My FH Jeremy and I met back at the end of my freshman year in high school in 2001. He had already graduated the year before but at the time I was dating a friend of his. My brother is only 11 months older than me and around the same time started to hang around the same groups of friends. Even though that relationship didn't work out I still came around with my brother and hung out with everyone, including my now FH. After high school I started to lose touch with everyone except for the occassional party. In 2006 I gave birth to my wonderful and handsom son whom I wouldn't trade for anything in the world. When I gave birth to him Jeremy and all of my old friends came to see my son and I. I was so happy to see them all there. Then, in April of 2008 Jeremy came home after going to boot camp and his required training school. I went to his house for his suprise welcome home party. Later that night he got up the nerve to finally ask my out. I could not have been more elated bacause I always had a thing for him but thought that either  he wasn't interested or i wasn't good enough. Since that night we have been inseperable. Jeremy proposed to me while just the two of us were in Gatlinburg for my birthday in October of last year. We were alone at our cabbin and I was not expecting him to pop the question at all. Not that I hadn't thought about it many times but we had never even talked about marriage so at the time I didn't think he would do it any time soon. It was perfect and romantic. We are now getting married in September and I can't wait to begin this new chapter in our lives. And best of all my son is excited too. He will be 5 in August and likes to tell everyone that he gets to carry the rings.
