Daniel: As I entered the teaching profession back in 2007 - I was scared out of my mind. Thankfully, I had the guidance and help of a mentor teacher- one, Ruby Nguyen - to guide me along the way. It wasn't until some years later, 2010 - after I had established myself as a pretty decent educator, that I had come to realize how much Ruby and I had in common. This was after going on a hiking trip together and watching her climb some pretty tall rocks on her own... And watching her limber leg muscles work their way up the rocky slope.

My Fiance and I both love chinese food, one of our first dates was at a chinese buffet. When we first started talking about our wedding, we kinda joked about having our reception at the Royal Buffet...
