Jim and I met back in 2004 when we worked at a local pizza place together. I had no idea that at 17, I had met my future husband! Anyway, we became friends but lost touch after I left for college. 2 years ago, we bumped into each other at a bar (I was actually on a date with another guy!) We exchanged phone numbers and a month later, had our first date. From the moment he picked me up, our conversation was non-stop and we actually stayed up talking until 6 a.m. the next morning! Things progressed from there and we both knew that we had found our soul mate. We've been through a lot of amazing times as well as a lot of difficult times (we both lost our fathers in 2009) but have gotten through it together and have grown so close. He really is my best friend and the love of my life. He is "it" for me and it's the same way with him. It's such an amazing feeling and in November, we're going to be husband and wife! I am SO excited!!
