Kelly and Nick

  A Very Happy Hour We probably wouldn't have crossed paths if my Mom hadn't allowed me to travel to Brazil when I was 15 to spend a month with a family friend. In Brazil I learned Portuguese and fell in love with the country and the culture. Because of this trip and a couple of others years later an important professional door was opened for me to go back to Brazil and there I met Kelly working at the same company in the São Paulo office. It was fate! During a business trip to Brazil our great friend Silvia asked if I would like to go out one particular night for a happy hour. Once she mentioned that Kelly was going I was there! It was the perfect opportunity to get to know Kelly better. This was the gorgeous girl that caught my attention from the very first moment I saw her. Always with a big and bright smile on her face, addicting laugh and a beautiful presence about her everywhere she went. Until that happy hour for some reason I was always needing to talk to Silvia at her desk across from Kelly's in order to see her a little more. "Kelly's smile, laugh, beauty inside and out were the first things that I noticed about her. At the happy hour we spent hours and hours talking and where I noticed so much more about her..how much we have in common, our values, sense of humor, way of thinking and so much more.  It was an incredible night that changed our lives forever!" -Nick I remember like it was yesterday, I was working at my desk and listening to this American guy speaking Portuguese so perfecly with the girls in the office that I had to stop what I was doing to see who he was...he was very cute, gentle and very talkative. Even having the best opinion about him I never told anybody and never imagined us together because he was living in United States and I was in Brazil...we had an ocean of distance between us so in my mind it was just impossible! So I went out to the happy hour with no expectations that the night could turn into the best day of my life. "Honestly when our best friend Silvia invited us for a happy hour I happily accepted because Nick was really a nice person and also very cute, but I had no idea that he had the same opinion about me." Kelly We discovered that we both approach life in a very similar manner and our similarities and differences really do bring out the very best in our relationship. It's amazing how well our lives complement one another. Um Mais que Happy Hour Nós provavelmente não teriamos cruzado caminhos se a minha mãe não tivesse permitido que eu viajasse para o Brasil quando eu tinha apenas 15 anos para passar um mês com um amigo da família. No Brasil aprendi Português e me apaixonei pelo país e pela cultura. E por isso anos mais tarde uma porta profissional muito importante foi aberta para eu poder voltar ao Brasil e conhecer a Kelly trabalhando na mesma empresa no escritório de São Paulo. Destino! Durante uma viagem de negócios ao Brasil a nossa grande amiga Silvia me perguntou se eu gostaria de ir para um happy hour. Uma vez que ela mencionou que Kelly estava indo eu pensei negócio fechado! Era a oportunidade perfeita para eu conhecer a Kelly melhor. Esta foi a linda garota que me chamou a atenção desde o primeiro momento que a vi. Ela tinha sempre um  sorriso enorme brilhando no rosto, uma risada viciante e uma bela presença por todos os lugares que passava. Por alguma razão eu estava sempre precisando falar com Silvia em sua mesa em frente a Kelly, a fim de vê-la um pouco mais. "O sorriso da Kelly, a risada e sua beleza interior e exterior foram as primeiras coisas que eu observei sobre ela." No Happy hour " que mudou nossas vidas para sempre passamos horas e horas conversando e eu observei muito mais sobre ela." Nick Eu me lembro como se fosse ontem, eu estava trabalhando em minha mesa e ouvindo esse garoto Americano falando Português tão prefeitamente com as meninas no escritório que  eu tive que parar o que estava fazendo para ver quem era! Ele era lindo, gentil e muito comunicativo! Mas Mesmo tendo a melhor opinião sobre ele nunca contei a ninguém e nunca nos imaginei juntos porque ele morava nos Estados Unidos e eu no Brasil... nós tínhamos um oceano de distância entre nós então na minha mente era simplesmente impossível! Então eu fui para o happy hour  sem expectativa nenhuma de que a noite poderia se transformar no melhor dia da minha vida. "Honestamente, quando nossa melhor amiga Silvia nos convidou para um happy hour, eu aceitei animadíssima porque além do  Nick ser realmente uma pessoa incrível ele era super bonito, mas eu não tinha idéia que ele tinha a mesma opinião sobre mim." Kelly Descobrimos que abordamos a vida de uma maneira muito semelhante e as nossas semelhanças e diferenças realmente trazem o melhor para nosso relacionamento. É incrível como nossas vidas se complementam.
