How important is a steak option?
How important is it to offer a steak option at a reception? We will be offering a chicken, fish, and veggie but my fiancé thinks we should also offer a red meat!

When is it appropriate to send out save the dates? I'm seeing on some checklists that it's 6 months prior to wedding but I think that's late. Is a year too early to send them out?
