Anna and her team were very professional, organized and well-connected with other top vendors. She connected us with each vendor to coordinate details and was available to consult us when we were uncertain about the division of responsibilities. She even went above and beyond by putting us in touch with someone to help plan a welcome party on our wedding eve. Her team arrived in plenty of time before the wedding, and worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure all vendors were setup, tables were arranged properly, and that my wife and I had everything we needed to feel at ease. Great Communication and Guidance!

We hired the Aloré team for their day of coordinating services for our 15 year vow renewal celebration in Miami Beach, FL. We appreciated their guidance, communication, and planning services from 1-2 months before our event date via email. They coordinated with all the vendors and event location, helped create an initial timeline with details we had provided them, and handled our table/chair rentals, as well as, florals which were absolutely beautiful. We had a few unexpected surprises on the day of the event in regards to the set up and layout of our original plan. Also, a new hire was assigned as our coordinator for the actual event day who was very sweet and friendly, yet needed a little more guidance than what we expected. Overall, everything turned out great and we had a special time with our closest family and friends. Thank you Aloré team!

Excellent experience working with Alore Events

The team at Alore Events was amazing every step of planning the wedding for my son and daughter in law. They were very professional, kept us on a timeline and guided us through the whole process.

Don't know what I would have done without Alore

Alore Event Firm was a great experience to work with. From Elopement to Family and Friends

Anna and her team were amazing. It started out as a small elopement wedding but once we saw the venue we needed to share the space with others. Pineland cottage is breathtaking inside and out. A dream location out of the ordinary “Miami” feel.

Our wedding day, sadly, called for rain but those showers of Blessings didn’t put a damper on our day or on the team from making it the most magical day I could’ve ever asked for. They kept track of the rain clouds and made sure to get me down the aisle before any major downpour. Thank you for making our day.

Alore Events Aced It!

Alore Events were fantastic to work with in making our dream wedding a reality. They were very knowledgeable with every aspect we wanted to accomplish and have a large list of top notch vendors to work with for every idea we had. Most importantly, when 3 days before our outdoor wedding was set to happen, we received news that torrential rain would make it impossible, Anna and the Alore team were able to relocate the wedding to another fantastic location which allowed us to have our wonderful wedding. Talk about a last minute save! The Alore team are truly the best wedding team I’ve worked with and I would recommend them to anyone who wants an exceptional wedding experience

Amazing Experience

Highly recommend!! Our wedding was in Key West in September 2020. Not only did we have to deal with Covid restrictions and policies but Tropical Storm Sally made an appearance during our wedding and Alore’s staff/Anna went above and beyond. Our day was perfect. Would do it over again and again. We are from Ohio and did all of our planning from out of state and we had no issues at all. Love Isn't Cancelled Thanks to Alore Event Firm!

Where do I even begin with Anna and her team! We knew we wanted to use her after experiencing her work with my brother and sister’s wedding.
With the anxiety of the entire city shutting down and weddings not happening due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, Anna gave a total sense of calmness and reassurance. Whether It was a backyard wedding or our initially planned wedding, she took it on with an attiude of “we got this, don’t worry!” She took every single detail from my inspiration page and made it into real life. Literally, from Pinterest straight to the ceremony and reception! The flow of the wedding day, at least to me, had no fault.
We utilized her as a “Day of Wedding Planner.” She took on the duty of handling all of the vendors and their arrival times, creating a timeline for the day of the wedding, guiding the rehearsal day, managing the entire set up at the venue, florals, and the breakdown of the venue.
Anna and her team also do florals, so I had the privilege of utilizing one person for two necessities! With the ceremony and reception space being simple and gorgeous, florals were the main accent.
From a Pinterest Board to real life, Anna and her team went above and beyond expectations!
Not only is she a wedding fairy godmother and our neighbor, she became family!

The Perfect Elopement and one stop shop

Alore events helped us plan our elopement and the best decision we made. Ana is a pleasure to work with and was a well of information. My now husband and I originally were thinking of a bigger wedding with all the bells and whistles but we already have 2 kids and both work so after back and forth we decided on an elopement but didn’t know where to start. We decided on the keys and started making a few calls to a some venues we liked but that was getting complicated due to fees even though it was just us two then finding the hotel but then Ana and Alore came into the picture and she helped us find a hotel which she personally hosted venues for with a beautiful view, started suggesting locations and options on what we could do for a “ceremony” and when we found our photographer it happened to be that she knew her too which was great! She took care of the flower bouquet and coordinated the pick up with our photographer. Everything turned out so beautiful and exactly what we wanted plus so easy (well after we failed on our own hahaha and found Ana) I would highly recommend her and Alore Events. I know we had something very intimate but she had it on autopilot and it was second nature to her so I’m sure a bigger wedding customer would experience the same level of attention and assistance.

The best wedding experience I could imagine

Choosing Alorè was the best decision we made for our big day. Well worth every dollar! They were so sweet and helpful. From the first day we met they were very accommodating with my busy schedule and it was easy to make time for meetings. I mostly worked with Anna who has so much knowledge in all things wedding related. She truly has a gift and you can easily tell this is her passion. She was our day of planner and did all of our florals. She helped alleviate all of my stress. Our floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful and our chuppa was breathtaking. Everything was exactly how I imagined it and then some. They were able to work with in our budget and provide a vendor list for everything. They helped with every little detail. When our big day came I knew it would be a breeze and indeed it was. I always here stories about couples not being able to actually enjoy their big day due to mishaps, but we were able to enjoy every minute of it thanks to Anna and her team! My husband and I can’t thank Anna enough for the most fantastic wedding experience. She definitely exceeded our expectations.

Even though I only used their floral services, Cassandra was very helpful and went above and beyond to recommend other vendors for services I was looking for. Anna and Cassandra were very hands on. I gave them photos for inspiration and had amazing feedback with creative ideas I absolutely loved! Anna was very patient with me as I was constantly changing ideas around. I truly appreciated the way Anna suggested alternative ways to use my florals to keep everything within my budget. She was very quick to respond via email and always updated the invoice when needed. Cassandra was VERY organized and even double checked my order to make sure everything was on point. I am still in love with how everything came out for my wedding day. The wedding arch, sweetheart table, reception tables, even my mirror seating chart was decorated with Anna’s flowers. My forever favorite will always be my very own bouquet Anna made me. I was obsessed!!! She delivered exactly my vision! The bridesmaids bouquet were beautifully done as well, wrapped in macrame to match my boho beach theme.

Cassandra and the entire team at Alore did an excellent job! I would absolutely recommend them, especially to anyone placing a destination wedding. We are from DC and our wedding was in Miami. The entire Alore team put so much time prior to the event to make sure that they had every detail to make our wedding run smoothly. They were extremely helpful in coordinating the traffic of guests, making sure no one entered the church at an inopportune time, ensuring everything was delivered when it was supposed to, and making sure that the vendors were on the same page as we were when it came to the schedule and details. It took so much weight off our shoulders and really allowed everyone to not worry about any responsibility and just enjoy the wedding day!

Our event was not a wedding, but a Prom for a private school. I would ask for videos or pictures of past events they have done in the past.
One thing I like about this company that it is responsive, and they listen to you. One year one of the props collapsed! The company took care of it, and used what it could salvage what was left. They are concerned because they know they are judged by what people will see at the venue! This is my 5th year with them and not disappointed yet.

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Alore Event Firm was and how lucky I feel that I found them! I wasn't sold on the idea of a planner at first because I felt I could, "do it all myself" and I am sure glad I didn't! Alore was worth the money and I would have easily paid them triple in hindsight! The entire process they were in touch, keeping me updated and quick to respond even though I only hired them for my Day of Planner. I never felt nervous being 3,000 miles away and planing my wedding which was such a relief! They had a way of remaining professional yet relatable and fun which I totally fell in love with :)
When I met Anna N. a couple days before my wedding I knew I hit the jackpot. She rocks my world and on the day of my wedding I felt like she was not only the grand orchestrator but one of my best friends. She will forever hold a place in my heart for making my wedding day amazing and keeping everything in line without me having to worry. We retained the Alore Event Firm to assist with the floral design for my daughter’s wedding on February 18, 2017 to include florals for the ceremony, pre-reception cocktail party, and the dinner reception. We worked with Creative Director, Anna Noriega, who was very professional and very precise. We provided photographs of the floral design that my daughter had in mind and Anna was immediately on the right track. The bouquets were the most stunning I have ever seen. The Arbor used for the ceremony and the florals along the aisle were beautiful. The centerpieces for the sweetheart table and the guests’ tables were very elegantly displayed. Anna was creative in repurposing the bouquets for decorating the food stations and bars. The floral decorations for the dessert table were lovely. We were extremely pleased with everything. Alore was absolutely indispensible at our wedding. We hired Alore as both our event planners and our florist and could not have been happier! As the groom the floral arrangements was not something that I focused on throughout the planning phase, but when I saw the completed project I was astonished at how their work enhanced the venue. The time and planning that they put into selecting the specific type of flowers, greenery and centerpieces was clearly evident and amazing. The buttoners that the groomsmen wore were exactly to specification (small and unobtrusive, but elegant) and the additional touches that were placed around the venue brought the entire event together.

As event planners Alore was fantastic. They were attentive to every call or email that I wrote and almost instantaneously reached out to us with any concern that they may have. They single handedly saved us thousands in rental fees when the suggested the perfect number of portable heaters and advised us against securing a tent for our event. Perhaps most importantly, throughout the wedding process they acted as a perfect buffer. If we had trouble reaching out to a vendor regarding any matter Alore handled it immediately and professionally. They kept our (large) wedding party on schedule during the rehearsal and on the day of. Finally, the level of attention that they gave to the bride was unprecedented, any little thing that she needed was immediately taken care of. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend Alore and Allie, Anna, Esther and Marina to anyone that asks.

Alore exceeded my expectations in every way. Without a doubt in my mind, I recommend Alore to anyone getting married. My husband and I just got married on January 23rd. We hired Alore as our event planners and our florists. Allie, Anna, Esther, Marina were always professional, helpful, and so nice. Whenever I had questions, they would take the time to answer them completely. They met with me several times to go over decor and flowers. Anna, the owner, would be in one our meetings, helping us pick out flowers. On the day of our wedding, when I walked into the venue and saw all that they had done to make our wedding perfect, I was floored. It was beyond my dreams! I want them to know how thankful I am because my wedding looked straight out of a magazine but still so personalized. We worked with Alore planning our wedding for about a year and they took the time to get to know our vision. But they went above and beyond our vision!! Out of all of the vendors we hired, Alore was the very very very best! Their attention to detail and also their honesty was impressive. Not only was my wedding beautiful because of them, but throughout the wedding, they made me feel like a queen. Whenever I did not have a drink, Marina would get me a mojito. At some point I lost my groom and I really wanted to dance with him to a song, Marina went and found him. Allie made sure that my groom and I were happy, having fun, and also that we ate. Anna's flowers, including my bouquet, were beyond anything I could have imagined - so beautiful and elegant. Esther created the wedding timeline for me and helped me revise it till it was just right. I had a minor miscommunication with a vendor and Alore took charge and straightened everything out! They are such a wonderful team to have on your side. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made. My guests have told me that my wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever been to and I credit Alore for that!

We used Alorè for our destination wedding in December at The Pelican Resort and absolutely loved everything about working with them. They helped us with Day of a Coordination and also did our florals. They helped design a look that matched my budget and brought to life my Pinterest page. They kept us on track with our budget and recommended some great vendors that actually extended us discounts. We also had the ability to ship our packages to them which helped with putting together out welcome bags by not carrying everything with us on the plane. We inquiried with varies other companies prior and felt the most genuine love for their job from the girls at Alorè. We never felt stressed leading up to our wedding knowing our event was in great hands. My husband still says the best money we spent was on them!

Alone Event Firm made my husband and my dreams come true on our wedding day. We consulted with them on our wedding vision from the start. Anna had clear information and advice to help us make decisions and go through the process flawlessly. Anna and Jeremy came from Miami to upstate New York for our "barn chic" wedding. They did our florals (flower crown, bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages), event decor setup and breakdown, and makeup for myself, my mother and bridesmaids. Ladies, if you think that you don’t need a Day of Wedding Coordinator, please let me convince you otherwise. Specifically, the coordinator NEEDS to be Anna from Alore Events. Countless friends said that I was the most relaxed bride they had ever seen, but it was because I knew Anna/Alore Events was handling it all. From meeting with me from a month beforehand to get vendor contacts, to making a detailed timeline of day, Alore Events coordinated everything from the biggest to the most minute detail. When storm clouds were forming on our wedding day, Anna consulted me on our back up plan and presented it in such a way that I was not stressed out about the rain at all. At 5:15 when 100% of our guests had arrived, Anna had enough foresight to suggest that we start the ceremony earlier to avoid the rain. Her thoughtfulness never ceased to impress me. Without asking, she sent catering staff to bring me and my girls drinks/appetizers while I touched up my hair/makeup so that I would not miss out on cocktail hour and even sent her girls to guard our First Look area so that our moment would not be interrupted. At the end of the night, her team collected all of our belongings and accounted for all of our gifts and envelopes. I want to sincerely express my gratitude and appreciation for all of their hard work. Everyone was so kind, genuine, thoughtful and pleasant. They made my wedding day stress free and handled any unexpected problems with tact, style, and grace.
My only regret is that I did not know about her sooner because I would have had Alore Events do everything for my wedding!

Alore came highly recommended by several well-known wedding industry professionals in South Florida and they were every bit as good as we hoped. We used Alore as our wedding day coordinator and it was a pleasure watching them work. Their team was incredibly responsive, organized and professional while still keeping a fun, positive attitude that we found calming throughout the day. My wife and I had an unusually complex wedding plan with multiple guest hotel locations, separate wedding/reception venues and a reception location that used multiple floors. Allie, Carolina and team are truly great. I interviewed a lot of planners before I decided upon Alore Event Firm. Allie was so ready to take the challenge of planning my complicated destination wedding in under 4 months (wedding, reception, and after-party all at the same venue but in different spaces. Her "can do" attitude made me instantly sure that I could rely on her and her team.

She was so good about balancing my design and aesthetic choices with my budget and with her industry knowledge. She made everything that we wanted happen. She was great at navigating the multiple opinions and priorities. Her team was professional, organized, and communicative. I honestly could not have done it without them!

Anna and her crew are amazing! She incorporated all our ideas to the tee. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests! The booth definitely kept guests coming back and having fun with crazy props and pictures strips they could take home! The coffee stand and D.J. display and lighting looked amazing! I am extremely thankful for all the guidance Alore gave me throughout the entire year prior to the wedding. The vendors reference and the service was extraordinary. All of my emails were answered immediately and with the best responses I could ever ask for.

I initially met with Anna and she was friendly, quick to respond, and provided the most flexibility in customizing a package based on my needs. We booked her to provide vendor recommendations (since we're out of state) and then to help coordinate with vendors and week-of/day-of coordination. Alore nailed it for our perfect venue, a place we hadn't even heard of previously.

About half-way through the planning process, Anna had a family occasion conflict with our wedding date. She told us she was committed to us first, but if we were to turn over her services to another team member, Demi, she would offer us a floral credit (I won't share the amount, but it was generous). We had communicated some with Demi via email anyhow, so after a phone call to get us all on the same page, we felt confident saying ok.

It turned out perfectly because I really enjoyed working with Demi. She was so patient, so kind, and SUPER-responsive. As Anna promised, she arrived later that evening, to the reception. None of this was a negative; it all turned out great and the entire Alore team was FANTASTIC the day of the wedding. It was absolutely worth every penny, even for this budget bride, to have them handling the chaos the day of the wedding. Demi was also wonderful leading the rehearsal on Friday evening.

Alore also did our flowers, which were great. The ceremony & reception florals weren't exactly as I was envisioning, but considering they were basically free, they were fantastic. The bouquets were perfect. Overall, I highly, highly recommend Alore!

From the moment I contracted them as my wedding planners, this team has been exceptional in easing me through the process of wedding planning. I was a very hand-on bride who wanted to have my nose in the entire process but had to manage a full time job along the way. It was a great comfort having the Alore team to guide me on every step from choosing my vendors, dealing with situations that would arise with vendors, and to assuring the day of my event was executed without one hiccup!
I will definitely recommendation to any bride or party planner out there!

All I can say is WOW!!!!!! I don't know how to find the words to express how grateful I am for all of Anna and Demi's help throughout the entire wedding planning process. I had a lot of trouble with my venue from the very beginning. Our original catering coordinator had promised us the moon and the stars, never put it in our contract and then up and left the hotel! Anna was there by my side, representing me the entire time. Pascal and I live in Tallahassee and we were getting married in Miami, so you can imagine planning a wedding 400 miles away is not an easy task. Anna and Demi consistently went above and beyond to ensure our day went exactly as we had planned. I can honestly say that my wedding day was the best day of my life. Anna really took the time to get to know me, my fiancée, and my family. If ever we came across any little bump along the road, Anna and Demi handled it in stride. They literally saved our wedding on multiple occasions!! Our original florist with whom my mother and I signed a contract with over a year before the wedding, got fired from the flower shop, never told us and skipped town three weeks before the wedding! As I called Anna hysterically, her first words were "don't worry, I'll take care of you." You can't imagine the comfort and relief I felt from that moment on. Anna knew my vision and ran with it. I had never felt more secure about anything, even weeks before the big day I knew that I was going to have my dream wedding because of her. Anna and Demi created the most beautiful fairy tale atmosphere that was more beautiful than anything I could've ever imagined.I still get goosebumps when I think about the very first moment I saw our reception space. It literally took my breath away! Anna and Demi are not only organized, poised, and knowledgeable, they are also the most professional women I have ever met in this business. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this a day one Pascal and I will never forget. We love you!

I have always dreamed of having a beautiful wedding and true enough I did!!!! This couldn't have been possible without the help of ALORE EVENT!! Anna Noriega is a beautiful woman inside and out, she listens to your thoughts, gives you suggestions, and transforms your ideas into a reality on the wedding day. Her staff is incredibly professional and sweet. We had the pleasure of having Demi at our tasting and there was no single complaint. Since the day I signed contract, they both kept in touch with me through e-mail and text. They always made time for me on the phone even though I only hired them for the day of the wedding. Whenever I had questions they were only a call away which I really appreciate. The morning of the big day I had helpers in my house from Alore Event ironing my bridesmaid dresses, helping my family members get ready...... and also stopping me from tearing every time I got sentimental :) Yes, it's the happiest day of your life but you'll tear from so much emotion, so I definitely encourage you to have Alore taking care of details as you focus on yourself and try to enjoy the special day. Trust them they know what they're doing. I really can't describe how helpful they were!!! At the end of the night my husband and I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked, it was as if we had done it ourselves. All because Alore Event was able to picture our dream and make it come true.

If you plan to marry once, choose professional vendors who will make your day unique. Their service is worth the price. Beautiful memories deserve the best and that would be Alore Event.

Anna was amazing!! I enlisted her to do my florals and she gave me exactly what I wanted!! Aside from doing my florals, she set up my dessert table and gave me an endless amount of advice, tips and ideas. She allowed me to bring my own DIY vases which ended up saving me a lot of money, AND she picked them up from me when they were ready, saving me a trip to her studio. She held my hand through all my decisions and she was more like a friend than a vendor throughout this entire process. Most importantly, out of all the florists I met with, Anna was the ONLY one who was able to carry out my vision exactly as I imagined it and at a very reasonable price. I will recommend Alore to all my friends and future clients!

Anna, brought tranquility and organization to the chaos that a bride and groom may encounter before their big day. We planned the majority of our wedding and decided to get a planner a month and a half prior to the wedding not knowing how much her guidance and expertise would actually help us as the wedding day approached. We had an issue with a vendor, and Anna was with us every step of the way providing comfort and solutions with upmost professionalism and ease, and taking a proactive approach to resolve the issue. Anna is a true professional but also a pleasure to be around. Demi was also amazing to work with and a great help on the day of. She was ready to help wherever needed without even being asked to do so. She is friendly and sweet and also extremely professional. Alore Event Firm made our wedding run smoothly and that was no easy feat. They ensured that all our dresses were steamed, the timeline was being adhered to, placed all the gifts/items in the room/safe and much more that wasn't the norm. A bridesmaid had the zipper of her dress break and they ensured that a hotel seamstress came up to fix. Alore's staff was phenomenal and waited hand and foot on us. I forgot to put my garter on and they made sure to go get it so I would have it on in time for the toss. Our wedding could have ended up a big fiasco, but they saved the day!

As the Mother of the bride, I had expected that alot of responsibilities would fall in my lap the day of the wedding, but in fact I didnt have to do a thing! Our wedding was on Saturday & we had an *AMAZING* outcome! We had gotten engaged in South Beach last summer & knew we wanted to go back for our wedding. I had no clue whatsoever on how to plan a wedding from NJ w/o traveling back to Miami--until I found out about Anna Noriega :-) She gave me tons of tips, lists of vendors to choose from, responded w/ a quickness to all of my emails which made things sooo much easier to plan this past year! All of the vendors we went with that Anna suggested, we loved. Me and my BP had our bouquets, hair, & make-up done by Alore (Alore Event and Alore Ink) as well & all were amazing jobs- we got tons of compliments. Anna met us on our rehearsal on Friday to run through thngs & it was awesome to finally meet her. She's super friendly & sweet. Alore made our event stress free!!! This is the second time I have used Alore for event planning needs. Whatever you need, Anna and her team are at your service! The venue was gorgeous and breathtaking! Alore's team has an eye for design from venue set up, table cloths, flower arrangements and more! I've been in the event planning industry for over 8 years and without a doubt Anna Noriega / Alore Event Firm are one of my personal all time favorite vendors. Many event planners excel at a few services and connect you to other vendors to handle event aspects they are unable to accommodate; still a great event but multiple checks, load ins and time tables are in no ones best interest. Anna is what I like to call 'a one stop shop' and a guru at knowing what a client wants before they even realize they want it. Definitely someone you want planning your wedding, especially if its at Nikki Beach.

Alore Event Firm, with Anna Noriega at the helm, designed an elegant and beautiful table for my very special event. My event was an intimate dinner for 13 people at The Angler's Boutique Resort. I wanted the room to look extra special and contracted Alore just for this task. It was a no-worries transaction. Because of Alore, and especially Anna Noriega, my dream wedding became a reality!! Everything was beyond perfect and I could not have hoped for anything better!! Anna has great tastes and managed to convert the Holiday Inn's reception hall into something fitting for a magazine photo shoot, which was amazing due to our limited budget! The tables and linen were decorated beautifully, the uplighting was perfect, and my makeup was amazing. Most people think I spent twice as much as I did for my wedding! Also because of Alore my wedding started on time and everything went perfectly throughout the night. The day of the wedding was completely stress-free and I was able to completely enjoy myself!! It was because of Anna and her team that my husband and I were both able to actually sit back and enjoy our wedding day! Ana and her team at Alore Ink far exceeded our expectations and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Ana swept in to help after I attempted to plan our entire wedding on my own from start to finish. Only a few months away from the wedding, we had to wrap up planning quickly and seamlessly. Ana understood my needs and vision beautifully, from the hair and makeup to the reception decor.
