Who had multiple readings during their ceremony? How did you incorporate them to make the ceremony flow?

Has anyone picked a vendor, paid the deposit and then changed your mind? What did you say to them?

I would like to ask my sister to do a reading at my wedding. Any suggestions on what would be a good reading? I am trying to find something that hasn't been overused.
