Our story began 26 years ago freshman year at August Martin High School in Queens New York. We sat together in the auditorium many free periods joking teasingly but oddly enough explored nothing further than a friendship. After graduation, we went our separate ways to college and to the adventures of life. The buzz about our 20th year class reunion introduced us to Classmates.com and thus began our email exchanges. We made plans to attend the reunion and hang out afterwards. A night of dancing opened the door to what is now a story book romance. We kept in touch through countless text messages, hours of late night chats and lots of memorable visits. Separated by hundreds of miles but became inseparable. We accumulated so much frequent flyer miles that a pilots license should be in order. “They” say long distance relationships do not work but who are “They”? From our quick weekend visits to our fun getaways around the globe, together with God we made it work. We took a chance on love and here we are!! From teens in high school to the adults we have become….The two of us along with our wonderful children are ready to stand before God, our family and dearest friends and vow to spend the rest of our lives together. That is our story.
