Wedding details

I'm getting married on June 2020 to an amazing woman, Megan Alexander. We're definitely having a DJ and not a band, and a buffet. The wedding is going to be Harry Potter themed. We plan to invite about 186 family members and friends. It's going to be somewhere in Ohio, but we're not sure where yet. There will be a bar at the reception. The rest is undecided, but if anyone out there has some good suggestions or advice, I'd be glad to hear from you.
