (it seemed every venue and vendor knew and loved her, from Faena to Soho House to the entertainment). Even my mother, who flew in from the U.K., wanted to take her home with her! We could all use an Ale in our lives.
If you’re considering ABC Flowers and Events for your big day, you 100% have my vote. Here’s why:
- Seamless Venue Coordination – Ale handled everything—venue visits, lighting, sound, setup, and liaising with coordinators—to ensure perfection.
- Incredible Floral Design – The quote was so reasonable we worried about quality, but the flowers exceeded all expectations. They were breathtaking! She even made sure to carry all the flowers/decor to the reception venue without anyone noticing!
- Vendor & Logistics Management – From booking buses and cakes to coordinating every vendor, Ale took everything off my plate so I could enjoy the process stress-free.
- Transparent & Budget-Friendly – Despite the last-minute timeline, Ale sourced, called, and personally visited vendors, passing along the exact quotes she received—no markups, just total transparency at an unbeatable price.
I still don’t know how she did it all (and I wouldn’t want her job!), but this company went above and beyond in every way.

The Perfect Wedding
Words are truly inadequate to describe all that Ale did for my husband and I. We got married in Miami at the beautiful Deering Estate in July of 2022. We were living between California and New York at the time and had no family/ connections living in Miami. We decided on that location as it was equidistant for all of our family members across the US. The wedding business tends to overcharge, so we were doing our best to save where we could. (Ex: buy our own charger plates, hire family for catering, DIY some of the decorations, etc.) We did partial planning with Ale, so we had a majority of our vendors picked. She helped us secure the final few for an amazing price and did a stellar job coordinating with the venue. As previously mentioned, we did not have any connections in Miami, but did a lot of DIY decorations. Ale, being the angel she is, stored a lot of our Amazon boxes and shipments in her house! Did I mention we had 250+ guests?! She was so selfless and a genuine help throughout. The day of the wedding, she coordinated contractors, vendors, and everything with ease and joy. The ceremony was smooth, the reception went off without a hitch, and to this day, our friends and family refer to it as the best wedding they’ve ever been to.
Due to covid, it was the first big gathering of our friends and family in a long time. Since the wedding, my family has suffered the tragic loss of my brother, who was in attendance. Although it was our wedding, I’d say it was his reception the way he lit up the dance floor and hyped up the crowd. This day couldn’t have been more perfect, and sincerely, it wouldn’t have gone this way without Ale. Her attention to detail, kindness, amazing communication, and commitment to following up and following through on what she was asked is understated.
We know this review is late, but we still wanted to take the time to truly express our gratitude. This wedding set such a strong foundation for my husband and I to build off of. Two years later, we are now proud homeowners, expecting our first child, and more in love than ever. We often reflect back on our wedding fondly, and even though he was originally against having a big wedding, he is all the more thankful now that we did. Ale helped us recognize the importance of celebrating joy and love. She was also incredibly affordable and working from a place of passion and genuine care. She was incredibly organized and on top of it all. We can’t express our gratitude enough for all she’s done for us. Sincerely Ale, thank you! Ale was absolutely amazing and really helped me make my dream wedding come true! She was organized, professional, understanding, great with communication and quick response times, and just generally really easy to work with. She made me feel like I was not just working with my planner, but a friend.
Ale also made the last month of planning and final details super easy and stress free. And, most importantly, my wedding day went so so smoothly! I honestly couldn’t have done it without her and I would highly recommend her/ABC to anyone in the wedding (or other event) planning process! -

Wow, where do I begin? Alejandra was my lifesaver for our wedding. Everything came out perfect and as planned thanks to Alejandra and her team. Alejandra couldn't have been more professional, caring, energetic, and very creative! She was super easy to work with, and my husband and I always felt calm after having meetings with her. Her assistant also did a great job of helping Alejandra out throughout the night. What I truly appreciate about Alejandra is her professionalism, communication and overall honesty. She wasn't pushy, but rather let us know her concerns or opinions in a very humble way. We could tell from the very beginning, that she loves what she does and she truly wanted the best for us. I cannot thank Alejandra & her ABC team enough for all the hard work! Alejandra was so responsive, supportive, and great to work with. I was a covid bride who had to reschedule and change venues and Alejandra was with me every step of the way. Anything I ever asked for she made happen. She took my vision and gave me a dream wedding setup, all within my budget. Between the florals, the flower wall and additional decor here and there, the day of coordination and all the additional services she offers and provides, I truly felt like I was in such good hands. My wedding was 2 weeks ago and I am still on cloud 9 with how everything turned out. I really can’t say thank you enough. The quality of service all around is unmatched and I am so very thankful that I enjoyed my wedding planning process as much as I did. Alejandra was very helpful in suggesting different types of flowers and arrangements to suit our budget, as she really knows about flowers! The decoration of the reception room was beautiful! Alejandra took care of many details not only of the flowers but of the room in general. On the other hand, she also offers the Wedding Planner service, and we were assigned Veronica, a charming girl who was on the lookout for all the details during the party. -
