Jovina officially met Brandon through a friend in 2005. However, Jovina secretly had a crush on Brandon since her Freshmen year in high school...always checking him out in Spanish and Health class. When Sophmore year came however Brandon switched schools and kind of fell off the face of the earth (In Jovina's opinion). It was only until a friend of Jovina's that tried to set her up with her bf's (ex now) cousin, which backfired only for him to become her friend to introduce to Brandon. To this guy friend, Brandon was his close friend and co-worker at Hashi's Car Wash. Over the years Brandon and Jovina would always lose contact with each other, sometimes being months at a time, however they would always find a way back and start talking like best friends would. Always getting advice about each others personal lives, until one day while they were both single they decided to give it a try. Now...it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows in the beginning, and admittedly they broke up once (relationship wasn't really serious due to one or both of them were always working and never spent time together)...However one night Jovina got pulled over by a police officer and was told she could not drive home (even though she wa NOT intoxicated...the ONLY person Jovina could truly rely on was Brandon, and he was truly the only person to actually answer the phone...she then realized that what she really wanted was there under her nose the entire time....What gave Jovina the final push came a little after that police incident and she had to move out of a cottage due to her roommate decided that it was time she wanted to move out and get a place with her other-half...Jovina found that (after having a conversation about her situation with Brandon) Brandon wanted to find a place of his own as well. Now, with the feeling Jovina still had for Brandon, and deep inside Brandon still had feelings for Jovina (even though he says he was about to give up on her) they decided to try and really give it their all this time (before moving in together). Long story short....After moving out for only a few months (from his parents), we both discovered, we were expecting baby Payton (who is now 2years old). Who would have thought I would get to spend the rest of my life with not only the person I had a crush on high school but that person never ever judged me and just excepted me for all of me! I can and will say I am truly blessed to be marrying the LOVE OF MY LIFE, THE PERSON THAT MAKES ME WHOLE, BUT MY BEST FRIEND!
