My fiance and I met through mutual friends 5 years ago. My friends and I planned a night on the town to celebrate a close friend's 21st birthday. Early in the evening, the guy I was casually dating at the time introduced me to Andy, who was, coincidentally, celebrating his birthday also. We decided to celebrate both birthdays as one large group. Andy and I hit it off immediately. I remember thinking that I had never met anyone like him before, and I was instantly attracted to him. The next day, I decided to take a walk to the neighborhood park. I spotted Andy from blocks away. He was sitting on his front porch, reading in the sun. I knew that I had to know more about him. We stopped and chatted, and made this a routine for the rest of the summer. We grew to be close friends over the next several months, and by October of the same year our friendship had turned into something more. He kissed me, and he'll tell you that I simply never left after that. 5 years later Andy and I are extremely excited about planning our wedding. We have a wonderful, simple love that I wish everyone could experience....
