Mike & I  dated all through highschool. Right after graduation, before he left to join the Airforce, he proposed and I accepted. Long story short... our lives took us down seperate paths. We both married and divorced a couple times along the way. Over the years he never left my mind or my heart. I knew all along that I had let "the one" get away. 5 years ago we found eachother on my space, but were both in relationships at the time. In 2009 he contacted me to let me know his father passed away. I went to the funeral (neither of us knowing at the time that the other was now single) and after that we slowly started talking and seeing each other more. Mike confessed that he never stopped loving me and infact had been looking for me for the past 18 yrs! Inspite of all the twists and turns and bad decisioins (mainly mine!) we were able to overcome the obstacles that had gotten in our way and have re-kindled a love that never ended. Now, on September 29, 2012 I will finally marry the love of my life!
