I have a medium sized tattoo on my right shoulder. Is that a makeup that can cover it up for my Big day without smudging or transferring?
So...we got engaged in April and we are getting married in July of 2018. I have been lurking on these forums (and have posted a few things) for a couple of weeks. We are doing the total package deal....
