Elizabeth Liz

Ted and I met 11 years ago at a Clemson/ Carolina game. We hung out for the night together along with some friends. (He decided to stay with us). I gave him my number but thought he wouldn't call me. I looked like a nerd with my glasses from 10th grade on. I happen to tear one of my contacts. Well he called and we had a "long distance relationship" with him 2 hours away. We were never committed to each other but we never really dated anyone else. I got fed up that he didn't want to "get serious". I let him choose and he chose no. We kept in touch on and off for the next several years. Ted ended up moving to SC 5 years ago. He wanted to date me again, however, I was just breaking up with someone and didn't want anything to do with him. Then God took over. I had some major issues in my life that I needed to deal with and Ted was there. We started to attend church together and healing began to take place for the both of us. I realized that he is my rock and he keeps me sane. To him, he said that "I got him." LOL. He is a wonderful man and I'm grateful he didn't give up on me.
