I'm planning a wedding in a different county than the one I live in. Do I have to follow the rules of the county I live in for a marriage license or the one I'm getting married in? I'm so confused.

What are some of the issues you've having with planning your wedding? I feel like some locations and other vendors are hesitant about a Halloween wedding.
