  It all started with an unplugged printer and a grouchy IT guy who had to drive over an hour to plug the printer in. Those of you who know me know how right I always have to be about even the smallest things.  I believe the conversation went something along these lines: "Hello, thank you for calling Verizon Wireless this is Kelly how can I help you?"           "Uh this is Tajas from IT, someone from your location called in a ticket for a printer that won't turn on." "Yeah, Um that would be me."           "Could you check to see if the printer is plugged in?" Of course I lied, being miss smarty pants because who would've unplugged the printer from the night before! Come on that would be stupid.  "Yeah it is plugged in and yes I pushed the power button."          "Could you try again?" "Yup. Tried it." AS I was still sitting in the same seat I was 10 seconds prior.          "K. I'll be there shortly." A little over an  hour later this guy comes walking up to the kiosk and introduced himself.  He then came around to the inside of the booth where, who would have guessed, the printer was UNPLUGGED.  OH boy did he look annoyed.  I think I might have even mouthed off about how I'm not an idiot and I had a computer endorsement from Purdue. And the journey began...
