Our time at H & H Lodgings and Events was absolutely perfect. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. The views of Clearwater River Canyon and the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking – truly stunning in every direction. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful Idaho getaway with natural beauty all around. We'd highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a special gathering. Zephyr Lodge was a fantastic wedding venue. We had our reception there in May 2025, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. We were going for an "adult summer camp" vibe, and it totally delivered! While we were on-site, Scott was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. He helped with several last-minute requests and went above and beyond, including installing AC units in the lodge rooms on short notice when the weather turned out to be much hotter than expected (thank you!). They even stocked some hairdryers for guest use based on our suggestion, which was a thoughtful touch. We loved having exclusive access to the property for the whole weekend—it made the experience feel relaxed, special, and totally our own. During the ceremony, we even got a special sighting of a bald eagle! Additionally, they are putting a lot of effort into improving the venue. We were able to use the newest addition to their property, which was a barn down by the reception site which made bathroom and vendor logistics a breeze. There is also a new premium accommodation option right by the lake that wasn’t quite ready for us but seems incredible! Overall, I’d highly recommend Zephyr Lodge if you’re looking for a rustic, outdoor, lakeside venue with incredible views, a peaceful atmosphere, and access to nature.

I have to say getting married in the barn has been such an amazing experience. They provide a couple people to pour wine or beer for your guests. They even help out to take down chairs at the end of the night! This venue is so gorgeous, you have to come check it out your self, and the inside of the barn smell of the fresh wood is unforgettable. Bridal room is so beautiful and it has an attached bathroom. The groom's cabin is actually located very far away from the bridal room so that the groom does not see the bride until the last minute. The outside has a pond with huge gold fishes in it, the landscape is unbelievable (they have a gardener Bill who is there 24/7- I seriously want to adopt him and take him home with me). Flowers are everywhere, it doesn't matter what season you are getting married they will always have flowers blooming. I put together my company's holiday party using the Knitting Factory. While it is not a wedding, I wanted to make sure that the feel was very much so a "wedding reception" feel. I wanted it to be formal and couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. We got the true VIP treatment. What is amazing is that the Knitting Factory is self contained, they have the dance floor, food, drinks, music, everything there for you. The food & drinks were amazing. I was super impressed with the quality of the food. They are true catering quality. Everyone at the event kept saying how much they loved the food. We came up with signature drinks with the Mixologist just for our event and they were a huge hit! You don't have to look elsewhere and pay a bunch of different vendors for services. We did opt for a photo booth to be there and they were able to work directly with our event coordinator and hash out all the details, I didn't have to worry about anything. They provided us with a full wait staff, multiple bartenders, & sound/lighting guys that were there the whole night. Our event coordinator made sure that I was always in the loop and was available for any and all questions that I had. In the end the event was more than was I could have imagined. It was perfect! If nothing else, I would recommend them for the mere fact that everything you need to pull off an event is all there under one roof.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous & the staff was very helpful. We can’t say enough about how great our experience was! Unique & eclectic but classic and timeless all at the same time.

Wedding of 80 guests planned February 2024 timeline for indoor wedding and reception. Schweitzer group sales assigned coordinators to handled all of the details outside of cake and DJ (which they provided preferred outside vendors) All went very smoothly with guests having a wonderful time, from rehearsal dinner to outdoor lawn activities/games/marshmallow fire pit, to roof top hot tub on the first night to all of the fun activities during the wedding it was a great venue. Most all of the coordination was done via phone given Idaho was out of state. We had the wedding on June 1st, which is their off season so were able to get discounted rates as a bonus.

We had such an amazing experience at the Freestone Inn for our wedding. We picked the location somewhat sight-unseen and were completely blown away by the natural beauty of the venue the first time we saw it in person - the lake, the mountains, the backdrop was everything we wanted. Becky & Jaime were also so incredibly great to work with and made wedding planning from 2000+ miles away feel effortless. We hired them for day-of coordination and they were communicative, responsive, and professional. They had a great aesthetic sense that really helped turn our vision into reality. They and the rest of the team at the Freestone were pivotal in making the weekend go so seamlessly and perfectly. I could not recommend the Freestone Inn or Becky & Jaime enough. Thank you so much for the perfect day!

From the moment we engaged with the Commellini team, they went above and beyond to create a seamless and memorable wedding experience for us. Our coordinator Emily was detail oriented and easy to work with. The setting, ambience and decor were superb. What really stands out is the food and service - Commellini is known for their culinary experiences and all of the food and beverage selections stood out and generated so many positive comments from our guests. We found the venue flexible for group size, weather and vendors. Kudos to the Commellini team!

Mountain Springs Lodge hosted our wedding in October 2022 and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Everything was perfectly taken care of by the wedding coordinator Jaimi, I did not have to do anything myself but enjoy the day. We coordinated for months in advance and no detail was missed. Perfect location, perfect service and the cabins we stayed at were absolutely awesome! 5 stars!
