This might be a stupid question - but how did you estimate the timing for the bridal party walking down the aisle? We have 11 bridesmaids and groomsmen and I'm not sure how to figure out the timing....

Has anyone bought a sample wedding dress? I got mine for 20% off since it was the sample and its overall in great shape but I'm getting nervous because the tulle on the bodice has a tiny hole in it....

I'm reading online to expect a 20% decline rate but that seems pretty high - we are inviting 225 people. How many people did you invite vs how many people actually RSVP'd yes?
