Our day was stress-free because of Bree!!
From the very first meeting, Bree brought such calm, joy, and organization to the entire wedding process. Every detail was handled with care — from timelines and vendors to the little touches that made our day feel uniquely “us.” On the wedding day itself, everything ran so seamlessly that we were able to just relax and soak in every moment. Bree was there to handle everything from wrangling the bridal party, to fielding questions from vendors, to making sure all the countless details were perfectly taken care of. Her talent and presence let us fully enjoy our very special day!! I can’t imagine planning such an important event without her!! -

All About Events!
My daughter was recently married and we chose AAE to be our wedding planner! There was not one moment when I doubted our decision. Bree and Brianna were supremely organized! They are very kind, thoughtful, and willing to do all the little things to make every detail perfect!! I cannot thank them enough for helping to create my daughter’s dream wedding!! Hiring AAE was the best decision
I CANNOT RECCOMEND AAE ENOUGH!!!! I worked with Bree and Brianna for the final stages of our wedding planning and they are the SOLE and ONLY reason our wedding was the day of our dreams. They eased every stress and worry I had and truly allowed me to be present and enjoy our big day. It rained on our wedding day and Bree and Brianna worked side by side with me and our photographer to rearrange our whole day of timeline site on scene so we could get the photos of our dreams in a new location where we could stay dry. Bree was the last person I was with before I walked down the aisle and it was so fun to share in that excitement with someone I was eternally grateful for. I will DEFINITELY use AAE in the future. -

Destination Wedding in Aruba (Highly Recommend AAE!)
I cannot say enough good things about the AAE team. My wife and I just got married in Aruba for a destination wedding and had multiple events over a week's span all coordinated by AAE. Below are some of the details of my experience working with AAE:
1. They are fairly priced. We quoted many planners and Sarah and her team were reasonable in their requests and had no hidden fees.
2. They are ALWAYS available. There was never a time where we could not reach either Sarah, Stacey, or Nikki. Calls, texts, emails, they always made sure we were answered in a timely manner and never made us feel like we were a burden.
3. They never say No. Throughout the entire process, everything we asked for they made happen. We had a budget, and they always found a way to present us with multiple options for everything we requested.
4. They are VERY creative. Every idea we had, they put their own spin on it and elevated it to the next level. We literally did 5 custom days of events with custom structures. They made a complicated process look simple.
5. They are good people. Simply, their entire team are family first people who are hard working and ethical. They are not snooty or fancy shmancy, just genuine hard working people who want to deliver for their clients and their families.
I cannot recommend them any stronger. You WILL get the results you want by choosing AAE. Working with Sarah and her team was the best decision my wife and I have made together to this day! -

Excellent month of planner!
Stacey at All About Events was an absolute gem to work with. I had all the major planning/design finished but she expertly consolidated all of the contracts and arranged all of the final steps meetings and setup that would have been incredibly anxiety-provoking and time-consuming. They picked up our cake from the bakery and brought to our wedding venue. Our wedding day was a breeze because of her and Andrea, all we had to do was show up on time at the beginning of the day to get ready and they did the rest!! They also arranged our complicated seating chart/favor table of plants in alphabetical order in such a cute way!! If you are on the fence about getting a month of coordinator, this is your sign to do it!! You will never regret it.-

Bartram's Garden Wedding
My husband and I used AAE for our wedding design needs as we wanted a more non-traditional style day. Bree was our designer and absolutely crushed bringing the vision to life with the help of Ambien Lighting and Vision Furniture Event Rentals. We had a private 'family only' ceremony followed by remaining guests arriving for cocktail hour/reception, with a 'cocktail' style reception. For our reception we had no assigned seating or place settings and instead we had a variety of table sizes with two lounge areas and multiple cocktail tables. Nikki helped create and design our signage. Both Bree and Nikki were very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and made our day seamless.-

Absolute Best!
Sarah and Nikki went above and beyond to give us the most incredible day of our lives! Frankly, they did the dang thing. Beyond walking us through all of our basic steps, they provided us with the best vendor recommendations they had experience with already but never pushed for anything just guided us and gave feedback! With both of our work schedules being opposite they were extremely helpful keeping us on a timeline and planning meetings to fit our available times. Amazing communication and always thoughtful with responses - we could truly trust them with anything! They thought of the little things that made everything smoother and helped us keep organized with budgets/bill deadlines as well. They were also so fun, personal and easy to talk to about any of our worries. Our day couldn’t have been better or more comfortable because they were on point with every part from getting ready to photos and transportation to the aisle and even staying until the guests made it back. We always felt taken care of and in the best hands. Could not recommend more for anyone looking for the ultimate wedding planners out there! Thanks, Sarah and Nikki and all of the AAE team! -

Great job and Great attitude
I am a wedding decorator/florist. I have just finished up 2 events with “ALL ABOUT EVENTS” and I am so impressed with the detailed involvement by their team and the perfect PEACE OF MIND they allow the bridal couple and family to enjoy. Many event planners create chaos to solve, All About Events just seems to have such a wonderful attitude, and grip, on the entire event, and all the moving parts involved - and all with a smile!! -

Invaluable experience with aae team - highly recommended!
After our engagement, my fiancé and I debated whether or not we needed to hire a planner. We already had our venue & date selected, the band under contract, and a connection to a local florist. Did we really need to spend more money on a planner? So, we started to look around and came across Bree Tomar at AAE. We really liked our initial talks and thought, well, at least if we sign up with them we'll have some extra help but most of the hard work was done.
What ended up happening was that Bree, and Andrea from her team, became an invaluable source of knowledge and guidance for us throughout this entire process. We thought we had all of the heavy lifting done, but in reality, we just had never planned a wedding before. Bree and Andrea created a full budget for us to track expenses, checked in regularly whether it was 11 months out or 11 days out, pushed us to make the necessary decisions when we may have gotten sidetracked with work / life, and sourced other critical vendors that we needed to book in advance. On top of all of that, they coordinated with each and every vendor, created an incredibly detailed itinerary for the day of, and helped complete our wedding website.
Thanks to them - our wedding day went off without a hitch. Their experience in this area is extensive (they knew every vendor on a first name basis) and their execution was flawless.
I would recommend AAE to any person thinking about using them. The value far exceeds the cost and allows you to truly enjoy your wedding day!

BEST Planners of All Time!!!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Bree and Andrea at All About Events. From the second Bree came on, she was an absolute rockstar. She was so knowledgeable and has such incredible experience, we were in awe watching and listening to her during vendor meetings! We knew we were in the best hands from our very first kick off call. The team was extremely organized, putting together the most detailed and seamless timeline, allowing for us to just sit back and enjoy our wedding. The day and night went so smoothly, we felt relaxed the whole time and it was truly because of the AAE team. The number one compliment from our wedding party was how easy and seamless the day felt. Aside from the quality of services they provided, their kindness and excitement about our day was amazing. The Best Money Spent
If you are on the fence about signing on AAE to plan your wedding, think no further and sign the contract, you won’t regret it. We used AAE’s final stages package for our wedding and it was the best money we spent on the weekend. It begins about two months prior, which is perfect (and they were also available to consult as-needed months before). The thing about AAE is that they truly work for you; your other vendors will tell you that they do, they will tell you that your venue has a built in planner and you don’t need another, but everyone has an agenda and competing priorities. And even if you consider yourself an organized person, the amount of logistics your wedding requires is endless, and remember, you have a day job and a life. AAE has your back and thinks of everything, it’s like having a ride-or-die wedding best friend in your corner the whole time; whether coordinating logistics or really just quelling your pre wedding stress and pumping you up, they are amazing. Nothing is too large or small for them to tackle, and the peace of mind they bring cannot be overstated, specifically the week and day-of. They have this uncanny ability to make you feel so special, like your wedding is the only wedding they are planning, and nothing is more important than you. They are also just extremely nice people and lovely to spend time with. Having them as part of our day was truly a gift. Would do it again in a heartbeat. I already miss them! -

Best Wedding Coordinators Ever!!!!!
Cannot say enough good things about Bree and the team at All About Events. From the moment she came on as “Final Stages Coordinator” , she had our back 100%. No email went unanswered, no phone call ignored, no text i responded - they made the crazy weeks leading up to the big day as smooth as they could be.
As someone who planned their wedding 100%, it’s hard to relinquish control even when you think you have jt all under control. If this is you, i cannot stress enough that someone like Bree & AAE is BEYOND HELPFUL!!!!!!!
The day off, she had the bridal party under control, everyone on a flowing timeline, and everything organized. From helping bustle my dress to giving me hair ties when my hair was flying in my face and getting the lipstick stain off my dress, they were prepared for everything! I cannot say enough good things and would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for a seamless day!!!

We cannot say enough good things about All About Events. As someone who was in the events industry for many years, it was hard for me to feel like I could sit back and fully enjoy my wedding weekend (when I know all the work that needs to be done behind the scenes). Thanks to Stacey and team, I was able to not only relax and be fully in the moment, but my friends and family said it was the most chill they had ever seen me! Stacey had amazing input, was incredibly detail oriented, and organized all our vendors with ease. She was kind, calm, patient, diligent, and always looked very put together! My only regret is not signing them on to help us sooner in our wedding process — 100% recommend! -

I would 100% recommend to have your wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market with All About Events. Christina, Stevie, and Louis were fantastic in making our wedding reception a truly special event. From the beginning of venue planning we knew that we wanted Reading Terminal Market. We did not know how amazing and efficient the team at All About Events would make the entire wedding planning process easy. They are extremely knowledgeable, organized, and patient every step of the way. Our guests are trying to convince us to have a yearly anniversary party here so they can all come back again, they keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to....and I agree! absolutely essential
AAE was absolutely essential to the execution of our dream wedding. They were wonderful partners in planning along the way, as well as just great people to be around. We decided on the full service planning package because we had a lot of other stuff going on in our lives at the time and needed the support. The AAE team, led by Bree Tomar and Courtney O'Connor, helped us find wonderful vendors based on our tastes and interests, all of whom were wonderful. They made hiring vendors and making selections as easy as it could possibly be. Beyond the quality of the services they provide, their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, we could tell they were just really excited about our vision and willing to stretch to make our dreams come true. It was just so much fun. The greatest gift was that I never had to worry that our wedding would be a great success, because we had AAE at our side. Hiring them was probably the most important decision we made for our wedding and we will be forever grateful. -

So worth it!
The whole team at All About Events take care of you as if it were their own event.
We were a covid wedding and Bree took care of us through the whole crazy, unknowing process. She kept us up to date with communication of the venue and switching of dates while coordinating every vendor to the new date.
I felt at ease wedding planning having them by my side. Sarah executed our wedding day and the only thing I had to worry about was not crying from how beautiful everything turned out and ruining my makeup. They were great to work with, so professional, and our wedding came out perfect! I would not second guess using them. -

Amazing attention to detail
Bree and Courtney took all of the stress out of wedding planning and planned and executed the perfect wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and confident every step of the way. We're very detail-oriented and got ahead of ourselves at several points during wedding planning, but this never phased Bree and Courtney. They took it in their stride and did everything they could to calm us down. They thought of things we never would've thought of and were so prepared on the day. Thanks to Bree and Courtney our wedding day went as smoothly as possible and they were always available to make sure we ate or got a drink or to bustle the wedding dress. We also used their design services and the end result was amazing. We literally cried during the room reveal. Everything Bree and Courtney did was above and beyond anything we ever could've imagined. All About Events is Simply the BEST!
Bree Tomar was a pleasure to work with from the start, in early 2021, of the planning for our daughter's July 2022 wedding. Bree's personal experience and relationships with the highest of quality vendors was invaluable as she guided us in choosing the best of the best, as well as her experience with all manner of specific details ranging from the timelines to the transportation for more than 180 out of town guests throughout the weekend. Bree's professionalism, positivity and deep experience in executing complicated affairs made this large wedding weekend run seamlessly. AAE was exactly what we were looking for
Bree and the team at AAE, from start to finish, were professional, courteous, diligent, and understandin and flexible to help us in exactly the ways we needed help.
They were responsive to our wishes, provided super-helpful advice throughout the entire process. They helped us make the wedding "our own", and on top of that were really pleasant to work with.
I don't know what they could have done to leave a better impression. The wedding was perfect. -

Took the stress out of wedding planning!
Sarah and her team were incredible both leading up to and during my wedding. I got engaged in March of 2020. As you can imagine, this started wedding planning off on quite the stressful foot, exacerbated by the fact we had to postpone a year - from 2021 to 2022.
When we connected with Sarah for our second date, the tension immediately started to lift. She provided guidance and structure, and not only calmed me down logistically by taking tasks off my plate, but also emotionally. She and her team - especially Nikki! - were so kind and understanding, helping us tackle any issue with expertise, patience, and care.
Sarah, Nikki and the team made sure that every idea we had was executed properly, brought their own ideas in to up-level our vision, and ensured that not a single thing slipped through the cracks. Niki was so sweet and responsive, answering my many random texts and phone calls.
I can not imagine planning and executing my wedding without them! -

Absolutely amazing
I don’t even know where to begin! From day one, Sarah and Nikki were absolutely amazing!!!! I got married May 6,2022 at Renault Winery in Egg Harbor NJ. Having AAE as my wedding planner was by far the best decision I made!
My mom and I say it to this day, we don’t think we could have pulled off this wedding without them. Sarah was so organized and always on top of everything, questions she’d ask vendors that I would have NEVER thought to ask, ideas for the wedding I would have NEVER thought to do, scheduling and meetings were always set for us and I never once felt left questioning anything. My wedding experience was enjoyable and I seriously give all the credit to Sarah and Nikki.
Nikki, went above and beyond for all of our signage. I showed her pictures of what I had in mind and she absolutely delivered! Everything she did was amazing and added such a unique touch to our wedding. I had so many people ask me about our seating chart and couldn’t wait to brag about Nikki’s work! Not only is her work insanely beautiful, Nikki was so helpful with scheduling and making sure everything was on point for the day of. I can’t tell you how many people said how helpful and on top of things she was at the hotel getting everyone on the shuttles to the wedding! Which was one thing I was nervous about with such tight timing. Nikki made it all work and I couldn’t be more grateful!
Having both Sarah and Nikki by my side during the whole planning process made me feel so at ease and taken care of. But I have to say day before and day of really showed how AMAZING they are! From the Rain ruining my outside ceremony dreams to them being so on top of making the inside ceremony even better than imagined! To them running around morning of the wedding to try and find us our lunch that was never delivered. They Literally do it all!!!!
I wouldn’t have had it any other way! I could go on and on, with how much I appreciate both of these women!
AAE, thank you for making my dream wedding become a reality. It’s a memory steve and I will never forget!

Best planners of all time!
AAE is the best in the business - we had the most amazing wedding weekend and it was all because of our AAE planner Bree and her amazing staff!! Bree is super attentive, detail oriented and such an expert in the industry. Highly recommend working with AAE - incredible service and great people!
Where to begin? From start to finish, the AAE team was incredible to work with. They entertained every idea we threw out there during the planning phase, and on the night of the wedding, they executed everything perfectly. It is such a treat to walk into Reading Terminal Market every week and remember that night. The way AAE turned the space into a wedding venue that our family and friends still talk about today so quickly was amazing.
So many of our guests mentioned how the AAE/RTM staff were kind and helpful, and we truly had the time of our lives thanks to their efforts. We would absolutely recommend AAE to anyone looking for a venue or planning team for their wedding. We are forever grateful for the experience they made possible for us. -

Rehearsal Dinner
My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at Reading Terminal and it was everything we could have wanted and more! Most of our guests were traveling from out of town so we wanted a a fun venue that showcased the essence of Philadelphia and could accommodate a large amount of people. The All About Event staff was easy to work with and made planning stress free. We were able to serve so many Reading Terminal favorites while guests mingled in a cocktail party-like atmosphere. The rehearsal dinner was the perfect start to our wedding weekend, guests are still raving about the food, ambience, staff and service! -

Could Not Have Done it Without Her!
Our family hired Bree Tomar when 2 daughters got engaged within 14 days of each other in 2019. Each selected dates in 2020 and planned for completely different weddings - not only in venue, but size, esthetic, and design. Everything was rolling along nicely until 2020 hit. Needless to say, little happened according to plan after that.
The first wedding was in August in a bucolic setting with 100 people; the second scheduled for November in Philadelphia with 200+ guests. Turning on a dime was required to rearrange the August event and the November wedding had to be rescheduled 2 times! With that means rescheduling bands, hair, ceremony, ....
Thank God for Bree! Bree's connections, positive attitude, experience, professionalism, desire to please, and good sense saved the days. Not only were the events perfectly carried off down to the last detail, but Bree and her team can do this seamlessly. The weddings were special and even with the government restrictions, everyone was happy at the end of the day.
When difficulties arise and brides have their lifelong dreams turned upside down, Bree held us together. I can't say enough good things about Bree and her team. She is an exceptional person and is excellent at her job! A true gem!!! (We all miss working with Bree.)

First Class Wedding Planning!
I cannot say enough good things about All About Events, LLC. My husband and I would never have been able to put together or experience the beautiful wedding we ended up with in December without the amazing help and support of the entire AAE team.
From the very beginning Sarah Zaun, was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us options and tips that fit into our complicated lives. We were in awe of how seamless the process felt throughout all of the ups and downs. During the height of the pandemic, on more than one occasion, Sarah helped us reschedule and extend contracts with our vendors due to our decision to delay our wedding from December of 2020 to December of 2021. Not only did she help keep us on track and calm, but was able to keep us excited about our pending nuptials (which was hard to do at times, as one might imagine).
We live out of state, so we relied on AAE for all of our vendor referrals; the flowers, music and photography were all top notch and simply amazing! The day of our wedding, Sarah Zaun and Nikki Foster led the charge, working with all of the vendors, our venue and family to ensure we were able to simply enjoy our special day, stress free!
AAE went above and beyond at every single turn, without hesitation. They have a first class attitude and approach to event planning. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to put together an event, big or small, and hope you're lucky enough to work with Sarah Zaun and/or Nikki Foster. My husband and I will 100% use them again if we ever plan another event up in Philly!! -

Exceeded all expectations
It is hard to know where to start for this review, so I will start at the beginning. When we got engaged in 2019, my mother and I interviewed a handful of different wedding planners. I know how my mom and I can be and we needed a personality that would work well with ours. I think after we talked to Bree we both agreed she was the fit that was best for us, so we hired her and not just for one wedding but for my sisters too! Bree was and is a god send. From our first meeting she always kept our vision and budget in mind. She helped navigate 3 wedding dates and moving vendors and resigning contracts several times. My mom and I joke that we would have not been able to do it without Bree. When we saw our new venue, Matthew and I were really disappointed. Bree promised the day would be special and she didn't let us down. Together with the vendors they turned our tented, outdoor venue into a one of a kid venue made just for us. On the day of the wedding, Bree and her partner Bridgid were very professional and on top of every detail. So many times during the weekend we heard from our bridal party how wonderful Bree was and how they all wanted a "Bree." People often ask us what went wrong the day of the wedding and we answer nothing and it's the truth. I don't know how many things actually went wrong but Bree and Bridgid shielded it all from us and executed the day without a single problem. Matt joked in the beginning that we didn't need a wedding planner, and the other day he was telling a newly engaged friend that they need a wedding planner above all. Bree -- thank you so much, you have become a very important person in our life and we are forever grateful for you! -

Fantastic experience!
Working with Bree Tomar of All About Events was the perfect fit for my daughter and me and we don't know how we would've done it without her. Use Bree (from AAE) if you want a flawless wedding day
Bree made every single step of the planning process (which I’ve always known from others to be excruciatingly stressful) fun, exciting, organized, efficient, and just an overall flawlessly executed day. “Grateful” doesn’t begin to cover it. She was a joy to be around, but also knows how to get sh*t done. Kept us on a minute to minute schedule (without it ever feeling stressful or rushed) and literally wouldn’t even let me get my own drink. Took care of me like she was my sister or mom or best friend. Not to mention handling ALL vendor communication leading up to the wedding which took a huge weight off of my shoulders. No question, the wedding would not have been ANYwhere near as amazing or well-executed without her. Worth. Every. Penny. -

Created the night of our dreams!
I can't even put into words how incredible All About Events was. We had our Wedding at Reading Terminal Market and transforming that place into a Wedding venue is SUCH a feat. Christina, Stevie, and Louis pulled it off without a hitch. From the very beginning, we trusted All About Events with everything and we were right to do so. We had to postpone our wedding for a year due to COVID and the mask rules changed two days before our wedding. Christina was there with us through every single roadblock, proved herself as a problem solver, and made us feel like she cared about us like family. As the event drew closer, Stevie helped to assure us with floor plans and maps of what everything would look like. We dropped off our decorations the day before and when we stepped into the venue, they set everything up EXACTLY as we pictured. It was like they read our minds!! Louis was an absolute freakin' ROCKSTAR the night of and was running around like crazy making sure everything was perfect. He was also making us feel like he was having fun, which is always what you want for anyone at your wedding.
The absolute icing on the cake was when my grandfather showed up. Christina remembered that I had mentioned that he liked Tastykakes and she brought him one when he arrived. It brought me to tears. I cannot say enough about these people and I will be FOREVER grateful for the memories they gave us. -

Anyone out there getting married DO NOT HESITATE to work with Bree and her team. My (now husband) and I were supposed to be married New Year's Eve, and I didn't consider hiring a coordinator, because I thought I could do it on my own. Once covid hit and we had to reschedule, I was feeling overwhelmed and reached out for help. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because (covid aside) I had no idea what all is involved in the weeks leading up to the big day, the details, and the million things you don't even want to think about day of. Bree and Lauren are professional , thorough, unbelievably knowledgeable and well connected, and will help you coordinate the exact wedding and celebration of your dreams plus so much more. My husband and I planned our wedding within 3 months and it would have never been possible without Bree’s help!! Beyond our wildest expectations!
2020 has been a really tough year. Easily the biggest highlight for us was our wedding which just preceded the onset of the COVID pandemic. To say that we will be eternally grateful to All About Events—and especially to Sarah Zaun—would be a massive understatement. We first met with Sarah almost a year before our wedding and it is not an exaggeration to say that we spoke with her almost every day for that entire year—on weekends, holidays, sometimes even from different continents. Even though we knew Sarah was incredibly busy running an entire company, she managed to make us feel as if we were her only clients. Without her help, we’re not sure we’d have ever gotten to our big day. Sarah covered literally everything—she walked us through finding and choosing every single type of vendor, helped us negotiate contracts and made sure we were getting the absolute best value. And her advice was always spot on. Not a single detail was missed and by the time we got to our wedding day, the All About Events operations team was a small army ready to execute about a million tiny little steps and moving parts into one seamless event. Every second of the day was planned out. It was honestly amazing. And let’s not forget that working with All About Events lets you have your reception or event at the single best space in Philadelphia—Reading Terminal Market! How could you have a better party than one where your guests get to walk around eating DiNic's, Beilers and tons of other food from the best vendors in the city? And wait until you see the Market transformed from its hustle and bustle into the most unique and best event space you’ve ever seen—it’s like magic.
We could go on pretty much endlessly about how grateful we are to Sarah for putting up with all of our crazy questions and anxieties, for keeping us calm and making our day so perfect. Suffice it to say we could not be more grateful and cannot imagine going through that process with anyone else.
Thank you so much Sarah and the whole amazing All About Events team. We miss you guys and can’t wait to see you all at some RTM events when life gets back to normal.

Best Wedding Ever because of All About Events!!
How can I even begin to thank Sarah and Bree enough for the most beautiful and perfect wedding (even during COVID-19!)? These women are the most fabulous, organized, caring, innovative women I have ever worked with and my wedding would have been lost without them! When I initially began planning my wedding in November 2019, it never even crossed my mind to hire a wedding planner; I thought I could do everything by myself. Fast forward a few months (with a very different world) and I felt completely stuck. We considered moving our date out just to give me more time to get organized and that’s when Sarah and Bree came into our lives and truly saved the day! Not only did they help us transition to a new venue 47 days out, the transition was so flawless I wasn’t even overwhelmed. Planning a wedding during COVID-19 is never easy but once they came in, I was actually able to enjoy parts of the planning process! Not only did they find the remaining vendors I needed, create the most extensive timeline I’ve ever seen, and attend every planning meeting, Bree even offered to drive and pick up my cake tasting which was 45 minutes each way, when I couldn’t make it one day! The day of my wedding, my mother and I were able to enjoy and relax knowing that our wedding was in their most capable hands! I couldn’t recommend them enough and my family has already decided we need them for all of our future family events! -

Best wedding planner!
Where to begin, Bree has been the best thing that ever happened to planning our wedding! She has made the process seamless, takes control and remembers all the little things, along with going over all our contracts and contacting our venders. Along with making sure everything is in place for the big day. Her knowledge and instincts are in-line with us and she listens and is able to anticipate and present things she knows we would love. We are supposed to get married June 6th 2020 which is still unfortunately up in the air do to Covid-19. With all this going on and having Bree and her team there for us has made this process less stressful. They answer all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner, without even skipping a beat they have contacted all vendors to go over the next steps if our wedding does gets postponed. Not only has Bree done all this for us she has been there for us emotionally and just a support for us through this difficult time. My husband, myself and our families had the absolutely pleasure of working with Bree. My mom was very worried about being located in New York while the wedding planning was going on in Philadelphia. Bree eased all of my mom's worries and handled all the meetings, calls and planning effortlessly. She asked the questions of vendors we didn't even know we should be asking. She was always readily available for our various questions via email or phone. The absolute best!

Amazing!
This review is long overdue! Sarah and the All About Events staff are amazing! Sarah was recommended to us way back in 2012 when planning my first daughter‘s wedding. When I asked my husband about hiring a wedding planner, he had no idea why we would ever do such a thing. After the wedding, that same husband said that hiring Sarah was the best money we ever spent! It was Sarah and staff that proved his initial response to be dead wrong. They do and think of EVERYTHING and NOTHING is too much trouble. When my second daughter planned her 2015 wedding, Sarah was one of the first vendors we made sure was available. When my son got engaged and they planned their wedding for June of 2019, we hired Sarah even though my new daughter-in-law is an amazingly organized perfectionist! We had three large Center City Philadelphia Cescaphe and Finley catered weddings with many moving parts/extras and three perfect weddings thanks to Sarah and All About Events!!!! -

Amazing day, perfect execution, and a ton of great memories with All About Events
Bree and All About Events should be the go to event service for anyone getting married! Bree and her team were on top of all of the details from the moment we started working with her, handling all of the details, timeline, and even creating spreadsheets that we could use for our budgets.
Where I cannot say enough great things about Bree and her team even more is when we got close to the event. The detailed organization and working with the vendors was a stress reliever for my wife and myself and our families. Everything was handling and execution was perfect for every part of our timeline from the ceremony which started perfectly on time, dances, speeches, and even the time she ensured she would give us to take in the moment and enjoy our food and venue.
Many times people thing they can do this themselves, but I can tell you without question that hiring Bree and All About Events was a great decision and our day wouldn't have been the same without them!

Awesome wedding planners
Our son and his future bride live in San Francisco, the bride's parents live in Philadelphia and we live in New York. The wedding was in Philadelphia and given the involved geography, planning was going to be a challenge. In came All About Events and the planner for our wedding, Bree. Suddenly, the challenges were gone and the planning went as good as it could get. All our worries were taken off the table and Bree handled everything. In fact, when we asked the kids anything about the event, we were told, "ask Bree;" and of course, she had all of the answers for us. Best timetable, best music, best transportation and hotel arrangements. Nothing could have gone better. I highly recommend this company and in particular, Bree. Any questions, "ask Bree." -

We loved our experience with All About Events
We had our wedding at Reading Terminal Market on August 3rd, and we cannot recommend the team at All About Events enough. They made the planning process stress-free, and our wedding day was even better than we could have imagined. We worked with Christina the most throughout the planning process, and she, Stevie, Louis, and Demitra were all so wonderful. They were always quick to respond to any questions, organized and detail-oriented, and just all-around lovely people.
So many of our guests were amazed at how quickly the AAE team could change the ambiance of the space and work seamlessly with our vendors to set everything up in just about an hour, since the Market closes at 6:00 and our ceremony started at 7:00. And I keep getting compliments about how attentive the AAE staff was to our guests who needed anything (e.g., one of our guests has a nut allergy, and we let AAE know in advance, so they made sure to bring him over food that was prepared just for him). We wanted for nothing the whole night, and multiple guests came up to us after to rave about the team (and a special shout out to Louis here, because he made a few of our family members feel pretty special).
If you're looking for a venue that is a bit less traditional (in the best possible way - imagine getting the entire Market to yourself with no crowds!), but will still get guests excited to eat, drink, and dance all night, I can't say enough about Reading Terminal Market. Just a sidenote to mention the food was excellent (since you can choose essentially any item that any vendor at the Market serves) and working with Molly Malloy's was also a breeze (and AAE helps to facilitate that introduction since Molly Malloy's handles the bar packages for events). We are so glad we chose Reading Terminal Market as our wedding venue and had the opportunity to work with All About Events! -

Everything was perfecct
When we booked our venue (Reading Terminal Market), we had an event coordinator at AAE who left a few months later. Our interaction with her was always positive - even thought I was a literal crazy pants asking a million questions. The transition from her to Hailey was seamless. Hailey and Stevie took the time to meet with us, answer our questions, answer more questions, and execute a perfect vision of our wedding. Seriously, it was more than I could have ever hoped for. Louis kept us and our parents fed and hydrated. He was super attentive. The entire AAE team went above and beyond! The thing that was tough with having our wedding at RTM (since it is an unconventional venue) is the back and forth between the vendors, AAE, and us when trying to tweak the menus etc. However, Hailey and Stevie kept the communication moving and always explained everything in detail. The wedding planning process was way more difficult than I imagined (because I did a lot myself to save money) but, even though I was ready to give up and just go to the courthouse, I'm so glad I didn't. This team made my vision and my day the most magical, wonderful experience of my life. Thanks so much, guys!!! -

Bree and AllAboutEvents are AMAZING
We cannot imagine planning this wedding without Bree. She is extremely knowledgeable in every single aspect of wedding planning to the point where we are confident this massive, 3-day, 300 person wedding would not have been close to as magnificent without her. She impeccably planned every single step in the process including details we never would have thought of on our own. We originally tried researching venue, band, flowers etc. on our own and were not super pleased with the quality and pricing. After finding Bree and her team at All About Events, Bree presented us with various options with exquisite details about all of the choices. We ended up taking every single one of Bree’s recommendations for these major aspects of our wedding and we honestly could not have been happier with the results. Everything ran incredibly smoothly in the months, weeks, and days leading up to our wedding and Bree made sure we didn’t miss a beat on details. The wedding was perfect and Bree’s team was FABULOUS in making sure things ran seamlessly so we could enjoy our wedding day without a single worry! All of our guests were so impressed saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended and they all mentioned how amazing our wedding planner, Bree, was! Outstanding, Way beyond our expectations!
I can't say enough about Sarah and her team at All About Events. She literally made all of our dreams come true for my daughter's wedding day. It was a day out of a fairy tale, and the only negative thing I can say is that it had to end! I think the most important characteristic I love about Sarah is she planned our wedding as if she were planning her own. She always wanted to make sure everything perfect, and never stopped looking for the right vendor, or clarifying our thoughts, to make sure the vision for my daughter's wedding was fulfilled. And it wasn't easy considering my daughter's vision was "Black Tie Rainforest!" She totally pulled it off to perfection! Sarah and her team are so great to work with. She has a genuine love for her work and gets her satisfaction out of seeing her clients dreams come true. -

Best. Wedding Planner. EVER!
Sarah Zaun and the team at All About Events is absolutely top-class. Myself and my now-Bride had specific visions for our wedding in downtown Philadelphia and Sarah + team helped turn them to reality. The team spent 18+ months assisting us through the process and the end-result was a wedding out of a fairy tale.
I need to also mention the Grade-A care they deliver on the actual wedding day. It felt like I was at a 5-star luxury resort on my wedding day with the service and attention given to me to make sure I was doing OK and had everything I needed. If you're planning a wedding, it would be silly of you to do it with anyone other than Sarah and the team at All About Events. Do it and you won't regret it!!! -

The greatest $$ spent on the wedding
I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without All About Events. This is coming from a girl who had no interest in a planner but was a planner was loving forced upon me by my dad so me and my mom didn't kill each other. Ha! Now that the wedding has happened, I am so grateful for All About Events because were such a huge part of the process that I am not kidding you, me and my mom couldn't hang up out last call with them without crying like babies! There is so much that goes on in a wedding, that having a team like the one Sarah has built at All About Events to help you through the process makes it so much more enjoyable and fun experience. Sarah and her team are also just such down to earth, fun and nice people that you want to work with them. The vendors they guided us towards were absolutely amazing. Best Investment Ever
As a former party and event planner, I knew all the details needed, but considering this was my daughter’s wedding and she had 3 brothers and a new family, I wanted to enjoy my day rather than constantly be wrangling bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls; checking photographers, food service etc. investing in a planner made the planning and execution a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Bree was outstanding. She knew all of our vendors and had a wonderful relationship with them. She was able to have everyone in place as well as happy. Considering there were 6 flower girls as well as the bride’s brothers etc. that was amazing. Every detail was covered.
I cannot rave enough about Bree.-

Amazing experience with All About Events!
The team at all about events was outstanding for my wife and I throughout the entire stage of wedding planning. They were organized, flexible to changes and requests, and diligent in answering our questions and with follow ups. I truly felt like we were in great hands the whole time, and the delivery and execution of the actual event was all we could have hoped for!
Because Reading Terminal Market is a non-traditional venue, we (well, mostly my wife!) had a lot of questions, changes, and suggestions. Sarah and the team eased a lot of our concerns - they allowed us to customize everything that we wanted, but also were so helpful with recommendations for what has worked in their experience. Hoping I get to go to another event at the Market planned by All About Events soon! -

Our experience with Bree was incredible. Thanks to her, the planning of our wedding went as smooth as possible. The event itself went on with great success. We really got to enjoy the day because with Bree and her team coordinating/directing, we were able to confidently sit back and not worry.
Our wedding was center city, modern, gay wedding (structural modern feel / manicured not flowery), day time, kosher brunch, about 250 guests.
From the large aspects of the wedding that were executed perfectly to the small touches that left each guest feeling involved - Everyone loved it! And we owe that to Bree! -

All About Events (Bree, Stevie, Lewis, and Sarah) did a wonderful job with the planning and operations on the day of our wedding at Reading Terminal Market. From the very beginning, all of the communication was clear and their organization was very professional. After our initial face-to-face meeting, the AAE team put us both at ease and we knew where we wanted to have our wedding ceremony and reception. Leading up to our wedding, AAE met with us several times including a complementary open house making sure all of our questions and details would be covered. On our special day, Bree, Stevie, and Lewis worked tirelessly at what I would consider a unique venue to get everything setup quickly and beautifully. They were fully engaged and energetic throughout the evening/night and any request that was made was always answered. To give you an idea of how wonderful our experience with AAE was, here is what my HUSBAND wrote to Sarah a few days after our daughter's wedding, 9/1/18, at John James Audubon Center. This comes straight from the heart: We would like to give our sincere thanks , appreciation, and admiration for the job Bree Tomar provided our family in creating Amanda and Dan’s phenomenal wedding. We do not have enough superlatives to describe the outstanding and wonderful job. From every step of the process, Bree provided and led the way with her experience, knowledge, and expertise in all of the endless details required. Bree facilitated the elimination of much of the stress that comes with putting together a wedding. The results of her interaction and leadership were nothing short of spectacular. Where we were told from person after person to enjoy the day and remember to just go with the flow, Bree eliminated the so called “go with the flow” and she had the numerous vendors playing like a World Class orchestra, not a note was missed, played off key or out of sync. The only words that we can think of is that we are "giddy" over the results. Bree Tomar was fabulous. We got a “day of” planning package, which begin 8 weeks before our event. Bree was professional, outgoing, and as happy for us as if we had known each other for years. She coordinated all of our vendors, worked closely with the caterer, florist, and photographer, and beautifully managed all the details of a complex event. On the day of the wedding, she was literally everywhere, making sure that things were going according to plan. I would use her again in a heartbeat. -

We got married on June 2, 2018 and couldn't have done it without Bree and Bridgid! We had a rather large wedding and having someone there to double check the details in the contracts, ask the questions you're too busy to remember, and be there to hold your hand when your freaking out was truly priceless. AAE worked my brother' wedding last year and I was so glad my parents wanted to bring them on board for my wedding. We selected the "final stages" package and it was totally worth it. The master day-of timeline the girls created was so helpful. Everyone knew exactly when and where to be- which was super helpful considering we were trying to stay ahead of the 100% chance of rain. The ladies did a great job planning and executing our large, wild bunch and they even kept the rain away (riding, but really). Thank you to AAE and Bree and Bridgid for allowing me to ignore the stress and details, and enjoy the day and little moments with my now husband! AAE is the best and I would recommend them 100 times over! -

It was 90 days from our wedding day, my fiancé (now husband) was in the midst of grad school hell, I was launching a new career and business and I thought I could handle all of the wedding planning. False. During a frantic call with my mother and mother-in-law they finally convinced me to throw in the towel and allow a professional to step in and take over. Best. Decision. I've. Ever. Made. (Aside from getting married of course.) From the very first moment I met Sarah & Bree I felt an incredible weight lifted from my shoulders! We hit it off and they took our vision and plans and brought it all together into the wedding of our dreams! The week of the wedding the forecast called for an absolute wash out on the big day. They were able to arrange a valet service and tenting from the one building to the next of the venue. No one got wet! The tables arrived two days early, they handled it. The hotel and after party venue was a nightmare, they handled it. They took over communication with the hotel so I could keep my sanity. When the hotel issues went beyond the wedding day they didn't blow me off, they handled it until everything was completed. Our wedding was unique for many reasons, one being that we are a same-sex couple. Sarah and Bree never made us feel uncomfortable, awkward or timid. We were making a lot of things up as we went as we had nothing to base our ceremony off of and were the first in our friend group to get married. Sarah and Bree offered their creativity and expertise to help us create the perfect day. Their interaction with our families was fun, care-free yet the epitome of professional. Class acts all the way! We want to have another major event so we can hire them again! I tell them to this day, "There would have been NO wedding without both you!!" -

When we tell people we were having our wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market, they were always a little surprised and their next reaction was "that is going to be SO COOL!" And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was.
But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions.
The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE.
We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. I hope that we get to go to another event at the market soon, and we will certainly keep them in mind for our 10th anniversary vow renewal!!!!-

My fiance and I are so very happy that we found All About Events in our early wedding planning phases! I would have never thought that one of our favorite places in Philly could also be the most perfect and unique wedding venue! We are having our ceremony and reception at the Reading Terminal Market (which we really couldn't be more excited about!) and none of it would be possible without All About Events. All about events was the best decision that my husband and I made regarding our wedding. Honestly, I don't even know where to begin because Sarah, Bree and their team were such an important part of our wedding I shudder to think how it would've turned out without them.
My husband and I thought we would be saving some money by throwing a little bit more of a casual wedding. We decided to host the ceremony in our home and then throw a block party for the reception. As the headcount started to rise and the details started to become so intense they were mindnumbing, we quickly realized that we were in over our heads.
What you don't realize is that when you start to plan a wedding that is a little more unique, you realize that you just don't know what you don't know.
Sarah and Bree earned the cost of the planning 1000 times over. I truly think that my wedding was amazing because of them. They were there every step of the way and even became a liaison between us and our parents and our families so that we didn't have to answer 1 million stupid questions all the time. That alone saved my sanity and probably my soon to be marriage!
Even on our wedding day we were assigned a lovely girl who was there just to make sure our cucumber margaritas stayed full!
Words cannot express how truly indebted I am to those two women and their entire team. I had the most amazing wedding and there is no way we would've been able to pull off such a ridiculous, fun day without them.
Even when it torrentially down poured during my ceremony on the roof deck, Sarah and Bree remain calm and positive which helped me get through it with a smile!
In summation, I know that I could not have done this without them. Maybe, some people can plan a wedding and execute it on their own but I just don't know why you would want to. Sarah and Bree have dropped down from the Wedding heavens and they are here to help you make your wedding amazing and memorable. -

I wish that I could give Bree and Sarah from AAE 10 stars. I cannot express just how much we are thankful to have had them on board for our wedding day at Normandy Farms. We did the Final Stages package and it was probably one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. You don't realize how many decisions, small details, and how much needs to be coordinated the day of so having Bree and Sarah was incredible and I am not sure how we would have done it without them. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sarah for the absolutely unbelievable job that she did putting together our cookie table that we had after dinner. We had over a hundred dozen cookies made for our wedding guests and she created the most amazing showcase of them and it was a true highlight of the wedding!! Bree kept me calm all day long and made sure everything was absolutely the way we wanted it to be. I truly feel like I got to experience my wedding instead of just letting the day get away from me because of these lovely ladies. Would absolutely HIGHLY recommend them for any event but especially for your wedding day!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! -

Truly exceptional!!
Sarah (Morrison) Zaun and Bree Tomar were the "Executive Producers" of our (outside) tented wedding, in December, in Pennsylvania...can you say, "daring"? Doug and I were married on December 3 and from the day we starting planning, Sarah and Bree were my dynamic duo. They were creative, responsive, attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took our ideas and vision and with their experience and know-how, produced an end result that exceeded our expectations and positively blew our guests away!! AND, they did this while being respectful and cognizant of our budget all along the way. We simply could not have asked for a better experience.

I had an amazing experience with All About Events! From my first meeting to our wedding day, they were professional, attentive and supportive. We had a tight budget that they absolutely helped us stay within. We wanted a wedding that was 'outside the box' and they helped us to create our vision. Bree and/or Sarah was at every vendor meeting we had to support us and helped us to stay on time with all of our planning requirements. The day of the wedding, I did not worry about a thing, knowing that everything was in their hands and taken care of. Hiring them was the best decision we made. We had the most beautiful wedding day ever and were able to enjoy it without worrying about the small details of organizing vendors or guests. My only advice to brides thinking about hiring this team...let them do their job! They are experts and know what they are doing, sit back and enjoy the experience instead of trying to control every little detail. They will take care of you so that you can enjoy your wedding and have fun! -

Couldnt ask for a smoother wedding rehearsal dinner, everyone couldnt stop raving about it and everyone involved seemed like they were doing their darnedest to make sure I didnt worry about anything, and actually enjoy being around my guests! My fiancé and I live ~ 3 hours from our wedding venue. We also both work full time and are in school part time. The thought of planning our wedding from a distance on top of everything else was extremely overwhelming to me. For sanity's sake, I started looking for a wedding planner in the Philly area and thankfully I found All About Events. From my first phone call with Sarah, I felt a huge sense of relief. She talked me through her process and I was sold. I booked her and immediately she and her team went to work finding vendors and making sure everything was on track. All of the vendors Sarah recommended seemed great and the ones we ended up booking were all phenomenal. It’s apparent that she knows a wide network of vendors and only recommends the best. She and her team (Bree and Christine) answered all of my question along the way. Knowing I had them in my corner kept my stress level down. Closer to the wedding, she put a timeline together, coordinated with all the vendors and set up a seamless and perfect day. My husband and I both feel like our wedding was perfect for us and I know we couldn’t have pulled it off without Sarah. I highly recommend her and if I had to do it all over again, my only change would be to call her sooner in the planning process. -

I worked with the All About Events team while planning my wedding at Philadelphia's Reading Terminal Market. It was such a pleasure working with the team including Adrienne and Sarah. From the very beginning they make you feel special and understand the importance of your big day. They are also conscious of your budget and will work with you to find ways to make your day as special as you could have dreamed it.

Our wedding coordinator was Courtney, and she was amazing! She played the role perfectly, and was prepared for each step of the process- as well as other small details for the day of. I have had many compliments on my wedding day, and I can proudly say that I could not have done it without her help and guidance. The price for their services provided can't compare to the non-monetary efforts on her part being supportive and also preplanning for my well-being the day of the wedding. She has exquisite balance between knowing when to offer opinions, providing ideas, and also coming up with proactive solutions for things I wanted, that couldn't be done (like gold spun cotton candy- it doesn't exist and if it does, it isn’t edible). I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone getting married to contact a wedding planner, and I strongly suggest using the services that All About Events can provide. They knew the venue, the vendors, and also worked seamlessly with other vendors they met through my wedding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All About Events!!!! Sarah is FABULOUS and my wedding would not have turned out the same without her!! I originally tried planning my wedding on my own, but became overwhelmed with about 5 months to go. Hiring Sarah was the best decision I made. She took an enormous amount of stress off of me and recommended amazing vendors! She set up appointments, made my hotel welcome bags, delivered all of the decor/accessories to my venue, and gave me TONS of advice that I would never have even occurred to me. The week leading up to the wedding and the actual wedding day were the most valuable. Sarah made everything come together and the entire day ran so smoothly with her help. It was so nice to have a "go-to" person for organizing everything and for handling any issues that arise on the day of (and no matter how much you plan, stuff will happen!). On my wedding day, it started thunderstorming during photos and my hair got pretty messed up and wet. Sarah pulled out a bunch of bobby pins and a hair curler and fixed my hair in no time!! All of the little things throughout the day~ holding my bouquet for me at the right moments, reapplying my lipstick, making sure I was getting food, directing guests, and directing all of my vendors, truly made my wedding day perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and her company, All About Events. She is a true professional. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND :-) Absolutely fantastic!!! At the very least, you should hire her for the month leading up to your wedding and definitely the day of your wedding. It is worth it!!! -

I can't find the words to express how incredibly amazing Sarah is to work with. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I am so grateful for all of her hard work. In the middle of my planning, I decided to look into hiring a DOC and I am so happy that I did. As someone who is very organized and who likes to have control over everything, I was totally calm during my wedding weekend because of Courtney. Leading up to the wedding, she was always an email or call away - she answered all of my questions and offered suggestions when necessary. Without a doubt, Courtney went over and beyond just her “day of” responsibilities. She assisted me with developing a timeline, coordinated with my vendors, ensured all of my DIY elements were properly displayed at the venue, and kept the day running as smoothly as possible. Throughout all of it, Courtney always maintained a very upbeat and relaxed attitude. During my wedding, many people commented on how calm I was and I have to say a lot had to do with having Courtney as our Day of Coordinator. My husband was hesitant at first with hiring a Day of Coordinator, but afterwards said it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. I cannot say it enough – if you can afford to hire a Day of Coordinator, hire All About Events. Because of Courtney and All About Events, my husband and I, along with our families, were able to relax and enjoy our wedding weekend. Courtney ensured our wedding day was carried out exactly the way we dreamed of and planned. For that, we are forever grateful!

After we got engaged - Sarah, being a good friend of mine, was my go to person for wedding questions. I could text, call, or email day or night and get the quickest response. I never thought I would need a wedding planner, but now that I've had the pleasure of working with Courtney and Sarah, I can't imagine not having them help me though the process! It's not easy to find the advice I was looking for online, so the best thing you can have in your arsenal is a planner that has been there! We had only 2 months to pull together a full wedding and reception and we could not have done it without All About Events. Obviously with only 2 months to plan, I was assured to have more than a few moments of panic, but Sarah and Courtney were cheerful and positive with every single interaction I had with them. No matter how stressed I became, by the time I was done with any type of conversation with either Sarah or Courtney, I felt excited again for my wedding day. That alone was worth every penny. The best part is their cheerful nature was not phony or ‘put on’. They empathize very well and understand how important a couple’s wedding day is.
Our wedding was gorgeous. All About Events provided lots of organization for the whole process (how else could a wedding be executed flawlessly with only a couple months to give to the planning process?) and referred me to some exceptional vendors who did an amazing job. Sarah made herself available for late night phone calls and worked around my crazy schedule to do the needful. And no matter what last minute idea I had, they would let me know that they would facilitate it and it became one less thing that I needed to worry about.
By the time the wedding came, we already knew we was going to have a great time, but the feedback from our guests was overwhelming. Our guests loved the setting and were so impressed at how effortless the evening was, yet completely organized and enjoyable. Thank you Sarah and Courtney!

All About Events, specifically Sarah, came highly recommended by a friend of mine who works in the wedding industry, which, to me is the best recommendation you can get. Initially, I was just looking to hire her and her staff to help out with the ceremony, since I had such a large wedding party. We were on a pretty tight budget and figured we could handle everything else but had no clue what we were doing when it came to the ceremony. I met with Sarah a little over a month before our wedding, and sat down with her and her staff and told them what I was looking for. Without being intrusive, she asked about details and what I had set up so far in regards to vendors, itinerary, etc. She recommended that we think about using her as a day-of coordinator because of all of the coordination that was necessary (we had a 2:00 ceremony and took pictures at a different location beforehand, not to mention had to get the full bridal party hair and makeup finished within about four hours – which is not a lot of time for 12 women). She had convinced me after a couple of minutes of explaining what it was that she would do, but convincing my fiancé that it was a necessary expense was not as easy. Fast forward to the wedding day and both of us know for a fact that it would not have been as smooth as it was if it weren’t for Sarah and her staff. We got to enjoy the day and night with our families and friends, and not worry about timing or vendors or anything. She was always right there but not in the way, and both my fiancé and I are extremely happy that we spent the money. Right off the bat I felt as though Sarah and I had been friends for a long time, and as much as that may not sound like a big deal, when you are giving the handling of the details of the most important day of your life to someone, you want to be able to trust that they will do everything in their power to make it the BEST day of your life. And she did, and it was…hire All About Events, you won’t regret it! -

I remember the day we first started wedding planning. That night I couldnt sleep. I was so stressed out and tossed and turned all night. A friend then recommened All About Events and shortly after we met with Sarah. After our meeting it was my fiancee, Paul who decided to hire Sarah. And from then on, it was like a weight was lifted off our chests. We really had a lot of fun planning our wedding. We were lucky to get to create our own reception with our own ideas while Sarah and her team took care of all the coordinating with the vendors, the budget, the phone calls, etc. As the wedding creeped up and things got stressful, Sarah was available pretty much 24/7. Taking phone calls, emails, texts very early in the morning to late at night. On the day of the wedding everything went extremely smoothly. It was the most magical, beautiful day of our lives and we really have All About Events to thank for that. All About Events are seriously the best!! Sarah and Courtney are so professional, easy to work with and vert knowledgeable about weddings! Whatever you want for your wedding - All About Events can get it for you! Sarah and Courtney know many vendors and are able to get what you want and in your budget as well! My wedding would never have happened if it wasnt for them! I am so thankful and recommend them for anyone planning a wedding! They are seriously the BEST! -

Sarah and Courtney were nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! They did my day-of coordination (which came with meetings before, as well as coordination of the rehearsal dinner). They really made sure that every detail was perfect and kept me so calm before and during the entire weekend. I am very, very detail-oriented, and they brought so much to my attention that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. To have them coordinating with ALL the moving pieces allowed me not to worry about all of the logistics (which was a big weight off of my shoulders). The weekend wouldn't have been nearly as perfect if they weren't a part of it. I highly, highly recommend All About Events. I was truly able to relax and enjoy our day, as I knew they were taking care of everything, making sure it all ran seamless! Not to mention, these two are wonderful people, who are just fun to be around! THANK YOU!!! -
