We met by chance, online, in the Fall of 1999. Dave lived in Kissimmee, Florida, and worked full-time at Lucent Technologies. Jackie lived in Fort Collins, Colorado, while attending Colorado State University. Chatting online led to chatting on the phone. After a few short months of talking on the phone, it was time to meet. We became a couple in April 2000. It has been a long road, with many up-hill battles and downward spirals, but also plenty of uplifting moments and downright hilarious times--just like so many other couples. That long road has brought us to the present: Dave works in retail management, while attending Valencia College. Jackie left a long career in retail management for a managing position with the Orange County Library System. With the pieces of our individual lives falling into place just right, it is the best time to celebrate a life together and get married!!
