What are you doing to keep your costs low? i.e., DIY invites? Smaller guestlist?

I was having a small wedding... but before I knew it... I told too many people about my engagement and found myself having a hard time saying "NO" to people coming. I cut my list but now its jumping...

So i was trying to think a of a wedding gift and my friend is doing Boudoir photos...anyone had any experience with these or know anything about them... i know what they are...just dont know much...
